Now, let us begin this chapter...

Back in Somniel's Plaza, the bustling hub of activity, the Outrealm Gate hummed with energy as Alear, Kiran, Alfred, and Celine emerged from its otherworldly depths. The gateway between realms had served its purpose, returning them to their familiar surroundings.

Kiran, curious about Alear's experience, turned to her and spoke with genuine interest. "Alear, how do you feel now that you have become a Hero?" he asked, his voice filled with anticipation. He wanted to understand the impact of this transformation on her.

Alear took a moment to gather her thoughts before responding. "I feel different," she admitted, her voice tinged with a newfound confidence. "Or rather, I feel stronger than before. The power that courses through me is unlike anything I have ever experienced."

As Alear spoke, Alfred and Celine nodded in agreement, their expressions mirroring her sentiments. The realization that they had been summoned by Kiran as Heroes had brought about a profound change within them. They both understood the depth of this transformation and the strength it had bestowed upon them.

Alfred chimed in, his voice filled with conviction. "Kiran, being summoned as a Hero by you has made us stronger," he affirmed. He believed in the bond they shared and the power that came with it.

Celine's voice joined the conversation, her eyes shining with determination. "Yes, it's as if a new fire burns within us," she added, her words carrying a sense of newfound purpose. She felt her abilities amplified, her resolve hardened by the connection forged with Kiran.

Kiran listened to their words, a sense of gratification washing over him. The knowledge that his summoning had not only brought them together but also empowered them filled him with a sense of pride.

Emblem Marth and Emblem Sigurd materialized from their Emblem Rings, their presence acknowledged by a shimmering aura. Emblem Marth, the embodiment of the legendary hero, stepped forward, his voice filled with warmth and admiration. "Congratulations, Alear, for being summoned as a Hero," he exclaimed, his words resonating with pride.

Alear, her eyes bright with excitement, greeted the revered heroes with a respectful nod. "Thank you, Emblem Marth, and hello, Emblem Sigurd," she replied, her voice filled with genuine curiosity.

Intrigued by their appearance, Alear couldn't help but wonder why Emblem Marth and the other Emblems had not manifested back in Zenith, their home realm. She turned to Emblem Marth and asked him directly, her tone laced with a hint of confusion. "May I ask why you haven't manifested back at Zenith, Emblem Marth?"

Emblem Marth sighed, his expression tinged with a hint of frustration. He addressed Kiran, his voice carrying a sense of concern. "Kiran, neither I nor the other Emblems that were with us seem to be able to manifest in Zenith," he explained, his words heavy with an unexplained mystery. The reason behind their inability to return to their realm remained unknown.

Emblem Sigurd, his voice carrying a sense of nostalgia, spoke up, acknowledging the joyful moments they had witnessed while in Zenith. "We did observe you all enjoying yourselves in Zenith," he stated, his words tinged with a hint of wistfulness. The memories of those cherished times lingered in his heart.

Turning his attention towards Kiran, Emblem Sigurd expressed his gratitude. "I want to thank you, Kiran," he said, his voice filled with genuine appreciation. "You allowed me to see my loved ones from Jugral, those that you have summoned as Heroes. It meant the world to me."

Kiran, touched by Emblem Sigurd's gratitude, responded with humility. "I'm glad I could bring you some happiness by summoning your loved ones," he replied, his voice resonating with warmth. The bonds forged between the Heroes and their summoner were not taken lightly by Kiran, and he cherished the opportunity to bring joy to their lives.

With a hopeful smile, Kiran continued, "If fate allows it, maybe I can summon more Heroes from Jugral in the future." He recognized the significance of the Jugral realm to Emblem Sigurd and his loved ones, and he was willing to do whatever he could to continue fostering those connections.

Emblem Sigurd's expression softened, his gratitude evident. "That would be wonderful," he replied, his voice filled with appreciation. He cherished the prospect of summoning more Heroes from Jugral, knowing that it would bring him closer to his cherished memories and the realm he held dear.

Emblem Celica emerged from Celine's Emblem Ring, her presence commanding attention. With a determined tone, she addressed the group, her words carrying a sense of urgency. "We need to prepare to head towards the Firene-Brodian border," she declared, her voice filled with purpose. The mission was clear - they were to retrieve the Ring of the Dawn Maiden.

Celine nodded in agreement, her eyes reflecting a resolute determination. "I agree," she affirmed, her voice echoing Celica's resolve. She understood the significance of the task at hand and the importance of retrieving the sacred artifact.

Alfred, always mindful of the well-being of his companions, spoke up, his voice gentle yet firm. "Alear, Kiran, we should rest up for tomorrow," he suggested, his eyes conveying a genuine concern. He recognized the value of being well-prepared for the challenges that awaited them.

Kiran, appreciating Alfred's thoughtfulness, responded with gratitude. "Resting up is a good idea," he concurred, his voice filled with a sense of practicality. He understood the importance of being mentally and physically prepared for the journey ahead.

Alear, understanding the significance of their words, nodded in agreement. "I agree. We need to prepare for tomorrow," she chimed in, her voice filled with anticipation and weariness. She recognized the need to recharge and replenish their energy for the demanding task that awaited them.

Thus, after spending a day in Zenith, Alear, Kiran, Alfred, and Celine went to their quarters in Somniel, to prepare for tomorrow, where they will need to retrieve the Ring of the Dawn Maiden in the shrine located at the Firene-Brodian border.

As evening settled on Somniel's skies, Alear lay on her bed in her bedroom, her left hand gently cradling the Ring of the Hero-King. Lost in thought, she found herself contemplating the events that had led her to this moment. Suddenly, Emblem Marth materialized from his Emblem Ring, his presence bringing a sense of calm to the room.

Curiosity in his eyes, Emblem Marth approached Alear and spoke softly, his voice filled with concern. "What's on your mind, Alear?" he inquired, his tone gentle and reassuring.

Alear looked up, a wistful expression on her face. She couldn't help but feel a mix of disbelief and awe. "It's still so surreal," she replied, her voice tinged with a hint of wonder. "To think that I'm now a Hero, contracted under Kiran himself."

Emblem Marth smiled warmly, understanding the weight of Alear's thoughts. "Even as a Hero, you can still engage with me," he reassured her, his voice filled with comfort. He wanted her to know that despite her newfound status, she wasn't alone. "Remember, our bond remains strong."

A sense of relief washed over Alear as she absorbed Emblem Marth's words, knowing that she could still connect with him, even in her new role, gave her comfort. She smiled back at Emblem Marth, grateful for his presence and the unwavering support he offered.

At the same time, Kiran lay on his bed, lost in his thoughts, a familiar voice spoke in his mind. It was Baldraz, reaching out to him, seeking to understand the depths of Kiran's mind. "What's on your mind, Kiran?" Baldraz asked, his tone filled with curiosity.

Kiran sighed, his voice tinged with a hint of concern. "Our enemies out there, Baldraz," he replied, his words heavy with the weight of his responsibilities. "They will likely become stronger, more formidable."

Baldraz nodded in agreement, his voice filled with wisdom. "Indeed, Kiran," he affirmed, his tone steady and reassuring.

"But remember, with every enemy you make, you also have the opportunity to make allies," Baldraz emphasized the importance of the allies Kiran had summoned as Heroes. "Those you summon have the potential to become powerful allies in this battle."

Kiran found solace in Baldraz's words, understanding the truth behind them. He knew that his path would be filled with challenges and adversaries, but he also recognized the strength and support he had gained through his summonings. With renewed determination, he resolved to continue building alliances, forging bonds with those he summoned as Heroes.

In the quiet of his room, Kiran closed his eyes, his mind filled with thoughts of the battles to come. He knew that his enemies would grow stronger, but he also knew that he possessed the power to unite and mobilize a formidable force against them.

Emblems And Heroes

A Fire Emblem Heroes x Fire Emblem Engage Crossover

Chapter 10: Hidden Mask amid the Priestess of Dawn

After resting up for a day, Alfred, Kiran, Celine, and their retainers embarked on their journey towards the Firene-Brodian border, where the sacred shrine containing the Ring of the Dawn Maiden awaited them. As they made their way through the rugged terrain during nightfall, Alfred turned to Alear, a sense of excitement evident in his voice.

"We're getting close to the shrine, Alear," Alfred said, his gaze fixed on the path ahead.

Alear, observing the rocky landscape surrounding them, commented on the change in scenery. "The landscape seems to be getting rockier as we go," she remarked, her eyes scanning the towering cliffs and steep slopes.

Alfred nodded, his voice filled with knowledge. "Indeed, Alear. The Kingdom of Brodia is renowned for its mountainous regions. It's no surprise that the shrine is nestled amidst such rugged beauty."

With this simple explanation, the group continued their journey, anticipation building as they drew nearer to the sacred shrine and the mysteries it held within.

Kiran glanced around, taking note of the sparse presence of people around them. He turned to Alfred and remarked, "There aren't many people here besides our group."

Alear, picking up on Kiran's observation, chimed in with her thoughts. "That could be a possible reason why the Emblem Ring was safeguarded here," she suggested, her eyes scanning the surroundings.

Alfred nodded in agreement, acknowledging Kiran's observation. "You're right, Kiran. It seems like no one else besides our group is around," he confirmed, his gaze shifting from one point to another.

Just as they continued their discussion, their attention was caught by the sight of a woman dressed in black, standing with her back turned towards them. Alear couldn't help but let her curiosity show. "Who could that woman be?" she wondered aloud, her voice laced with intrigue.

The woman dressed in black stood in front of the group, her voice barely audible as she muttered to herself. Her words hinted at a patient wait for something unknown. Alfred, his curiosity piqued, voiced his wonder aloud. "What is this woman doing here?" he questioned, his eyes fixed on her figure.

As if in response to Alfred's query, the woman turned around, her red hair cascading down her shoulders. Alear, Kiran, and the rest of their group were now face-to-face with her. Alfred took a step forward, offering his assistance. "Do you need any help?" he asked, his tone filled with genuine concern.

The woman's smile widened as she introduced herself. "Zappy! I'm Yunaka! Hiya papaya!" she revealed, her voice holding a hint of relief. "You all came just in time. I lost an important item in this area earlier, and I believe you can help me find it."

"Hiya papaya?" Celine repeated. "Is papaya some kind of fruit?"

"I think so," Kiran commented. "Either way, she certainly is quite lively."

Alfred's curiosity grew as he inquired about the lost item. "Yunaka, what exactly is the item you lost in this area?" he asked, his tone filled with genuine interest.

Yunaka's eyes met Alfred's, her expression filled with a mix of concern and longing. "It's a talking ring," she replied, her voice tinged with a hint of desperation.

Alear and Kiran exchanged glances, their eyes narrowing at the mention of a "talking ring." Alear, her curiosity piqued, couldn't help but interject. "Yunaka, are you referring to an Emblem Ring?" Alear questioned, her voice laced with a sense of familiarity.

Yunaka's eyes widened in surprise as she registered Alear's words. "Yeah, that's right! It's an Emblem Ring," she confirmed, relief washing over her features. "But how did you know?"

Alear's gaze held a mix of intrigue and determination as she continued. "Emblem Rings possess the ability to communicate with their wearers. What did the Emblem Ring say to you, Yunaka?" Alear inquired, her voice filled with anticipation for the answers that lay ahead.

Yunaka's eyes lit up with recognition as Alear mentioned the ability of the Emblem Ring to communicate. She took a deep breath before speaking, her voice filled with a mix of awe and uncertainty.

"The Emblem Ring spoke to me," Yunaka began, her words careful and measured. "It asked me to take it to the Divine Dragon."

Yunaka's gaze shifted towards Alear, a glimmer of hope in her eyes. "Are you... the Divine Dragon that the Emblem Ring is referring to?" she asked, her voice filled with anticipation.

Alear nodded, a sense of purpose radiating from her. "Yes, Yunaka. I am the Divine Dragon," she confirmed with a gentle smile.

As the group absorbed this revelation, Alfred stepped forward, his presence commanding attention. "Allow me to introduce myself," he declared, his voice carrying a regal tone. "I am Alfred, the Crown Prince of Firene."

Following Alfred's introduction, Celine stepped forward gracefully. "And I am Celine, the Princess of Firene," she added, her voice laced with elegance.

Lastly, Kiran stepped forward, his eyes filled with determination. "I am Kiran Pathfinder, a Summoner from a faraway land," he introduced himself, his voice carrying a hint of mystery.

Yunaka couldn't help but let out a small chuckle as she looked at the group before her. "Golly, we're quite a bunch of misfits, aren't we? Stuck together on this unexpected journey," she commented, a hint of amusement in her voice. Kiran joined in the laughter, finding truth in her words.

Alear's curiosity got the better of her as she turned to Yunaka, her eyes brimming with intrigue. "Yunaka, how did you come across the Emblem Ring?" she asked, her voice filled with anticipation.

Yunaka's gaze shifted to a distant memory as she recalled the moment. "As I was walking along the border, I heard a woman's voice," she began, her voice tinged with a sense of wonder. "The voice asked for my help, telling me that I needed to find the ring and take it to the Divine Dragon."

Yunaka took a deep breath, her voice filled with a mix of determination and vulnerability as she shared her story with Alear, Kiran, and the rest of the group. "When I heard the woman's voice, it told me to go to Firene," she began, her words carrying a sense of hope. "But on my journey, I was attacked by bandits, and they stole the Emblem Ring from me."

A sense of dismay washed over Alear as she heard Yunaka's revelation. The weight of the stolen ring hung heavily in the air, casting a shadow over their mission. However, the flicker of determination in Alear's eyes remained unwavering.

Yunaka turned to Alear and the rest, her voice filled with both desperation and hope. "Will you all help me retrieve the Emblem Ring from the bandits, pretty please?" she asked, her gaze searching for reassurance.

Alear met Yunaka's gaze, her voice resolute. "Yes, Yunaka. We will help you," she affirmed, her commitment echoing through her words.

Kiran's voice broke the silence as he turned to Alear, his eyes filled with certainty. "Alear, the Emblem Ring that Yunaka is referring to is the Ring of the Dawn Maiden," he stated matter-of-factly. Alear nodded in agreement, acknowledging the significance of the ring that had been stolen.

Alfred, his resolve strengthening, chimed in, his voice resolute. "If we are to confront the bandits who dared to steal the shrine's Emblem Ring, we must act swiftly," he declared, his tone carrying authority and determination.

Yunaka's smile widened, gratitude shining in her eyes. "Zappy! Thanks for helping poor me out," she said softly. "I can guide you to the exact place where I lost the Emblem Ring."

With Yunaka assuming the role of their guide, Alear, Kiran, Alfred, Celine, and their retainers formed a determined group, ready to face the challenges that lay ahead. They followed Yunaka's lead, their steps guided by her knowledge of the area.

Yunaka led the group through the treacherous terrain, their steps guided by her knowledge of the area. As they arrived at the specified area, Yunaka scratched her head, a mix of frustration and determination evident on her face. "This is the place where the bandits attacked me and stole the Emblem Ring," she stated, her voice filled with a lingering sense of injustice.

Yunaka's gaze shifted to the distance, her eyes widening in alarm. "Look!" she exclaimed, pointing towards a nearby town. "The bandits are attacking the town!"

Alear's voice cut through the urgency, her words filled with a sense of responsibility. "We must hurry. We can't let those bandits cause any more harm," she declared, her voice commanding the attention of everyone present.

With a shared understanding, Alear, Kiran, Alfred, Celine, and their trusted retainers prepared themselves for the impending battle. The stolen Emblem Ring was not their only concern now; they had a town in peril that needed their immediate attention.

As the group arrived at the besieged town, Yunaka's voice cut through the chaos, urgency lacing her words. She turned to Alear, her gaze filled with determination. "Divine One, those are the same bandits who stole the Emblem Ring from me. They're ransacking the town," she stated, her voice filled with a mix of anger and purpose. "And the bandit carrying the Emblem Ring is not far from here."

Alear couldn't help but comment on Yunaka's impressive observation. "Yunaka, you have quite the eyesight," she remarked, a hint of admiration in her voice.

Yunaka smiled, pride evident on her face. "Yep, I have killer eyesight. I can see details further away than most people," she stated confidently, her words tinged with a sense of self-assurance.

With Yunaka's keen eyesight and knowledge of the bandits' whereabouts, the group was armed with valuable information.

Yunaka's voice broke the tense silence, her gaze fixed on Alear. "So, what plan do you think we should proceed with to save the town and retrieve the Emblem Ring?" she asked, her voice filled with a mix of anticipation and trust.

Alear pondered for a moment, her brows furrowing in deep thought. After a brief pause, she finally spoke, her voice carrying a sense of confidence. "I believe we should split into two groups," she suggested. "I, Kiran, and Yunaka will form one group to find the Emblem Ring, while Alfred, Celine, and their retainers will focus on routing the bandits in the town."

Kiran's voice chimed in, his agreement evident in his tone. "That sounds like a solid plan," he remarked, his voice filled with determination. Alfred and Celine nodded in agreement, their expressions mirroring their consent.

With the plan set, Alear, Kiran, and Yunaka formed one group, their purpose clear - to retrieve the stolen Emblem Ring. Meanwhile, Alfred, Celine, and their retainers would take charge of protecting the town and driving out the bandits. The group members understood the importance of their respective roles, and their determination to succeed burned brighter than ever.

As Alfred, Celine, and their retainers set off towards the town to confront the bandits, Yunaka took the lead, guiding Alear and Kiran through a dimly lit corridor. Alear's voice broke through the darkness, her words tinged with frustration. "It's hard for us to see much in this darkness," she commented, her tone reflecting the challenge presented by the nighttime.

Yunaka's smile shone through the shadows as she reassured Alear. "Don't worry, Alear. I can see better in the dark," she reminded her, her voice filled with confidence in her unique ability.

Suddenly, Yunaka's gaze fixed on a figure shrouded in darkness, standing ominously close to them. Her voice dropped to a whisper as she pointed towards the shadowy figure. "That's the bandit carrying the Emblem Ring," she whispered to Alear and Kiran, her words carrying a mix of excitement and determination.

Kiran's voice filled the air, his suggestion carrying a hint of confidence. "Alear, I can use my Breidablik to take down the bandit in one attack," he proposed, his tone brimming with determination.

Alear nodded in agreement, her voice laced with caution. "Yes, Kiran, but be careful not to damage the Emblem Ring," she reminded him, emphasizing the importance of preserving the precious artifact.

Yunaka's curiosity sparked as she listened to their conversation, her eyes gleaming with interest. She eagerly anticipated seeing what Kiran was capable of.

With a nod, Kiran unholstered his Breidablik, his grip steady and purposeful. He took aim at the unsuspecting bandit, his eyes locked on the target. With a swift motion, he fired a magic orb from his weapon, propelling it towards the bandit.

The attack struck true, hitting the bandit with precision. The force of Kiran's attack left the bandit incapacitated, crumpling to the ground.

The group stood in awe of Kiran's skill and the effectiveness of his attack. They knew that this was a crucial step towards retrieving the stolen Emblem Ring. With the bandit now neutralized, they could proceed with their mission, one step closer to restoring peace to the town and reclaiming what was rightfully theirs.

As Alear, Kiran, and Yunaka approached the fallen bandit, their eyes fixed on the search for the Emblem Ring. Alear wasted no time, quickly rummaging through the bandit's pockets until her fingers closed around the coveted artifact. A triumphant smile graced her face as she held it up for all to see.

"Heal us, Emblem of Dawn!" Alear chanted, her voice filled with a mixture of hope and determination. Suddenly, a shimmering light emanated from the Emblem Ring, forming into the figure of an ethereal-looking woman.

"I am Emblem Micaiah," The ethereal-looking woman introduced herself her voice carrying a sense of wisdom and power.

Emblem Micaiah's gaze was fixed on Alear and Kiran as she spoke, her words filled with a deep certainty. "The future is certain with the Divine One and the Summoner working together," she stated, her eyes shining with a mysterious knowing.

Then, Alear extended her hand, holding out the Ring of the Dawn Maiden towards Yunaka. Her voice was filled with conviction as she spoke, "I entrust this ring to you, Yunaka. It belongs in your hands."

Yunaka hesitated, her eyes locked on the ring. She shook her head, her voice filled with uncertainty. "I can't really use the Emblem Ring, Divine One. It belongs to you," she protested, her tone reflecting her reluctance to accept such a responsibility.

Alear's expression softened as she responded, with determination evident in her voice. "Yunaka, I trust you. I know you can handle the power of the ring. In return, I hope that you will lend us your strength and help our group," she insisted, her words carrying a sense of gratitude and hope.

Reluctantly, Yunaka reached out and accepted the Ring of the Dawn Maiden from Alear's hand. Her voice held a hint of resignation as she replied, "Alright, if you insist in me using this Emblem Ring, then I will do my best to help our group."

With the transfer of the ring, the dynamic of their group shifted. Yunaka now bore the responsibility of wielding the emblem's power, and the weight of Alear's trust rested upon her shoulders.

As Alear, Kiran, Yunaka, and Emblem Micaiah stood together, the once-illuminated surroundings suddenly plunged into darkness. The shadows seemed to come alive, taking shape and manifesting as multiple figures before them. Alear's voice cut through the gloom, her words laced with concern. "I fear these are the Corrupted," she said, her tone reflecting her readiness to face the imminent danger.

Kiran's keen eyes scanned the shadowy figures, allowing him to perceive more than the others. He spoke, his voice tinged with uncertainty. "Alear, I don't think we're facing the Corrupted," he stated, his words causing a ripple of confusion among the group.

As the shadowy figures fully materialized, Kiran's eyes widened with recognition. His voice carried a mix of surprise and concern as he spoke to Alear and Yunaka. "These are Curse Directive soldiers," he stated, his tone indicating his familiarity with them from his time at Zenith.

Alear's curiosity got the better of her, and she turned to Kiran, her voice filled with intrigue. "What exactly is the Curse Directive?" she asked, her desire for knowledge evident in her question.

Kiran took a moment to gather his thoughts before responding. "The Curse Directive was the Emblian Empire's equivalent to Askr's Order of Heroes," he explained, his words carrying a hint of nostalgia. "The Curse Directive specializes in dark magic like curses. However, ever since their previous Director, Letizia, was killed, they seemed to have vanished from the world. No one has heard of them since."

The revelation hung heavily in the air, leaving the group to grapple with the implications of facing a once formidable and now mysterious group like the Curse Directive.

Yunaka's voice held a note of confusion as she addressed Kiran. "Golly, I've never heard of Askr, Embla, or even the Curse Directive," she admitted, her words tinged with curiosity.

Kiran's smile was warm and reassuring as he prepared his Breidablik, his response filled with determination. "Don't worry, Yunaka. I'll explain everything later," he promised, his tone brimming with confidence.

Alear nodded in agreement, her voice carrying a sense of urgency. "Kiran, it's time for you to summon your Heroes to aid us," she urged, recognizing the value of summoning powerful allies in their time of need.

Yunaka's words were playful yet expectant as she spoke to Kiran, a smirk forming on her lips. "Well, since you introduced yourself as the Summoner earlier, I'll be expecting some impressive summonings from you," she teased, her remark eliciting a chuckle from Kiran.

As Kiran's gaze shifted between Yunaka and Emblem Micaiah, a sense of determination settled within him. He knew exactly which Heroes to summon for the upcoming battle. Raising the Breidablik high above his head, he chanted with unwavering conviction, "Gathering wishes to call upon the two heroes of the Dawn Brigade! Become the path its light shines upon!"

With his words resonating through the air, the Breidablik unleashed its power. Two orbs, one blue and one colorless, shot forth from the weapon, soaring high into the sky. The orbs seemed to dance, their ethereal glow captivating the attention of all who beheld them.

Alear and Yunaka stood in awe as the orbs gracefully descended, their luminous presence illuminating the area around them. The surrounding darkness receded, replaced by a soft, comforting light. The two orbs landed gently on the ground, casting their radiant glow upon the group.

As the radiance of the summoning orbs dissipated, revealing the two summoned Heroes, Kiran's voice rang out once more. He chanted with unwavering resolve, "Hero Summon! I call forth Micaiah and Sothe into the battlefield!"

With his summoning complete, the two Heroes materialized before the astonished eyes of Yunaka and Emblem Micaiah. The unexpected arrival left them staring at Kiran's Heroes in shock, their expressions a mix of surprise and curiosity.

Sothe, the first to break the silence, stepped forward and introduced himself with a confident tone. "I am Sothe, known as the Zephyr. I may not have any special powers, but I'll do my best. We need to protect those who matter to us," he declared, his voice carrying the weight of his experience and skill.

Micaiah followed suit, her voice gentle yet filled with a sense of purpose. "And I am Micaiah, the Priestess of Dawn. Everone call me the Silver-Haired Maiden. I'm pleased to meet you!" she introduced herself, her presence exuding a serene aura.

Yunaka's voice held curiosity as she turned to Kiran, asking him a question. "Amazing! Did you summon Emblems of your own?" she inquired, her tone tinged with intrigue.

Alear, eager to clarify, interjected, speaking to Yunaka. "No, Yunaka. The Micaiah and Sothe that Kiran summoned aren't Emblems, but Heroes," she explained, her voice carrying a note of certainty.

Emblem Micaiah's gaze shifted between Micaiah and Sothe, her eyes filled with a mix of admiration and respect. Addressing Kiran's Micaiah, she conveyed her feelings with sincerity. "I am truly honored to meet with my true basis," she stated, her words carrying a sense of awe.

Micaiah, her voice gentle yet filled with an underlying sense of connection, responded to Emblem Micaiah. "And I feel honored to meet another version of myself," she replied, her words reflecting a shared understanding and appreciation.

As tension filled the air, the Curse Directive soldiers wasted no time in launching their attack. Alear, Kiran, Yunaka, Micaiah, and Sothe found themselves surrounded by relentless adversaries, their weapons poised for battle.

One of the soldiers, an Axe Fighter, charged towards Alear with fierce determination. With a swift movement, Alear raised her Libération sword, expertly blocking the incoming attack. Her strength and skill evident, she retaliated, delivering a powerful slash towards her assailant.

The Axe Fighter, unable to withstand the force of Alear's strike, dissipated into the darkness, leaving no trace behind. Alear's voice rang out, laced with a hint of satisfaction. "My attacks are much stronger now," she remarked, a sense of accomplishment evident in her words.

Kiran, ever vigilant, addressed Alear, his voice brimming with determination. "There's still more enemies for us to fight," he reminded her, his words serving as a reminder of the challenges that lay ahead.

Alear's agreement was swift, her voice resolute. "You're right. Let's keep going," she replied, ready to face whatever adversaries stood in their path.

In a corner of the battlefield, Yunaka found herself locked in combat with one of the Curse Directive Thieves. With quick reflexes, the enemy Thief hurled their dagger towards Yunaka, aiming to strike her down. However, just as the attack seemed inevitable, another dagger intercepted the incoming strike, deflecting it away. And then, another set of daggers struck the Thief, defeating it.

Sothe, speaking up, clarified to Yunaka that he was the one responsible for deflecting the dagger and striking down the Thief. "It was me," he explained, his voice calm yet filled with a sense of determination.

Grateful for Sothe's timely intervention, Yunaka expressed her gratitude. "Thanks for deflecting that dagger attack and striking down that Thief," she acknowledged, her voice laced with appreciation. Realizing the opportunity they now had, Yunaka suggested to Sothe that they join forces during this battle, their determination evident in her voice.

Sothe, recognizing the value of teamwork in this situation, readily agreed. "Let's take down any enemies we come across together," he replied, his voice filled with resolve and a readiness to face their shared adversary.

"Golly, I couldn't agree more," Yunaka grinned unholstering her Iron Dagger.

With their alliance formed, Yunaka and Sothe prepared to unleash their combined strength against the Curse Directive Thief. Their synchronicity and determination would be put to the test as they fought side by side, united in their goal to overcome the enemy forces and bring light back to their world.

As Yunaka and Sothe were conversing with one another, Micaiah stood alongside her Emblem counterpart. Emblem Micaiah, breaking the silence, addressed Micaiah directly. "Sothe is still the same person I remember," she stated, her voice filled with certainty.

Micaiah nodded, acknowledging the shared understanding. "Yes, both of us can be considered the same person," she replied, her voice carrying a sense of unity. "We can trust Sothe to protect us both if needed."

However, their conversation was abruptly interrupted as two more Curse Directive enemies approached their group. A Sword Armor and another Thief, their presence a clear indication of the ongoing battle that surrounded them. As the Thief squared off against Yunaka and Sothe, Micaiah steeled herself against the Sword Armor that was slowly approaching her.

With determination in her voice, Micaiah took charge and addressed Emblem Micaiah. "Please support Yunaka and Sothe," she instructed, her tone firm yet filled with trust. "I will deal with the Sword Armor."

Emblem Micaiah nodded in agreement, her commitment evident. "Of course. Good luck, Micaiah," she replied, her voice filled with genuine support, as she made her way back to Yunaka's side.

As the Sword Armor closed in, Micaiah steeled herself for the impending battle. She gripped her Thani tome tightly, her fingers trembling ever so slightly. With a muttered determination, she affirmed her resolve. "If it means Kiran and his allies will survive, I will fight."

Micaiah channeled magical energy from her Thani tome and aimed it at the Sword Armor approaching her position. The magical energy manifested as a ray of light that struck the Sword Armor, dealing effective damage as the Sword Armor disappeared into the darkness. Micaiah then ran towards Yunaka and Sothe's location, hoping that the two were still alright.

As the Curse Directive Thief launched their daggers towards Yunaka and Sothe, the situation became increasingly dire. Even if Yunaka and Sothe did their best to deflect the Thief's attacks, both of them knew that they couldn't keep defending for long.

Emblem Micaiah, quick to offer a solution, spoke up. "Yunaka, let's engage together," she suggested, her voice filled with determination.

Yunaka, recognizing the potential in Emblem Micaiah's idea, responded eagerly. "That's a great idea!" she exclaimed, her voice brimming with anticipation. With a swift motion, Yunaka activated the Ring of the Dawn Maiden, uttering the words, "Quip change!"

In response, Emblem Micaiah channeled her energy towards Yunaka, infusing her with a surge of power. The transformation was instantaneous. Yunaka's outfit shifted from black to white, and her fiery red hair transformed into a vibrant blonde hue. This change marked the achievement of her Engage form, a manifestation of heightened abilities and potential.

Then, Micaiah swiftly arrived at the scene, her eyes focused on Yunaka's transformed state. She turned to Sothe, seeking clarification. "Sothe, what happened to Yunaka? What is this new form she has taken?" she inquired, her voice filled with curiosity and concern.

Sothe, always quick to provide answers, responded without hesitation. "Emblem Micaiah lent her energies to Yunaka, causing her to undergo this transformation," he explained, his voice carrying a hint of admiration for their newfound strength.

Micaiah nodded, absorbing the information. She understood the significance of this change and recognized the potential it held. With a determined expression, she turned to Sothe, issuing a clear directive. "Support both Yunaka and Emblem Micaiah against the Curse Directive Thief," she commanded, her voice filled with unwavering conviction.

Sothe's response was immediate and wholehearted. "Of course, I will support them with everything I have," he affirmed, his voice laced with loyalty and determination.

Yunaka and Sothe, filled with determination, initiated their counteroffensive against the relentless Curse Directive Thief. Sothe took the lead, seizing the opportunity to strike first. With a swift motion, he hurled his signature dagger, Peshkatz, directly at the Thief. The weapon found its mark, hitting the Thief with precision.

The impact of Sothe's attack caused the Thief to lose their balance, forcing them to flinch momentarily. Recognizing the opening they had created, Sothe turned to Yunaka, his voice filled with urgency. "Now's your chance! Deal the finishing blow!" he called out, his words a clear directive.

Yunaka, understanding the importance of seizing the moment, wasted no time. With unwavering focus, she swiftly retrieved her Iron Dagger and launched it towards the vulnerable Thief. Her aim was true, as the dagger found its mark, striking the Thief down with a decisive blow.

Their coordinated efforts had paid off. The Curse Directive Thief, now defeated and quickly dissipating into motes of darkness, lay before them, their threat neutralized.

"Wowzers, you guys, we make such a wonderful team," Yunaka spoke, her voice filled with genuine admiration as she addressed both Sothe and Micaiah.

Micaiah, appreciating the sentiment, responded warmly, "Yunaka, you would have made a fine addition to the Dawn Brigade back in our world of Tellius." Her voice carried a hint of nostalgia, as she imagined the possibilities.

Yunaka was flattered by the thought and felt honored by Micaiah's words. However, she respectfully declined, stating, "Thank you, Micaiah, but my place is here in Elyos." Her voice held a sense of conviction, as she affirmed her commitment to her current path.

Micaiah nodded understandingly, acknowledging Yunaka's choice. "I understand," she replied, her voice reflecting empathy and respect for Yunaka's decision.

Realizing the importance of regrouping, Micaiah turned her attention to both Yunaka and Sothe. "We need to find Kiran and Alear," she stated with a sense of urgency, her voice filled with determination.

"Yeah, we gotta help both of them," Yunaka agreed. "Who knows what enemies they're fighting right now."

With that goal in mind, Yunaka, Micaiah, and Sothe ran toward Alear and Kiran's direction, hoping to reunite with both of them before it was too late.

Amidst the chaos, Alear and Kiran found themselves engaged in a fierce battle against a relentless onslaught of Curse Directive soldiers. Together, they fought valiantly, pushing back their adversaries with determination and skill.

Their relentless efforts finally led them to a dais, where a striking sight awaited them. Standing there was a white-haired woman, her black dress adorned with purple accents, her presence commanding and enigmatic. She stood over the lifeless body of a man, a scene that raised questions and stirred emotions within Alear.

Alear, her voice firm yet tinged with concern, addressed the white-haired woman directly. "What have you done? Did you kill that man?" she inquired, her voice carrying a mixture of disbelief and urgency.

The white-haired woman met Alear's gaze, her own eyes holding a hint of something inscrutable. Unfazed by the accusation, she answered truthfully, "Yes, I had indeed killed the man on the ground."

The white-haired woman let out a chuckle that sent chills towards Alear and especially Kiran. As for Kiran, he had faced the previous Director, Letizia, in battle several times. It seemed the Curse Directive had a new Director leading the whole organization.

"I am Ebony," the white-haired woman introduced herself, her tone carrying an air of authority and confidence. "I am the Shadow Director of the Curse Directive, now an independent organization opposing both the Kingdom of Askr and the Emblian Empire," she continued with her words leaving no room for doubt.

As the weight of Ebony's words settled in, she proceeded to explain her actions. "And as for your question, the man I killed was a bandit named Teronda," she revealed, her voice tinged with a sense of detachment. "I wanted to test the effectiveness of the new curses developed by the Curse Directive."

Alear's gaze hardened, her eyes narrowing as she listened to Ebony's callous explanation. Her voice dripped with a mix of disappointment and reproach as she rebuked Ebony for her disregard for human life. "How can you have such a callous outlook on a person's life?" she retorted, her words laced with anger and disbelief.

Ebony's gaze hardened as she regarded Alear, a sense of disdain evident in her expression. With a dismissive tone, she addressed Alear directly, belittling her perspective. "You are a woman with a naive outlook on life," she declared, her voice dripping with condescension.

Alear, her gaze now filled with a mixture of anger and defiance, met Ebony's disdainful stare with a glare of her own. The tension between them was palpable, as they stood locked in a battle of ideals.

Interrupting the charged atmosphere, Kiran stepped forward, his voice calm yet firm. He directed his words toward Ebony, challenging her beliefs. "With you leading the Curse Directive, even I am appalled that the Curse Directive would stoop this low," he stated, his voice carrying a hint of skepticism.

Ebony turned her attention to Kiran, her eyes narrowing as she spoke. "You must be Kiran Pathfinder. I consider you to be the Curse Directive's greatest enemy," she declared, her words laced with a mix of respect and determination.

Kiran, ever quick-witted, responded with a touch of mockery, "Well, I must say, I'm flattered." His tone carried a hint of sarcasm, emphasizing the irony of the situation as he brushed off Ebony's claim.

Ebony's smirk widened as she channeled dark energy into her tome, a crackling aura enveloping the pages. With a swift motion, she unleashed a bolt of dark energy, aiming it directly at Kiran and Alear. Reacting quickly, both Kiran and Alear dodged the attack, narrowly avoiding its destructive path.

Amid the chaos, Emblem Marth materialized from his Emblem Ring, his presence commanding and reassuring. He urged Alear to engage in battle, his voice filled with determination. "Alear, engage with me!" he called out, his words carrying a sense of urgency.

Alear, recognizing the need to take action, nodded in agreement. "I'm with you, Emblem Marth. Emblem Engage!" she responded, her voice resolute.

With her newfound Engage form activated, Alear wasted no time. She swiftly dashed towards Ebony, wielding her Libération sword with precision and determination. However, to her surprise, Ebony proved to be a formidable opponent. With a swift motion, Ebony managed to deflect Alear's attack using her tome, showcasing her skill and power.

Ebony's voice dripped with superiority as she addressed Alear, belittling her once again. "You are a naive woman, and you are beneath me," she declared, her tone laced with arrogance.

With a swift and calculated motion, Ebony conjured an orb of dark magic, launching it at point-blank range towards Alear. Reacting on instinct, Alear managed to block the attack, but the force behind it sent her careening a few feet away, leaving her momentarily stunned.

Ebony, reveling in her apparent advantage, couldn't help but boast. "Is that all you've got?" she taunted, her voice filled with a mix of confidence and derision.

However, Kiran, seizing the opportunity, saw through Ebony's arrogance. With his Breidablik at the ready, he intervened, his voice firm and determined. "What Alear did was create an opening for me to attack you," he retorted, his words tinged with a hint of defiance.

Kiran, summoning the power within his Breidablik, unleashed a powerful magic blast that struck Ebony, the sheer force causing the dais to erupt in an explosion. As the smoke cleared, revealing the aftermath, Alear and Kiran were taken aback by what they saw.

To their astonishment, Ebony stood amidst the wreckage, seemingly unaffected by the devastating attack. However, her appearance had undergone a horrifying transformation. Instead of blood, dark smudges oozed from her wounds, a grim and unnatural sight that sent chills down their spines.

In a muttered voice, Ebony revealed a glimpse of her torment. "My cursed body... it's reaching its limit," she confessed, her words carrying a tone of resignation mixed with anguish.

Alear, her voice filled with urgency and demand, pressed for answers. "What do you mean by 'cursed body'?" she demanded, her eyes narrowing as she sought to understand the true nature of Ebony's affliction.

Ebony's voice dripped with condescension as she insulted Alear, her words cutting through the air. "You naive woman, this body that you're seeing is nothing more than an illusion, a false representation of myself. My real body is somewhere... far away," she sneered, her tone laced with superiority.

Just as tension filled the air, the arrival of Yunaka in her Engage form, accompanied by Micaiah and Sothe, disrupted the scene. Their presence added an unexpected twist to the unfolding events.

"Mark my words, you haven't seen the last of me and the Curse Directive. We shall meet again," Ebony declared with a voice filled with a mix of determination and warning.

Suddenly, without warning, Ebony's cursed body collapsed upon itself, dissolving into motes of darkness. The remnants of her existence scattered, disappearing into the ether. The once formidable figure, now reduced to fragments of darkness, left behind an air of uncertainty and unanswered questions.

As the dust settled and the area returned to an uneasy calm, Alear, Yunaka, Micaiah, and Sothe were left to ponder the implications of Ebony's words and the true extent of the Curse Directive's influence. The battle may have ended for now, but the lingering presence of darkness hinted at a future confrontation yet to come.

As the adrenaline of battle subsided, Alear and Yunaka returned to their normal forms, their Engage forms fading away. Alear, her voice filled with curiosity, turned to Kiran seeking answers. "Kiran, do you know who Ebony is?" she inquired, her tone tinged with a mix of concern and confusion.

Kiran, his expression thoughtful, responded with a hint of uncertainty. "To be honest, I don't know much about Ebony," he admitted, his voice carrying a note of intrigue. "All I know is that she is the new Director of the Curse Directive."

Just as the conversation unfolded, the sound of approaching footsteps caught their attention. Turning towards the source, Alear, Kiran, and Yunaka were met with the welcome sight of Alfred, Celine, and their loyal retainers. The group had successfully routed the bandits on their end, joining forces once again.

The relief was palpable as Alear, Kiran, Yunaka, Alfred, Celine, and their retainers stood together, the weight of their recent encounters still fresh in their minds. The battle against Ebony and the Curse Directive had brought them closer, reinforcing the bonds of friendship and shared purpose.

As Alfred, Celine, and their four retainers arrived at the scene, Alear and Kiran informed them of the events that transpired earlier, especially the confrontation against Ebony, the Shadow Director of the Curse Directive.

Alfred's voice filled with urgency as he relayed the unsettling news. "So, the Curse Directive from the world of Zenith has appeared in Elyos and attacked both Alear and Kiran," he revealed, his tone laced with concern.

"It seems we have a new enemy to worry about," Celine added. "Not just in Elyos, but also in Zenith as well."

Kiran, his voice tinged with a mix of surprise and realization, responded to Alfred's statement. "It seems that Ebony values me as a greater enemy than Alear herself," he muttered, his words carrying a hint of introspection.

Alear, her voice filled with a mix of frustration and determination, voiced her concerns. "This complicates things even further," she stated, her tone heavy with the weight of their impending challenges. "Not only do we have to face the Fell Dragon Sombron, but now we also have to confront Ebony and her Curse Directive."

Kiran, his voice firm and resolute, addressed Micaiah and Sothe, outlining their next steps. "In that case, when both of you return to Zenith, I want you to report our encounter with the Curse Directive," he instructed, his words carrying a sense of urgency and importance.

Micaiah nodded, her expression serious. "I will relay this news to Alfonse, Sharena, and Commander Anna," she affirmed, her voice filled with determination. The weight of the responsibility to inform their allies was evident in her tone.

Sothe, his eyes filled with concern, interjected, offering a word of caution to Kiran. "You better be careful out there," he warned, his voice tinged with a mix of worry and protectiveness.

With their tasks set, Micaiah and Sothe prepared to depart from Elyos. As if responding to an unseen force, they disappeared in motes of light, their presence fading from the realm they had briefly inhabited.

Yunaka, her voice filled with a mix of relief and caution, spoke up, acknowledging the outcome of their recent encounter. "Well, even if we made a new enemy out of it, at least we managed to find the Emblem Ring," she stated, her words carrying a sense of accomplishment amidst the lingering tension.

Alear, a warm smile gracing her features, responded gratefully. "Thank you, Yunaka. Your help was invaluable," she expressed, her appreciation evident in her tone.

Yunaka, her words stumbling slightly, confessed a surprising revelation. "I-I have to admit when I found the Emblem Ring, my initial intention was to sell it," she admitted, her voice tinged with a mix of remorse and vulnerability. "But something changed when I heard Emblem Micaiah's voice."

Realizing the gravity of her actions, Yunaka turned to Alear, her expression filled with remorse. "I'm sorry, Alear. I didn't mean to betray your trust," she apologized, her voice carrying a genuine sense of regret.

Alear, her understanding gaze meeting Yunaka's, reached out to her with a reassuring touch. "You made a mistake, but you recognized it and apologized. That shows growth," she reassured, her voice gentle and forgiving.

Alfred's voice carried a hint of accusation as he confronted Yunaka, addressing her previous intentions. "So, you were planning to sell the Emblem Ring?" he questioned, his tone filled with a mix of disappointment and curiosity. "If that's the case, you could've left Alear the moment she entrusted you with the Ring of the Dawn Maiden. Why did you stay with the group?"

Yunaka, her voice filled with a mix of determination and gratitude, swiftly responded to Alfred's inquiry. "It's because of Emblem Micaiah," she explained, her words carrying a sense of reverence. "When I heard her voice, something within me shifted. And it's not just that; it's also because Kiran himself summoned the real Micaiah."

Kiran, his expression reflecting surprise and pride, interjected with a hint of flattery. "I'm flattered," he admitted, his voice tinged with a mix of surprise and delight. "It's incredible to hear that my summoning of Micaiah inspired you to stay."

Yunaka's laughter filled the air as she responded to Kiran's previous statement. "Haha, Kiran, I have to admit, having two Micaiahs fighting side by side was more than enough to convince me to join Alear's group," she confessed, her voice carrying a playful tone.

Emblem Micaiah, her voice filled with determination, addressed both Alear and Kiran. "The road towards the future may have become more challenging with the emergence of this new enemy," she acknowledged, her words carrying a sense of gravity. "But with the Emblems and Heroes working together, we will find a way to the dawn."

Emblem Micaiah's voice carried gratitude as she turned to Kiran. "I want to thank you for summoning the real Micaiah," she expressed, her words filled with appreciation for his actions.

Kiran, his voice warm and sincere, responded to Emblem Micaiah's gratitude. "I appreciate the thanks," he replied, his tone reflecting his genuine pleasure at being able to assist.

Yunaka, her voice playful yet expectant, chimed in, directing her words to Kiran. "Zappy, Kiran. I expect you to summon even more Heroes in the future," she stated, her words carrying a sense of excitement and anticipation.

Kiran, his determination evident in his voice, wholeheartedly agreed with Yunaka's request. "You can count on it," he confirmed, his words echoing with the promise of future summonings.

Alear, her voice filled with warmth and acceptance, formally extended her welcome to Yunaka. "Yunaka, I formally welcome you into our group," she declared, her words carrying a sense of camaraderie and inclusion. "So... Hiya papaya?"

"Hiya papaya back to you two, Alear and Kiran!" Yunaka cheerfully replied.

With Yunaka officially welcomed into their fold, the group solidified their bonds further, united in their purpose and ready to face the challenges that lay ahead. With the Kingdom of Brodia across the border, Alear, Kiran, and the rest of their group resumed their journey, now with Yunaka joining their entourage.

And there you have it! This is the latest chapter of Emblems and Heroes!

To all the people who offered advice in brainstorming this story, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

And here are two Stingers this time...

In the dimly lit encampment, hidden away on the border between the Kingdom of Askr and the Emblian Empire, Ebony's expression shifted into a frown as she witnessed one of her black jewels, containing a cursed body, shattering into countless pieces. The fragments glimmered in the feeble light, scattered across the ground like broken promises.

Ebony let out a weary sigh, her breath mingling with the heavy air. "At least the black jewels functioned as intended," she muttered to herself, her voice a mere whisper in the stillness of the encampment. The slight consolation offered by the jewels didn't alleviate the disappointment etched on her face.

Resigned to the reality before her, Ebony continued her muttered soliloquy. "The black jewels allow me to create a false body in any world cloaked in darkness," she acknowledged, her voice carrying a sense of both fascination and acceptance. "Even in other worlds such as Elyos, these black jewels serve their purpose."

A male Mage cautiously made his way into Ebony's tent, his voice filled with urgency as he delivered the news. "Ebony, we have a problem. The newest influx of bandits and brigands has entered the Outrealm Gate closest to our encampment," he informed, his tone laced with concern.

Ebony's lips curled into a smug smirk, her eyes glinting with a dark amusement. "Ah, perfect," she responded, her voice dripping with a mixture of malice and anticipation. "Those bandits will make excellent sacrifices to create more black jewels."

As the male Mage absorbed her words, a flicker of unease crossed his features. He hesitated for a moment before speaking again, uncertainty coating his voice. "Are you sure about this, Shadow Director Ebony? The Curse Directive... it's a dangerous path."

Ebony's eyes narrowed, her gaze unwavering. "It is for a pragmatic reason. Those bandits are disposable vagrants since I loathe to sacrifice the likes of you," she retorted, her voice commanding and laced with a hint of warning. "Capture those bandits. We require the lives of those vagrants to fuel our dark ambitions."

With a nod of understanding, the male Mage reluctantly accepted his instructions. He knew that challenging Ebony's decisions would be fruitless, and so he exited the tent, his footsteps heavy with a mix of trepidation and duty.

Inside the tent, Ebony's thoughts swirled with the promise of power and the darkness that fueled her ambitions. The bandits, unsuspecting and unaware, would become pawns in her grand design, their lives sacrificed to create the sinister black jewels that held the key to her mastery over the realms.

As Ebony prepared to set her plan in motion, the encampment buzzed with a sense of foreboding. The Curse Directive had been set into motion, and the fate of the approaching bandits now rested in the hands of Ebony and her dark arts.

Meanwhile, in the Kingdom of Askr, Micaiah, and Sothe stood before Alfonse, Sharena, and Commander Anna, their expressions filled with a mix of urgency and concern. In the expansive grounds of Askr Castle, they had gathered to share their findings, their voices carrying the weight of their discoveries.

As their report came to a close, Micaiah and Sothe exchanged a glance before preparing to depart. They had fulfilled their duty in relaying the information and subsequently left the castle grounds, and now it was up to Alfonse, Sharena, and Commander Anna to decide their course of action.

Alfonse, his voice tinged with a sense of somber remembrance, spoke up. "I remember the Curse Directive," he stated, his tone reflecting the weight of their past encounter with this malevolent force. The memories of their previous battles against the Curse Directive are still vivid in his mind.

Commander Anna, her demeanor focused and determined, added her perspective. "This is the first time in ages that the Curse Directive has resurfaced," she revealed, her voice carrying a mix of caution and resolve.

Sharena's voice rang out with unwavering optimism as she addressed her companions. "Even if the Curse Directive has returned, we have Kiran and the Heroes that he summons," she cheerfully exclaimed, her voice filled with confidence. "They will defend both Zenith and Elyos if need be."

Alfonse nodded in agreement, his tone resolute. "Indeed. We must not forget that Alear is also with us," he affirmed, his voice carrying a sense of reassurance. "And let's not overlook the power of the Emblem Rings that her group has managed to collect."

Commander Anna, her voice steady and determined, added her input. "We will have to do our part as well," she stated, her words laced with a sense of duty. "Starting by relaying this news to Veronica at the Emblian Empire."

As the trio contemplated the task ahead, a renewed sense of purpose settled upon them. The return of the Curse Directive presented a significant challenge, but they were not without resources. With Kiran and the Heroes, along with the support of Alear and the power of the Emblem Rings, they possessed the means to confront and overcome this threat.

United in their determination, Alfonse, Sharena, and Commander Anna forged a plan. The first step was to convey the information to Veronica, the Princess Rising of the Emblian Empire. Together, they would coordinate their efforts, pooling their strengths and resources to face the encroaching darkness of the Curse Directive.
