It was around 6:00 in the afternoon and Kate was looking for her friends and she didn't know where they are.
Kate saw the sign on the door on the gate that says "Come in".
"Hmm… Is this where my friends are?" Kate asked herself.
Kate opened the gate door and she gasped.
"Surprise! Happy Birthday, Kate!" said Dora, Alana, Emma, Nayia.
"Wow! You guys knew that it was my birthday?" Kate asked.
"Of course we did!" said Dora, putting her hand on Kate's shoulder.
"We would never forget our friend's birthday!" said Alana.
"We are so glad to have friend like!" said Emma.
"Aw, you guys… Thank you so much! This is the best birthday I could ever had!" said Kate hugging her friends.
"Your welcome, Kate!" said Alana.
"Do you want to open your gifts?" asked Dora.
"Yeah!" said Kate excitedly
Dora ran to get her presents and put them in front of Kate.
"There you go, Kate! I hope you'll like them! Why don't you open mine first?" said Dora.
Kate grabbed the first present and she heard a noise in that box.
"Hmm, I've never heard that noise before?" said Kate.
The noise is heard again. "I hear it again! It's in this box!" said Kate again.
Kate got on her knees and got closer to the box and put her ear on top of it and she hears it again.
"I think I know that sound!" said Kate.
Kate opened the box and it revealed a white cat. It meowed.
"Awww!" said Alana, Emma, Nayia in unison.
"A kitty! Aww!" said Kate as she picked up the white cat and hold it in her hands. The white cat purred and snuggled her cheek. Kate giggled ane she loved it.
"I think she likes you, Kate." said Emma giggling.
"You like it? You said you've always wanted a pet." said Dora.
"I love it! Thank you so much, Dora!" said Kate hugging her side.
"Your welcome, Kate!" said Dora, returning the hug.
"And here's mine!" said Emma.
"Ooh!" said Kate as she opened Emma's present and it's a book about planets.
"A book about planets? I love it! Thanks, Emma!" said Kate hugging Emma.
"Your welcome, Kate!" said Emma hugging Kate back.
"And here's my birthday present, to you!" said Nayia.
"Aw!" said Kate as Nayia handed the present to her and Kate opened and she got a book about birds.
Kate gasped and said "A book about birds! I love it! Now I can learn about birds!"
Kate ran to Nayia and hugged her and said "Thank you so much, Nayia!"
"You're welcome, Kate!" said Nayia as she hugged her back.
Kate looked around and gasped and saw a big present! This is Kate's dream come true!
"Alana, what's in that big present?" Kate asked.
"Your gonna love it!" said Alana.
Alana pushed the button and big present and it revealed a hot air balloon.
Kate gasped and said "A hot air balloon?"
"Thank you, Alana! This is my dream come true!" said Kate as she hugged Alana.
"Your welcome, Kate!" said Alana as she hugged Kate back.
"Well, Kate, do you want to go for a ride in a hot air balloon?" asked Dora.
"Yeah!" Kate said.
"Well, let's go!" Dora said.
"Yay!" said Kate.
Dora, Kate, Alana, Emma, Nayia hop in the hot air balloon and they go up into the clouds and birds fly in and see them.
"Thanks for this birthday surprise, guys!" said Kate.
"Don't thank us yet, Kate. There's one more!" said Dora.
Kate gasped and said "Really?"
"It's your… Birthday cake!" Dora said as she got out a birthday cake.
The cake has blue frosting.
Kate gasped "Oh, thank you, Dora!" said Kate as she hugged Dora.
Dora giggled "Your welcome, Kate!"
"Make a wish, Kate!" said Emma.
Kate blew out the candles.
"What did you wish for, Kate?" asked Nayia
"I wished that I could be with my best friends forever!" said Kate.
"Aww!" Dora, Alana, Emma, Nayia in unison.
The 5 girls get in a group hug.
"All right! Let's have some cake!" said Dora.
Dora cut the cake into 5 slices. She gave the cake to Kate first and then Alana, Emma, Nayia.
Kate got the first bite and said "Oh! It's so good!"
"Thanks everyone for this wonderful birthday!"
"Your welcome, Kate!" said Dora.
