"Manticore Labs first started operations about a year and half after Gabriel's imprisonment, but they had been active long before that." Nathalie explained.
Everyone nodded as Nathalie continued.
"On the surface, they seem decent, specializing in medicine, medical equpment and animal concervation, but just below the surface, their true skill lies in DNA reasearch, before he was arested, Gabriel had been secretly funding their work, believing that Emilie could be brought back through this."
"Great...just lovely.." snarled Sabine who was in full Mama Bear mode.
"I believe that once they had aquired sufficient funds, they began operations at full force, but they needed test subjects, mainly children because they were still growing." Nathalie concluded.
"We don't know that for sure, without sufficent proof i can't make a move on them" Lieutenant Roger explained.
"Perhaps, but the timing is too perfect to be ignored, every moment we waste only increses the likelyhood that the children may not return alive." said Mayor Bougouis, "Roger, i'd you and Nathalie to dig up anything info you can find on this company!"
Both nodded and left the room as stood out the window.
"If we fail, god help us all..."
