Blizzard *Pov

Being summoned by queen Glacier isn't what Blizzard wanted to do instead of breakfast.

When she was left Queen Glacier practically adopted her, and had decided to raise Blizzard in her image as much as her daughters as well. Blizzard though once tested stood a small chance for the throne, Because she was a lost descendent of prince Arctic.

Though she did have an arranged marriage with somone in the royal family, so her dragonets would be raised with thicker royal icewing blood.

Though at the moment Blizzard was walking to the thron room of her adoptive mother and queen.

"I am here, your majesty." Blizzard bowed with respect.

Glacier looked up from the scrool she was reading. " ah yes Blizzard, how have you been?"

The dragon in question stopped and sat in front of her adoptive mother. "What is it that you need me to do?" She knew that there was alway's something when she was asked that, after being summoned.

The Queen sighed "Well I guess I couldn't ever keep anything from you. Your going to jade academy, and before you retort your going to be in the same group as your friend Winter. Before I forget no you don't have a choice. It is an order from your queen and a request from your mother." Queen Glacier says so then there is not a way Blizzard would be able to argue with it.

Blizzard nodded mutely knowing she didn't have much of a choice in the matter. "When do we leave?"

"in two days time." Queen Glacier said as she shooed Blizzard out so she could get her council meetings done with.

"Have you heard that I'm joining you at jade academy?" Blizzard asks Winter her best and one of her only friends outside her immediate adoptive family.

Winter looks at her dumbfounded. "Really? At least I have another IceWing with me in my group."

Blizzard looks at him a bit suspiciously " I never said I was going to be in your group."

"No I'm sure you did. Didn't you? Oh look at that seal you want one?" Winter tries to get her off that topic and onto a different one.

"Did the queen tell you or did you look at the confidential documents?" Blizzard guessed the more non icewing part of her blood getting the better of her curiosity and emotions.

Winter looked taken back and gave a dramatic gasp. "You think I would do that?! What kind of dragon would I be then?!"

Blizzard chuckles " well you wouldn't be winter I know that for sure."

Winter joined her and sighed "I'm going to miss this place at the academy but. I don't think there is anything we can do but wait."

Blizzard smiles and looks at the winter wonderland she grew up in " then I guess we shall wait together."

They stayed there for a moment longer before they went onto do their chores. But little do they know that after they attend Jade Academy nothing would ever be the same. Not even they way they see themselves.
