Here's the next chapter.
Lexi was in her ring gear and was doing her stretch routine as she was preparing her title defense against Mercedes (Sasha).
John couldn't help but stare. Lexi didn't mind that John was watching her. She would tease him a bit by bending down to touch her toes.
She knew he was looking at her ass, and she liked it.
"You like what you're seeing babe?" she asked.
He grinned. "Yep. I like what I'm seeing." he replied.
"I promise once we get back to the hotel I'll let you play with my butt all night long."
John smiled. "I love you." Lexi smiled back. "Love you too babe."
She resumed her stretching.
"I wish I could go out there with you but I can't since you're a heel." he said.
She stopped stretching and walked over to her husband.
She cupped his face and gave him a kiss.
"I really wish you could come with me too." she said, pouting.
He immediately pulled her onto his lap, putting his hands on her hips. She straddles his lap and puts her hands on his shoulders.
"You know I can ask management to turn me face again." she suggested.
John shook his head. "No it's okay. I think you're better at being a heel. And I really love it when you're an evil Goddess."
She smiled widely. "An evil, naughty and sexy Goddess."
They stared kissing again. "Definitely sexy." he replied softly.
Soon things started to get heated.
He kisses her neck, getting a soft sigh out of her.
He kissed down to the top of her breasts.
He was about to pull down her top when her phone dinged.
She picked it up and saw she got a message from Mercedes.
"I have to meet her at gorilla position. Our match is coming up soon."
She got up off of him and straighten her outfit.
She took her title belt out of her bag.
"Go get'em Champ." he said with a smile.
"Don't worry. I will." she says before leaving.
Fast-forward to the last few minutes of the match
Alexa looks to hit her DDT but Sasha counters and locks in the Banks Statement.
The fans were going nuts. Sasha's got it locked in for about a minute. She might be closing in on the Raw Women's title.
But Alexa was able to roll over and turned it into a pin.
But Sasha kicked out.
Sasha looked to lock in the Banks Statement again but Alexa countered and landed a DDT.
Then she got up to the top rope, and successfully hits Twisted Bliss, and got the 1, 2, 3.
A mix of cheers and boos rained down on Alexa.
She held up her Raw Women's title as she celebrated.
Later after the match
''Can't wait to celebrate with John." Lexi replied to herself.
She was walking through the corridor when she heard a loud thud.
It came from a closet. She looked inside and saw there was no one inside. It was one of those large closets. She walked inside and saw it was a box that fell over.
She went over to pick it up when she heard a soft noise.
Fear suddenly rose. Before she could react she felt two big strong hands on her shoulders.
She's being shoved to a wall. She tried to scream but she had a hand covering her mouth.
She's being pinned to the wall as she struggled to break free.
She felt a hand sliding down her stomach.
She manages to get her knee up and hit the mystery person in the groin area.
There was a rough grunt. It was a man.
She pushes him to the ground.
She tries to run away, but the man grabbed her by the ankle.
"You're not getting away from me you bitch."
Lexi recognized the voice.
She immediately stomped on his hand till he lets go of her ankle and she fled the area.
Meanwhile
John was starting to get worried. It has been ten minutes since Lexi's match. The next match was about to begin and she hasn't come back.
He was about to go out and look for her but stopped when he suddenly heard banging on the door.
He rushed over to it and opened it.
It was his wife, and she immediately ran into his arms.
"Babe. What's wrong? What happened?" John asked.
She tried to speak but she couldn't stop sobbing.
John locked the door and led to the couch and held her for a bit, waiting for her to calm down.
As soon as she was calm, she looked up at him.
"What happened?"
She then told him everything that happened.
"It was Ryder!" she replied softly, her voice a little shaky.
"I can't believe he's really after me again."
John's anger immediately started to boil, but he stopped himself.
He can't get emotional. Right now Lexi needed comfort and support.
John takes out his phone.
"What are you doing John?" Lexi asked.
"I'm calling a couple of friends to escort us to the hotel. Just in case that bastard is still out there."
They kissed for a bit.
"By the way I'm proud of you Champ." he said.
She smiled and nuzzles close to his chest.
"I love you so much John." she replied to him.
''I love you too Alexis."
