As I have said before, it will take some time for each chapter to be uploaded. But, I can guarantee that Chapter 10 is currently in the works as this chapter is uploaded! I am truly grateful that I have viewers reading this story. And with that, it's time that we began the 2nd half of the Dark Namekians Arc!

Chapter 9:

Now that we have a set time for our warriors, it's time that they would increase their training over the next 3 days. Ryuko, Oritsu, Letuce, and Vejin have begun to prepare themselves to face off against Leech and his sons. Towards the end of day 2, our warriors would finish up their last bits of training.

Meanwhile, up in the skies we see 3 signs of light flying above the town. It was B'az and his two brothers Vraka and Orkun chasing him down. After 2 whole days, B'az had managed to evade and elude his brothers. This lucky streak of his will be cut short. Orkun shouts at B'az: "Come back here! For someone being a spawn of Leech like us, that was a really dumb move!" Orkun fires off blasts towards B'az. B'az deflects them all as the warrior Vraka rushes in with his spear. B'az narrowly dodges it from any fatal damage, but his shirt and chest were grazed by the weapon. Vraka kicks B'az down towards the city road.

Vraka scoffs at B'az: "Tch. How dare you disrespect father like that...Especially after that outburst of yours." Orkun descends next to Vraka and smirks: "Well, we finally got him after 2 days. Father's gonna love this!" Vraka rolls his eyes at Orkun: "Just grab him, you idiot…For someone smart, you can act really stupid.." Orkun telekinetically grabs B'az before snapping back at Vraka: "Come on man! You know I could run circles around you in chess!"

After about 20 minutes, Orkun and Vraka arrive on the lookout with B'az in their possession. Leech, pleased that his sons brought back B'az, says: "Magnificent you two! You've finally brought him back to me." Leech pulls B'az towards him and grabs him by the neck. B'az struggles to breathe as he's now at the mercy of his father's clutches. "You better not disobey me like that again…boy…" Leech states coldly, looking at B'az's eyes. B'az couldn't fight back against his father. Leech's left hand glows a deep purple: "Now to make sure that you don't act out of place again." He places his glowing hand straight onto B'az's head. The aura of his hand is now sent to B'az.

With Leech's power, he was able to control B'az's mind to ensure his rebellious behavior would never be enacted again. B'az's eyes glow a bright yellow and his aura shifts from white to purple. Leech lets his sons know of a crucial detail: "Vraka, Orkun…I must let you know that my power is still weakened after sealing that saiyan's power. I have to focus on him, you 2, and B'az. My magic isn't perfect in this state, so B'az can still break out of it, if I'm out of focus." Vraka replied: "I will ensure that you will not lose sight of anyone father…" Orkun just nods.

Meanwhile, back over at Capsule Corp, the 4 of them were resting after a long session of training. The sun began to set from the window, and Oritsu and Ryuko each grabbed a snack. Letuce would be sitting at the table, and Vejin leaned against the wall.

Letuce breaks the silence with an opening statement: "Alright guys, so far we've been training day in and day out, and it looks like we've been making some progress. But, the only reason why we're able to train now is because Vejin was able to intercept at the last second." Vejin rolls his eyes: "Oh please, like I meant to save you lot. The thrill of the battle just awakens my fighting spirit." Oritsu remarks: "Vejin, the fact that you even showed up is just a huge thanks. Maybe, we should team up in order to take them down." Vejin just rolls his eyes: "Tch. Fine…It'll be useful to get my power back, so I suppose an alliance would be necessary."

Ryuko finishes up his snack: "Well, with that settled. We need to get ready for tomorrow. Otherwise, we'll be heading out tomorrow to fight them again." Letuce reassures the others: "I'm sure we'll be alright tomorrow. We've all grown much stronger than we were a few days ago. Honestly, they better watch out for us!" Vejin chuckles a little: "Heh. At least you're excited at the sight of a battle." The four then head towards the sleeping quarters and rest for the night.

The third day has passed, and it's time for our 4 warriors to head up to the lookout. Just before they all set off, Vegeta Jr stands in front of the door: "Are you boys ready for this?" Letuce responds with confidence: "You bet it, grandpa. We're all ready" Vegeta Jr responds: "Good…You better not come back like last time again…" He then moves aside to let the 4 of them go. They all sprint out of Capsule Corp and fly up to the lookout. Kiki, who was down the hallway, quickly runs towards the front door: "Did my brother already leave!?" Kiki then heads out the door and shouts up at the sky: "You idiot! Don't just go off fighting recklessly!" Vegeta Jr puts his hand on her shoulder: "It's alright Kiki. He'll be fine. We still have things to do here." Kiki clenches her fist: "You better come back alive…"

Deep within the lookout lies a dark and eerie room. The room oozes out black smoke. Leech arrives at the door and the smoke pours out all at once. Within the room lies a sword that is surrounded by a ball of light. Leech covers his hand in his own magic to bypass the ball of light but it fails. The result of it burnt Leech's hand a bit. Leech gets annoyed at this: "Damn..Curse you Dende." He attempts to grab it once more with a little more of his magic powers, and this time, he succeeds. The ball of light disintegrates as darkness swamps out of the room and through the windows of the lookout. Slowly but surely, the lookout would be covered in a dark aura after releasing the sword. Leech, in pure joy: "Yes…Finally! I have freed the Sword of Ethunu!" Leech re-emerges from the lookout with the sword in hand. "My sons.." Leech says. "I have retrieved the sword of Ethunu. It's finally time we lay chaos into this world. I will finally enact my revenge by releasing Ethunu from this blade."

"I wouldn't do that if I were you, Leech!" A voice from the skies would talk down to Leech. Leech looks up swiftly: "Who dares!?" Up in the sky, it would be Ryuko, Oritsu, Letuce, and Vejin. They all descend to the lookout as they meet the gaze of Leech and his 3 sons.

Leech grins at the warriors and begins to laugh: "AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! You fools! Do you expect to win after what happened last time?! What makes you think that you even have the GUTS to stand up to the likes of my sons and I?!" Leech snaps his fingers, and all 3 of his sons stand in front of him.

"Okay guys. We need to come up with a plan." Ryuko says. "We can't be too sloppy with our attacks. They'll head straight for-"

"YOU BASTARRRRRRRRRRRD!" Vejin screams as he rushes towards Leech without a second thought. Vejin quickly roundhouse kicks Leech in the side. Leech, still in his weakened state, actually felt the pain from the attack: "SON OF A- GHHHHHHH!" Leech's anger began to rise with Vejin engaging straight away: "Alright Saiyan, you want to play dirty? YOU GOT IT!" Leech takes out the sword of Ethunu and engages in several clashes with Vejin.

"Looks like it's us 3 versus them." Oritsu says to Ryuko. Ryuko replies: "I guess so. Go with the same one you fought before!" Ryuko then dashes in to fight against Vraka, who blocks Ryuko's oncoming attack with his spear. Oritsu fires blasts at Orkun who blocks it with a barrier. Orkun rushes towards Oritsu at full force. Letuce goes to engage with B'az. B'az can't focus on the battle with Letuce since he's fighting off Leech's magic, as it makes it quite difficult for him to concentrate.

Ryuko begins to break through Vraka's guard and attacks him straight away. He'd do a 3 punch combo before knocking Vraka away with a swift blast. However, Ryuko's attack grew faster and faster, overwhelming Vraka and knocking into the wall. Ryuko continues his pursuit.

Orkun's barrier begins to crack. The crack grows bigger and bigger as Oritsu's blasts deal more and more damage to the barrier. Oritsu coats his hand in ki and punches the barrier, breaking it. Orkun attempts to use a ki blade to strike at Oritsu, but Oritsu dodges the oncoming attack. Oritsu kicks Orkun up to the sky before slamming him down with another ki infused punch.

The mind controlled B'az engages with Letuce. B'az's eyes began to fade in and out of Leech's control. Letuce begins to notice this moment of weakness and fires off a Galick Gun. The attack was a success, but B'az's eyes glow back to yellow. Leech was able to control B'az once more and fought back against Letuce. Letuce continues his pursuit with a flurry of kicks, pushing B'az to go on the defensive.

Back to Vejin and Leech's battle, Vejin is still unable to overwhelm Leech. Leech continues to stay on the evasive as he reads every move Vejin throws out. Vejin shouts in anger: "WHY WON'T YOU FALL!" Leech remarks: "Your attacks are too easy to read. You cannot compare to my superior strength and intellect, Saiyan." Leech kicks Vejin down to the lookout. Upon being knocked down, Vejin crashes into a tower on the lookout, causing it to knock over. Vejin gets back up from the attack. He wipes his lip and sees the blood coming from his mouth.

"I'm not playing games this time, you bitch…" Vejin states. He rushes back in with a burst of speed and kicks Leech in the chest. Leech and Vejin continue to clash leaving shockwaves behind with each hit. Leech swings the sword, but misses Vejin. Vejin then counterattacks with an uppercut into a downwards blast. Vejin goes down to Leech at high speeds with his legs first. He stomps onto Leech hard, making him spew out a bit of blood from his mouth. Leech screams in pain: "GUAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

Leech gets back up quickly, but Vejin elbows his face. Leech thinks to himself: "Dammit! If he continues this assault, I'll lose my concentration entirely!" Vejin's assault would not let up as he'd follow up with 2 kicks, a punch, and finally, an axe kick. He'd grab Leech's arm and spin him around. After a few seconds, Vejin let go and threw Leech away and off the lookout. Leech quickly stops himself from going any further and heads back to Vejin at full speed.

Leech leads in with a kick, but Vejin quickly slides under Leech. Vejin follows up with 2 blasts at Leech. The seal within Vejin begins to crack. Vejin dashes to Leech and does a back hand punch to his face. With Leech now a good distance away, Vejin charges up his finishing move. He'd charge up a black ball of energy that sparks aggressively with red electricity. The electricity surges through the lookout as he charges the attack.

Vejin's attack finished charging. Vejin cocks his arm back before thrusting it forward with all his might: "Hope you like this one! CATASTROPHE BULLET!" The blast makes its course straight to Leech, hitting him directly. This attack had more than enough power to make Leech lose his concentration.

Vejin had used up his energy after his attack, and took a knee. Now that Leech has lost his concentration on everyone, Vejin has successfully gained his power back. But more importantly, the sons no longer have any tricks up their sleeve.

This battle can now turn into our favor.
