"Tally ho! Has anyone here seen Birdo at all?" Toadsworth asked as he was walking through the castle, pounding his cane every time he was walking about, ignoring the countless number of generic multicolored Toads that populated the building and corresponding Mushroom Kingdom with their bland fungi looks. "I could have sworn she was here with us earlier..."
The other party guests simply shook their head, much to Toadsworth's dismay as he could have sworn that he had gotten a call from the pink dinosaur. He sighed as he kept on walking, noticing there were more samey looking Toads than unique guests that weren't mushrooms, which worried him quite a lot.
"Darn it... oh I wish I remembered what I said to here before..." Toadsworth stated as he pulled his mustache, closing his eyes. "It could have helped me..."
"Toadsworth, perhaps you shouldn't be as strict on Peach and Toadette as you are. Maybe then they'll respect you and not treat you like garbage," Birdo explained as she moved her hands about while she and Toadsworth were walking together through the Dino Dino Jungle on the wooden boardwalks leading towards the prehistoric mountain full of sprouting geysers. "Trust me, Daisy began to respect me more when I stopped belittling her. They may act a bit annoying, but they aren't as obnoxious as they appear to be. There's more to them than their girly appearances and demeanor."
"Hrmm... perhaps you are onto something, Birdo." Toadsworth responded as he screamed upon accidentally walking into one of the geysers, with Birdo catching him in her arms as the old mushroom man coughed, shaking his entire body as he got soaked. "...not only should I watch where I'm going, but I should watch how I act. Maybe if the princess sees me less as an old battering butler and more as someone who can fully trust her, she won't be so willing to break the rules..."
Toadsworth sighed as he adjusted his glasses, continuing to stroll on patrol as he was worried about the state of the girls, given the fact that he already worried over Peach and Toadette. But he was fearful over Birdo due to her being smarter than the other girls...
...Speaking of Birdo, she was at the volcanic Grumble Volcano, gliding across the air with a bright blue glider as she glanced down at the actual Grumble Volcano itself, with Dry Bowser standing on top of the crater. Birdo kept on gliding in the air as the female pink dinosaur was able to keep her composure in spite of gliding.
"Have you any chance of seeing the girls?" Birdo asked as she stared eye to eye at Dry Bowser. "I know you tend to make these weird special appearances everywhere, so I figured that maybe you could possibly have any idea on where they might be at the moment."
Dry Bowser shrugged as he shook his skeletal head, folding his boney arms together. "No. Perhaps you should try somewhere close to Peach's castle." The reptilian skeleton stated as he blew back his red hair above his skull.
Birdo took in a deep breath and sighed as she opened her eyes, disappointed. "Oh. You're likely right, though. I hope they're doing fine..." She said, proceeding to take off her red bow and adjust it to make it fit more comfortably on her head.
"...So, uh, any chance of us getting out of here?" Toadette piped up as she rubbed the back of her head, feeling something in her pink mushroom cap as she placed one of her hands inside and pulled out a Pikachu, who was running inside there.
"Pika... chu." The Pikachu chuckled as he waved and then used Thunder on Toadette, electrocuting her as he scuttled right back into her mushroom cap, with Toadette shaking her body as the smoke disappeared from her body, the mushroom girl facing Daisy as if she didn't feel anything.
Daisy sighed as she glanced beside her, seeing Peach and Jigglypuff both out cold. She shrugged as she patted Toadette on the head. "I don't know, Toadette. We were stuck in here for seven hours, Peach and Jigglypuff were knocked out by their own farts." She sighed as she rubbed her stomach with her right hand, which was growling back at her. "It's just you and me now."
Toadette groaned as she somewhat sunk in her spot. "Well, this stinks. We've made ourselves stink, we've pretty much reached rock bottom on the imaginative bank, and now we're starved." She simply nodded as she closed her eyes, stating, "I guess we could always sleep it off."
"Yeah... maybe someone could figure what's wrong with the elevator." Daisy looked up at the ceiling of the elevator, sighing as she closed her eyes, placing her hands on her face as she belted out a bassy fart. "I just hope it's soon... I don't think I could hold back my hunger any longer..."
Toadette let out a yawn as she stretched her arms, allowing a wet fart to squeak out of her adorable rear. "Well, good night, Daisy. Sleep tight." She then cuddled up next to Daisy, yawning as she snuggled close. She started snoozing quietly.
Daisy smiled as she gently stroke Toadette's mushroom capped head, looking up at the ceiling of the elevator as she wondered if things were really that bad for them.
"Zzz... I need to practice my singing..." Jigglypuff quietly stated as she was puffing herself slowly, inflating and deflating with every breath as she had her microphone in her right hand.
"Mmm... strawberries..." Peach mumbled in her sleep as she let out some bubbly farts, smirking as she felt good about being flatulent, even while in slumber.
Meanwhile, several miles west of Princess Peach's Castle... Mario was nowhere to be seen, while Waluigi was walking victoriously, having won the battle that they were having before that basically nobody witnessed despite it being described within this story.
"I knew that idiot Mario couldn't keep up..." Waluigi chuckled as he headed towards the west, with nothing but a lone piece of bread as he made his way across the huge vastness of the Dry Dry Desert. "I just wonder what Ganon's up to..."
Suddenly CD-I Ganon popped up and zapped Waluigi with lightning, laughing as he smirked, winking.
"He dared to bring light to my lair... so he must die!" CD-I Ganon stated as he did a funny face, holding his hands above his bizarre face in a funny pose.
