At U.N.I.T headquarters...
Vito watches the street through the window.
Vito Corleone: "Secure the office."
An A.I. shuts down everything in the office, then Vito puts the USB stick in to see the project's files and files but access is denied.
Vito Corleone: "Decode it."
The AI tries but it is not possible.
I.A.: "Failed to decode."
Vito Corleone: "Validation of the Gift, Vito Andolini Corleone".
I.A.: "Validation denied, the files are sealed."
Vito Corleone: "Who authorized that?"
I.A.: "Vito Andolini Corleone".
Vito is intrigued, using the elevator he goes up to the floor where the Round Table council is. Someone who is having a meeting with The Round Table is Walter Donovan, partner and old friend of the Don, the meeting is via holographic call.
Carmine Falcone: "For the Don not to think that he can send his wackos in colorful suits and fourth commando to repair this mistake, this is an unacceptable failure."
Salvatore Maroni: "I vote for a session, after all the attack was one and a half kilometers from sovereign mining waters."
Katherine Marlow: "It is not sessions that we need, but actions, The Round Table has the task of monitoring U.N.I.T."
Roman Sionis: "Infractions like this generate serious intrigues."
Carmine Falcone: "Like, how is it possible that a terrorist warlord could hijack a U.N.I.T ship, covertly and in broad daylight?".
Walter Donovan: "You said it yourself, sir, warlord, you shouldn't ask yourself questions if you know the answer."
Carmine Falcone: "Obviously his wits are beyond mine, Secretary Donovan, but still international terrorism and piracy is very serious business for The Round Table."
Walter Donovan: "Do you really think so?... well I don't, a ship doesn't really matter, it's the fleet that matters, if this council gets carried away with anger every time someone pushes us on the field of play. ..so we need to be monitored."
Salvatore Maroni: "Nobody suggested that."
A woman walks in and informs Donovan.
Walter Donovan: "You'll have to excuse me."
Carmine Falcone: "More problems secretary?".
Walter Donovan: "Depends if it means trouble."
And it's because Vito has called him, he's waiting outside the meeting room, Walter comes out to see him.
Walter Donovan: "40 stories and it took a kidnapping for you to come visit me."
Vito Corleone: "A nuclear war would also be a good reason."
Vito and Walter shake hands, greeting each other.
Vito Corleone: "I see that you are very busy."
Walter Donovan: "That's it, a special fund and everything calms down".
Vito Corleone: "I came to ask you for a favor."
Walter Donovan: "Now is The Godfather calling in favors?...I want to believe it."
Vito Corleone: "Organize a vote, soon, the 'Guardian' project must be delayed."
Walter Donovan: "Vito, this is not only a favor, it is a very long meeting with the committee."
Vito Corleone: "Maybe yes, I'm not saying it is...but I just ask for a little more time, to be more sure".
Walter Donovan: "What if something appears?".
Vito Corleone: "Then we will be grateful to the Lord that the 'Valiants' are not on the air."
An awkward silence occurs between the two, Walter decides to speak.
Walter Donovan: "Okay, with this I hope you tell Optimus Prime to go to my niece's birthday."
Vito Corleone: "I appreciate it sir."
Walter and Vito shake hands again.
Walter Donovan: "But that it is not just a flyby, as Sparrow is used to doing, that it coexists."
Elsewhere...
Henry visits a medical center, enters a room where Josh organizes a meeting of young soldiers, they tell about his experiences after the battle.
Lindsey Farris: "I don't know what to say, I feel worse every time... days ago I was stopped by a policeman, he thought I was drunk, so I took a sharp turn because I saw a plastic bag... thinking it was a grenade" .
Josh McGrath: "Yes, you leave things on the battlefield, while other things will always accompany you, but our duty is to carry them, whether in large suitcases or small bags, that's up to you."
When finished, Josh talks to Henry.
Josh McGrath: "Hey, but he's the super speedy old man."
Indiana Jones: "I could hear the last few minutes, they were intense."
Josh McGrath: "I think we have the same issues, remorse and anger."
Indiana Jones: "Did you lose someone?"
Josh McGrath: "My partner Berto, I could describe him as my brother, he went on a mission...it was the typical rescue mission, he and I liked to parachute, something ordinary for us...then he got hit by a grenade in the air, I couldn't do anything, I just watched him die."
Indiana Jones: "I'm sorry."
Josh McGrath: "After that, and after trying to hang a rope in my basement, it took me a long time to find reasons to keep fighting."
Indiana Jones: "Are you happy now?...you came back to the world."
Josh McGrath: "Yeah, but the number of people giving me quests...is...basically...zero, do you want to give it all up too?"
Indiana Jones: "No, rather I don't know, besides I don't know what I would do if I did."
Josh McGrath: "Is paleontology no longer profitable? ... I'm kidding, you can dedicate yourself to mixed martial arts if you're good at it, since that was my bad joke, whatever you can do should make you happy, tell me, what what is it?".
Indiana Jones: "That's a good question, I wish I knew the answer."
