Chapter 14 – The two sides of Benkei Pt I

Zeta Point...

Mycaelis felt Danno grunt and wriggle as he pushed himself up. The raptor's full weight was now pressed down on his legs, and he writhed and squirmed.

"Ahh...Get the hell off me."

Mycaelis did decided to take pity on him and decided to get off. He had been utterly defeated after all, and no further challenge was likely coming. Even so, he paused a moment standing on top of the Dilophosaurs, while he sniffed at the air and looked to see who had spoken.

When he saw a glint of red through the trees and recognised a familiar scent, he grinned. He jumped off Danno, to the Dilophosaurs' great relief, and rushed over to the source. "Aren't you a sight for sore eyes. You missed all the fun."

The red scales and scent, of course, belonged to Terry, who had wandered up from the nursery below, bored with the antiques of the hatching. He was now back in his Chibi form, the same size as Mycaelis. They nuzzled. The other dinosaurs gathered grunted greetings at Terry or else raised a claw in acknowledgement.

He was not alone. Dino, the other Dilophosaurs retrieved from Papua New Guinea wandered out of the trees as well. He didn't say anything, but hissed at Mycaelis, baring his teeth. The raptor, too engrossed in rubbing Terry's nose with his own ignored him. Dino rolled his eyes and wandered over to help Danno.

"I can see that," Terry exclaimed once he and Mycaelis had broken apart, his eyes trailing down the raptor's body to his still showing though now flaccid cock. He then looked past him to Danno, laying and panting in the dirt. "What happened?"

Mycaelis shrugged and grinned smugly. "Danno here thought he was the alpha. He was wrong."

Terry chuckled.

"I think I ruined his orgasm." Mycaelis flicked his head back towards Danno. The other theropod was gingerly getting to his feet with Dino's assistance. "Kind of feel bad he doesn't get a consolation prize."

"Hahaha. The egg finally hatched," said Terry.

Mycaelis coxed his head curiously. "So, we're finally going to have a little feathered raptor running around. What did the crazy doctor call him."

"His name's Benkei," explained Terry. "And he won't be running around here exactly. Looks like he imprinted on Laura. He was supposed to imprint on Blue and Doctor Z."

Mycaelis let out a deep throaty laugh. "Ha! Laura, really? Can't wait to see how that goes. And my poor bro will be devastated. He's wanted to lay eggs for a while."

Terry laughed.

"It'll happen eventually. Doctor crazy pants will want more raptor lackies."

"Anyway," said Terry, suddenly matter of fact. "I came to collect you. Doctor crazy pants as he put it, has summoned the Dinosaurs to the control room. Another card has activated."

Mycaelis sighed and rolled his eyes. "Oh goodie."

"That goes for the rest of you too," Terry called over Mycaelis' shoulder to Spiny and the others. There was a general rumbling of annoyance from those present.

"Well, let's go then. No point keeping the good doctor waiting." Mycaelis put his arm around the tyrannosaur and the two of them wandered off into the trees.

"So, what were you two fighting about," Terry asked. "Crap I wish I could have seen it. Bet it was hawt."

Mycaelis grinned before licking Terry's cheek. "He was just Meh. Crazy pants may have made them both powerful but not enough stamina to outdo a raptor. He wanted to put on a mating display for you and take the leadership role. I told him your ass was mine, so he challenged me."

Terry frowned at his boyfriend; his head titled to one side in an expression that read really.

"Hey, don't give me that look," Mycaelis chuckled. "They think because they're secret ninja dinosaurs that they're alpha of the pack. I proved him wrong. Funnily, Dino's the stronger of the two. Danno's just has more attitude."

A grin returned to Terry's face. "Probably wanted to prove himself after the gangbang in jungle."

"Yeah," snorted Mycaelis. "Being teased by my brother, clubbed by Tank and not allowed to finish certainly cost him his pride."

[Dinosaur]

Mycaelis and Terry made their way through one of the hidden hatches and into the Alpha Gang base buried below the island. And from there into the control room where Doctor Z and the other humans were gathered. On the giant monitor on the wall, a giant map was displayed, depicting a mountain range somewhere in central Asia.

"It looks like the Dinosaur has shown up in Tibet. Somewhere in the Tanggula Mountains," explained Rod, who was working at the console. "It's near the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. Do you know that's supposed to be highest railway line in the world in this time period. Or at least pre-quantum age." A wide grin spread across his face as he glanced back at Doctor Z. "Pretty cool huh, Grandpa!"

Doctor Z didn't seem the least bit impressed. He scowled, folding his arms, and barked, "which species is it."

Rod hit a series of button on the console and the image of a large theropod dinosaur appeared on the screen. "Oh, look at that, it's that Yutyrannus, Appa!"

A this, the Doctor became a little cheerier, "Ah, I was wondering when he would show up."

"Him again," snicked Mycaelis as he looked up at the monitor. "I remember first meeting him, he thought I was edible. Remember Terry."

"Ha." Terry grinned, his jaws parting slightly at the memory.

The Dinosaur on the monitor was of s similar shape to himself, a Tyrannosaurus. Except his body was covered in a white feathery down, and his face was covered in tiny feathers, red and blue in colour.

"Isn't Yutyrannus a relative of Terry's," asked Laura. She was standing beside Doctor Z, holding an excitable Benkei in her hands. The little Mircroraptor head moved this way and that as he took in his surroundings.

"True," aid Doctor Z. "It's a species of tyrannosauroid. The very type of Dinosaur I need to build my dinosaur kingdom. SO, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!" He turned around and pointed his finger angrily at Ursula and the other, standing by the door. "Get going, before those awful brats get there!"

"Ah, right away," Ursula replied hastily, almost leaping into the air at the Doctor's words.

Zander and Ed actually did jump, knocking into each other and falling over in the process.

"You can count on us," Ed added, giving an awkward salute from the ground.

Doctor Z snorted. "I can't count on you for squat. But with the raptors, dilophosaurs, Terry and Speckles with you, there's no way you'll screw it up..."

[Dinosaur]

"The repairs on the Alpha Rocket's aren't complete yet, so you'll have to use a Transporter. I've fuelled it up for you, read to go," Rod had explained the Alpha trio and the Dinosaurs had trudged off to the hanger.

That had been four hours ago. Now Ursula, Mycaelis and the others were aboard the Alpha Transporter craft as it made its way from Zeta Point to Tibet. A dull journey with little to do except watch the gradual changes to the landscape below from ocean to cities filled with tiny buildings and cars that weaved between them like ant trails, to farms that covered the land like a quilt, rolling hills and finally the rugged peaks and snowy craves of a mountain range.

"What's the betting those rotten D-Team twerps get to Appa before this contraption can get there," mumbled a bored Blue staring out the window in the back of the aircraft.

"What's the betting this contraption falls out of the sky, and we all drop to our deaths," replied an equally as bored Mycaelis sitting beside him. "Everything Doctor Crazy Pants builds usually does!"

As per usual, in order to maximise space for equipment, the fuselage of the Alpha Transport Craft had two rows of seats, one on each side of the craft, ahead of the main doors, directly behind the cockpit. Each row had three seats; the two raptors and terry were seated on the left-hand side.

Terry had been dozing, his head falling onto his chest and a little bit of drool leaking from his slightly open maw. He opened his eyes at the sound of his boyfriend's voice. "Hmm What!" he blinked several times to get the sleep from his eyes. His arms were too short to permit him to rub then.

"Oh nothing," Mycaelis rumbled. "Just wondering how this mission's going to get fucked up! Either the twerps beat us there, or we exploded. Take your pick."

Terry yawned – a wide toothy yawn, where he opened his jaws wide. "No need to be so down and negative Mykie. The D-Team haven't got a single card off us yet... Well, Paris maybe, but Spiny got her back."

"They've still got Chomp and Ace," grumbled Mycaelis. "That's bad enough."

"Well, it's like you said," said Blue. "They can't say with those humans, pretending to be dogs forever. Not in this time period forever."

"Hmmm." Terry sighed and slumped to one side, so as to rest against his boyfriend, his head falling onto Mycaelis's shoulder. He closed his eyes again wanting to return to sleep.

It felt as though he had only just dozed off however, when he was woken to the sound of Blue shouting, "Hey guys, looks like we're coming in for a landing."

The sound of the engines had changed, from a low whir in the background to an ever-present rumble and it no longer felt as though they were moving in a single direction. The craft was shaking more than usual. The dinosaurs could feel pressure building in their eardrums.

"What do you see," growled Mycaelis, turning his head to look out the window. The land below was barren golden grassland surrounding by a wall of rock and ice.

"Hmmp, and to think this all used to be underwater," said Blue, wistfully. "Amazing what seventy-five million years will do."

Mycaelis folded his arms and snorted. "Depressing more like."

[Dinosaur]

Back on Zeta Point...

For Rod, and his sister Laura, life on Zeta Point was regimented. Their days were divided into schedules; Chores in the morning, before and after breakfast, either more chores or studying on each side of lunch and free time in the afternoon and following dinner. Meals tended to be served at the same time every day, courtesy of Helga, the Alpha Gangs resident cook and maid.

"Man, I wish I could have gone to Tibet to get Appa," he mumbled wistfully, as he sat down at his desk to start that afternoon's homework. "Terry and the others actually like me, unlike the three stooges. Ha."

He plugged his phone into the side of the monitor, turned it on, and started looking through the assigned work. It was the typical boring complex mathematical worksheets. Nothing he couldn't do easily, but certainty not something he found fun, or even stimulating.

His thoughts, as they often did when he was away with Ursula and her posse on missions, turned to Blue. He wished he could be by the Velociraptor's side. They fought alongside each other really well…Again, unlike Ursula and co.

Rod sighed. He missed the raptor terribly when he was away. He always worried that something would happen to him out there. There were of course, space pirates, time agents and military idiots out there all eager to take a shot at him and the Alpha Gang. Grandpa's efforts to take over the world, creating his dinosaur kingdom, did nothing if not attract enemies.

About half an hour into the homework exercise and the boredom and drudgery of it were really starting to set in. "Ah man," he groaned as he clicked away at the keyboard, his eyes sliding over a complex mathematical diagram on the screen, without really taking it in. "If grandpa's taking over the world anyway, why the hell to I still have to do schoolwork."

His mind continued to wander from his studies, travelling across the ocean to find Blue. The image of him laying on a bed, with his claws chained above his head and his cock standing at attention. He thought of the kiss of his scales against his skin, and the raptor's rough tongue dragging across his nipples, down his chest and over his belly button, and finally wrapping around his cock. Of his hand caressing Blue's side as that rough lizard tongue filled his mouth.

Rod's trousers suddenly became uncomfortably tight. He gave a cursory glance around the room to make sure he was alone. Ordinarily, Laura would be studying with him, but she had the afternoon off owing to needing to look after Benkei. "No fair, it should have been my job to raise the first whelp hatched. I've got way more experience with the dinosaurs than Laura. It only it had imprinted on Blue and I instead!"

Still, he did not allow those thoughts to bother him, as the image of Blue bucking his hips his eyes pleading with him to cum filled his memory in sharp focus. Safe in the realisation that he was alone, he slid his hand underneath the desk and pressed hard these pants just below the belt buckle. Massaging his needy member trapped beneath the fabric. He was rewarded by a surge of pleasure in his groin, and wondered if he could make himself cum this way.

A parade of Blues, in various compromising positions danced across his mind. Chained to the bed, or on an X-cross or chained by his wrists to the ceiling, each time with a desperate need in his eyes as Rod worked his massive Dino dick, bringing him to the edge of climax, but always stopping short of letting him cum. His fantasy was cut short by a loud thud and flurry of feathers.

"WHOA, WHAT THE..."

Rod pushed backwards in his chair, and nearly toppled out as none other than Benkei the Microraptor, landed on his keyboard, seemingly having jumped from out of nowhere.

"Cheep." The Microraptor let out a little happy cry as he took in his new surroundings.

"W-Where did you come from," Rod asked, as he steadied himself, as he scrambled to his feet. His heart was beating furiously in his chest. He looked over at his shoulder to find the door to the room wide open. The doors in Zeta Point were automatic and, with the exception of doors to restricted areas like laboratories (which required a password), were motion activated. Rod was surprised that he hadn't heard it open, though.

"Cheep."

At the sound of his voice, Benkei looked around at him. The little raptor cocked his head as though considering Rod for a second. Then he flicked his head back and spat at Rod. Rod wasn't quite quick reflexed enough to move out of the way, or shield his face, but luckily owing to his small size and young age, it only hit his chest.

"Benkei!" he groaned, glancing down at the mess on his overall. He pulled at the fabric around his stomach, so as to get a better look without touching it. The spit globule that had landed on him was black and thick, like treacle or molasses, though he suspected it wouldn't be as sweet. A horrible thought crossed his mind. "Wait. Isn't there are theory that Mircroraptors were venomous. It's lucky that didn't get me in the face."

"Benkei," came a frustrated voice from behind. Rod looked behind him again and his eyes met those of Laura's as she sprinted through the open door. "What are you doing in here!"

By her appearance she had just come from bathing. She was dressed only in a towel and bathrobe, with slippers on her feet and her hair was still wet.

"Laura," exclaimed Rod, his eyes widening at the sight of her. "If Helga catches wandering around like that, she'll."

"No choice," she explained hurriedly. "I went to take a bath and when I came out, Benkei had managed to get out of his cage. Managed to smash up my room too..." She took a deep breath, as though she had been running for miles and walked up to the table, her hands outstretched. "Come on Benkei."

Benkei had other ideas. As Laura approached, he let out another cry of "cheap," and Leapt back off the desk, rounded rod and sprinted back out of the door.

"Whoa he's fast for a little fellow," said a wide-eyed Rod, watching him go.

Laura groaned, gripping her wet hair in a gesture of frustration. "BENKEI! Grandpa's going to kill me."

Rod ran out the room after the Microraptor, beckoning to Laura to follow. "Come on, I'll help you find him!"

[Dinosaur]

"Man, he really is fast for a little fellow," Rod panted as he sprinted down the hallway. Benkei was a long way ahead and even running as fast as they could, he and Laura were barely able to keep him in their sights.

Within a few minutes the Microraptor had managed to run all the way from habitation at one end of Zeta point towards the laboratories and control centre at the other. They were just in time to see Benkei disappear though a door, which promptly slid shut behind him.

"W-what' the password," gasped Laura, clutching at a stitch in her chest as the two siblings skidded to a halt outside.

"Open sesame," said Rod rather breathlessly. "Grandpa's not very original with passwords."

The door slid open with an electronic whir allowing Rod and Laura to enter. The room contained an aquarium of sorts, with tanks containing all sorts of prehistoric fish against the walls, and a variety of related equipment of recirculating, cleaning, and measuring water quality and temperature.

The aquarium room was long. Large enough to house an Olympic swimming pool. And indeed, filling up most of the space in the room was a large open water tank, roughly the size and depth of such a swimming pool, except this one was filled with sea grasses and artificial reefs. A simulated shallow marine habitat for Levi the Mosasaurus to call home. No sooner had Rod and Laura entered the room, was there a splash, and a pointed reptilian head poked out for the surface, resting on the side of the pool.

"Hey there hawt stuff. Come for an afternoon dip."

"Hmm." Rod looked around to see who had spoken, and he smiled as he his eyes met those of the Mosasaurus. "Oh, hey there Levi." He blushed slightly as Levi winked at him. Nevertheless, he strolled over to him and knelt down beside him, so as to pet the marine reptile, rubbing the top his head with his right hand and along and under his jawline with his left.

"Come on," urged Levi as he closed the eyes, enjoying the sensation of Rod's fingers on his smooth scales. "Get you're kit off and come swimming with me."

"Hehe. Maybe some other time," Rod said blushing even heavier now. While he and Blue had, what he would describe as an open relationship; and he was certainly no stranger to swimming with the Mosasaurus, now was certainly not the time for a dip. Nevertheless, he bowed his head and kissed Levi on the top of his, right above his eyes.

His reward was a lick on his neck and under his chin from Levi. Rod then stood up abruptly, releasing the Mosasaurus. He would not have put it past Levi to bite down on his shoulder and pull him into the tank with him...It wouldn't have been the first time. "You haven't seen Benkei, have you," he asked. "He just wandered in here."

"Looks a bit like a raptor, except blue and feathery," added Laura.

Levi frowned. "I only heard you two enter the room. I was eating so..."

He was interrupted a loud trill, "Kyo-Oh!" followed by a loud crash. The two humans and one marine reptile looked around, spotting the blue Microraptor standing atop one of the larger tanks that lined the walls of the room. He had managed to force the lid of the tank off, which was lying shattered on the floor.

"Ah Benkei! Stop that," Laura as she and Rod ran over to the tank.

Benkei was perched on the side, like a bird on a wire, his muzzle just above the water's edge.

"Whoa," exclaimed Rod as he slid to a halt beside the tank.

"What's he doing," whispered Laura.

"Looks like he's fishing!"

The tank itself was filled with peculiar looking fish. They weren't much bigger than the size of Rod's hand, with long protrusions on the end of their heads. Kind of like swordfish, except with barbs running along the length of the protrusion. As they watched, Benkei, in a flash, dipped his head into the tank and snatched up one of the fish in his jaws as it came close to the surface. It wiggled in his mouth as he lifted it out of the water.

Laura couldn't help but give a little cheer. "He's a natural."

Rod nodded slowly, grimacing. "Yeah, most Theropods are good fisherman. But grandpa's going to kill us when he finds out about this." He eyed the fish in Benkei's maw. "These are Onchopristis spawn. Only just hatched. They're hard to breed."

"Onchopristis," repeated Laura, curiously.

"A type of prehistoric swordfish," said Rod. "We breed them for Spiny to hunt on...Right."

He reached up to seize Benkei by his feathery tail. But as before, Benkei proved to be too quick for him. With a cry of "Cheep," he leapt off the side of the tank, the flailing Onchopristis still clutched in his jaws, leaving Rod grabbing only air...
