The Adventures of Anna Stoppable: Picnic with Clover

Disclaimer: All the characters of Kim Possible belong to Disney and the characters of Totally Spies belong to Marathon Media. The original characters are my creation.

A/N: This takes place during and after my Totally Spies story: "Swimming with the Dolphins" and will be my first KP/TS crossover of the Adventures of Anna Stoppable series.

It was 6:00 pm at the Stoppable townhouse in Broy, New York as Kim and Ron Stoppable, along with their adopted daughter Kristin Stoppable and their friends William Churchill and Ellie Kelly were sitting at the dinner table eating pork chops, cooked kale greens, and salad.

Just then, Kristin, who sat to Will's left, noticed Will looking at her with a smile.

"What's up, Will?" Kristin asked.

"I just wanna say that you look great with your new hair color," Will, who sat to Kristin's right, commented on Kristin's now yellow-blonde hair.

"Thanks," Kristin said, appreciating Will's comment.

"Now, everyone will be able to tell you and Anna apart," Kim, who sat between Ellie and Ron, pointed out.

Kristin turned to Kim, "Thank goodness."

Ellie, who sat to Kim's right, turned to Kim and Ron and spoke, "Thanks for letting me stay for dinner, again."

Kim and Ron turned to Ellie.

"You're welcome, Ellie," Kim replied.

"Yeah," Ron, who sat to Kim's left, added. "You are always welcome here whenever your mother is busy defending the innocent and prosecuting the guilty."

Just then, the doorbell rang.

"That must be Anna," Will speculated.

"I wonder how her mission went," Ellie spoke as the front door was unlocked.

The front door then opened, followed by Anna, who was wearing her mission clothes, walking inside and closing the door behind her.

"I'm home," Anna announced before she walked through the living room to the dinner table and sat down in the chair to Kristin's left side.

"So, how did the mission go?" Kim asked Anna.

"It was a wild mission," Anna commented as she served herself a pork chop, some cooked kale greens, and salad. "You remember our friends from Beverly Hills who are with the World Organization of Human Protection?"

"Sam, Clover, and Alex?" Kim asked. "Yes, you told me they have spy boyfriends and were recently joined by their friend Britney and her spy boyfriend, Gene. They also moved to Oxford and are attending the university there."

"Well," Anna began. "After I found out the villain behind the kidnappings of people in the UK was a member of WOOHP's rogue's gallery, and since you and the rest of Team Possible were backlogged with other matters, I contacted the WOOHP spies for assistance. Together, we were able to defeat Charleston."

"Isn't Charleston that wrong-sick dolphin dude who tried to turn Alex into a dolphin years ago?" Ron asked.

"Yes," Anna replied as she turned to Ron. "And he turned Alex into a dolphin, again. Luckily, WOOHP and I defeated Charleston and turned Alex back to normal. And as an added bonus, we captured the evil twin sisters, Tracy and Stacy Mater."

"Aren't they the nieces of Alma Mater?" Kristin asked. Anna turned to Kristin as the latter continued. "The person I blame for creating the synthomonsters that made me sprain my ankle?"

"They are Alma Mater's nieces," Anna replied.

Ron soon changed the subject, "Hey, I know we've met Clover, Sam, and Alex before, but we have never met Britney and the spies' boyfriends."

"I have a picture of Sam, Clover, and Alex with Britney and their boyfriends," Anna spoke as she turned to Ron.

She then pressed a button on her wrist Annamunicator, selected a folder, and selected a small picture labeled: WOOHP Spy Team.

The picture soon enlarged itself before Anna showed it to Ron.

Ron looked at the picture and noticed it was of four women and four men. From left to right, there was a woman with red hair, green eyes, fair skin, and wearing a green catsuit with go-go boots; a man with brown hair, teal eyes, tanned skin, and wearing a purple catsuit with combat boots; a woman with yellow-blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin, and wore a red catsuit with go-go boots; a man with yellow-blonde hair, blue eyes, fair skin, and wore an orange catsuit with combat boots; a woman with black hair, brown eyes, light-brown skin, and wore a yellow catsuit with go-go boots; a man with black hair, brown eyes, brown skin, and wore a blue-grey catsuit with combat boots; a woman with blue hair in a ponytail held by a blue scrunchie, purple eyes, olive skin, and wore an azure catsuit with go-go boots; and a man with black hair, brown eyes, light-brown skin, and wore a dark-blue catsuit with combat boots.

"So, those are the spies from Beverly Hills with their boyfriends?" Ron asked as he pointed to the picture Anna was showing him.

"Yup," Anna replied. Ron lowered his finger as Anna continued. "From right to left, that's Sam with her boyfriend Jake, Clover with her boyfriend Nate, Alex with her boyfriend Lee, and Britney with her boyfriend Gene."

Kirstin soon spoke, "I think it was nice of the head of WOOHP, Jerry, to partner Clover and her friends up with those spy guys."

Anna turned to Kristin, "From what Clover told me, Jerry thought spy couples would make great teams. And he was right."

"Those are very lucky spies," Ellie commented.

Anna soon remembered something and looked at her parents, "Mom? Dad?"

"Yes, Anna?" Kim answered.

"Will it be alright if I go to Oxford and have a picnic with Clover tomorrow?" Anna asked. "I promised Clover, I'd visit her whenever I could."

"Of course, you can go visit Clover, Anna," Kim replied. "But I ask you to wear something other than a school uniform this time."

"Yeah," Ron agreed. "It's not a good idea to let your wardrobe just sit in your closet to collect dust."

"It's okay," Anna assured. "I have an outfit that I would consider a nice change of pace from a school uniform."

"I can pack some lasagna and salad me and your mother made for tomorrow's lunch for your picnic," Ron spoke up.

"That will be great!" Anna said, happily. She then asked. "After dinner, can I make some cookies for the picnic?"

"Sure, AC," Ron replied.

The next day, at 4:45 a.m., Ron finished packing a picnic basket for Anna to take with her to England.

Just then, Kim came up from behind Ron and wrapped her arms around him.

"Hiya, bad boy," Kim cooed before kissing the left side of her husband's neck.

"Hiya, bad girl," Ron cooed as his wife rested her chin on his left shoulder.

Kim pulled away from Ron before asking, "Picnic basket ready?"

"Yes," Ron replied.

"Hey, Mom. Hey, Dad," Came Anna's voice from behind.

Kim and Ron turned to see Anna, who was wearing a knee-length short-sleeve light-blue dress with an off-white pan collar, cuffs, hem, waist bow, and tall white knee-length socks. She also had her hair in two high pigtails, each held by a light blue scrunchie, and red lipstick on her lips. On her back was a light brown teddy bear backpack. In her right hand was a pair of black patent Mary Jane buckle tap shoes.

Kim and Ron smiled.

"You look great, AC," Ron commented.

"Why thank you, Dad," Anna said, appreciating her father's comment.

Kim soon noticed the shoes in Anna's hand and asked, "Anna, are you gonna be wearing tap shoes to your picnic with Clover?"

"Yes, Mom," Anna replied. "But it's okay, these tap shoes are what I wear whenever I go for long walks and are indestructible. Besides, they look really cute with my outfit."

Kim sighed, "Okay." She then asked. "Are you ready to go?"

"Yes," Anna replied.

"You got your picnic blanket?"

"It's in my backpack."

"Well, let's get you to England."

"I'll watch the house until you get back, KP," Ron spoke up. He then waved to Anna. "You have fun, AC."

Anna waved back, "I will."

With that, Anna walked over to the front door and strapped on her shoes.

Kim picked up the picnic basket and walked over to Anna, "You almost forgot your picnic basket."

"I can't forget that," Anna said as she took the basket into her hands. "Thanks."

Kim then opened to door before she and Anna walked outside and closed the door behind them.

They soon walked off to the Sloth parked out front.

While Kim climbed into the driver's seat, Anna put her backpack and the picnic basket in the backseat before she climbed into the Sloth's front passenger seat.

"Next stop: Oxford, England," Anna spoke in excitement.

"I'll put the Sloth in flight mode once we get onto the highway," Kim spoke as she started the Sloth. "I don't wanna wake up anyone still asleep."

With that, Kim drove the Sloth out of the parallel parking space it was in and headed for the highway.

It was 9:59 a.m. local time as Kim drove up to the address of the WOOHP spies' house and pulled over into a clear parallel parking space.

"Well, here we are," Kim announced.

"Thanks for the lift, Mom," Anna said in appreciation.

"You're welcome," Kim said in appreciation. She then waved. "You have fun with Clover."

"I will," Anna said with a nod. She then waved. "I'll see you later."

"You too," Kim waved back. "I love you."

"I love you too," Anna said before she climbed out of the Sloth, retrieved her backpack and picnic basket, and walked away from the car.

Just as Kim drove away, Anna sat the basket down on the ground so she could use both hands to put on her backpack. She then picked up the picnic basket, turned to the front door of the spies' house, walked up the front stairs to the door, and rang the doorbell.

A few seconds later, the door opened, revealing Clover in her pajamas.

Clover smiled, "Anna!"

"Clover!" Anna said, happily. "I told you I'd be back!"

At that moment, Sam, Alex, Britney, Jake, Nate, Lee, and Gene who were also in their pajamas, joined Clover.

Anna noticed the other WOOHP spies and waved to them, "Hey, guys."

"Hey, Anna," Sam waved back.

Alex got a good look at Anna's clothes and asked, "Where's your school uniform, Anna?"

"I decided to go with something different," Anna replied. "My parents think I shouldn't let the rest of my wardrobe collect dust."

"Well, I think your outfit looks cute!" Clover commented.

"You look almost like me when me, Clover, and Sammy went undercover at Peppy Wolfman's mansion all those years ago," Alex commented. She then noticed the backpack. "I see you're wearing the backpack I gave you for your birthday last month."

"I absolutely love it!" Anna commented. "It's been my non-mission travel backpack ever since."

Jake soon noticed Anna's footwear and asked, "Anna, why are you wearing tap shoes?"

Anna looked at Jake, "Is there a problem with that?"

"The taps could get damaged," Jake pointed out. "Not all hard surfaces are friendly to tap shoe taps."

"There's no problem," Anna assured. Clover turned to Anna as the latter continued. "These shoes are very durable and made for both walking and dancing on all terrain."

"So, Anna, you've come here to visit?" Clover asked.

Anna turned back to Clover, "I came all this way to see if you were up to having a picnic with me in Headington Hill Park." She then showed the basket. "I brought some of my father's award-winning lasagna."

"Anna, I would love to join you for a picnic!" Clover said, happily. She then turned to Nate. "Nate, will it be alright if I spend some time with Anna?"

"Clover, you can spend as much time with Anna as you like," Nate happily assured. "I know how much she means to you."

"Thanks, Nate!" Clover commented. "You're the best soulmate ever!"

She then pulled out her Compowder and used it to change her attire.

The next thing everyone present saw was Clover wearing a white hoodie sweatshirt, black skirt, short white socks, and black patent Mary Jane shoes.

"You look great, Clover!" Anna commented.

"Thanks!" Clover said in appreciation.

Anna soon noticed Clover's footwear and asked, "How are the Mary Jane shoes I sent you treating you?"

"They are the best!" Clover replied. "They are both comfortable and cute! Especially with my school uniform! And thanks for sending identical pairs of shoes for Sammy, Alex, and Britney too!"

"You're welcome," Anna said in appreciation.

"I really enjoy the shoes too, Anna," Alex spoke up. "And my mom thought they made me look cute."

"Britney and I have yet to try on the ones you got us..." Sam added.

"But we will at some point," Britney added.

"They look really cute nevertheless," Sam commented.

"I'm glad you like them," Anna said, happily. "There are only two kinds of shoes I love wearing: Mary Janes and tap shoes." She then lifted up her right foot. "And today, I'm wearing both."

"And they make you look cute," Clover commented as Anna lowered her foot.

"Thanks, Clover," Anna said in appreciation. "Now, shall we head on over to the park?"

Clover nodded, "Let's go." She turned to Nate and waved. "I'll see you later."

Nate walked up to Clover and kissed her.

After breaking the kiss, Nate cooed, "I'll see you later."

With that, Anna and Clover walked down the front steps and off in the direction of Headington Hill Park.

Just then, Anna started tapping her toes.

"Are you tap dancing, again?" Clover asked.

Anna stopped dancing and answered, "I just couldn't help myself."

"It's okay, Anna," Clover assured. "I know how much you enjoy tapping." She soon thought of something and asked. "How would you like me to hold the basket for you while you dance?"

"That would be great, thanks," Anna commented before handing the basket to Clover.

After Clover took the basket into her hands, Anna started dancing as the duo continued towards Headington Hill Park.

A few minutes later, Anna and Clover reached the park entrance.

Anna stopped dancing and spoke, "Well, here we are." She soon noticed a spot near the footpath and pointed it out. "That grassy spot looks nice."

Clover looked at the spot Anna suggested and nodded, "I agree."

Anna and Clover soon walked over to the grassy spot.

Anna took off her backpack, set it on the ground and unzipped it. She then pulled a folded red & white checkerboard picnic blanket from the backpack, unfolded it, and set it down on the grass.

Clover sat the basket down onto the blanket before she herself sat down onto the blanket knees first.

Anna sat down on the blanket knees first before she opened the basket and spoke, "Aside from my father's lasagna, I also brought some of my mother's salad, and for dessert: chocolate chip cookies I made myself."

"You made chocolate chip cookies?" Clover asked in amazement.

"Yup," Anna replied as she proceeded to pull out four plastic containers: two containing lasagna and two containing salads.

She then gave Clover a container of lasagna and a container of salad.

Clover soon noticed something missing and spoke, "Uh… Anna?"

Anna soon realized, "Oh yeah, the forks."

She then pulled out a cloth and unrolled it, revealing two forks, and gave one to Clover.

"Thanks," Clover said as she took the fork Anna had given her into her right hand.

With that, Anna and Clover went on to eat what the former brought with her.

A half hour has passed since arriving at the park and now, Anna and Clover had finished with the lasagna and salad and were now eating the homemade chocolate chip cookies Anna baked, from a plastic container.

"Wow, these cookies are so good!" Clover commented. "You have an amazing cooking talent, Anna."

"Thanks, Clover," Anna said in appreciation. "I do take after my father in the field of cooking though we're not related by blood."

Clover soon changed the subject, "Anna, I wanna thank you again for coming to visit me; you have no idea how much this means to me."

"You're welcome, Clover," Anna said in appreciation. "And you have no idea how much visiting you means to me."

"So… how are things going with you?" Clover asked, changing the subject.

"Well to start with," Anna began. "I recently started 9th grade at the Henry Hudson Preparatory School."

"Are you still working for Lapezio and teaching people how to tap dance?" Clover asked.

"I am," Anna replied. "And while me, my parents, Kristin, Will, and Ellie spent most of the summer in Middleton, I took up a summer job as a tap-dancing waitress at the restaurant, Chez Couteaux."

"Wow!" Clover commented. "A tap-dancing waitress?"

"Yup," Anna said. "During each of my shifts, I worked as a regular waitress, but every hour I put on a show for the dinner crowd."

"Amazing!" Clover commented.

"What's more was that the manager allowed me wear my tap shoes during all my shifts," Anna continued.

"Wow!" Clover commented. "You wear tap shoes to all your jobs now."

"I do," Anna acknowledged. "And it really makes me... tappy!"

Both Clover and Anna laughed at the pun the latter made.

After the laughter died down, Clover asked, "So, how are your parents doing?"

"They are doing great," Anna answered. "My mom and dad have started their Senior year at Hudson River University and are looking forward to a wonderful last year."

"It's hard to believe your parents will be graduating from college soon," Clover commented.

"It is," Anna agreed. "And after my parents graduate, we will be moving to Yonkers, New York. With help from people we've saved, we were able to locate places in that town for my mom to start her martial arts school and my dad to start his restaurant. And me, Kristin, Will, and Ellie would be attending the Yonkers Preparatory Academy, which is close to wear my parents will be starting their businesses."

"Speaking of Kristin, Will, and Ellie, how are they doing?" Clover asked.

"They are doing great," Anna replied. "Kristin has now recovered from the sprain she received during Alma Mater's synthomonster attacks, Will has joined Kristin on the dance floor, and Ellie is going to get her name on a new tap shoe by Lapezio."

"Wow!" Clover commented.

"So, Clover, how are things going with you?" Anna asked.

"They are great!" Clover commented with a dreamy look on her face. "Ever since leaving Mali-U and meeting Nate, my life has been the best it has yet. I think Nate's the one for me!"

"I'm glad you have found a really great guy," Anna commented.

"As soon as Nate and I graduate we are so getting married," Clover said.

"You two are engaged already?" Anna asked in disbelief.

Clover shook her head, "No, but we've been talking about our future together, marriage being a part of it." She then asked. "Will you be my maid of honor?"

"Yes, Clover," Anna said, happily. "I will be more than happy to be your maid of honor." She soon remembered something. "If I recall, we agreed that if one of us ever got married the other would be the maid of honor."

Clover soon remembered and snapped her fingers, "Of course, we made that agreement while you visited me the day after Geraldine tried to turn the world against me."

"Yes," Anna agreed. "And that was a get together we have never forgotten."

"Agreed," Clover agreed. She soon thought of something else and asked. "Hey, Anna?"

"Yes, Clover?" Anna answered.

"Speaking of get togethers... do you think we could arrange another one?" Clover asked.

"Wanna go to London for a day tomorrow?" Anna asked. "Just you and me?"

"That would be great!" Clover commented, happily.

Just then, the sound of a phone ringing was heard.

"That's me," Anna said, recognizing the ringtone. She then reached into her left skirt pocket, pulled out her cellphone, and answered it. "Hello? Hey, Headmaster Knox. Really? Oh, you have no idea how much this means to me! I'll tell you why later. Thank you. Bye."

After Anna hung up, Clover asked, "Was that your school's headmaster?"

"It was," Anna replied as she put the phone back into her left skirt pocket.

"What did she say?" Clover asked.

"She told me that I will be attending the Headington Hill Preparatory Academy from Monday of next week until the beginning of Fall Break," Anna replied. "Seems you and I will be spending more time together than we thought."

Clover gasped, "Oh, Anna!" She then scooted closer to Anna and gave her a hug. "That's so wonderful!"

Anna happily returned the hug, "As my dad would say: badical!"

Beep Beep Beep Beep

Both Clover and Anna groaned and broke the hug upon hearing the four beeps.

Anna reached into her right skirt pocket, pulled out her hand-held Annamunicator, and answered it, "What's the sitch, Wade?"

"I bet this must be a bad time?" Wade asked as he appeared on the screen.

"Ferociously," Clover spoke as she joined in.

"Anna, I contacted you to inform you that the headmaster of Oxford University, Chancellor Laura Douglas, needs your help," Wade announced.

"Is she in trouble?" Anna asked.

Wade shook her head, "No. She says that the professor who teaches Tap Dancing 101, Sammy Duncan, has retired."

"Hey, me, my friends, and our boyfriends attend Professor Duncan's class," Clover spoke.

"You do?" Wade asked.

"Yes," Clover replied. "When Anna told me that Oxford was offering a tap-dancing class for students, I signed myself, my friends, and our boyfriends up to take the class."

"Right..." Wade spoke. "Anyway, Chancellor Douglas has found another dance teacher to take Duncan's place, but she won't be available until after Fall Break."

"Does Chancellor Douglas need me to teach the class until Fall Break?" Anna asked.

"Yes," Wade announced. "Luckily, having to teach the class shouldn't interfere with your schedule at the Headington Hill Preparatory Academy."

"Tell Chancellor Douglas that the mission is in good hands," Anna spoke.

"I will," Wade said. He then added. "I also want to mention that Kim and Ron will be coming to pick you up and take you home so you can pack for your stay in Oxford. Wade out."

After the screen went black, Clover spoke, "Wow! You will be attending school in Oxford and teaching my dance class!"

"Well, all I can say that the next couple of months are going to be fun," Anna commented.

"Do you need a place to stay?" Clover asked.

"I will be staying in a dorm room at HHPA," Anna replied. She soon thought of something and changed the subject. "Say, Clover, before my parents come and pick me up..." She got up, walked onto the footpath, turned back to Clover, and asked. "Would you like to watch me sing and tap dance?"

"That would be great!" Clover commented. "You always amaze me with your musical talents."

"From the tip of my nose to the tap of my shoes I was born to entertain!" Anna said, happily.

She then started singing the song, "Born to Entertain" from Ruthless: The Musical and dance at the same time.

Clover smiled as she watched her Team Possible BFF put on a remarkable show for her.

The End

A/N: Seems Anna and Clover will be spending more time together than they thought.

I plan to write a story regarding Anna visiting Clover the day after the events of the Totally Spies! Episode: "Return of Geraldine". But it may be a while before I will write it.

The WOOHP spies' dance teacher was named after tap dancers: Sammy Davis Sr. and Arthur Duncan.
