this one is a darvey-multi chapter.
Donna and Harvey have a daughter and they're living together in New York and running the firm with Mike and Rachel. Louis left with his wife after the wedding and moved to LA.
Now Donna's ex-boyfriend is back in her life and everything changes. Donna once loved him very much but then she met Harvey and they got married pretty fast. Now Derek is back in the city and he wants her back… and more.

Amelia is now 16 and actually she's a comfortable teenager but lately she and Harvey had a lot of stress at the time. She goes out till late hours, she drinks, she ran away from the police and she wants to go to Europe but Harvey doesn't allow it to her. Donna is not against it 'cause she did it herself back then and nothing happened but Harvey is too scared and won't change his mind.
"You don't allow me anything!" she shouts "all my friends go out or visit other countries and continents. Everyone but me!" she yells
"I don't care what or what not your friends are allowed to do, you're my daughter and you're doing what I say"
"yeah unfortunately" she says madly "and just for your information I'm not only yours, and mom says yes"
"yeah well, unfortunatly you need both signatures and you're not getting mine" he says.
"argggh I hate you!" Harvey just nods "yeah, unfortunately you got me as your father" he says sadly and leaves the room without another word.
"Mom!" she shouts
"No Amelia! you hurt him with what you just said, that's enough now. you have to accept it!"
"why? You're okay with it"
"But I also get him. I was lucky but it could've also ended differently and he doesn't want to take any risks when it comes to you"
"so you're on his side now?"
"I am and I won't fight with him anymore because of it"
Sixteen years ago
"so you're breaking up with me?"
"I'm sorry" Derek says "but I- love her"
"you love her?" Donna asks madly "isn't that what you told me yesterday, that you'd love me?"
"Donna please… don't make it more difficult than as already is"
"I love you Derek. Please… don't give up that fast" but he shakes his head "I'm sorry, Donna" he says and leaves his keys on the table "I'll have someone pick up my things the next days"
"So you're just telling me it's over from one to the other second and you leave?"
"Donna… it's not like we've been married for years."
Donna gulps "So it was just an adventure for you and every time you told me you'd love me you lied?"
"I didn't lie. I just fell in love with someone else"
"Derek please don't, I love you"
"You'll find someone who'll love you like you deserve it" he says and leaves the condo, leaving a hurting Donna back.

Donna stops in tracks when she sees a man walking towards her.
"Derek" she whispers. She hadn't seen him since they broke up… and she actually hadn't even thought about him in a very long while, probably since Amelia was born.
"Donna" he says "Wow, you're still as beautiful as you've always been" he compliments her
"Derek"
"You look happy" he says looking in Harvey's direction who just walked in in "Specter Ross Zane"
Derek was observing them minutes ago.
"I am" she confirms
"D'you have time for a drink?"
"No"
"come on, please? For old time's sakes"
"For old time sakes? What old time sakes exactly? For leaving me from the one to the other second? For breaking my heart?" she asks upset.
"come on, you can't tell me you're still mad at me"
"you're such an idiot" she says and starts to walk away
"Donna… I'm sorry. I know I hurt you and I regret it. Please?" he asks softly
"I loved you" she says
"I know, I loved you too and braking up was the biggest mistake in my life"
Donna huffs a laugh "why? did she leave you?"
"She did… after two months. But I was never as happy with her as I was with you. I just never had the courage to meet you again and when I tried I didn't find you anymore"
"yeah well, I changed my name when I married fifteen years ago"
"You found him pretty soon" he blurts out
"Did you think I'd cry for you my whole life?"
"No, no I'm sorry... You must love him"
"I do, more than I ever loved anyone. You were right, I found someone who loves me like I deserve. I'm sorry, I have a meeting now" she says and walks away.

Harvey and Donna are sitting on the diving table and eating for dinner. Harvey notices that his wife isn't really paying attention to what he's saying "… and then she kissed me" he says trying to get her attention but fails.
"uh huh, sounds great" Donna answers
"Honey, are you okay?" Harvey asks softly
"Yeah, yeah I'm sorry. What did you say?"
"Donna, what is it?"
"It's nothing… I was just in thoughts"
"Donna" he says softly looking at her with worried eyes.
She takes a deep breath "I met Derek today"
"Derek? Your Derek?"
"He's not my Derek but yes"
"What did he want?"
"invite me for a drink" she tells him
"and? Did you accept?"
"Of course not"
"what else?" he asks 'cause he know her as well.
"He said he still loves me and braking up with me was the biggest mistake he's ever made" Harvey gulps. He knows Donna loved him, even though they got pretty fast together after their break up, She loved him.
"So he wants you back" he says somehow unsure and Donna notices
"Heeey, I don't care what he wants.I love you and that's exactly what I told him." she assures him quickly. He knows that, he really does and he doesn't get why it bothers him that much. He nods at her "I know" he says in a low voice "It's just… you were so broken when we met and a long time after that, I thought I'd never had a chance. I mean we were together and you thought a lot of him"
She looked shocked at him "You knew that?" he nods
"I'm sorry, I-"
"Don't apologize. It's a long time ago and you marred me, sooo…" he smiles and kisses her
"I never loved him as much as I love you. And I told you before… the best thing that could've happen to me back then was him braking up with me. Otherwise I would've never met you and I would've never known whet it means to really love someone" she kisses him
"I love you, too"

"Hey" Amelia says quietly as she enters the bedroom "do you have a minute?"
"If you're here to yell at me again and telling me how a bad father I am then no, I don't" Harvey replies
"I'm not. I'm here to apologize" Harvey than lifts his head to face her.
"I am sorry. I didn't mean it. I- I was just mad but I shouldn't have said that. I am really sorry, dad" she says with teary eyes. "I love you and yeah I don't get why you don't allow it to me but…you're my dad and no matter what you do or forbidden me I could never hate you" she tells him honestly.
Harvey smiles at her and nods briefly "apology accepted." She than closes their distance and hugs him tight "I love you, dad"
"I love you too, honey"
A week later
"what the hell are you doing here?" Donna asks upset
"I work here since today" Derek tells her
"You what?"
"yeah, I'm the new IT-guy"
"why are you in New York, Derek?" Donna asks in a firm voice
"I want you back. I love you Donna and I'll do anything to get you back" he says and Harvey. just comes along and overhears it. He stops in tracks.
"Then let me tell you one thing clearly. I will never ever come back to you. I love my husband more than I ever loved anyone. He's the love of my life and I didn't say it the other day 'cause I didn't want to hurt you but our break up was one of the best things that happened to me. Because of him I know what true love is. If your only reason being here is to get me back then you should quit right away 'cause this is never gonna happen" Donna says calmly but firmly and a smile builds up on Harveys face. He walks over to them "Hey honey" he kisses her gleefully and turns to Derek "so you heard my wife, you better quit and go where you're coming from. No one wants to have you here"
"I won't"
"Then don't" Harvey simply says and takes Donna's hand to go away.

"Oh thanks sweetheart. I complexly forgot to put them in my bag" Donna thanks her daughter when she brings her some folders she forget home
"You're welcome, mom but I have to hurry now or I'll miss my maths lesson" she smiles.
"Donna, your daughter?" Derek asks walking towards her.
"Yes" Donna answers and focuses on her work again
"Are you really going to ignore me all the time?"
"What do you want from me?"
"Proofing that I'm sorry"
"I don't care. You didn't apologize in about seventeen years and you don't have to do it now."
"How old is her?" he asks
"sixteen why?" and she immediately regrets the honest answer
"sixteen?"
"what?" Donna tries to act like she wouldn't know what he's attending to
"Is she mine?" he asks straight away and Donna freezes
"She's not"
"she looks like me. Same eye color, curly hair…"
"Harvey has the same eye color and his father had curly hair, too and in case you didn't notice she has a birthmark just like him.. same place"
"that could be a coincidence"
"a pretty big one, don't you think?" Donna tries to cover it up how scared she is
"Look at me and tell me she's not" Derek asks
"Harvey is her father" she says but tears the look from him and he doesn't miss it.
"oh my god! You don't know!" he says in realization
"Does he know?" Donna just looks at him mad at herself that she didn't avoid this situation when he asked her about Amelia's age.

So, that's the first chapter, I hope you like the idea.
I have an idea and have already write some scenes but I'm not sure how long it's gonna be and I haven't put them in a logical order yet.
