These are ideas for scenes I would like to see, or at least something similar, in Volume 10. These will include characters introduced and expanded on in the books, After the Fall and Before the Dawn. I don't own any of the characters, they belong to Rooster Teeth.

(I was rewatching 9-1-1 and wanted to do something with this scene from season 4 episode 6; Jinx. Not sure how to set the scene but the conversation goes as follows. I did alter some line from the show to make them fit better.)
Jaune: "They're so focused on what they don't have that they miss the chance to have something else, something real. Sometimes you've got to move on."
Nolan: "I really thought you, of all people, would understand."
Jaune: "That's why I'm saying it to you. Because I know what it's like to be stuck in the worst moment of your life. To be afraid to hope, to try again."
Nolan: "I'm still not over them. My team."
Jaune: "And you never will be. You will always miss them and that part of you they took with them? You never get it back. Everyday you heal a little bit more and then one morning you wake up and losing them isn't the first thing you think about."
Nolan: "But, you're happy now? Even with all the people you've lost?"
Jaune: "I love everyone that I have now, but that doesn't mean I ever stopped missing the ones I've lost. In time, the pain of loss lessened and the love I felt from the others brought me to a new place of happiness. Not the same as what I had, but happiness all the same."
Nolan: "Thanks."
