The Enchanted Forest, a huge forest that could be a great source of magic or a great labyrinth. This place was like Wonderland and was perfectly divided, to the north lived the fairies, east the elves, west the witches and to the south was the kingdom GoldLand. Because of the agreement signed years ago, no one interferes in anyone's territory, so they could live their lives peacefully, even if there was chaos around them, because the Enchanted Forest might be the source of all magic, but it was surrounded by several kingdoms and they were the ones who had the real control of everything.
It's hard to say when the chaos started, but now it's everywhere with Maleficent, Grimhilde, Jafar, Ursula and even the kindly fairy Cirse, who caused a bit of a mess in a small territory in France. Good and Evil were always there, fighting each other and trying to bring balance to the world. However, one part of the scale was heavier than the other with so much evil spreading. There was one kingdom that was like the capital of all the provinces, the kingdom of Origon. The current king was the twenty-four-year-old Harrison Charles II or simply Harry. The young man had beautiful blue eyes, black hair and a heart as good as his parents', which was to be expected since he was simply raised around all that was good, but, it was enough to be crowned king six years earlier that suddenly all the evil he had never known began to reign.
Well, his kingdom was in perfect peace, his people were happy and he was a kind king, he had spent the past year in wars just to keep the peace at home. However, he wanted to help others. After talking to the Royal Council, he went to the one he thought could stop all the villains that plagued the goodness of the neighboring kingdoms. A two-day journey took him to the Enchanted Forest, given the fact that the forest was a maze, he bitterly regretted it until he found her.
She had beautiful red hair, clear eyes and a power that consumed his entire being. Agatha Katlin Darkness made it clear what part of the balance she was, but how could she be any different? The daughter of wizards who haunted her until the day they died, they always taught her who she should be. After turning twenty-four, losing her parents and taking revenge on those who had left her an orphan, she felt the time had come to turn her life around. Agatha knew no other way to be than evil, yet as she watched all that was good and beautiful turn to pain and revenge, she kept her distance from the chaos, though she contributed in her own way. Two years ago, she met the former good fairy Maleficent, she didn't know that the dragon apprentice was once good, since the day she met her she only saw anger, hatred and a desire for revenge. Agatha did what her parents taught her "only instigate, magic gives what the person wants", and that's how she helped a kingdom sleep for a hundred years. Anyway, she and Maleficent developed a "friendship" and thanks to that she also met Grimhilde, another woman with a desire for revenge, and it was by giving an old spell book that a girl with snow-white skin slept on the verge of death. Agatha saw no evil in what she did since she only gave people what they asked for and whoever looked for her already knew what she was doing, her region was only made up of witches, no one went there for nothing. Until she met the only person had no idea where she was and for the first time forgot who she was...
Harry was different from all the kings she knew, he was good, not selfish or greedy like other monarchs. Sometimes she thought the boy was even too naïve, as if he was ignorant of the reality he lived. Although Agatha knew about the existence of the great balance, she totally ignored it when she fell in love. She didn't want to be a witch, she didn't want to be evil, just wanted to be his love, she wanted to be the antidote that destroyed all his spells. She aspired to have a true love.
"Agatha, does this one need to be from a human tear?"
A much younger Maleficent asked her friend. They had a plan to make a big spell book and were currently testing ingredients and potions.
"What?"
She was in happy thoughts when she was interrupted by Maleficent's voice.
"Does that love spell have to go human tear? Is everything alright with you?"
"Oh yes, yes it has to be a human tear of sadness. Maleficent can I tell you something? I know it sounds crazy, but you know that king of Origon?"
"Charles' son? I know, he's a strange king, do you want to invade that kingdom? There's nothing interesting there."
Said like someone who has already destroyed several kingdoms.
"That's not it. About six months ago he came to the Enchanted Forest looking for the fairies and ended up here, on the dark side."
"What an idiot, you killed him how?"
"No, I would never hurt Harry. It's just that he came here and we talked."
"You what? Why?"
"We fell in love."
She said quietly, but happy to talk about his secret.
"You what?"
Maleficent asked almost ruining her spell notes.
"We're getting married."
Far away, Harry also told the news that he was going to marry Agatha.
"Gentlemen, ladies and magical creatures of the Council, although I don't have to give you any satisfaction. I have come to inform you of my decision to marry Agatha Darkness."
Harry respected the Council, but he hated and could not accept the idea of having to give information about his life to people who were not even his friends.
"A Darkness? King Harry, I don't think you're thinking straight."
The Faerie Queen was the first to speak her mind.
"Wasn't she the one who helped Maleficent cast that spell in GoldLand?"
Another person said.
"Harry I'm afraid that won't happen."
Demetrius, the head of the royal guard warned.
"As I said, I only came to communicate my decision, I will marry Agatha."
"You will not have our approval."
Fairy Helena said loudly and drawing everyone's attention to her.
"Helena don't pry!"
The Fairy Queen corrected her making it clear that she was only there to accompany her.
"I'm sorry, Queen."
She apologized, for she might be the Fairy Godmother, but in front of the Queen she was just another fairy.
"That won't happen..."
