Azula was frustrated. She thought Mai and the others would have gotten more information. In the end, all they have were more names. Nobles that came to Mai to show they were at her father's side. That they still supported Ozai. That wasn't exactly a crime. Unless they actually did something against Zuko's laws, and that was why they would be investigated. Maybe some of them were connected to Jiang and the assassins. But there was still too much to find out.

There was also that person who delivered that note to Sokka during the party. Who was that? Why did they do that? Everyone decided to leave these questions hanging since they still had so many to answer.

Azula knew she needed to come up with something. A way to end this situation already. She knew politics problems would never end, mostly in her brother's government, but she was tired of this one.

"Not to mention soon we will hear from the assassins. I'm sure they will try to talk to me after what happened last night. This time I will get something useful from them." Sokka said assertively.

Azula shook her head and said in a strange soft way, "Don't worry. You've done a lot already…" She paused as though her mind was distant, but then she realized people were looking weirdly at her. Damn it. She had forgotten she couldn't act so nice to Sokka in public. "What I mean is," she continued in her usual bossy tone. "There is nothing else for you to do right now. We might just need a new strategy."

"Did you interrogate the prisoners?" Sokka asked Zuko. "The guys we arrested during the party?"

"You mean the guys Katara, Mai, Azula and I arrested during the party." Toph corrected him, crossing her arms.

"You forgot Ty Lee." Mai completed.

"Oh yeah, right. And Ty Lee."

Sokka rolled his eyes. "Whatever. Did they say anything?"

Zuko shook his head negatively. "Nothing. Not yet."

Azula pursed her lips. "Well, that's because we are doing it the wrong way."

"Azula, you are not torturing anyone." Zuko warned her.

The girl narrowed her eyes to her brother. "I was not suggesting anything like that!" She shouted defensively. "I'm serious! Torture is a terrible way to get information! It's messy and the person usually confesses anything just to stop the pain. Not necessarily the truth…"

"So, you just torture people for fun?" Her brother raised an eyebrow.

Azula rolled her eyes at him. "Sure. Especially you. Now, I was thinking of something less barbaric." She paused, gazing everyone. She looked kind of worried. "They are in prison, right? What if someone inside prison talked to them?"

"Like another prisoner?" Sokka asked.

She nodded in agreement.

"Not any prisoner." She went on. "Someone who scares people and knows a lot about the noble's secrets."

Zuko stared at her, confused. "Who are you talking about, Azula?"

"Father."

"WHAT?" That was the last clear thing Sokka managed to understand. After that, everyone started to shout at the same time.

Obviously, Katara was the first one to call Azula out. And the Princess, of course, wouldn't miss the opportunity to discuss with the waterbender. Sokka didn't know when he had to stand up and step between both girls, before they started to fight. But there was him.

"Okay! Calm down, you two!" He shouted as he held Katara's shoulders.

"Thank you, Sokka…" Zuko abruptly pulled Azula's arm to make her sit on the couch again.

Sokka saw in his sister's face the discussion wasn't over. He wanted to scream at her.

"Can't you see what she is doing?" Katara asked, pushing him away. "I mean, I get that she can manipulate Zuko! But you too, Sokka?" She looked at him frustrated.

"Katara, it's not like that…"

"I don't understand. What did she do to you?" His sister seemed perplexed. "One month ago you would be the first to speak against her. Now suddenly, you trust and defend her? She wants to talk to Ozai! Can't you see the problem in that? Can't you remember what Ozai and Azula did to us?"

Sokka sighed. That was what he hated the most about his sister. She was often right. He hoped she was wrong his time though. He was pretty sure Azula had a good reason to say something like that. Yes, it was weird and very scary that she would even suggest it. But he didn't think she was plotting anything bad with her father. She was probably just thinking pragmatically as usual. Or she just wanted to provoke Katara and the others. She was so unpredictable anyway.

What scared him the most right now was how suspicious Katara looked. Did she notice anything between him and Azula? Maybe he had to stop defending her so much. But it was hard since Katara was always accusing her of something.

Before Sokka could think of something to say to his sister, Aang was already next to her, holding her hand. "I'm sure Sokka remembers all that, Katara. But he spent more time around Azula. He probably knows her better now. Maybe we should just hear what she has to say before jumping to conclusions…"

Sokka shot a look at Aang, thanking him. He was glad his friend was so comprehensive, mostly now that he knew more than he should. Sokka hoped Katara would calm down for a while now.

Katara just shook her head, and turned her head to the side, silently.

"Azula, can you explain it better?" Sokka looked at the Princess, hoping she wouldn't make things worse.

The firebender only sighed. "He is a prisoner. He understands about politics and conspiracies. If he talks to these guys, he might find something out."

Zuko studied Azula's face for a while. "Azula…" He paused, clearly choosing his words carefully. "Are you listening to yourself? It's our father you are talking about. Why would he even help us?"

Azula shrugged. "Because people are trying to kill me?" She said as though it was something obvious.

"Azula, you can't really think-" Zuko paused. He seemed anxious. Then, after a moment, he just sighed. "I mean, I don't think that's going to work. I'm sorry, Azula. But that's not going to happen."

Sokka noticed Zuko's voice was fierce but gentle. Too gentle. Even though Zuko was trying to make things up with his sister, he was never that nice to her. Mostly after she had suggested they should ask their father for help. Did she genuinely believe Ozai was going to help them just to protect her? No, she wasn't that naïve, was she? Maybe that's why Zuko seemed so nice, he was worried about her. Not because he thought she was going to betray him or something but because she was expecting something from their father she was never going to have.

Azula sighed, crossing her arms over her chest and leaning her back against the couch.

"Ugh. I knew you would say that." She sighed. "Okay. Fine, then."

"Like she has never disobeyed you before…" Katara let out a laugh of disbelief.

"She won't disobey me this time, Katara." Zuko said assertively.

Azula frowned at Zuko, then an amusing smile playing across her lips. "You don't know that, Zuzu…"

Zuko's eyes widened at her as he glared her. He seemed to be using all of his strength not to attack her. "I'm trying to defend you here! Can you not make it worse?!" He shouted, frustrated.

Sokka almost laughed. And he realized Katara was glaring at him. Well, that was certainly something he and Azula had in common, they knew how to push their siblings' buttons.

"How can you be so naïve, Zuko?!" Katara snapped before he could say anything. "Isn't it obvious? She was probably plotting it this the whole time! To get closer to your father and betray you!"

"Katara, seriously," Zuko seemed to be over the edge already. "Azula is the person who conquered Ba Sing Se with only Mai and Ty Lee in a few days. Do you really think she would wait almost a year to do anything against me?! My sister may have a scheming mind but she is not very patient."

Katara just growled in response.

Azula, on the other hand, was frowning confused to Zuko. Was that even a compliment?

"I guess the meeting is over." The Princess said after a while.

"Yeah…" Zuko replied, giving his sister one last worried look as she left the room with Sokka.

"Did you really mean that?" Sokka asked as they entered her room.

"What?" Azula seemed distracted. She sat in front of the mirror, loosening her hair and starting to brush it.

Sokka studied her. Even though he knew a lot about her now, there was still so much to find out. He still had no idea why she suggested asking Ozai for help. Did she really think he could help? Or was she plotting something? Suddenly, a horrible shiver took over his body. Didn't he fully trust her now? Maybe the right question was – should he fully trust her now? His sister's voice was screaming 'no' inside his head. His heart said 'yes' though. This last month she had proven him she wasn't the same person she once was, right? And the way he felt about her… He wondered how she would feel if she knew what he was thinking right now. She would probably dump him for good.

"Sokka?" Her voice interrupted his thoughts. "What's the matter?"

He swallowed hard. "Nothing. I was just curious… About, hm, your father. What you said back there."

"Oh." She kept working on her hair, distractedly. "It was just an idea…"

He sat on her bed, folding his legs, still looking at her. "But do you really think he would help?"

She shrugged. "I think so."

He hated when she gave him short answers like that. She was either upset by his questions or she didn't want to share what she was thinking. Both possibilities were driving him crazy.
"Azula," He bit his bottom lip. "It's Ozai we are talking about. Do you think… Uh, he would help you? I mean, I know your life is in danger. But as far as I know, he wasn't a very protective father."

The Princess finally turned to the side to face him. Sokka froze. Damn it, he crossed the line now. He shouldn't have talked about her father like this. That had always been a painful topic to Zuko. It was probably to her as well. But he had to understand what had happened. He couldn't just ignore something like that.

After a while, she let out a sad laugh. "You sound like Zuko…"

Sokka frowned. Like Zuko? Did she and Zuko have a conversation like this before? Was that why he was looking so worried at Azula before?

"What do you mean?" His question was almost a whisper.

The Princess shrugged again.

"I know who my father is, Sokka. I know he doesn't care about me." She said seriously. Her face was blank though. He couldn't see pain or sadness or anything. It was as though she felt nothing. "But I know what he expects of me. He doesn't believe I'm actually at Zuko's side. He thinks at some point I'm going to betray my brother, and then I will set him free and he will become Fire Lord again." She paused licking her lips. Sokka's eyes were widened, but he kept looking at her in silence. "I was always his best weapon. And now that he was no bending, I'm his only chance. He doesn't want me dead. So, yes, I think he would help."

There was a ring inside Sokka's head. He didn't even know what to do with that information. Yeah, it made sense. A lot of sense. But it was so terrifying. The thought that Ozai still expected something like this from her was insane. The worst part though was he didn't exactly know how Azula felt about it. Yes, she wanted to use that for a good cause… But was that all?

Gosh, of course, it was! It had to be! She wasn't that person anymore! They had worked together, protected each other and even slept together. She wasn't his enemy anymore. However, he couldn't stop himself from worrying. She may not be that person anymore. But Ozai was. And that meant he could still manipulate her, hurt her or even worse. He couldn't let any of those things happen. Fire Nation and the war had already taken so much from him. The war… If Ozai was ever Fire Lord again, there would be another war. What would happen to him? And to his friends and family? What about Azula? Was she going to be his enemy again?

"Sokka?" Again she brought him back to reality. She was sat next to him now, he didn't see her coming that closer. She had a worried look. "Are you okay?"

He nodded affirmatively. However, he was clearly shivering.

"Was it something I said?" Azula asked softly.

She was looking at him in a way he had never seen her look at anyone. He had seen her worried about him before – when he came back to the tavern with a black eye or after the attack at the party. But usually, she seemed angry at him, as though it was his fault. Now, she wasn't mad, she was just worried, almost scared. And there was something in her eyes. Guilt, maybe?

"No, no… I'm just… I don't know, it has been a long day."

Azula smirked. "You are a terrible liar."

His eyes widened at her. "Okay, look, Azula, don't be upset, please."

"Me? You are the one shivering. Clearly, I did something to upset you." She tried to sound careless, but her voice broke a little.

He held her hand, getting closer to her. "No, no! It's not that, Princess." He reached one hand to caress her face. Then, he sighed and looked down sadly. "It's just… talking about your father like this…" He paused, biting his lip. "It terrifies me." He finally admitted.

"You think I'm actually going to betray Zuko?"

"NO!" He shouted, apologetically. "I mean," his voice broke and he saw her looking away disappointedly. Great, now she thought he didn't trust her. "Look, Princess, I trust you, okay?" He said slowly. "I don't trust your father. And the last thing I want to see is he using you again. And talking about him reminds me of so many horrible things… Things I lost. Things I saw and wish I didn't…" He shook his head as if he was trying to send the thoughts away. "And then, I can't help but also remember of you as my enemy. And it makes me feel even worse because I don't even like to think about that anymore." There was a long pause. "Am I even making any sense?"

Azula nodded, smiling sadly. "Yes…" She paused looking at him anxiously. Then, when she continued, her voice was softer than usual. "It wasn't my intention though. To make you feel like this."

"Yeah…" He muttered.

"When I said that, I knew it would drive your sister and the Avatar crazy. And maybe even my brother, even though, he already knows about my relationship with Ozai better than you guys." She explained. And again Sokka wondered if the siblings had had a conversation about Ozai before. "But not you. I didn't think that would affect you. Mostly, not in this way…" She gave him a worried look.

"Don't worry, Princess. It's alright." He said as he pulled her to lie down next to him. "You know, you look cute when you worry about me like this." He teased her, hoping it would clear the air.

Her eyes suddenly widened, her mouth opened, outraged. "What?!"

He giggled. "It's true."

"First, I don't worry about you. I don't worry about people in general!" Now she had her cold old voice again. He couldn't take her seriously though. "And second, I'm not cute."
Sokka could help but laugh. She tried to push him away, but he pulled her closer to kiss her. The Princess let out an annoyed growl before she kissed him back.

A couple of days passed and no sign of the assassins. Even though the situation was still worrisome, everyone felt grateful for those calm days. Azula decided to drop the idea of talking to Ozai for now. She still thought it could work though. She didn't want to have a big argument with her brother right now. And most importantly, she didn't want to worry Sokka anymore.

She wasn't really sure of what happened during that conversation they had a few days ago, but she had never seen him like this. She had seen him worried but never so scared and so… shaken? Was it because of her? Was he afraid of her? No, he was so comfortable and relaxed around her. Maybe he was just afraid of Ozai and everything Fire Nation had done.

Azula remembered she heard Zuko saying something about how Katara and Sokka lost their mother during the war. She never even thought of asking Sokka anything about it though. What would she even say? No, the best thing was to avoid that topic. She was glad things between them came back to normal after that.

Azula couldn't stop wondering if there was something else she could do to solve this whole situation at once. The problem was she didn't have enough time to think about it. These past days whenever she wasn't working, she was with Sokka. Sometimes even when she was supposed to be working she was with him. What was wrong with them? She didn't know why but every time they were alone, they ended up in bed.

Right now, they were on the couch. In her office. Yes, it was stupid and reckless. Azula thought as she helped him take off his shirt.

"Did you close the door?" Her voice was muffled against his mouth.

"Mhmm." He answered, opening her belt.

"You know I have to work after this, right?" Her hands ran through his hair, loosening it.

"You said that last time." He grinned, teasing her.

"But now I'm serious!"

He lay her down on the couch, getting on top of her. "Sure…" He was about to kiss her but a knock on the door stopped him.

Azula almost shoved him away, standing up fast and trying to recompose herself. "Just a second."

"It's me. Ty Lee. Come on, open it." Her friend's voice called her.

The Princess groaned and opened the door. When the other girl came in, Sokka was putting his shirt on. "Oh," Ty Lee couldn't help but let out an awkward laugh. "Did I interrupt something?"

"Yes." Azula shut the door behind her, impatiently. "What do you want?"

Her friend giggled. "Wow, you have really corrupted her." She said turning to face Sokka, who only widened his eyes and blushed. "I mean it's noon! And in her office… Wow!"

"Shut up, Ty Lee!" Azula glared at her. "Why are you even here?"

"I need your help!"

"Why? Did you find anything interesting?" Sokka asked, sitting on a chair across the desk.

Ty Lee shook her head and did a graceful movement to sit next to him. Azula stood in front of her with her arms crossed over her chest. "It has nothing to do with the case, actually." Ty Lee grinned a little awkwardly. The girl wasn't wearing the Kyoshi's uniform as she used to do nowadays, but her old pink Fire Nation clothes. Azula felt as though she was coming back in time and talking to that silly teenager who talked about boys all the time. Not that Ty Lee changed that much, but she was certainly more mature now. They both were. "It's Mai!"

"Mai?" Azula raised one eyebrow.

"Yeah. Mai and your brother. They have serious problems!" Ty Lee growled at the last part.

She sounded tired and impatient.

"I thought that was common knowledge." Sokka shrugged.

Azula nodded in agreement.

"I know!" Ty Lee shouted. "I'm sure she wants to get back with him because she only talks about him when I'm with her, it's so annoying. But whenever she comes here, he acts weirdly around her and goes away."

"My brother is weird. What did she expect?" Azula rolled her eyes, already feeling tired of the conversation.

"I know!" The other girl exclaimed. "It's just I can't handle them anymore."

"And what do you need me for?"

Ty Lee shrugged. "I don't know, Azula. You always knew how to handle their bullshit."

The Princess frowned. "You are the one who understands the most about boys and relationships, you should do something."

The other girl nodded. "Yeah, but it's thanks to you they got together in the first place. Both times, actually."

"Are you suggesting I should try to kill Zuko again, so Mai can stop me?" Azula smirked, although her voice tone seemed pretty serious.

Sokka let out a small laugh.

Ty Lee rolled her eyes. "Not exactly. But I do think you could help."

Azula shook her hand dismissively. However, then, she paused and tapped her chin. "Giving it a second thought… I could do something… I mean, it's much easier to control Mai when she's with Zuko. And he is certainly less annoying when he has someone to spend time with."

"Azula, you can't be serious, right?" Sokka asked, incredulous. "Aren't you ever tired of controlling your brother's life?"

The Princess gave him an unamused look. "No."

The last thing Zuko expected that day was a last-minute meeting. However, this member of the council urgently insisted to talk to him that evening. At least that was what Azula had told him. She hadn't said what the men wanted, but she made it clear it had to be tonight. He imagined it had something to do with the chaos in the capital. He had even considered sending his sister in his place – she certainly looked tired and more well-disposed than he was –, but he didn't want her mad at him right now, so he decided to go by himself. It couldn't be that bad anyway.

When the Fire Lord arrived at the room the meeting was supposed to be, he noticed there was something weird. A small dining table was set with candles next to the window, where the moonlight was coming through and giving the whole room a pale silver glow. He frowned. That didn't look appropriate to a political meeting at all. He looked around to ask someone what was going on, but there weren't any servants or anyone else in the room. A second later, someone opened the door.

"Mai?" Zuko gapped as the girl stepped through the doorway.

"So, you told him he had a meeting with a council member?" Sokka raised one eyebrow.
"Mhmm."

The Princess and her guard were in her bedroom now. She was sat on the bed, he was walking from side to side impatiently. Since they started sleeping together, every night they waited until everyone was asleep so they could go to bed together. Then, in the morning Sokka would wake up earlier than normal and sneak to his room. At first, Azula complained saying it was too risky, but after a while, she simply accepted it was the best option they had for now.

"And Ty Lee told Mai Zuko wanted to talk to her?" He asked again.

"Yes."

"Wow, and you say my ideas are stupid. Do you think that's going to work?" Sokka said with sarcasm.

"It's Zuko and Mai. I didn't need a great plan. I just need them to be in the same room together and alone. It will work."

Sokka laughed. "Don't you think Zuko will be mad at you?"

"Zuko is always mad at me."

"Why did you call me here?" Mai asked straightforward.

Zuko's mouth was opened. He didn't seem to know what to say.

"I… I didn't…" He swallowed. "I didn't call you?"

Mai gave him an unamused look.

"I don't understand. Ty Lee told me you wanted to see me."

Zuko looked shocked at her. "What?!" He shook his head. "I didn't even talk to Ty Lee today!" He said defensively. "I had a meeting here now."

Mai frowned looking around the room. "A meeting?" Her voice suggested she didn't believe him at all.

"Uh… I know, this… I don't understand why the servants did this…" He avoided her eyes awkwardly. "Maybe I came to the wrong room. Azula told me to come here to meet-"

"Wait, what did you say?" Mai cut him off, stepping towards him. Zuko looked at her confused. "About Azula?"

"She told me I had this meeting here."

Mai let out a bitter laugh that sounded more like a growl. "Of course."

Zuko frowned, still looking clueless. "What are you talking about, Mai?"

"Wow," Mai almost sounded really surprised. "She must be really uninterested in the throne. If she ever wanted that, she'd over throne you in less than a day."

"Excuse me?" He shouted, looking pretty mad now.

"You are an idiot. She has lied to you since she learned her first word, and you still believe in every lie she tells you!" Mai shouted back. She rolled her eyes as she saw Zuko still frowning at her. "Can't you see what happened? They've tricked us!

Zuko blinked at her, then he narrowed his eyes. "No…" He mumbled. "No! That's so stupid. I can't believe she would do that…"

"Oh sure, because Azula has never manipulated you once in your life…" Mai said with sarcasm, giving him a judgmental glare.

That night the assassins called Sokka. A guard brought a note addressed to him and the Princess made a mental note to find out how those notes where coming in the Palace so easily. The minute Sokka disappeared down the hall, Azula's chest felt tighter. It was not the first time Azula felt worried about him, but for some reason, the feeling was getting worse. Thinking something could happen to him literally hurt.

The Princess decided she had to distract herself. It was better than trying to figure out what that tightness inside her chest meant. She went to her wardrobe and got an old piece of scroll inside one of the drawers. The secret tunnels under the Palace. She had tried to map some of them when she was younger. The assassins were certainly using these passages. It would be useful to find out which ones. She sat on her bed, studying the figures.
Less than one hour later, someone opened her door abruptly. She didn't even raise her head from the scroll. She had witnessed that dramatic entrance enough times to know it was her brother.

"Why did you do that?" He groaned, getting closer to her bed.

Azula could swear she heard him gritting his teeth.

"Be more specific." She demanded, still not looking at him.

"You know what!" He shouted as he grabbed her map from her hand.

"Hey! That's mine!" Azula looked up to glare at him. "Give it back!" She ordered as she stood up and tried to get the scroll back.

"No!" Zuko stepped back and raised the map high to make sure she wouldn't take it. "Listen to me, first!"

The Princess groaned, frustrated. She was way shorter than her brother, so either she would have to beat him up or she would have to wait. She decided she would see what he had to say. Only this time.

"What is it?"

"Azula, why the hell did you set that dinner with Mai up?" He finally went to the point. "What were you thinking?"

She crossed her arms over her chest. "Well, somebody had to do something since you two are helpless idiots!"

Her brother glared at her, clearly pissed off. "It was not funny! You can't do this kind of thing!"

Azula just gave him an incredulous look before trying to reach the map again. "I can't believe you. You should be thanking me for not letting you die alone!"

Zuko gapped at that and pushed her away. "Are you crazy?!"

"Yeah, did you only find that out now?" She answered with sarcasm.

He groaned. "Seriously, Azula! You really thought you were doing me a favor? That wasn't a favor! It was a nightmare!"

"Getting back together with Mai is a nightmare?" She asked showing genuine curiosity now.

Zuko paused and looked at her as though he was trying to decrypt a puzzle. Would he ever truly understand her? "Azula, we didn't get back together."

The Princess blinked. She seemed quite startled. "What? Why not?!" Her voice sounded mad, almost frustrated. Did her plan really fail?

Her brother rolled his eyes. "That's none of your business!" He paused for a moment, before saying, "You can't do stuff like this, Azula." He sounded a bit calmer now, but still upset.

"What? Trying to help you?!" She stared at him with widened eyes.

Zuko sighed and shook his head. "Okay, I can't tell if you are lying or not… But if you aren't, then you should know you suck at helping people."

"Excuse me?!" She shouted, giving him a death glare. "You ask for my help all the time!"

"Yeah, but not this time! I didn't ask for you to do anything now! This was my personal life! You didn't have the right!" He complained, starting to lose his temper again.

The Princess gave him a judgmental gaze before asking, "Oh, so now I can't do anything unless you ask me to do it?" Her voice sounded calmer and colder now, as though she was trying to get control of the situation back.

"No! Don't do this! Don't put words on my mouth!" He groaned. "Geez, you were always good at making me feel bad when you are the one to blame! No-" He raised his hand to stop her from contesting. "Listen to me!" He sighed again, running one hand through his hair. "Okay, here is the thing, remember when you told me not to make decisions for you?" He asked in a softer voice.

The Princess gave him an unamused stare and then nodded affirmatively.

"Great." He went on. "Well, it's a two-way street." He waved his hand, pointing at her and then at himself. "You can't make this kind of decision for me either! It's not okay!"

"But it's not-"

"I know you were trying to help. At least you say that…" He commented, narrowing his eyes at her. "Still, it was not okay. You can't do it!"

Azula let out a groan of frustration. "Ugh. Whatever. That's it. I will never try to help anyone ever again."

Zuko looked unamused. "Don't worry, you will eventually get better at being good."

Azula's widened at him as if he had deeply offended her. "I'm not trying to be good." She said the last word with disdain. "I was trying to get you two back together, so you'd be less annoying and she'd be easier to manipulate. That was all." The girl snarled.

"I don't care, Azula! You have to stop doing this kind of thing! You don't want me to control your life but you want to control mine?" He scolded her.

The Princess rolled her eyes and looked away. "It's not the same…"

"Yes, it is!"

"I already said I won't do it. What else do you want me to do?" She complained, her voice sounding more childish than usual.

Zuko sighed, shaking his head, annoyed.

"Will you give my scroll back?" Azula demanded angrily.

"Here." He paused and took a look at the paper. "What is this anyway?"

"The secret passages under the Palace." She explained with some sort of impatience. "I'm sure the criminals are using them to get here. I just wish we could intercept them. By the way, Sokka went to see them tonight."

Her brother nodded, then he stood by her side, studying the piece of paper. "I see. Do you know who might help us with that? Toph." Azula frowned at the Earthbender's name. The bold little girl was never exactly fond of the Princess, but she certainly seemed smart and efficient. "I mean, she can use her earthbending to explore these tunnels better." He explained.

The Princess' eyes sparkled. Finally, something that could be helpful. "Great. Let's go talk to her, then." She grabbed his arm leading him outside the room.

"Now?" Zuko asked her, startled.

"Now!"

A/N: Thanks for reading! I hope you liked this chapter. Again, this was much more a transition chapter than anything else, I promise we will be back to the main plot soon.
To people who want me to go back and revise this fic: well, I'm sorry, but that's not going to happen now. I wish I could, but I don't have time now. And I don't know when I'm going to have. However, I do enjoy writing, it's something that makes me happy and helps me to relax. So, I will just keep writing and updating it. I love this fic, I love Sokkla and whoever reads it. But this a hobby. Thank you for the advice anyway. :)
