Months after Zee and Ro had helped clear Kevin's name, the two of them were in an abandoned building where they had been hiding out for a few days.
"Things are starting to get out of hand out there," said Ro.
"Not only have we not been able to clear you, both the NSA and Brother's Day are still after us," she said.
"Perhaps it's time you leave," said Zeta.
"No way, I promised to help you and nothing is going to change that," said Ro.
"But things are getting too dangerous for you, and your face is being shown all around meaning it's only a matter of time before someone finds you," said Zeta.
"I don't care, I'm in this for the long run," said Ro.
"Sounds like you're a real friend to him," came a voice from the shadows of the building.
"Who's there?!" asked Zeta while putting Ro behind him.
"My name is Claire, I come from Knossos," said a black girl with an afro as she walked into view. She was also wearing a yellow shirt with black jeans and tennis shoes.
"Other people managed to escape?" asked Ro.
"Only a few of us, and I'm not really a person," said Claire before revealing that she was a synthoid.
"Why did you come to us?" asked Zeta.
"I have the information you need to clear yourself, but only one person can access it from me right now," said Claire while putting her disguise back on.
"Let me guess, Dr. Selig," said Ro.
"No, the person is his daughter," said Claire.
"I was unaware that he had family," said Zeta.
"He kept the fact a secret in order to protect them, many people would have used this information to get to him even worse than they had already," said Claire.
"But you two have already met his daughter," she said.
"We have?" asked a surprised Ro.
"She's Agent Lee from the NSA," said Claire.
