As of writing this right now, I've had a week to settle back into the US, and have decided to continue updating (and writing) from my phone for somewhat more frequent updates.

No promises, but I'll aim for bi-weekly.

Also, I misspoke when I said that Ice Queen's Obsession was Mallobaude's work when I meant to put down that it was/is Aurelius Equinox's.

I blame drunk me for that.

Anyways...

TO

THE

STORY!!!!

The Brewing Storm

As the sun's morning rays reached through the cabin's port hole and landed upon my face, I immediately curled up inwards and hid my face from the light.

'World cold. Bed warm.'

Before my rude awakening courtesy of Remnant's bringer of light and life, I was enjoying a wonderful dream depicting my future with my partner.

We had a delightfully warm and cozy house in the Northwestern Valean Mountains handbuilt by my dutiful and living husband, Jaune.

Who was currently in the kitchen preparing what I presumed to be his amazing teriyaki salmon onigiri.

Thank goodness Blake knows nothing about those, or else I'd have to contend with her as well for my beloved partner's attention. It's bad enough he has a habit of sneaking off from time to time.

Then again, it's no surprise considering how Bleiss loves to track him down and harass him until he's as red as my hair.

I was enjoying a nice cup of warm coffee by the window watching our three (soon to be four) children play in the wondrously fluffy snow outside, safe and Grimm free thanks to all the thunderbolts Jaune would throw if he so much as suspected one beast coming anywhere near our children.

All was right in the (dream) world.

Ren and Nora were there too.

And Bleiss was nowhere to be seen.

Honestly, whatever gave her the idea that she had any right to stand in the way of what was clearly destiny?

She needed to learn not everything could be bought.

But earned.

Like Jaune's love.

!!!!!!

"YOU WHAT!?!?"

I don't know which was more unnerving, the fact that Ren seemed to be on the verge of a panic attack, or, Nora's ghost-white silent terror that was clearly on full display.

She had even dropped her fork and stopped eating her pancakes entirely.

Blake and I nearly jumped out of our skin at my teammate's outburst.

Let me backtrack just a little.

After I (finally) managed talked Blake into putting some clothes on and, we made our way to the dining room at the back of the ship on decks three and four for breakfast.

Which lead us into Ren and his childhood-totally-not-girlfriend-friend/partner, Nora. Who happened to take him to bunk with her the night before.

I then explained my morning to them over our breakfast.

Which leads us to now.

The entire dining room was shocked into silence before Ren realized his faux pas, and, for the first time since I've met him, actively used his Semblance on himself to forcibly calm down.

"Uh, Ren? Are you okay?" I nervously asked as I had never seen him this stressed out before.

"Yes, yes I am... Just worried about how Pyrrha and the others are going to react." He answered as he calmed down.

"Oh, speaking of, is Pyr still asleep in your cabin Nora?" I now directed my attention towards my other teammate. Ren and Nora seemed to have recovered pretty well from last night.

"Haven't seen her," Nora answered. "We thought she was at your cabin this morning."

That gave me pause.

"So if Pyrrha wasn't with you, and Blake was with me, then that means..." I began putting the pieces together, and looked over to my wife next to me.

I think she just came to the same conclusion as I have.

"Crap..."

!!!!!!

'Another morning, another chance.' I thought to myself as I noticed the usual lack of Jaune in my bed, and recounted my previous attempts at enticing the tall, blonde, shredded, and absolutely fuckable Adonis in my life.

Seriously, Blake's wannabe stalker-boyfriend may have a nice six-pack, but Banana-boy has got nothing on Jaune's eight-pack and overall build.

It's honestly a crime to hide that body away.

Anyways, aside from getting treated to all the Jaune-flavored eye candy I want plus the sea turtles, this vacation has been a bust.

Looking out of my cabin's port hole, I saw clear skies with a bright sun.

And with the sun, I saw the inspiration for my next attempt to save my darling from that Stupid Fucking Skank that dared to call herself his partner, when it should've been me!

I saw him first dammit!

I spied the swimsuit set out I had yet to wear as the plan began to formulate while I got out of bed to grab the article. It would perfectly emphasize my ass.

'Jaune won't be able to keep his eyes off me!'

And his hands, if everything worked out.

It was then, I turned around to see the Bane of My Fucking Existence...

"Oh, HELL no..."

!!!!!!

I'm not going to pretend there wasn't anything abrupt about our departure from the dining hall as we made our mad dash to Deck 6 and to Blake's cabin.

And since we were all known huntsmen and huntresses in training, all the other passengers and some of the staff must have thought it was some kind emergency.

And they'd be kind of right.

They had no idea what kind of damage Bleiss and Pyrrha could cause when left alone together...

I can still see the remains of our two teams's shared common room in my dreams.

As we neared the dreaded destination, we began to hear the telltale muffled screaming match of Bleiss and Pyrrha.

It's already started!

Activating my Semblance, I channeled some of my aura into Blake, Nora, and Ren, while Blake fished out her Sail and Sign Keycard to unlock the door and unleash whatever battlefield her cabin had become.
