Chapter 10:

Vejin used the last of his energy to perform his signature move, the Catastrophe Bullet. With this technique, Vejin was able to overpower Leech and lose concentration of his magic. Vejin has successfully regained his power, whilst Orkun and Vraka no longer have a trick under their sleeves.

Prior to Vejin expelling Leech's magic, Ryuko, Oritsu, and Letuce had their own battles going on at the same time as Vejin's battle against Leech. To recap, each of the Dark Namekians has their own supply of magic. However, Leech is the one to gift each of his sons magic with the exception of B'az, who was given it forcefully through mind control. While they each have magic themselves, if Leech loses concentration, they all lose their magic and it'll go back to Leech, or if Leech's magic supply is out, then they lose it anyway.

Oritsu and Orkun would be toe to toe in their battle. Not just in combat, but it's also a battle of wits. They each try to see how they can outsmart each other to land a decisive attack to earn the victory. Orkun fires off multiple blasts in Oritsu's general direction. Oritsu exclaims: "Crap!" and proceeds to dodge every oncoming blast as quickly as possible. Orkun then thinks to himself: "This is good…Keeping him on his toes leaves his back completely open! I'll go ahead and strike there!" Orkun then fires off a blast towards Oritsu's face as a means of cover to reach Oritsu's back. Oritsu quickly swipes away the blast. Upon doing so, he realizes that Orkun is nowhere to be seen. Orkun reappears behind Oritsu with a ki blade in hand to stab Oritsu. "Going for my back?" Oritsu asked him without turning around. "That's a dirty trick…" Oritsu quickly vanished and dive kicked Orkun from above. Orkun yelped in pain: "GUAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!"

He quickly got back up and faced Oritsu directly. Orkun just grins at Oritsu: "This is gonna be fun! I can't wait to dice you up into pieces!" After saying this, he dashes in towards Oritsu with the ki blade still in hand. Oritsu isn't phased at first, but he quickly clashes with Orkun to stop the ki blade from hitting him. The two then each deal significant blows to one another. Oritsu deals a hard kick to Orkun's gut, but Orkun responds with a telekinetic grab and throws Oritsu into a tower. Oritsu gets out of the tower and replies with a flurry of punches and kicks. Orkun does the same while also throwing in a few ki blade slices. Oritsu ends up getting a few cuts and wounds from the ki blade. Orkun maniacally laughs: "AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! THAT'S IT! SHOW ME YOUR BLOOD!" Orkun then swings his ki blade with full force towards Oritsu. Oritsu is left with a serious wound going from his right shoulder and down to his left hip. Blood started to ooze from this wound.

Oritsu screams in pain as he holds his chest: "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Orkun's laugh stops after a few seconds. He points his ki blade at the down Oritsu, ready to deliver the killing blow. Oritsu holds a ki blast in his hand to cauterize the wound to stop the bleeding. Oritsu then stood back up on his two feet. Orkun would be baffled at the sight he's seeing: "YOU'RE STILL ABLE TO GET UP!?" His expression went from joy, to dumbfounded, and to anger. He rushed in towards Oritsu again with the ki blade to deal a fatal wound. Oritsu charged up a red blast within his palm and green electricity began to spark. Orkun wavered a bit, but still kept going. Oritsu planted his feet and stuck the blast outwards: "CRIMSON…CANNONNNNNNNNNNNN!" Oritsu fired the ki wave and it was a direct hit to Orkun's head!

After the ki wave dissipated, Orkun's head had disintegrated. His body would thump on the lookout and lay flat. Oritsu remarks: "That's what you get for underestimating us…"

However, Orkun's corpse began to twitch. Then, it began to move and stand back up without a head! Oritsu was frightened to see that his adversary had not been finished after an attack like his: "Wh-What!? It…It can't be!"

Orkun's voice echoed: "Oh, but it can…" A light began to glow from Orkun's body and the light took the shape of Orkun's head, completely reforming it back to normal. Orkun began to walk to Oritsu, who was in bewilderment: "You know, I'm surprised you had enough to trigger my ace in the hole. Well since you know already, with the supply of magic I was given, I have near-immortality. Nothing could ever kill me, no matter how hard you try!" Orkun's aura changed colors after his secret was revealed. It went from regular white, to a deep blue. "Something wrong? Looks like you've seen a ghost!" Oritsu snaps out of it after Orkun's remark. He'd collect his thoughts together: "Shit…If he's essentially immortal how am I going to take this guy down?"

While Oritsu tries to figure out a way to bypass Orkun's abilities, we cut to Letuce's fight against B'az. The mind controlled B'az keeps pressuring Letuce to keep his guard up. Letuce was left no room to retaliate B'az's assault. B'az fires off a blast that quickly overwhelms Letuce. After the blast was fired, B'az tries to break free from the mind control as his eyes begin to change back to normal, as well as his aura. "GAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" B'az shouts as he tries to regain his consciousness.

Letuce immediately seizes the opportunity to strike at B'az while he's distracted. B'az gets down to one knee breathing heavily. Letuce looks down at B'az: "Geez. I didn't even hit him that hard and he's struggling already?" B'az looks up at Letuce as his eyes continue to flicker: "H-Help- GUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" After B'az calls for help, his eyes are back to glowing yellow, and his purple aura makes a return.

B'az's personality shifted back to his mind controlled state. Letuce is confused about what he just saw: "Was he…asking for help?" But before Letuce could continue, B'az strikes at Letuce with a devastating uppercut, then grabs Letuce's leg and chucks him into the floor, and kicked Letuce's body. After this quick combo, B'az snaps out of it again: "Please, you have to help me! My father he's-" As he's trying to say something to Letuce, he's then taken control again. However, B'az continues to resist: "GHHHHHHH!" Letuce gets back up and wipes the blood from his nose: "You want our help? How can I trust you?" B'az's aura begins to go haywire as he tries to tell Letuce: "I…I- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Letuce responds: "What is it!? You're what?!"

Leech looked over for an instant to watch B'az resist his magic whilst fighting Vejin. He made the spell he put under B'az even stronger. As a result, B'az's eyes went from normal, to glowing yellow, and finally a bloody red. His aura shifted to a scarlet colored aura as he looked at Letuce with intense malice. He rushes to Letuce without any thought. "What the- GAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!" Letuce exclaimed as he'd be pummeled by B'az.

We head over to the last battle, Ryuko versus Vraka. Vraka swings his spear around and strikes at Ryuko. Ryuko swiftly dodges these strikes from the spear. Vraka continues to push Ryuko away and force him to keep his distance. Ryuko fires off blasts at Vraka, but Vraka deflects them with his spear. Vraka throws his spear towards Ryuko. Ryuko quickly ducks under as the spear crashes into a wall. Ryuko takes a sigh of relief: "Phew. That was close." Ryuko turns back to face Vraka: "What are you gonna do now, now that you don't have your spear?" Vraka simply flicks his wrist.

After the flick of a wrist, Vraka's spear began to take itself out of the wall and head towards Ryuko on its own. Ryuko was shocked to see this: "What the!?" Ryuko lifted up his leg and avoided the attack. Vraka would move his hand around a few times, and continue the spear's pursuit onto Ryuko. This left Ryuko locked in place for a bit as the spear kept circling around Ryuko to strike at him. Ryuko sees an opening and heads towards Vraka at full speed. The spear follows behind Ryuko and gains on him. Vraka recalls the spear to his hand, leaving Ryuko open. Ryuko thinks to himself: "Dammit! He's got the spear back! I'm wide open!" Vraka takes this opportunity to strike at Ryuko. The strike was a success as the spear slashed at Ryuko's arm.

Ryuko swiftly recovers and backs away. He has his hand over his wound on his arm: "Damn…I shouldn't have let my guard down so easily.." Vraka looks down at Ryuko: "Hmph..Seems you aren't able to entertain me after all.." Ryuko would be slightly aggravated at this remark: "What was that!?" Vraka throws his spear once again and the spear chases down Ryuko. Ryuko blitzes by the spear and heads straight to Vraka. Vraka tries to recall his spear as fast as he can, but fails as Ryuko strikes a punch to his gut: "Ghhhh…Damn you.." Vraka engages into an intense clash with the saiyan. Ryuko unleashes a 5 punch combo onto Vraka. Vraka blocks the combo and calls his spear to engage with him. Now, Ryuko is fighting Vraka and the spear. He engages to fight Vraka with each attack, and retreats whenever he fights the spear. Vraka fires a blast towards Ryuko. Ryuko deflects the blast, however, the spear intercepts the blast and deflects it back to Ryuko. Ryuko didn't have enough time to see this happen, and was knocked out of the sky and onto the lookout.

Vraka takes his spear and points at Ryuko's neck: "Do you have anything left to say before you die?" Ryuko grabs the end of Vraka's spear. Vraka tries to plunge the spear into his neck, but is stopped by Ryuko's strength. Ryuko gets back up and begins to charge up: "You think I would fall that easily? Now you're gonna face my fury!" Ryuko charges at Vraka as he unleashes a ferocious assault of kicks, followed up by an uppercut into a sledgehammer, causing Vraka to drop his spear. He'd grab Vraka by the head and throw him towards the edge of the lookout. Ryuko picks up Vraka's spear and snaps it in half. Vraka gets back up to see the enraged Ryuko snap the spear in 2. Vraka's expression changes from a surprised look to one of benevolence. Both halves of the spear began to levitate and encircle Ryuko, constantly chipping at him. Ryuko would do his best to block the halves of the spear. Ryuko talks to himself: "Seems I made my situation worse. Now there's 2 of them!" Vraka does a slight chuckle: "Heh..You're simply fueling my power by dividing my spear in 2, fool…" Ryuko remarks: "Damn you!" Ryuko is now locked into a position where he can't find an opening to strike, leaving him in a defensive only stance.

After witnessing all 3 of their battles, we go back to the moment where Vejin was able to make Leech lose his concentration on everyone. Vejin takes a knee after using all of his energy in his signature move. Orkun's near-immortality has been taken away from him. Vraka's spear, after encircling Ryuko at high speeds, would drop to the ground. Orkun and Vraka were left in shock and eventually slight signs of fear seeing their magic disappear. B'az would finally be set free from his father's magic and stops combating against Letuce. Letuce would get up back ready to fight him, but notices the malicious aura around B'az is gone: "Huh?" B'az has a sigh of relief after being freed: "What? I'm freed!? Yes! Okay, what I was trying to tell you was that I needed your help in taking out my father. He was controlling me" Letuce raised an eyebrow: "That's odd. How can we trust you?" B'az replies: "My father and my two brothers have been trying to kill me, so they forced me to fight by their side." Letuce's eyes widened a bit: "Well I didn't expect that to happen. But, I guess we share a common interest now."

Vejin, seeing that his powers have returned to him, stands back up and shouts: "Alright, I've done my part in this! Now do yours!" Vejin tells Ryuko and Oritsu to finish off the namekians. After hearing this, Oritsu rushes into Orkun and drags him across the lookout floor. Ryuko does several punches and kicks to Vraka and ends the combo with a devastating uppercut. Oritsu throws Orkun up in the air. Oritsu charges up a new move, a purple blast with white electricity: "Delta…DESTRUCTION!" He fires the blast at Orkun with all the strength he had. Ryuko cups his hands together and pulls them behind him. Ryuko held a blue light in the palms of his hands: "Kamehame….HAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" He fires off a Kamehameha to finish off Vraka.

Both Orkun and Vraka try to fight it back with Orkun using a barrier to shield himself, and Vraka trying to block the blast himself. Orkun's barrier shatters and Vraka was unable to sustain his block. Oritsu and Ryuko were able to finish off Orkun and Vraka completely.

All that leaves now is Leech.
