King Kai: 'Okay, the wish is done and the people are revived, nice work dealing with Frieza guys.'

Everyone listening nodded and said thanks to King Kai for the update, Piccolo noticing that his son Bansuri had become stronger than him and after that other people were getting powered up. With Nail's memories, it wasn't hard to piece together what was going on.

Piccolo: 'Looks like Guru fused into Bansuri and gave him the ability to awaken dormant power. Good idea to power up the local warriors before leaving, helps keep the place safe.'

Bulma: "So how are we getting back to Earth? Our ship is scrapped"

Vegeta: "We could use Frieza's ship. I know how to fly it"

Gohan: "...You want dad to teach you how to go Super Saiyan in exchange for you acting as pilot"

Vegeta: "I will learn that transformation, even if I have to learn it from a low class Saiyan"

Goku: "Why does class matter? The planet is blown up and we're the only Saiyans left right?"

Vegeta looked shocked at the sudden burst of intelligent logic before giving Goku a sour look, not giving an answer. Bulma shrugged.

Bulma: "Well I don't know how to pilot an alien ship and I doubt anyone else knows how so if you're not out to kill us anymore I'm fine with you being our ride home. Anyone got any better ideas?"

Every other Earth resident shook their head and simply went along with the idea, the agreement coming swiftly with the sound logic being put forward. Bansuri would later return to the group to see his father with a sour expression and quickly parsing what has happened.

Bansuri: "...We're stuck with Vegeta aren't we."

Piccolo: "Yep. At least we're stronger than him so if he does try anything we can stop him"

Bansuri: "True. His arrogence is still annoying though."

Piccolo: "True"

The Earthlings plus Vegeta made their goodbyes (with many Namekians being more thankful to Bansuri due to him giving them a power up prior), and getting on to Frieza's ship, everyone getting their own space but to Goku's disappointment there was no gravity chamber training room.

Vegeta: "Frieza was naturally powerful and never had to train a day in his life, you really think a monster like that would have a training room?"

Goku: "But there's the healing pod things"

Vegeta just shrugged at the controls and Goku skulked away, leaving Vegeta and Bulma in the ships control room. Bulma watched Vegeta carefully and started learning how to pilot the ship, the feisty blue haired woman catching the Saiyan's attention with her strong personality and cleverness.

Vegeta: '...I am a Saiyan, I am not attracted to a weak human woman...I'm not!'

During travel through space Vegeta would on occasion leave the controls and demand Goku teach him, the saiyan prince being tricked into meditation of all things and returning to the controls in a huff, finding Bulma was picking up the alien technology rather quickly.

Vegeta: "Didn't know an Earthling could use Frieza Force tech', thought your world was too backwater for that"

Bulma: "My famility came up with the technology to put a vehicle in a capsule small enough to put in your pocket, don't underestimate a human!"

Vegeta reeled back from the power of that statement and simply muttered "fine" before going to get a drink, Bansuri standing at the water cooler with a cup in his hand and raising an eyebrow at the flustered looking saiyan.

Vegeta: "...I could still blow up Earth"

Bansuri: "And you would still be smitten with a human. By the way, she has a habit of walking around in her underwear. Have fun with that"

Bansuri finished his water and walked away from a red-faced Vegeta"

Vegeta: "...Prick"

Bansuri: "Right back at you"

3 months into travel the ship landed on a planet that the navigation system declared to be Yardrat, getting the annoyance of Bansuri, Piccolo and Bulma.

Vegeta: "What? I'm just getting my payment for piloting the ship from Kakarot. It'll take about 3 more months to get to Earth from here and we can't train on the ship."

Bansuri, Piccolo and Bulma outright glared at the self-serving logic while Gohan and Krillin looked disappointed before noticing they were not alone, seeing strange purple beings with long pointed ears as well as shorter green beings with tear shaped heads, a blue member of the latter approaching with a gentle smile on their whiskered face.

Blue Yardrat: "Greetings travelers, what brings you to our planet?"

Bansuri: "A pilot that's jealous that someone else beat Frieza and is desperate to learn how to achieve the transformation that made it happen."

Blue Yardrat: "Ah yes, we sensed the fall of a powerful evil from here. I imagine it was you that defeated him? [looks at Goku]"

Goku: "Yeah I did that, didn't know I had it in me"

Bansuri narrowed his eyes but said nothing, the memories gained from Guru informing the young Namekian that the power Guru couldn't awaken was likely the transformation Goku awakened against Frieza. Bansuri wasn't sure if this was a Saiyan ability or if he could help other Saiyans unlock it but he certainly wasn't going to help Vegeta...Gohan on the other hand he'll gladly check when Vegeta wasn't looking.

Bansuri: 'If Gohan has this transformation and if I'm able to unlock it in him, Vegeta will be so upset...This will be hilarious if it works'

Blue Yardrat: "We sensed that there were malicious people heading our way before turning around and we have you to thank for it"

Vegeta: "Thant's nice, mind if we stay on your planet for a while until I get the Super Saiyan form?"

Blue Yardrat: "We can offer more than accomadation, we have techniques that we will gladly teach you"

The alien put 2 fingers to their forehead then vanished, reappearing on top of a near by building to the amazement of the fighters present before vanishing again and reappearing stood in the center of the group.

Blue Yardrat: "This is the most basic technique of our planet; Instant Transmission. I would happily teach you this and more"

The Z fighters looked interested (with Vegeta acting like he isn't and failing) at this idea.

Bansuri: "...We're listening"

Blue Yardrat: "There is the Clone Technique, the Healing Technique and the Gigantification Technique as intermediate techniques but the most advanced technique is Forced Spirit Fission"

The Yardrat proceeded to demonstrate the intermediate techniques, surprising everyone with Clones that didn't use a large amount of energy and were strong enough to be challenging. Bansuri was the next surprised when the Healing technique was shown because it was even more efficient than the Healing magic Bansuri typically used but the real show stopper was Gigantification which didn't just boost physical power but also energy. Plus the giant form didn't look like it was painful to maintain which peaked Bansuri and Piccolo's interest.

Krillin: "You said something about Forced Spirit Fission, what's that about?"

Blue Yardrat: "This advanced technique allows the user to draw energy from an assailant through making physical contact. The amount is quite small but the main purpose of the technique is to destablize opponents using fusion to bolster their power."

Gohan: "Fusion?"

Blue Yardrat: "A technique where 2 people become one with the new being magnatudes stronger than both individuals comprising it"

Piccolo: "I doubt we'll be facing anyone with that sort of ability"

Bansuri: "Malicious people are too arrogant and ego centric to consider fusing with someone else. I think learning the techiques before that point is the best option"

Both Bansuri and Piccolo looked at Vegeta, said prince feeling the intense stares but keeping his mouth shut, they were stronger than him...for now.

Goku: "I just wanna learn how to teleport!"

Bansuri: "...If you get injured during training a healing technique goes a long way"

Both Goku and Vegeta paused at that statement, Goku seeing how being able to get into training quicker could be nice and Vegeta considering a different idea.

Vegeta: 'I could take advantage of Zenkai Boosts!'

Vegeta kept his mouth shut but quietly agreed with Goku to learn a bit more than the basics, the blue alien looking pleased with the decision.

Blue Yardrat: "Nice to see you all eager to learn, but where are my manners. My name is Pybara and I look forward to teaching you"

The Z fighters (and Vegeta after a stern look) introduced themselves then set about learning Spirit Control, Bansuri and Piccolo having an easier time due to their habit of meditation (and reading Pybara's mind to get in depth knowledge of what to do and how to do it), Goku, Krillin and Gohan having a bit more difficulty but finding the meditation similar to what Bansuri taught them and Vegeta barely behind but keeping up due to sheer stubberness. The first person to use Instant Transmission was Bansuri, followed swiftly by Piccolo, Goku, Gohan, Krillin and Vegeta being the last due to splitting his focus with learning how to teleport and how to transform into a Super Saiyan (with Bansuri listening in to see how to get Gohan to transform if they can).

Gohan: "So why are you trying to get me to transform?"

Bansuri: "Insurance"

Gohan lifted an eyebrow in question.

Bansuri: "Currently your father, myself and my father are stronger than Vegeta but there is still a possability of him doing something stupid outside of our eyeline. By making you powerful enough to deal with him yourself, I'm making sure that you can survive and thrive even when you're by yourself."

Gohan: "So that's why you keep powering me up after training."

Bansuri: "It is, sadly I can't awaken your Super Saiyan power, but I can put you on your father's level when he faced Frieza and use illusions to simulate the same sort of loss your father had on Namek."

Bansuri had been awakening Gohan's potential for 3 weeks during the training on Yardrat and Gohan had become stronger than Vegeta very quickly with Bansuri's help. Gohan had hid this power from Vegeta under the advice of Bansuri to make sure Gohan's power was a surprise to Vegeta should the prince prove untrustworthy.

Bansuri: "Today, I will use illusions to put you through a heartbreaking situation; Frieza finding Earth and tomenting friends and family"

Gohan winced at the idea of such a thing happening but then gulped at the realization that he was going to live through it happening. Gohan paled but took a breath and gave Bansuri a determaned nod, prompting the Namekian to weave the magic and put Gohan into the illusion.

Vegeta: "Come on... almost got it..."

Vegeta was stood in front of Goku, trying to power up into Super Saiyan yet again, the advice that Goku gave this time being to think of something that angered and saddened the Prince to breaking point, examples being Frieza destroying the planet he was going to rule, killing his father, the years of insults and torment Frieza did to him and one thought that Vegeta came up with himself being the fact that a low class warrior got something before the Prince of All Saiyans. All these thoughts built on top of each other until finally...

Vegeta: "HaaaaAAAAAGH!"

From Vegeta burst out a golden aura, the prince's hair already standing up from his normal hairstyle suddenly turning blonde. He had done it! He had become a Super Saiyan. Vegeta was elated, proud and finally powerful enough to wipe out the remains of Frieza's empire which was likely now the Cold empire once more.

Goku: "Alright! You did it! Now you can transform whenever you-"

Goku was interrupted by a sudden massive spike of power from Gohan, shocking both Goku and Vegeta as well as everyone else able to sense power. The Z fighters paused their training and flew over to where the surge of energy came from finding a surprised looking Bansuri and a Super Saiyan Gohan looking like he was trying to get his bearings.

Vegeta: "OH COME ON! SERIOUSLY!?"

Bansuri and Gohan looked at Vegeta with Gohan looking somewhat sheepish but Bansuri gave the upset and freshly transformed prince a smug look.

Bansuri: "Look, another Super Saiyan. Say Vegeta, didn't you spend most of your life striving to become one? Must be upsetting for you that a 6 year old can do it"

Vegeta glared at the smirking Namekian and the half-breed saiyan youth, the latter of which almost being as strong as Goku which irked the glaring saiyan even more. Goku on the other hand looked like Christmas had come early, his son was not only a Super Saiyan but also close enough in strength to train with!

Goku: "Wow! Nice work training with Gohan Bansuri! Did you awaken his potential like Gurur did for us?"

Vegeta gave a quizzical look at that statement as Bansuri went from smug smirk to annoyed stare at Goku for revealing what he had been hiding.

Vegeta: "You're telling me he can increase our power?!"

Goku: "Yeah! It's a major power boost!"

Bansuri and the other Z fighters sighed in annoyance at how open Goku was to share with someone who had killed friends (and family in Bansuri's case).

Bansuri: "Yes, I have the ability to awaken dormant power. No, it doesn't awaken Super Saiyan, Illusions and emotional breaking points do. You were not told because you were not trusted or liked and you still aren't. No, I will not awaken your dormant power because of said lack of trust or likability. Did I miss any questions?"

Vegeta simply glared at Bansuri and said nothing, basically confirming to everyone present that Bansuri didn't miss any of Vegeta's potential questions and causing sweatdrops to appear before Vegeta flew away, leaving the group to marvel at Super Saiyan Gohan.

Bansuri: "...That form reminds me of Kaioken with the overflowing energy, wanna try internalizing it and dropping the energy cost?"

Gohan/Goku: "That makes a lot of sense..."

After that discussion and everyone did the finishing touches on the final techniques they were learning, everyone gave thanks to Pybara and got back on the ship, the travel back to Earth taking 3 more months just like Vegeta said and piloting the ship into a barren wasteland so as to avoid too much attention from the locals. Bulma get's Bansuri to get her a quick lift home to pick up a containment capsule for the ship.

Bulma: "...Sooo weird question you wanna come to my place for a bit?"

Vegeta: "...I want to make sure Frieza's empire falls. Maybe later..."

Vegeta puts 2 fingers to his forehead and used Instant Transmission to start a planet hopping adventure through space to crush what's left of the Frieza Force as a Super Saiyan, leaving a disappointed Bulma with a group of fighters that suddenly find the clouds very interesting.

Krillin: "...I think I'll pass the teachings of Spirit Control to the others"

Goku: "I'll go home with Gohan, Chi-chi's probably worried about us"

Piccolo and Bansuri look at each other.

Piccolo: "The usual?"

Bansuri nods and flies away with Piccolo, prompting Goku and Gohan to fly away but Krillin is stopped by Bulma.

Bulma: "Hey! Think you can give me a lift back home? I kind of forgot to pick up a vehicle when I was teleported home to pick up a containment capsule"

Krillin: "Heh, Sure"

Krillin picked up Bulma princess-carry style and proceeded to fly her home.
