Rebellious Devil Chapter 2

Gabriel's POV

The atmosphere was tense as I was caught in between my Neechan Rias who was way too clingy and Ravel who had confessed her reasons and love for me. Both girls were angrily glaring at each other as Ravel snarked back at Rias as the room atmosphere got more intense.

''KFC Skank?! I'm not the one who apparently is a brocon or siscon in my blood. I even apologized, seriously this isn't sweet home Alabama Rias even for us Devils'' Ravel snarked back as I could see Rias Oneesan's face getting redder than her hair in anger and embarrassment. My older sister caught Ravel by her hair as her powers began to glow around her as she snarled back.

''Yeah and your confession little girl almost made him drink Holy water... What makes you more qualified than me... His own Sister to take care of him?!'' Rias snarled as I decided to stop this mess before it even went into a more heated debate.

''STOP this right now! Look Ravel apologized and Neechan...can you stop scaring me or anything that comes close to me?! If you don't...I won't go to Otakucon with you!'' I blurted the last part as Rias then started to cry but I began calming both of them. Sona decided to talk next as I think that Rias still may be in a problem.

''Thank you, Gabriel. As I was saying earlier...I saved Issei Rias and you are welcome by the way. But sadly...he decided to be dumb. He went against my orders and tried to save a nun and while we did save the nun, Issei sadly didn't make it. Rias...do you know he was the Red Dragon Emperor?'' Sona asked as Rias froze and even Ravel looked sheepish before I decided to speak up.

''Um...who is Issei? I dunno him and Onee-chan freaked out this morning and some of you have a sour face when he is mentioned.'' I asked as Sona explained.

''Issei Hyoudou was the Red Dragon Emperor. He was a pervert who often spied on women and we didn't expel him and his buddies as we didn't know which of them had the Sacred Gear at the time and Rias wanted to break her engagement like you well before Lucifer intervened.'' Sona explained as I nodded and explained myself.

''I see...so he was Onee-chan's ticket out before I made my big mistake... That's sucks... Having only your relatives missing you is not something I'd wish on anyone.'' I said as everyone nodded before Sona spoke again"

''Speaking of Gabriel, You should also start making ways for your peerage. It would help a lot with your piece's potential. The school isn't lacking. Murayama and Katasa would still make for great pawns. if not... I have a person who'd be willing to help. I sadly cannot recruit her but she'd make a great Bishop.'' Sona explained as I nodded and explained to her my reasoning"

''I see... but I sadly don't know Murayama and Katase enough. I'm more curious about that Bishop though?'' I said and asked Sona as she nodded and explained herself.

''Her name is Asia Argento. She was with the Fallen Angels who tried to extract her Sacred Gear. My peerage and I stopped it but Issei was her first friend. She has the Twilight Healing. A Sacred Gear that can even heal devils. I figured since your name isn't exactly Devilish and are a nice person and I saw you grow up as I spent time with Rias and I thought it would be a good first peerage.'' Sona explained as Ravel spoke up too.

''As much as I don't like not being your first peerage member... Sona is bringing up a very good point. Even if I don't have my Evil Pieces yet... I would recruit her.'' Ravel said. Rias, my big sister was obviously a bit jealous but surprised me with her answer.

''Go for it Otouto... I am sad like Ravel but even as a King, I cannot deny the bargain that Sona is giving you. Hell... I'm a little jealous of you right now.'' Rias said as I smiled and answered Sona with my response.

''Then Sona... I accept. I will be waiting for Asia to do the ritual here after school.'' I said as the day of school started. when school ended. I went to the clubroom where everyone was there. Sona was there with her Queen Tsubaki. There was also a small girl with blonde hair and green eyes who smiled warmly as I nodded and Sona asked a question.

''Gabriel...do you know how to perform the ritual?'' Sona asked me as I sadly shook my head embarrassed.

''Not really... I-Its weird as I practiced in my head but stage fright is real right about now as it feels surreal.'' I explained as Rias comforted me as she explained how to do it.

''Otouto...simply ask her in a polite and regal tone to become the piece you want, this time a Bishop and should she accept, you simply tell her to rise as your Bishop.'' Rias Onee-Chan explained as I gulped nervously before I looked at Asia and spoke.

''Asia Argento...I ask of you. Would you please become my Bishop and Friend?'' I asked as the Bishop piece appeared in front of her and Asia gave her answer.

''Yes...Gabriel, I would love to become your friend and Bishop.'' Asia said as I nodded and spoke as the Bishop Piece entered her.

''Then please rise as my friend and Bishop Asia-Chan.'' I said as Asia became my Bishop. I smiled as I felt a bit exhausted but also happy. This was weirdly different than when you practiced. Everyone congratulated me as Akeno even spoke up.

''Ara, Ara, Buchou... They grow up so fast'' She teased as Rias turned red and I had made my first step in filling my Peerage.
