So I wrote this story back in 2017, on my new iPad at the time, because it was the very first story I had written on my iPad and wasn't use to writing on a iPad at the time, I always thought about this story, feeling I could have always written it better, however I wasn't a very strong with my writing back then, I feel like my writing has much improved over the years and I felt it

Reader/Brenda PoV:

I stormed out of Captain Raydor's Office after a very heated disagreement over the case we are currently trying to solve. I'd had enough of her and this case for the day, plus everyone is tired so I made the decision to send everybody home for the night including Captain Sharon Raydor to get some much needed rest, hopefully once everybody comes back fresh in the morning, we might find something we are missing and can close this case finally, I wait for everyone to leave as I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep, I'm way to wound up thanks to that woman, besides I knew there was something about this case I just wasn't seeing yet, it felt like it was staring me right in the face.

I wasn't quite sure how long I had been going over all the evidence again, when suddenly I heard clicking heels coming down the corridor.

"Lieutenant?" Oh, that woman I thought I had sent her home, along with everyone else, with a heavy sigh I look up from the folder I was reading, "what are you still doing here?" She asked me with her hands on her hips, still looking angry.

"I wanted to look over the case file one last time before leaving, I know we are missing something," I replied looking back down at the folder in my hands.

"You are just as tired as the rest of us, go home and get some rest," Captain Raydor tells me reaching across my desk taking the folder out of my hands.

"Not yet!" I said standing up from my desk, walking around my desk so that I could take back the folder from Captain Raydor, placing it into my bag after I let out a long yawn, fuck I hate it when she's right, I go to leave my office, Captain Raydor grabs a-hold of my arm.

"You really need a break; you cannot keep going like this," Captain Raydor says, though it sounded like an order.

"I will rest when we solve this case," I reply pulling my arm back out of her grip, finally walking out of my office, I headed toward the elevator, with Captain Raydor hot on my heels, she was talking to me about something, I wasn't paying any attention to what she was saying.

When the doors to the elevator open and I stepped inside, pushing the button for the car park, just when the doors were about to close Captain Raydor placed her arm in-between the doors stopping them from closing.

"Are you even listening to me Lieutenant?" She asks me with an annoyed look.

"Of course, I am," I replied hoping she wouldn't question me about what she had just been talking about, Captain Raydor stepped into the elevator, allowing the doors to close behind her, once the elevator started moving she hits the emergency stop button, stepping into my personal space, so that I could feel her hot breath on my skin.

Captain Raydor asked me in that harsh tone of hers, "what did I just say than Lieutenant?" She asked me damn it, I thought to myself, I knew better then to think she would for once let it go without question.

"Alright I wasn't listening to you, so arrest me," I replied in a lot harsher tone then I had intended.

"don't tempt me Lieutenant," she replied with a fiery look in her eyes, taking another step closer into my personal space, I hadn't thought it was even possible, for her to get any closer then she already was, we locked eyes as we stood there in each other's personal space, I couldn't help noticing just how incredibly sexy Captain Raydor was, of course I knew she was a beautiful woman, I would have to been blind not to see it, however in this very moment she was sexy as hell, maybe being angry made her more sexy somehow.

I'm not really sure what happened next, one minute we were staring very tensely at one another, then the next minute we were kissing, don't ask me who kissed who first, because I really couldn't tell you, however that wasn't going to stop me from enjoying this.

I had my hands buried in Captain Raydor's hair, deepening our kiss, while she had her hands on my hips pulling me closer, while Captain Raydor pulled me into her body, I place one of my legs in-between her legs, moving my leg slowly upwards towards her centre, the moment my leg hits her centre I can feel the heat coming from her sex, she was arouse, as we continue kissing, I rub my upper thigh against her centre making her moan, the sound of her moaning was like music to my ears.

Captain Raydor opens and closes her mouth speechless for once, "Right, bad idea," Captain Raydor manages to finally say, before managing to push me off her, stepping away from me, Immediately I missed her body against mine, she hits the stop button again with such force that I was afraid she might of broken it until the Elevator started moving, "At least doing that here is a bad idea," She added giving me a sexy grin.

"Captain Raydor?" I asked not really knowing what to say to that, I mean what do you say after sharing an amazing kiss like we just did, do I apologise? Apologise for what exactly? Kissing her or kissing her back, for telling her that I wanted to rip her clothes off her, especially when I had no clue who had started this whole thing, she was looking at me waiting for me to say something more, I just have no idea what to say though, when it became clear to her that I wasn't going to actually say anything further, she just looked away, retrieving her car keys from her jacket pocket.

"All of sudden, I'm not very tired, are you still feeling tired?" Captain Raydor asked me.

"No, I'm not tired at all," I answer her, hoping that I could kiss her again, that she would let me kiss her again, even though I knew this was wrong, I shouldn't do this, I should just say goodnight and go home.

"Good because you're coming home with me, no arguments Lieutenant," she tells me as she takes my hand in hers, leaning towards me so that she could give my lips a light kiss, just as the elevator doors open, she walked us towards her car, not letting go of my hand, as we pass my car, I knew I should tell her that I shouldn't do this, that we shouldn't do this, that it's a mistake, however before I knew it we were at her car, "get in," she orders me, I get in without saying a word.

I looked out of the car window all the way to Captain Raydor's Condo, even when we stop at a red light, I just couldn't bring myself to look at her, because my mind is racing with all the possible scenarios that was about to happen between us, while a part of me was yelling to not do this, that I would regret it in the morning. I also remind myself that I have dreamed about this for months, I have wanted her for months, I know I should tell her that I want this more than anything, however a part of me cannot in good conscience go through with this, she would hate me and I couldn't live with that, knowing she would hate me, no matter what I do, Captain Raydor would end up hating me anyway, so I might as well enjoy one night with her.

I was pulled out of my thoughts when I felt a hand on my knee, I look down at my knee, seeing Captain Raydor's hand, I smile at her hand before looking up into her beautiful green eyes, she gave my knee a little squeeze, she is smiling at me so sweetly, I don't believe she has ever smiled at me like that before, I take ahold of her hand that was on my knee, bring it up to my lips, giving it a kiss, as I look into her green eyes all my doubts go away, I want this woman I want to make her mine, even for just one night, letting go of her hand, I get out of the car, walking around to her side of the car, I open the door, holding out my hand, helping her out of the car, once Captain Raydor has locked her car we walk hand in hand towards the parking lot elevator, while we are waiting I felt I should say something, though I still have no idea what! when the elevator arrive we step in together.

The whole elevator ride, my heart was beating so fast, when the elevator stopped we step out together still holding hands, walking down the hallway, it was only when we got outside of Captain Raydor's front door, she let go of my hand, to look in her bag for her keys, once she found her keys, she tried unlocking the door, but ended up dropping her keys, I'm guessing she was just as nervous as me, bending down I pick them up for her, "here you go Captain Raydor," I said holding out her keys for her.

"Sharon, call me Sharon," she asks me asour eyes lock, I have never really called her Sharon, waiting for me to say something, I step a little closer, giving her lips a light kiss.

"Okay... Sharon," I whisper against her lips, God I could really get use to doing that.

Sharon opens the door with no problem this time, taking my hand in hers again we enter her condo, "would you care for a drink?" Sharon asks me as she was about to make her way towards the kitchen, however since she hadn't let go of my hand, I pulled her into me, wrapping my arms around her, Sharon looked shocked at first, but soon found herself smiling at me.

"All I want is you Sharon," I tell her as I move a lock of hair out of her face.

"And all I want is you," Sharon tells me, with that said I leaned in, kissing her in a way that makes my stomach do cart wheels, pulling back from our kiss Sharon takes my hand in hers again, leading the way to her bedroom, no sooner that the door closed behind us, we attack each other lips again, my hands start to explore Sharon's body, finding their way to Sharon's arse and squeezing it, lifting her up ever so slightly, I put her back down again, taking a hold of her skirt, I started lifting it up, it was at that point Sharon pulled away from me, I was just about to protest when she said.

Unless you are kicking me out?" I said with a chuckle.

"let's get under the covers because there is no way, I'm ever kicking you out of my bed, especially now that I finally got you in my bed," Sharon tells me with an eye roll as she gets off the bed pulling back the covers, than slips under the covers, I smile at her as I join her under the covers, Sharon turns off the bedside lights, before we snuggled up in each other arms, my head resting on Sharon's shoulder, Sharon kissed the top of my head, I looked up at her, I gently caressed her cheek with my fingertips.

"I love you Sharon, you have no idea how long I have dreamed about this very moment with you in my arms," I said, glad we were in darkness as I could feel my eyes becoming teary, knowing it couldn't last.

"Oh, My darling, I have also dreamed about this moment for far too long," Sharonsaid kissing the top of my head again, it hadn't escaped my notice that she didn't say "I love you," back to me, that was going to make me leaving her bed, leaving her so much easier, even though it may break both our hearts, she pulls me closer into her, I lay my head on her chest as we entwined our legs together, Sharon began stroking my hair, closing my eyes, I listen to the sound of Sharon's heartbeat as I felt my body relax, feeling myself drifting off to sleep.

My eyes flickered open; it took a moment for my eyes to adjust to the dimly lit room, the only light coming in through the window was the moonlight, there was also a red glowing light, I tried to move so that I could find the source of the red glow, realising I wasn't in my own bed, i was in Sharon's bed, I smile to myself while thanking god that it hadn't been some kind of wonderful dream, it had actually happened, Sharon was sleeping peacefully next to me, our legs still entwined, with Sharon's arms wrapped loosely around me, holding me just not as tightly as when we had fallen asleep.

Unable to move, plus fearing I might wake Sharon, I just remain still for five more minutes, I knew I couldn't stay, I had to leave and I had to leave now or i would never leave, so very carefully, I take a gentle hold of Sharon's arm, trying to remove it, Sharon let out a sighing sound as she moved slightly, I held my breath praying she wasn't waking up, finally realising she wasn't actually waking up, she was just moving in her sleep, I let go of the breath I was holding onto, Sharon had moved enough that I was able to untangle our legs very slowly, before I could slip out of her arms and her bed.

Finally able to find the source of the red glow, it was a digital clock sitting on Sharon's nightside table, the clock showed it had gone 4:30am in the morning, locating my clothes, I get dress doing my best not to make a noise, after I was dress I stood at the side of Sharon's bed next to her, watching her sleep, my god she looked so carefree, so peaceful, my god she really was a beauty and for one night she had belonged to me, leaning over so that I could leave one last kiss on her lips, "Goodbye Sharon, I love you," I whispered against her lipsbefore leaving Sharon's bedroom, not stopping to look backwards, because if I did, I would never leave.

After leaving Sharon's building I took out my phone to call a taxi to take me home, Luckily enough for me a taxi was driving passed, I put out my hand hailing the taxi down, I told him my address, before looking out the window at the lights of the city, now allowing my tears to flow freely, once we were outside my building I paid the taxi driver, telling him to keep the change.

Standing outside my front door I quietly let myself in, kicking off my shoes, I walk to my bedroom, I peeked my head around the door, my girlfriend was asleep in my bed, not wanting to wake her, I decided to go and sleep on my sofa tonight, taking the spare pillow and cover from the hallway closet, I make a bed on the sofa, hoping to get at least another hours sleep before having to get up and go to work to face Sharon, at the thought of Sharon I begin to cry quietly into my pillow, wanting nothing more than to still be asleep in Sharon's arms, wondering what our morning together would have been like, almost likely we would have had breakfast together, maybe even had a shower, while stealing as many kisses as possible, before driving into work, only stopping off at my building so I could feed my cat princess and get a clean change of clothes.
