What the? Where am I? Everything around me is all but white and light. Kind of like back in the spirit realm but less lame and bland.

Huh? Was it because of my encounter with the ruler this happened? Possibly but either so. I need to find a way to wake myself up.

Also didn't Ruler give me her complaints and death threats a moment ago in the last chapter? I shouldn't be saying this at all.

There's that voice again. Seriously who the fuck is in here? and the voice was a girl...

I look around the white mist of my mind but then notice someone... a girl emerges from the mist...

Tohka?!

Wait but... oh... she could be this world's Tohka possibly. Though she doesn't look happy at all. Tohka had a sour look, glad she didn't inverse inside my mind because that would be a big problem.

"Umm, Hi?" I said with my hand raised. I didn't know what to say to her.

"Hmp." Inner Tohka pouts, "Serves you right for you using a different body this time around!"

What is she talking about? Now that she said that I quickly noticed my hand. Then my entire body as I did a body scan.

Holy mother of Mio!

I'm subconsciously back at my old body for some odd reason. Which means. I even took my belt and pulled my pants far to see... HOLY SHIT MY SON IS SPIRITUALLY ALIVE! My god, how long has it been? Twenty-one chapters? A year perhaps?!

Who cares! You're doing well.

"Ahem," Inner Tohka then adverts my attention as I stop messing around with my wiener and quickly look at her. "Okay, talk how did you steal my body?"

She was demanding answers.

"Oh, so that's how it is," I reply to her with a smirk, "Then how the hell did you know my old name?"

This caught Tohka off guard. It was now two questions hitting each other until one of them spilled their beans first.

"I... u...uhh." Tohka begins to stutter on my counterattack.

I sighed. Knowing how Tohka acts it's better if I answer her.

"I'll answer your question first though," This shifted Tohka's mood as she looked determined with this kind of info that I was about to tell her, "Look I didn't steal your body... rather it seems like you're this world's Tohka. Because from what I understand your crystal was supposed to have merged with my deceased soul."

Tohka was confused as she had a finger up her chin. I sigh again.

"Okay... I die so God feels bad and tric- I mean gives me spirit powers then turns into you." I summarized it in Tohka's language. Until she finally understood it and gasped.

"Oh, how terrible, so this God made you turn into me? or so fused with me. The Tohka from your world?" Inner Tohka then tried her best to understand my answer.

I nod.

Although Tohka was sad about this since she wouldn't be able to spend time with Shido, she then smiled. Knowing that with her soul from the canon world fusing with mine, it save my life.

"Although... h-having my crystal f-fuse with your soul to save you... I-I'm glad that I could too save a human being's life... ... much to how Shido saved me." Inner Tohka then had her hand touch her chest where her heart is, "A-and... I... Uh... I'm sorry for accusing you of... you k-know... stealing my body."

Inner Tohka was beginning to turn red as those sentences were said. I lightly chuckle.

"That's fine... even though we came off on the wrong foot. It's actually an honour to finally meet you!" I said in cheery mode.

Inner Tohka was more embarrassed than earlier.

"Y-yeah... the pleasure is mine too." She replies but then shifts back to her serious mode, "About your question, when you somehow merge with me... some of your memories were rooted to mine. That is how I got to know your past. Also Isaiah."

Calling me by my old name seems weird. I've kind of gotten used to being called Tohka but oh well...

"Yeah, Tohka?" I said.

"What is Date A Live?" She asked.

Dear god.

"It's nothing."

"I'm curious."

"It's nothing."

"But-"

"It's nothing."

Inner Tohka pouts. "Isaiah, you big meanie!"

I smirk, "That I am, that I am."

Suddenly my entire body begins to shine. What the hell? is this me waking up?

"It seems you are regaining consciousness. That is why your body is glowing." She said.

I'm waking up now. but I got so many things to talk to her about! I mean it felt like 15 minutes of chatting with her but it feels like I want to get to know her better not just some anime character but a real person?!

Tears? Am I crying? I touch my face... it was indeed tears.

"Please! I got so much stuff to tell you! stuff that you've missed! I-I... I-" Inner Tohka then cuts me off as she her one of her fingers shushing me.

"Shhh, it's alright... sure at first I may have been a bit childish but after hearing your story I finally understand. Though my heart belongs to S-Shido. You Isaiah, I'm glad I s-saved someone like you..." Inner Tohka had both her hands touching my face as she was also tearing up.

"D-Don't m-m-make this sad for me too, Shido... he would be proud of you," I said still crying. As my body was about to glow even brighter...

"Promise me..." Inner Tohka says as my attention was focused on her, "Promise me... you'll look after Shido!"

I simply smirked and then gave her a thumbs-up.

"Also..." Tohka did something as she smiled.

What's this? Light? I open my eyes to see sunlight shining inside my room by the window. Ah, shit. That mind dream...

I quickly got up from my bed and saw a mirror at my hairdresser. I didn't have my original body back... I was back as Tohka. But looking at myself. I couldn't help but cry in confusion. I walk up to my hairdresser and slam my fist on top of it...

I'm mixed with my emotions.

I don't know what.

This is supposed to be a comedy adventure, not some drama tragic crap...

"T-Tohka... y-you fool." I cried out as my tears wouldn't stop running as I dropped down my knees to the hard wooden floor, "Y-you... you s-selfish f-fool."

For a good solid ten minutes of sobbing for my actual true love being revealed. I suck it all up and prepare myself for the worse. I will not waste the life that she offered to me... not Mio... but Tohka herself...

This world was driving me insane and I felt like strangling someone.

I proceeded my way out of my room and headed downstairs for breakfast knowing a certain somebody was already there. Rinne. Yoshino and Kotori weren't there.

"Good Morning, Rinne." I casually said.

But what's coming next I was too careless. Rinne noticed it by now as her expression became shocking.

"Oh Tohka-san! What happened? Your face, are those tears?" Rinne became worried. She came up to me and kneeled down to look up on my teared-up face, "Hey, you can talk to me about it."

Should I?

Mind your business.

"It's nothing, please... it's none of your business." I coldly reply leaving Rinne to be more worried.

"O-okay... well breakfast is ready... Shido-san is still asleep I assume." Rinne said.

I then proceed and ate breakfast. My curiosity came back of the whereabouts of Yoshino and Kotori. In all honesty, I did not have clue of where they are? Could this relate to that whole spirits going berserk?

"Rinne, where are Yoshino and Kotori at?" I ask.

"Oh, Yoshino-chan wasn't feeling well, so Kotori-chan took her to the hospital. I wanted to go... but I have to take care of both you." She answers with concerns.

Yoshino's spirit power must've leaked out and is out control. That a possibility. Kotori talked about in full details last night. Some how Tenguu City has been a hot spot for these ocurance but I highly doubt it.

With me finishing my breakfast, I headed back upstairs to get dressed for school. Shoot. I didn't take a shower... I'll just wipe myself with a clean soapy cloth as an alternative.

The time for school to start was a bit early as I looked over to my digital cloak and it said to be 40 minutes early.

My old habit of being early hasn't really changed much. Come to think of it even before going to Rinne's world, I was early most of my days before school. That way I didn't have to of being late to classes, come to think of it I was never late in any my classes before a part from that one teacher that marked me late for one not sitting in the right spot and the other was not pulling out my notes for class.

Pretty stupid if you ask me. So much for my attendance record.

The weather was okay on my way to school, Sunny with no clouds. It wasn't crazy hot since its already near the month of July which is the beginning of the season summer. Though the cricket noises in the background really fits this summer environment. I feeling this vibe pretty well.

I'm seriously feeling like want to get out of this stupid world right about now. I know it felt I've been here for around five days but it felt like I've been here for five months.

As soon as I arrived at the school, there were several students entering in the front gate. Its hard to believe how they behave like regular people. Lets not forget this is Rinne's World. She created this world for Shido.

I headed inside and straight to my locker to put away my shoes and switch them with my indoors. Noticing a butt load of envelope papers were stored inside my locker. Many of them were love letters.

Looks like I'm popular. Obviously.

I quickly swap my shoes and took the pile of envelopes and walks towards the nearest trash can I could find. There was one near the stairs. So I dumped all of them there.

This felt very annoying.

The hallway that I began to walk were filled with chattering amongst their peers and friends. Like any normal High School would have. Topics were pretty straight forward. I ignore them.

Moments after I arrive at my class and quickly sat down. Several students were already here, including...

"Tohka-chan! Good Morning!" It was Tonomachi. He approached me first.

"O-oh, morning Tonomachi-san." I replied because it would rude of me to just ignore him.

"How are you today?"

"Just peachy." I replied again.

"A-ah I see," Suddenly his pocket vibrates. He quickly pulled out his phone, "Sorry about let me check up on my girl really quick."

He taps his phone as he opens up his dating app game.

"Tonomachi, how did you get away from that lie you pulled?" I was curious. Yesterday he came up with stupid lie as excuse to skip the sports day. Tonomachi though he suddenly stopped as every single inch of his body stopped moving. His face however became pale and it look like all of his colors were drained.

Did something happened to him?

"Uhh... um... you know Tohka-chan,"

"Hmm?"

"From now on... I'll keep my mouth shut. I don't want to be involved with that again." Well I guess... Lesson learn? The kid is terrified. He voice were stuttering almost like he really didn't want to go through that experience.

My reaction was already ahead. I figured this is what he would get for lying to Miss Okamine. I sighed and facepalmed. Tonomachi looked down in gloom for what he did.

He didn't even spare a glance at me as made his way to his desk and drop dead, still looking pale.

I think its best to just leave him be for now.

Several Minutes has passed...

Many students are now arriving in the classroom. But I still didn't spot Shido yet.

Wait there he is. He just walked in looking like he ran a marathon to school. Man was sweating as he was breathing heavily.

"I... agh... haaaa... I-I made it!" He says still trying to catch his breathe.

"You darn right you did," I said. "What happened that cause you to look like that?"

"W-well... hmm... ugh." Shido trying to catch his breathe, "I ran with Rinne on the way."

Cool, but where is she? About a few minutes from my question I spotted a tired Rinne stepping inside the classroom. Her condition was similar to Shido. She also ran to school.

Additional she wasn't in good mood as she pouted directly towards Shido.

"Hmp, you got some nerve, suddenly running away like that..." Rinne said with a nerve strucked. Shido began rubbing his head as tries to calm down his situation with Rinne.

"Sorry sorry... I just felt like a race... wow geez I still feel a bit a sweaty."

"Well you sprinted your way to school and left Rinne." I point it out. Which causes Shido laugh nervously since it was bit mean of him to ditch Rinne.

"Gosh, you really are impulsive... Its good for your health to be worked up but at least be more concerned about others' hygiene too."

With the Rinne finishing her talk with Shido, I glance over to see Tonomachi suddenly reverting back to his old self as he approaches us with a big smile and pat on the back to Shido. Which kinda startled him.

"Gawh! Tonomachi?"

"Good Morning, you two!" Tonomachi greets the two.

"Oh, good morning to you too. Tonomachi-kun."

"Good Morning, you seem energetic?" Shido ask.

Shido doesn't have a clue that earlier he had his colors drained the moment I mention yesterday. Best not to mention it again.

"Hahaha! This morning I drank ten raw eggs all at once! Startin' the day with full tank!"

"Dude, if that's the case how are you still standing?" I ask, that just crazy talk. He's probably doing it to impress Rinne and I.

Tonomachi though had a cocky smirk as he lightly tap his chest with pride.

"It so happens Tohka-chan I have a high endurance. My stomach can handle more than that if I drink more raw eggs."

A deadpanned was painted over my face. This guy... is just so lame.

"Hurgh... just hearing that gave me heartburns." Shido comments.

I nod my head in agreement.

"Hey hey... Itsuka the only burning allowed is burning envy for me. Don't fight it anymore. let yourself succumb to the flame of passion. Hehe..."

"Hehe, you're really funny person, Tonomachi-kun." Rinne praises Tonomachi for his humor.

I however did not find it funny.

"What the hell do you mean hehe?!"

"Ohhhh! I knew someone would appreciate my humor. No matter how much I've hide it all these years!" He ignored me.

"You were trying to hide it?"

Tonomachi ignores Shido.

"Rinne, if you're in trouble, you can always tell me! After all the only reason you're hanging out with Itsuka is because he blackmailed you!"

I turn to Shido as he had the same expression as me with a 'You see this shit?' look. Rinne's expression however changes from cheerful to concerning with Tonomachi's bullshit statement.

"He has to be! otherwise, it just doesn't make any sense!"

The moment Rinne tries to speak I intervened to shatter Tonomachi's illusion.

"Tonomachi do you want to know why Rinne loves to hang out with Shido? No scratch that, do you have any ideas why girls doesn't like to be around you?"

Tonomachi suddenly became tense up with my question as he was stutter, all of that energy that was worked has suddenly left the surface.

"W-why?" He was hesistant.

"Because... you're horrible at understanding a girl's feeling and nobody in this school likes you." I said with no hint of mercy. My words somehow made a sharp shot towards Tonomachi. Rinne however made a disapproving face.

"Tohka-san! That was uncalled for! She didn't mean it Tonomachi-kun. Why don't you rephrase that nicely, Tohka-san." Rinne ask me again. She tried to cheer up Tonomachi.

"Okay, let's see well... When you talk to girls including me it makes me feel cringy... because you're horrible at understanding a girl's feeling and nobody in this school likes you."

Before Rinne could give me a punishment for my harsh words and Shido intervening this happens.

"No way... DAMN IT! Why is it always Itsuka?! I refuse to accept it! I refuuuuusseee! I'll prove I can understand a girl's feelings!" Tonomachi cried.

With that he stormed out of the classroom in tears as reality shatters fantasy.

Rinne turn her face to me with a very stern look.

"Tohka-san, you should know better! That was pretty mean of you to say to Tonomachi-kun!" She said.

"Well, let's face it reality needs to come in at some point."

"Yeah, But couldn't have... I don't know broke it down to him lightly?" Rinne ask as she show herself pinching indicating how lightly she meant.

"That talk I did is how lightly I told him off."

Rinne simply facepalmed and sigh. Shido puts hand over her shoulder in comfort.

"I wouldn't worry too much about him. He'll come back later as if nothing happens."

"Hehe... I guess you're right."

I sigh on the other hand.

"If you guys are going to keep chatting, I'm going to sit down."

The two nod in understanding as I sat down on my seat. Knowing how things will play out today. It's the same thing.

Lunch

That felt longer as usual. Oh well at least I got some work done during the last minute of class. Alright... hold on did I pack lunch?

This morning I ate and walked out...

Shit I can't remember...

Since class ended everyone started to get up from their desk and walk to cafeteria but before that Miss Okamine alerted us before dismissial for Lunch.

"Everyone! I have something very important to tell you all before you run off for lunch." Miss Okamine said.

Everyone had their ear up for Miss Okamine.

"So what's this very important thing?" Tonomachi ask.

"Well, I'm sure everyone is aware that this town has a garrison for the Self Defense Force, right?"

"Well yeah, I guess we know. What about it?"

"They sent a transmission to the school, and I'd like to share it with everyone. Let's see, it seems pretty complicated, but... Currently, the observation equipment at the Tengu City garrison isn't functioning properly." Miss Okamines explains, "So... Alarms for spatial quakes and such may be up being late, or maybe not even work at all..."

Yikes, so if I accidentally cause one... Guess that wraps up Date A Live. Anyways this caused a few gasped among my classmates but Shido seems to be thinking through these current events.

"Because of that, if you feel something's even the slightest bit abnormal, please stay calm and head to each of your shelters. Even then, there's no way of knowing when you'll run into danger. Regardless, keep moving, stay calm and remember to follow the rules of 'PRT.'"

Wait PRT? I don't remember what those are...

"No pushing, No running, No talking. Do you understand everyone?" Well that answers my question.

What I notice something not right was Origami. She didn't look alright. With these information that Miss Okamine gave I wonder how it affects Origami. After all she works for the AST.

"Okay! With that out of the way, you are not dismiss!" Miss Okamine smiles as she picks up her books and walks out of the classroom following with many students walking towards the cafeteria.

The students seems pretty wary about the spatial quakes alarm being delay. I sigh.

Shido came up to me with a bento wrapped in a handkerchief as he was giving it to me. Oops... Looks like I did forgot my lunch.

"Here, try not forget leaving out your lunch next time okay?" He says, Rinne came by with a sweatdrop.

"Haha, well knowing Tohka-san..."

I happily took the bento and ignore Rinne's comment.

"You guys go ahead, I'll just eat here." I said, that way Shido should be able to make moves on Rinne. I don't how many days its been but I know for one we're close to home.

"If you insist, come on Rinne."

Rinne then follows Shido as both exit out the classroom and made their way to the cafeteria. Wait don't they have their own bentos? Oh well... I look around to see a few students stay in the classroom.

Origami must've left already since she was nowhere in the classroom.

I sighed. I need a breezer from these.

Well, schools out and I decided to go out early the moment the bell rang in order to destroy the other 2 shrines that stabilizes this world. So far I've taken out one and that is in the center of town near Neo Tengu Tower. The sussy tower.

I should have enough Reiryoku left to finish the job. I don't know where the last one is but with this next one having the location provided by Kurumi. It should be a walk in park.

So far with the day gone by. The streets got somewhat busy. I think it had to do with the spatial quakes alarms delayed and some how malfunctioning is causing a panic through out the city.

Because literally I'm a near supermarket right now and I see a lot of people coming in and out of the store with a lot of bags in their hands.

It's not even a sales day.

Geez. Kurumi did say it was near the temple. I should probably go there now. After all I have time.

I now realized that temple Kurumi told me is almost a cross from where I was at. You know maybe I could've just used Hoverboard {Sandalphon}.

After the fight with the first Guard Angel. Stumble myself back to an alleyway, tired and kinda sweaty.

I was trying to catch my breathe until.

A certain nightmare popped out of nowhere from the shadows at the side of the building.

"Ara~ well you look pretty worked up." She says.

"Easy for you to say... you flat out left me to die!"

"Not on purpose, to be honest I didn't know it was one of the sources we've been looking for."

I pouted but luckily for me, Kurumi informed me that she found another one.

"With my recent investigation throughout the city, my other mes has spotted a strange and yet powerful entity. Its somewhere located around the shrine temple of Tenguu City. Tomorrow After School head over there and will continue where we left off." As soon she finishes explaining her end she disappeared into her shadows.

That's pretty much how it was explained to me. Seriously though which one these am I suppose to destroy? It could any of them. The temple itself... Actually the temple itself...

With no witness around and Kurumi running late, I guess I should end this quicker and early.

"{SANDALPHON!}" I shouted. Summoning my partner and my astral dress.

I decided to go default since I wasn't in a mood to use any of my other weapon forms.

Since the temples is the most suspicious one, I walk towards it and with a good distance I raised my broadsword over my head.

I charged up my reiryoku as the blade of {Sandalphon} began to glow purple so as my entire body as it was leaking an aura like state.

But suddenly something interrupted me.

"WAIT!" It was Kurumi. Literally and I mean literally she popped out of the ground from her shadow with her arms out signaling me to stop.

I couldn't cancel it out so I had it release towards the sky as it made a clean energy slash straight towards the sky until it disappeared. Luckily it didn't explode which might have caused the AST to be alerted.

But due to the malfunction of the spatial quake alarm. I don't think the citizens would be in a mass panic once it was on.

Now then back to Kurumi she had her hands on her hips as she fully came out of the shadow and was bit sassy.

"Ah geez, couldn't you've waited a little bit longer?"

I look away with a drop of sweat coming down my face.

"Well?" She demand.

"Yeah, I-I should've..."

Kurumi return to her professional mood as she had her flintlock out.

"Anyways, the real source is that tree over there. {ZAFKIEL!}" She summons her angel. "{ZAYIN!}"

She pulls the trigger, as a distinct sound was heard and her bullets made in contact with the tree.

Suddenly my vision flashed as the entire sky turn red. Is this just us?! What the hell? Kurumi kept her position the same with a smirk telling me we got him.

I look over to where she was and the tree that she shot was glowing red. I can feel a mass of spirit energy circling that tree.

"Looks we found it." Kurumi said.

"Sweet so now what?" I said.

"It's your turn."

"HUH?"

Wait what?

Suddenly I felt a huge force pushed towards the tree as was a few meters away from it. That push also kinda hurt my back a little. I look behind me to see a bunch of Kurumi clones, well three or four as each of them had their leg up.

Did they just kick me towards the battle field?

"Now you take care it, Tohka-san! Don't worry will provide you with recovery!" Kurumi shouts.

The fuck she wants me to do the dirty work. Alright fine.

It's time to get serious.

I closed my eyes as I had {Sandalphon} Position in front of me. With a bit concentration... and my reiryoku circling my entire body. I had it in me.

"{SANDALPHON} KATANA FORM!" With one shout my entire astral dress has transformed into a miko shrine outfit and with my {Sandalphon} turning into a Katana.

In this form, I'm incredibly fast. I could even rival the Yamai twins with this speed.

With my fighting stance in position the tree glowed as one of the Guardian Angel appeared. The very same one from my previous encounter. Though this one seems to be a little tougher than the last one.

I could feel more power is generating this one.

I think this is a modification from Ruler so that I wouldn't be able to take it out as easily as I did last time.

The Guardian started out with a few projectiles attacks, I quickly deflected some of them as I had to move around.

Some of the attacks did a curve to me which misses my deflection so I had to take a few jumps around the field.

Suddenly to my surprise, the timing of when I jump to touch tis projectiles it somehow teleported behind with great speed. What the hell?!

I tried to intercept the spirit with my blade but. I didn't go well. The Angel let out a wave beam at me, the impact felt like a heavy dump truck was driving towards me this got me knocked out by a few meters away from the Angel.

Still though it felt like this Guardian Angel had some improvements.

I raise my Katana out as I was going to charge in with a skill of my own. Actually I had the blade face the ground with it to my side.

Here goes nothing.

I now began to gather up reiryoku and with it the blade began to glow purple. The glow was sparkling almost a like a shooting star.

"STARDUST BLADE!" With a quick side thrust from the blade an energy slash was send towards the Guardian Angel. It was fast as it made a direct hit. Smokes emitted from the impact.

I had my eyes glued to the shot. I was hoping to make a dent on itttttttt...

The was beginning to clear, though I see the spirit still standing but what surprised me and honestly made me proud happened.

With the smoke cleared I see the Guardian Angel having a somewhat deep cut across it's torso.

It means that my skill attack did a number on it.

But of course it wasn't done. It started to charge its own attack as as three lights appeared from its torso and both side wings. Light beginning to form from it.

I had myself on a defensive stance as I braced for Impact. The three light that was charging from the Guardian Angel was about done charging the it ready to emit a huge beam.

On cue with my words the three lights fired three white wave beams to my direction. I stood there waiting for the right to jump and intercept back at the Angel.

With one of them being close to by a few centimeters, I jumped. Almost about 6ft from the ground and had my blade ready.

"TOHKA-SAN!"

Suddenly Kurumi called me out. I wonder why? I did a quick glance to her while I was in the air.

"WHAT!?"

"Take out the tree! That way the Guardian Angel would cease to exist!" She shouts after carefully observing my fight with it. It seems she found its weakness. "Don't just stand there! well, in the air that is! FINISH IT OFF!"

I nod and turn back in to the battle. If I'm going to pull this off, I need a powerful skill that could reach it from my distance. You see the tree is about 30 meters away from while at the air if I could slice that shit bark with a skill that should end this fight.

Luckily for me I though of one just now, lets just hope it works.

I ready my blade as I had the gripped on tight.

"HERE WE GO! WIND BLADE: VACUUM!" I SHOUT.

With one slash I released a powerful wind that could through any durable object as it made its way towards the tree. The Guardian Angel however tried to block the attack but when it teleported in front of the attack to take it instead of the tree.

The slash pierce through the Guardian Angel cutting the spirit in half and once it did, it made contact with the tree as one touch from the skill causes the tree to crack.

With one more shine the tree disappeared in particles. I stared with relief and cheerful knowing, I have one more shrine to destroy.

Well with the tree gone, I had my guard down to enjoy this victory. I was tired because of the amount of reiryoku I used up for this fight. One of the skills that I used earlier, it seems to be using a lot of my energy.

I was vulnerable.

With that I didn't notice the Guardian Angel with it's half top still kicking in hasn't disappeared yet. Though its bottom did. But top didn't, it was emitting a few particles dust around itself like it was about to disappear but it seems like It wasn't defeated yet.

I didn't have enough energy to fight back...

The spirit with no extra power send a full charge energy beam towards. With little strength I had, I didn't have time to switch into Shield Form, so with Katana still in my grip. I decided to try slice that beam in half and end it all.

The beam was heading towards me I weakly charge towards the beam with one swing I slice energy beam in to canceling out the attack. Luckily for me it was weak since the spirit was close to disappearing.

The damage that it has dealt, this was my chance. I had a few more reiryoku for one more skill. Time for the finisher.

With my Katana held over my head.

"INSTANT BLADE MIST!" At a quick flash that is not visible to the human's naked eye. An instant slash came through the Guardian Angel.

Several seconds... of silent.

The Guardian Angel made one more sound that marks its defeat.

The rest of its top body became particles as it disappeared from existance.

This was my victory.

The sky reverted back to normal to the blue color and everything returned.

I was beginning to collapsed from exhaustion, but someone held me. Kurumi did.

"Great work, Tohka-san..." She smiles.

Tohka's POV

Ughhh... where the hell am I? My head, my body... gahhhh my everything. If I recall, I had an assignment to do with Kurumi which was to destroy the one shrines that keeps the world from existing.

That's right that spirit I fought got a huge buff than the first one. I had to use everything I had to finish it off.

Man it drain my entire energy.

Now where am I?

I had my eyes already open and notice the machines around my surroundings. I was in Fraxinus' Infirmary. I gave out a sigh of relief.

"Ah, it seems you've woke up from your recovery, Tohka." I hear a very familiar voice. Its was Mommy Reine.

Still looking tired as always. Reine had tablet in her hand as seems like she was examining my condition.

"What happened to me?" I ask.

Reine had her eyes focused on the tablet as it seems like she wrote her report.

"You've been out for almost two days... reason is because of your spirit powers," She then examines her tablets, "An exhaustion from using it."

I couldn't help but stare. God dammit.

"Now, Tohka. What were you doing that cause you to use up all of your spirit powers? You do remember that you're not suppose to be using it as it will cause many risk. For example, massive destruction on the city or worse case going berserk," She gave out her best mom talk.

"Umm... W-well... Uhhhhh, you see?" I could not form any words right now. Should I lie or tell her the truth that I've been solving everything behind the shadows.

It high enough Reine might believe me.

"I-I was feeling kind of upset... about Shido going out with Rinne..." Seriously that's my excuse?! Actually its fool proof! She might think I'm just jealous of Rinne and with that my spirit powers comes back.

HA! I should give myself a pat on the back for that good excuse.

"Hmm, I see. That does make sense," She glance over her tablet again as she seems to be writing her report. "Though try to at least ease up this jealously of yours. You do Shido doesn't mean it like that right?"

I do not know how to respond to that all we wanted was to get the hell out this world.

"I did a check up on you before you woke up and it seems you've recovered all of your strength, so yes you're to be needed for this. It seems like we're not dealing with a normal spirit."

With that permission, Reine and I stormed our way to the main deck where Kotori was there along with Yoshino. Everyone in the deck were high alerted.

"Check where these high spirit waves are emitting! now!" Kotori commands.

"It seems, a strong waves is occurring at near lake. Will have the drones check it out." One of the six members clarifies.

"Excellent, in the mean time try and see if Shido is in that location!" Kotori then finally notice Reine and I arriving at the main deck, "Ah it seems our Princess has awaken from her slumber. You pick a bad timing to wake up. We're at a crisis at the moment."

Reine however intejects.

"This is good, with all three of you at full strength, it would be wise to send you three to Shin as right now to be back him as it seems like he's the one in danger." She checks over her tablet, "I've located him at the lake."

The drone that Reine was following shows the footage of Shido and Rinne. Rinne was acting very sus.

"I-It's Rinne-neechan." Yoshino said.

[Woah! what's she doing there with Shido?] Following Yoshinon.

I had a bad feeling about this.

"Can you make a call with him right now?" Kotori ask the crew.

"Negative, he doesn't have the ear piece on." Kawagoe informs Kotori.

"Shit, now what?" Kotori curses.

I took a step in.

"I say we head over there and see what's up?" I declare.

With that declaration Kotori couldn't help but smirk as she was sucking on her lollipop. Yoshino seems pumped up with excitement.

Kotori then click her tongue.

"Alright, have us teleported to the top Fraxinus, we can fly towards his location." Kotori orders the crew as they began to do their work.

[Are you feeling pumped, Yoshino?] Yoshino ask her best friend before the battle.

"If it means to help, Shido then yes!"

[What about you, Tohka? You've been acting weird for these past few days.]

I couldn't help but smirk knowing that I found a counter to these messes.

"Oh I feel the same way as you guys are. Now lets go save Shido!"

With that said the crew has finally adjusted the teleportation.

"Alright, here we go! Ready!"

"Good luck," Reine said with all three of us nodding.

With the press of a button from the main deck we were now teleported to top of the ship.

"Come on, the lake is this way." Kotori flew first With Yoshino and I following from behind, "We should be able to make in time!"

Unknown to us we notice someone was also tailing us from behind on our way to the lake. She looked familiar...
