Biography:
Since he was eight years old, Aijo Rentarou wanted to love. Ever since, however, he was rejected. All through his childhood and middle school years, he approached girls and asked them out, but all of them rejected him. However, Rentarou always was a gentleman and never pushed the issue after being denied, trying to find romance elsewhere.
After being rejected by his 100th dream girl, Rentarou went to a shrine to pray. There he was contacted by an otherworldly, grotesque entity calling himself a god of love, who revealed to Rentarou that, due to a clerical error in his plane of existence, he had been assigned one hundred soulmates. Alas, if Rentarou failed to make them happy, misfortune would befall them. Horrified, the young man set out to make all of those girls happy.
Soon he would meet his first two girlfriends, Hanezono Hakari and tsundere Inda Karane. Many more would ensue in short order, and their love strenghtened and boldened Rentarou further. He became a living engine of romance, all for the sake of his 100 girlfriends who loved him very, very, very, very, very, very much. Not even the incineration of Proper Human History can separate them for long!

This marks the Servant as a real enigma, something that was touched by something from beyond our plane of existence and cannot be classified along everybody else. Foreigner was born a 'normal' human being, but contact with a supernatural entity from beyond he calls a 'god of love' has altered him, rendering him a nearly unstoppable machine of romance and seduction, despite lacking the standard Harem Protagonist skill.
There is something eerie and unnatural about Foreigner's cheerful attitude. Even Berserker Hyuudou Issei notices it. "Rentarou sure is something else!" To be honest, though, most of this probably was in place long before ever meeting the god of love, which lowers the rank.

A Skill where, due to possessing a distorted mentality, it is possible for one to shut out any mental interference thaumaturgy. However, at the same time, it becomes impossible for one to come to a full mutual understanding with individuals who do not possess an equivalent rank of Mental Pollution.
All of his dialogue options will invariably default to his girlfriends sooner or later. This makes him quickly bothersome and obsessive for most Servants except those with high tolerance. Also, any female Servant not in love with him will find him viscerally repulsive on the level of a gut instinct at first sight, even if rationally they know him as a decent person and helpful friend. This can be overcome with goodwill and also willpower so a working relationship is kept, and even a friendship can be achieved.

This will readily earn him the respect of many enemies and even act in a combination with his Luck stat to balance chances in his favor as long as the laws of reality are not too far against him.
He is also a bro and will fight hard to protect his male and female friends.

The manifestation of Foreigner's legend. It only works on biologically female Servants and Chevalier D'Eon. Any and all male Servants will be completely unaffected.
Foreigner needs to establish mutual eye contact with the target and look directly into her pupils. There is a crackling, large, brief zap of magical energy and their fates grow intertwined. They fall in love with each other, a bond that can't be broken from then on, not even with Rule Breaker or EX ranked Anti Magic. The command seals of the targeted Servant are transferred to Foreigner's Master immediately. Human women are also vulnerable to its effects, however non Servant non Humans are invulnerable to it.
The Noble Phantasm is not lethal but the 'captured' Servant will not ever be able to seriously hurt Foreigner again. The opposite is also true, but Foreigner will swoon the 'capture' to his cause, turning her into a steady ally no matter what happens from then on.
Foreigner is normally reluctant to use this Noble Phantasm unless forced by his circumstances, as he values everyone's free will.
Freezer Transformation: E
Anti-Unit.
Foreigner's only Noble Phantasm that works on males or genderless Servants. It also works on females Foreigner doesn't want to have something to do with. Foreigner wears a costume of Freezer from Dragon Ball and whacks the opponent with his long tail.
The Noble Phantasm is mostly useless but it may distract the opponent while they figure out what is happening, at least for a short time.
