"School, you want us to go to school, is that a good idea." Nebula asked surprised. It was the next morning and the toddler-Guardians had just woken up when Groot had wanted to tell them something important which made them curious and Groot had revealed they would be starting pre-school. "Yeah Nebula's right, can raccoons even go to school." Rocket added to this seeing Drax, Mantis and Nebula agreeing only Groot noticed Rocket biting his furry thumb, which he did, when anxious rubbing behind Rocket's furry ear to calm him.
"Planet Groot is it's own planet so yes, and your sibs will be there." he reassured them, seeing Rocket relaxing only there was a problem as Drax, Gamora, Mantis and Nebula were toilet-trained except for Rocket who wore pull ups or tail armohr as Rocket called them, knowing that might prevent Rocket from going to school hearing Mantis ask why. "You have to be toilet-trained to go to school so Rocket might not be able to go unless he learns this." Groot told them seeing Rocket shrug his furry shoulders making his sibs curious and wanted to help him so they could all go together seeing him eating messily making them giggle. "He's not ready for school, and that's okay." Nebula said to them.
After a while, they left with Groot to get school stuff but Rocket was quiet and thinking about things but Groot sensed this as the other kids were picking their school stuff, but Rocket just watched frowning. Pre-school sounded scary to him all new things and people, plus he knew raccoons and school didn't mix seeing Nebula hold his paw as they left but at hone he just wanted to be alone in his room which Nebula got.
"It's okay buddy, when you're ready, you can join us." she told him.
Rocket smiled at this knowing she understood, blushing as she left his room but saw her sibs playing, asking if Rocket was okay seeing her nod. "Yes he's just having alone-time in his room forca but." Nebula told them.
"Ohhhhhh okay, but won't he he lonely, while we're at school." Mantis said. "Maybe but he'll be okay until we come home from school." Nebula replied playing with Gamora and Drax who were playing with a toy kitchen hoping maybe later, Rocket might be in the mood to play.
"Good lucj on your first day guys, as I know you've been excited forca while." Rocket told Drax, Gamora, Mantis and Nebula.
It was a few weeks later and the first day of pre-school for Drax, Gamora, Mantis and Nebula but not Rocket so he was happy for them eating breakfast with them despite eating messily making his sibs giggle as Gamora handed him an napkin. "Thanks Gammy and know you guts are gonna have a good day, you can tell me about it." he said. "That's a good idea Rockie and of course we can tell you." Nebula told him seeing him scampering out of there and heard the toilet flushing surprising them.
"If you can use the toilet, then you can come to school with us." Mantis said excitedky seeing him shake his furry head.
"Yes, I can use the toilet, but pre-school isn't for raccoon-kits like me, Mommy Groot and I talked about it for a while and he gets it." he told them seeing it was time for them to go to the hus stop but he was walking with them to the bus stop but was hugging Nebula . "The bus is coming." she said excitedly seeing him hide as the bus pulled up at the stop so that he wouldn't let the other kids on the bus or the driver notice him.
After the bus pulled away, he returned to the Groot-house feeling sas goijg to his room, finding his WarriorvBula stuffie on the bed crying hugging her in his furry lil arms lying on the bed falling asleep just as Groot checked on him. "I'm so prohd of you for helping them and walking with them to the bus stop." he said to him leaving him be.
