Biography:

Born in the 25th century, Thawne found files on the Flash, learning his secret identity as forensics police agent Barry Allen. Growing obsessed with gaining Flash's powers, Thawne recreated the chemical bath that turned Barry into the Scarlet Speedster. Donning a yellow version of Flash's costume, and dubbing himself Reverse Flash or Professor Zoom, Thawne traveled back in time to the 20th century and tried to replace Allen, both in his civilian life and as a superhero, which led to several raging battles between them.

Zoom was rejected from ever joining the brotherhood of Flash's main adversaries, the Rogues, who considered him and Gorilla Grodd highly dangerous, unstable and immoral loose cannons. Zoom instead joined a few iterations of the Injustice Gang, and the Secret Society of Super Villains, but even those associations against Earth's protectors were short-lived.

Thawne dealt his most savage blow to Flash when he appeared to kill Barry's wife Nora Allen, after which an enraged Barry battled him and left him for dead in the timestream. However, he returned after Barry's seeming demise in the Crisis on Infinite Earths, passing himself off for Allen and battling Allen's actual successor, the Wally West Flash.

Zoom came back yet again after Barry's return from years trapped in the Speed Force. He went back in time to kill Allen's mother, an act that spurred Allen to change history. Reverse Flash mocked Barry about the dark outcome their tampering unleashed on the world, but he was killed by Thomas Wayne, the Batman of that timeline (also summonable as an Avenger Servant) before Barry mostly fixed the timestream from that nightmare.

Always a proverbial bad penny, Thawne made a last return, trying to snatch a 'Get free from Hades' card from Amanda Waller and the Suicide Squad, but he was defeated for good.

Class Skills:

Presence Concealment: B

Unless he decides to show himself to cruelly toy with them, most of Assassin's victims won't ever realize he is there before he murders them. His speed makes him virtually undetectable. Even if he is seen, his powers make him look like a yellow blur at most.

While he can be all but impossible to perceive, his mentally sick need for attention might make him slip and reveal himself regardless.

Mental Pollution: B

The Skill where due to possessing a distorted mentality, it is possible for one to shut out any mental interference thaumaturgy. However, at the same time, it becomes impossible for one to come to a mutual understanding with individuals who do not possess an equivalent rank of Mental Pollution.

Communication with the Servant is possible to a degree, but, unless the bond level is very high, he will always bid for a moment to betray the Master. This appears to be a compulsion of Assassin. He has a fairly weak handle on his own identity and tries to define himself on his enemies, both the real ones and those who are born of his paranoia. Assassin may also be very sadistic and cruel for no reason other than his amusement.

Speed Force: EX

Assassin is connected to the 'Speed Force', an energy field surrounding the cosmos and allowing for acceleration of motion. He gains his powers from it.

As a living being, Zoom could run faster than the speed of sound. As Flash increased his powers, so did he, ever eager to outdo the Scarlet Speedster, to a point Zoom could run faster than light. As a Servant, those speeds are impossible to achieve, but he stays consistently faster than the rest of Servants in record, even surpassing the likes of Atalanta, Achilles, Cu Chulainn and Medusa by a large margin.

The Speed Force also allows Assassin to heal incredibly fast from any injuries and vibrate any parts of his body through solid matter, which usually makes said matter explode without hurting him.

Genius Level Intellect: A

Thawne got his pet name of 'Professor' through mockery of his classmates during his days as a student. He is, indeed, and avid reader and a physics expert, one of the world's foremost specialists on speed, motion, the dynamics of time travel, and matter distribution. He's also an apt hand at chemistry, and he can read every book in a library in seconds, augmenting his knowledge if necessary.

Infinite Mass Punch: A

Anti-Unit.

Assassin runs around the planet several times in a few seconds, gathering kinetic energy in his fist, and clobbers his opponent with it, dealing a devastating blow. Non Heroic Spirit targets are most frequently vaporized or made to burst in a geyser of gore. Even the strongest Heroic Spirits are going to receive critical damage.

The punch can be stopped by appropriate magical shields since Zoom was powerless against magic in life, but the target needs to be prepared, since it is practically impossible to raise a forcefield in time once Assassin starts the Noble Phantasm.
