Chapter 6: Bottoms Up in the Bay

-Ford's room, Relic Hotel-

Ford yawned as he slowly got up and stretched out of bed, walking over to the balcony where he looked out over the ocean and the sun as it rose from the east.

However, as he looked on, he soon noticed a figure standing right across from the hotel, seemingly looking right at him.

The figure was covered in some sort of cloak so he couldn't see their face, but as his eyes adjusted he could see that it was female–In fact, he soon realized that it was the same cloaked woman he saw in Rivet Ravine!

"What the…?" The boy questioned in confusion, right as the woman then reached at her cloak and took off the hood–and who Ford saw under it caused him to nearly fall over.

It was his mom!

'M-Mom?!' He gasped mentally.

His mother merely smiled at him before she walked into the building she was nearest to. Ford wasn't sure if he should follow, mainly under the risk of being unable to catch up in time.

His thoughts of doing so were thwarted, however, when he noticed the feeling of a pair of arms and a pairs of breasts pressing against his back and hugging him from behind.

"Come on, early bird, back to bed." Peggy told him as she hugged his neck.

"Sorry, my love. I… I just saw my mum across from the hotel." Ford sighed in reply as he walked back inside, his gaze still fixated on the entrance to the building his mother entered.

"We can look for her." The redhead told him. "But we should try to wake up, shouldn't we?" She asked, smiling at the bathroom behind them–which had an extra big bath tub.

"... We really should, shouldn't we?" The hybrid mused before he and Peggy went to have a shared bath.

Meanwhile, in the room over, a similar situation was playing out in Lee's room. But instead of being awake just before his mother disappeared again, the taller twin saw her the second she appeared while he was drinking some coffee.

When she disappeared he immediately went to go after her, but stopped when he felt a soft but scaly hand tug at his arm.

"Lee, please… come back to bed~!" Duna whined adorably, looking half asleep as she tried to pull her soon-to-be mate back towards their shared bed.

"As much as I want to keep cuddling with you, I literally just saw mum!" Lee told her, causing her brain to snap to fully awake the instant his words were processed.

"What?! Where?!" She questioned.

"She disappeared into a building just across from here." Lee explained as he threw on a robe and went into the hall while Duna made her hollow projection just mask her flesh and tail while she put on a robe herself.

Then they went to where Lee saw Mara disappear to see if they could find her. After searching for twenty minutes, they came up short. Right as they were about to give up, however, Lee felt a hand on his shoulder prompting him to turn… And see his mother right there.

"M-Mum?" The boy gasped as Duna turned around with him and saw the crowned princess standing there, disguised, but it was no doubt her.

"P-Princess?!" She gasped.

"Hello Lee, and you too, Duna." The woman smiled gently. This was met by her son immediately hugging her as tightly as he could, sobbing softly as he buried his face into her ample chest.

"Me and Ford have been looking for you! Why'd you leave us?!" He questioned tearfully.

"It was to forestall my people, Stanley. I needed to make sure that the other Dinaurians could be made to see the errors of their ways and come to accept humans as equals." She told him, stroking his hair softly. "I could not do that if they captured me first, or worse yet, kill my husband and my children on sight." She continued as he looked at her. "I did it to protect you, my darling, all of you." She added, her own eyes dampened.

Lee could only sigh, now having a picture of why his mother left. If things were left as they are, then it wouldn't have gone so well when first contact was made. Maybe now a chance for peace was possible.

"Well… There's already a bit of progress there." The tall twin told her, pulling Duna close as he did, causing her to blush.

"Yes, I know." Sinmara nodded. "I may have been away, but I was always watching you, both of you." She told him before looking at Duna. "And as for you, Duna my dear." She continued, causing the girl to stiffen.

"Y-Yes, your grace?" The pinkette gulped.

"Let me know when I can expect grandchildren." The Princess grinned teasingly, causing the Dinaurian girl to blush profusely.

"Around eight months. Ford already got his girlfriend pregnant." Lee interjected to save Duna from embarrassment.

"Oh I am aware, my dear. I look forward to meeting her in person." Mara chuckled before looking at Duna again. "But as for you, Duna—I will be expecting you to give me plenty of grandchildren in exchange for being betrothed to my son." She told the Dinaurian dutchess. "Do you understand, young lady?" She questioned, arms folded and face serious.

"Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes, ma'am!" The dutchess squeaked, still blushing profusely.

"Mum, stop embarrassing my girlfriend." Lee told his mother, before the woman let out a chuckle, kissing him and Duna on the cheek.

"It is part of my job as a mother, my sweet little soldier." She chuckled, patting his head. "I will reunite with you soon. I promise." She told him as she slowly walked away, eventually disappearing into the clutter of the building.

There was a beat of silence as Lee and Duna glanced at each other.

"... Back to our hotel room?" The blue tipped Welshman proposed. The Dinaurian dutchess had basically moved in with him, so he had no qualms about admitting to her living with him.

"Yes, please." Duna nodded in reply before they headed back to their hotel room.

"… Lee. What your mother said. I hope I am not inconveniencing you with her request for me." She said nervously, looking at him as he hugged her close while they sat on the couch.

"Don't worry. I prefer you over any other woman–human or Dinaurian." Her soon-to-be mate told her, kissing her lips.

"Then… Perhaps I could suggest a plan?" The pinkette said as they went into the Relic hotel elevator. "Female and male Dinaurians tend to enter a sort of 'heat cycle' during the four months you humans call May, June, July and August." She explained. "During this time, females ovaries become engorged with viable eggs and males reach their peak in terms of vitality and fertility levels." She continued. "It's a Dinaurian tradition for couples and single Dinaurians to spend these months finding partners and making love with their current partners, in order to produce children who would be born that spring." She added.

This caused Lee to blush since this wasn't exactly something he expected to hear about today. Still… The fact that Duna was bringing this up told him something significant.

"And you trust me enough to be your mate when that time comes?" The taller twin asked.

"Honestly, you've given me no reason not to trust you, and you've been more than good to me." The pinkette told him in reply as she snuggled into him. "So I would be more than happy to spread my legs for you when I go into heat." She added with a nod as they arrived at their room. "Unless… You'd prefer I do so now?" She offered, her disguise disappearing as her jumpsuit and robe slid off like water off a duck's back.

The raptor loving Wleshman couldn't stop himself from appreciating Duna's nude sky blue skinned form. The scales that made up her skin made her body sparkle in a way that reminded him of the ocean—something that was obviously meant to attract potential mates, and her breasts were ever so slightly bouncing with every breath she took. Then she finished her appeal by striking a sexy pose to further entice him.

"… What exactly are the odds of you getting pregnant if I were to consummate our union right now, outside of your heat cycle?" The prince asked as he continued to stare at his beloved's perfect and blemishless naked form, her light blue tail swishing like the light of an angler fish.

"If I were in heat at this very moment, then the likelihood of me being with child the next day would be basically guaranteed." Duna explained. "Outside of that period the chances are 50/50." She added.

Lee was silent for a moment as he contemplated Duna's offer… Before he stripped himself, and then it was the Dinaurian's turn to blush since despite his personality, Lee was actually fit. He had a runner's build with a nice set of six pack abs and toned muscles that were more streamlined than bulky.

She actually felt herself drooling a bit.

"I think I'll consummate our relationship right now, but I'll save making you a mother for when I know the results will be perfect." He told her as he approached her, taking the girl into his arms. "And during that time we will have a four month long honeymoon, where we'll live like animals." He added.

"It's like you want to spoil me." Duna purred as she sauntered up to the man that was about to become her mate and wrapped her arms around his neck, pressing her scaly rack against his chest. "I'm waiting, beloved." She whispered huskily into his ear.

"Then I'll give you a choice. Would you prefer that I spread your legs myself, forced you onto all fours and ravaged you like a savage beast, or would you prefer to ride me like a cowgirl?" The prince offered, cupping her cheek.

He got a response in the form of Duna guiding him to the bed before pushing him onto it and crawling on top of him. He didn't protest as she straddled herself on his waist.

"I think the idea of me mating myself to you is much more appealing." Duna purred as she slid onto him, causing the boy to groan while she gasped as she was rid of her virginity—and started moving.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, back with Ford and Peggy, the two were taking a bath together, and the purple haired boy was moaning happily as he was suckling on the leaking bosom of his redhead girlfriend.

Then the two heard the telltale sounds of a romp happening, and heard the moans of Lee and Duna.

"Huh, whaddya know. They're joining the club." The redhead remarked with a grin.

"That's likely to help move things along with my grandfather." Ford sighed as he separated himself from the woman's chest with an audible pop. "So tasty." He sighed in bliss.

"Glad ya love my milk." Peggy grinned as she rubbed her lover's hair. "Cuz you can have as much as you want." She cooed to him, kissing his head. "Just remember to save some for the baby." She added.

"Of course I will. I'm not that greedy." Ford chuckled as he kissed her.

Peggy moaned as she kissed her lover back, before she felt something slide onto her finger, causing her to pull back for air and look at her hand, and saw that there was a gold engagement ring on it now.

"Wait… Ford, is this…?!" She gasped looking at the ring in shock.

"Margret Carter, will you marry me?" Ford proposed, causing the redhead's eyes to water before she started kissing him furiously out of pure joy.

"Yes! I will." She smiled as the two embraced.

"I figured we would have gotten married regardless if I proposed, but—well—call me a traditionalist, but I wanted to make it extra official." Ford told her.

"Ya won't hear me complainin'." Peggy grinned.

It was then that they heard Lee and Duna moan in unison and pure bliss from the other room.

"... Yep, definitely my brother alright." Ford quipped with a chuckle. "Duna's a lucky lady." He added.

"Oh yeah." His paramour agreed, embracing her new fiancé as they relaxed in their warm bath.

(Elsewhere)

Meanwhile, back with Lee and Duna, the pinkette was now lying on top of her mate as they basked in the afterglow of what they'd just done—and as Lee hugged her soft and smooth scaled body close, he took something from off his nightstand, and slid it onto the girl's finger.

"Hm?" The blue scaled beauty hummed as she looked at her right hand and saw a ring there. "What's with the ring?" She asked in confusion.

"When two humans want to spend their lives with each other, they get engagement rings in preparation for their wedding." Lee explained, and Duna immediately knew what he was asking.

"You…?!" She gasped in joy. "You wish for me to be your wife, not just a mate?" She questioned.

This made Lee seem confused.

"There's a difference?" He questioned.

"Among Dinaurians, being a mate is usually a one time occurrence to keep our species alive. This became prevalent after Guhnash destroyed our homeworld." Duna explained. "But before our planet's destruction, most mates mated for life, marrying soon after becoming one." She continued. "So for a couple to truly desire to spend the rest of their lives together was always a moment of joy." She added further.

"What about now? Are you still doing these… one time matings?" Lee questioned.

"It's not usually needed for those in stone sleep, but some do engage in it every now and then when they aren't asleep." The pinkette replied, laying her head on his chest and listening to her lover's heartbeat. "But recently our numbers have reached a level where more mated pairs do marry." She sighed. "Regardless, the fact you want to spend your life with me means a great deal." She added with a content sigh.

"Of course. If I'm going to be in the line of succession for the Dinaurian throne, I'm going to need a queen, won't I?" He cooed, kissing her forehead.

"You're going to spoil me silly." Duna giggled with a smile.

"A good husband always spoils his wife, my diamond." The taller twin told her as they kissed again.

(Later)

Ford sighed as he stretched and waited for his fiancé to arrive at the docks. Lee doing the same while adjusting his clothes, waiting for his own significant other.

The boys were now dressed in a pair of purple and gray or blue swim trunks and sandals, Lee also having on a blue swim shirt.

Where were they going? Bottoms Up Bay. It was time for an underwater fossil hunting expedition.

"We're here, Ford/Lee!" Peggy and Duna's voices called, prompting the two to turn and see just what kind of swimsuits their girls were wearing.

Duna was currently in a black bikini that had marigold patterns on the bra, and it was clear that her assets were well held, but by no means completely hidden, which Lee appreciated.

Peggy, meanwhile, was wearing a frilly black top with blue and pink floral patterns and a bottom that extended to cover her midriff.

"Wow, you two look great." Ford said as he kissed his fiancé while embracing her.

"Thanks, I bought it yesterday." Peggy smiled as they looked at Duna and Lee.

"Am I to your liking, my love?" The hidden pinkette questioned as she held her hands behind her back, swaying side to side.

"Oh yes you are." Lee smiled as he held her in a loving embrace. "And I can't wait to see how good your true form looks with it." He whispered into her ear.

"My lord, someone could hear you!" Duna gasped, looking around in case someone heard them, causing her fiancé to chuckle.

"Human ears aren't as sensitive as a Dinaurian's, beloved. We're fine." The blue tipped Welshman told her quietly.

"Where's your dad and sister?" The redhead questioned.

"Over here!" Susan called as she and Jaune approached them, showing that she was dressed in a blue two piece bikini with the top going over one shoulder.

Jaune was dressed in a pair of black and purple swim trunks and wore nothing on his torso, leaving his muscular physique exposed to the world. Peggy took one look and said only one thing.

"I can see why Mara married you." She remarked, which Duna agreed with.

"Oh, so now you're thinking of cheating on me with my dad?" Ford questioned, Lee giving Duna a similar look—and Susan bursting out laughing.

"No, but it does make a great preview for what you two are going to look like in the future." Duna replied as she looked at Lee with a smirk.

"She ain't wrong." Peggy nodded, giving Ford a similar smirk.

"Thank you, girls." Jaune chuckled as his sons blushed at the looks their women were giving them.

"Oh man, that whole thing was hilarious!" Susan giggled as she tried to reign in her laughter.

"Shut up!" The twins snapped in unison, which only served to make her laugh harder.

"Okay, that's enough. Let's go." Jaune grinned.

"Right." Ford nodded as he tossed them three pink helmets and a blue one for his dad. "Put these on." He told them as he put on his own blue one as the group headed to the boat and headed for Bottoms Up Bay.

"I gotta admit, I've never been to an underwater dig site before." The blonde mused as she put her helmet on.

"Yeah. This'll be interesting." Ford nodded as they got onto the boat and started heading for Bottoms Up Bay. Susan was fine with doing some wildlife study. She wasn't a fighter, but that didn't mean she couldn't join them.

(Later)

As they spent some time searching and digging, they soon came to an opening where the ravine opened up, and saw several odd looking sharks swimming around.

"Oh no, this place is swarming with Denture Sharks." Peggy groaned.

"I'm sorry, Denture what?" Ford questioned.

"Denture sharks. Those little fuckers wear fake teeth like the elderly do, but these sharks are still dangerous in spite of that." The redhead explained, narrowing her eyes at the creatures in question.

"... The fuck kind of evolutionary coincidence cosmic joke worked out to make that happen?" The younger and taller of the twins questioned before…

"HEEEEEEEEELP!" A voice yelled in panic.

"Was that Rosie?! The hell's she doing down here?!" The shorter Essex native gasped before shaking her head. "Doesn't matter! We gotta get past these ugly fucks and get to her!" He declared.

"No argument here!" Lee nodded as he looked at the odd carnivores.

And clear at the other end was a very worried Holt, who was trying to figure out what to do.

"Holt!" Ford yelled as he ran towards his friend.

"Ford, guys! Oh thank goodness. I need your help." The blonde sighed, he was wearing a gold and black pair of trunks.

"What's going on?" The black and purple fighter asked.

"Rosie and I were trying to get to an area near the end of site to look for something and then several of these Denture sharks popped out of their dens and started attacking us." Holt explained.

"What were you two looking for?" Duna asked.

"We were looking for the sunken ship of Captain Woolbeard. It was rumored to be somewhere in this area." Holt explained.

"I'm sorry, Captain who?" The blue tipped Welshman questioned.

On top of being a paleontologist Ford and Lee were also both history buffs and amateur treasure hunters, with their favorite era being the Golden Age of Piracy–and they'd never heard of a Captain Woolbeard.

"Yeah, who are you talking about? I've never heard that name, either." Lee nodded, have no idea who Woolbeard was.

"I don't blame you for not knowing about him." Holt shrugged, nonplused. "He wasn't exactly as famous as someone like Blackbeard, or other pirates that could qualify for the top ten. He was more of an exclusive legend of the island." He added.

"I see." Peggy nodded.

"Regardless, we need to get to Rosie, and quickly." Susan stated.

"Right you are! Let's move!" Peggy nodded before she started swimming.

"Oh come on–Peggy, wait up!" Ford yelled as he quickly followed his lover as quickly as he could.

The gang tried to swim past the carnivores, even as they (the Denture Sharks) tried to take a bite out of them. Ford still thought they looked beyond bizarre, especially since their teeth were disproportionate to their bodies. At the end of it, though, they were able to reach Rosie.

"Phew! That was a serious workout!" Duna panted as she bent over, out of breath—having already dropped her disguise.

"Are you okay, Rosie?" Holt asked, holding the pinkette close.

"Yeah, I'm okay." Rosie replied, leaning into him in an attempt to calm her nerves.

"Okay, now that the ordeal involving the lamest sharks on Earth is over, what was that bit about Captain Woolbeard's ship being in the area?" Peggy asked curiously.

"Oh yeah! Come on, I'll show you." Rosie told her as she led them deeper into the trench, where she stopped in front of a rock and smashed it with a pickaxe, and revealed a hole under it!

Ford, Lee and their respective girls were stunned, but they didn't say anything as everyone made their way down the newly revealed hole. Sure enough, when they got there, there was a sunken pirate ship right in front of them.

"Wow. The rumors were actually true." Susan remarked in surprise.

"... Wanna go in?" Holt asked the others as he pointed at the ship behind them.

"Fuck it. Let's go." Ford shrugged casually, the others giving their own forms of agreement with Duna looking excited to explore the old ship. Exploring something like this was very new to her, and she wanted to see all she could.

Entering the ship, they soon noticed that it was fairly dry and had a stable oxygen supply, which allowed them to take off their helmets.

"Ah, that's better." Rosie sighed, taking a deep breath, her chest jiggling with the action.

"Weird. I've never heard of a pirate ship staying dry on the inside like this." Ford noted with a confused frown, which Holt shared. "Especially after a couple of centuries. What could cause this?" He wondered.

"I'm curious about that myself." Duna admitted, looking just as confused.

"Same here." Lee and Jaune commented in unison.

Deciding to worry about that later, they began searching the place for any treasure that was left behind–and when they were far enough–five figures appeared one after the other inside the ship, right after them.

(Later)

After a while of searching, the group had managed to find a good amount of treasure together. However, when they tried looking for a Captain's quarters, Ford was sidetracked when saw his mother's cloaked form again.

Not wanting to miss her again, the boy gave chase after her.

"Whoa, Ford! Where are you going?!" Rosie called after him, but he ignored her. He had to catch up with the figure if it really was his mom.

"Mum? Mum! Wait up!" Ford called after the woman as he chased after her, until she led him into a different part of the ship.

"Mum?! She's here?!" Sue questioned as she chased after her brother, but was having a hard time keeping up.

"Mara?!" Jaune gasped as he ran behind his daughter, wanting to see if it really was his wife.

Thankfully, there were no last second disappearing acts that would've left Ford feeling like he was losing his mind and looking that way if his friends and girlfriends caught up. If anything, it seemed like his target wanted this to happen.

"Who are you?" The boy questioned as he looked at the woman as she stood in front of him. "... Mum? Is that you?" He asked with an almost cracking voice, almost pleading for it to be true.

"Yes, Ford. It is me." The figure nodded as she pulled her hood back, and sure enough, Mara's human face greeted him with a smile. "Hello Stanford. It's been awhile." She smiled.

Ford couldn't stop himself from tearing up as he ran towards his mother and jumped into her arms, hugging her tightly as he buried his face in her chest.

"Mum! You're back!" He cried in joy.

"Oh, how I missed you, my baby boy." The woman sighed as she held her second son close for the first time in years.

It was then that both Susan and Jaune arrived just at that moment, and were shocked to see the woman they'd been searching for so long for was right in front of them.

"M-Mom?" The blonde gasped in shock, her body shaking as her eyes welled with tears.

"Mara?" Jaune uttered, rubbing his eyes to make sure he wasn't dreaming. "Sinmara, darling—is it really you?" He questioned.

"Yes, Jaune, my beloved husband, it's me." The princess breathed as she rushed into her husband's arms and kissed him passionately, almost hungrily, even. "Oh my love, you have no idea how I've missed you!" Mara sighed happily as she hugged her husband tightly.

Susan couldn't take it anymore and wriggled her way between them, her head resting in the valley of Mara's breasts. The woman smiled as she opened her arms wide enough to let Ford in on the hug, embracing her family for a good while.

(Later)

"I know you have a lot of questions about why I vanished like I did. Go on…. Ask away." Sinmara told the remainder of her family as they separated.

"Actually, I think I have a certain amount of an idea of why." Ford replied, wiping his eyes. "You're trying to sabotage Project Mother Planet, right?" He asked.

"I see you found the ship here. And yes, I am." Mara noted, glad that her son had caught on. "I can't allow it to happen, especially with all that your father has shown me. I refuse to allow humanity to be wiped out if your grandfather doesn't want to share the planet." She stated.

"It won't come to that! We can help you" Her son told her, almost begging her not to leave him again.

"As much as I want to, I can't. Not yet, at least." Mara told him reluctantly, sounding like she really didn't want to leave, either. "By now, there will likely be a Dinaurian agent investigating what's happened to me, and they'll be liable to find you because of the necklace you wear." She explained.

"Yeah, Duna. We met her already." Sue nodded. "Wait, Lee. We should get—." She began.

"I actually already spoke with Stanley." Mara told her. "He told me that Duna may be on the track to changing your grandfather's mind." She continued.

"That is good news." Jaune nodded since he hadn't heard that info yet.

"Your necklace is damaged, though. Lee and I managed to repair two parts of it, but the rest is still in disrepair." Ford said.

"The parts you need to finish the repairs are in the idols. Find them, open them, and you'll be able to repair them." Mara explained.

"But… will we see you again?" Ford questioned.

"Oh my dear sweet boy, of course you will." The crowned Dinaurian princess told him as she hugged him tightly. "Find the other idols, keep them safe and disable them. And I promise, I promise I will come back to you." She cooed, looking at her daughter and husband. "All of you." She continued. "You have my word as your mother." She added, kissing all three of them on the forehead.

"... Thank you." Ford sighed shakily, choking back a sob. He just got his mother back, and now he had to let her go again. It hurt. "I love you, mom." He added.

"Me too." Sue sniffed, hugging her one last time.

"I love you too, my dearest treasures." The woman smiled before she turned to her husband. "Children, would you mind giving your father and a moment alone?" She asked.

"Uh, sure." Ford nodded as and his elder sister left the room, but stayed in the hall so that they could eavesdrop on their parents.

"What is it you want to say to me, Mara?" The man questioned.

"Oh, I wasn't planning on saying anything Jaune…" Mara trailed off before she dropped her cloak from her shoulders. "I wanted to show you something." She purred with a grin.

The action revealed that she was actually wearing a white V shaped sling bikini that barely covered her breasts—allowing the slightest glimpses of her dark blue areola to be visible—as well as doing the bare minimum of hiding her womanhood and allowed her tail to sway freely while also showing her luscious heart shaped ass and curvaceous thighs very openly.

"Consider this a sneak peek of what you're getting when we fully reunite." She purred.

"And I look forward to it." Jaune grinned, pulling her flush against his body while he kissed her. It was clear that he didn't win her heart by being a stammering goofball.

"Mmmmm…~! After all these years, you're still the man I fell in love with." The princess sighed as she embraced her husband. "I promise, my love. When we're together again, I will never leave your side again." She declared, looking him in the eye. "Ever." She added.

"Good, because when we reunite fully, we'll have a lot of time to make up for." The man told her, one of his hands drifting down to her ass and giving it a squeeze, causing her to gasp in delight. "And you might not be able to walk for a while when your next heat cycle comes." He added.

"I expect you to leave me bedridden." The Princess breathed in anticipation for what was to come. "Or better yet, let's not leave our bed chambers while I am in heat." She suggested with a purr.

"Even better." The brunette purred back as he kissed his wife once more—all while his children were watching.

"… You know, mum would definitely have made a killing as a model." Sarah mused.

"Or an adult film star." Ford nodded, before shaking his head. "Nah, she'd never get into that." He added, knowing his mother well enough that she wouldn't dare let anyone else see her naked, let alone record it—or even entertain the idea of cheating on their father.

"Her being a model at the very least would definitely be a thing that could happen." His sister shrugged as they saw their parents embrace again before reluctantly pulling apart. "Come on, let's go." She told him, getting a nod.

(Later)

As the three rejoined the others, their mental and emotional exhaustion was not lost on them.

"You okay? You look like you guys just had your emotions run through a meat grinder." Holt asked, sounding concerned.

"Don't worry too much. But… I saw her." Ford sighed shakily, looking at Lee. "Our mother was here." He added, shocking them.

"Did you get to say a few things you wanted to?" Lee asked.

"We all did." Jaune nodded.

"She… She said that she can't come with us. Not yet. At least not until we can get the rest of the Idols and disable them." The Eldest Owen child explained.

"Well we better find them then. How many are there that need to be dealt with?" Peggy questioned.

"Not counting the ones we already have? Two more." He explained. "Without them, Project Mother Planet is dead in the water." He added.

"Project what?" Rosie questioned.

"Long story…" Ford sighed as they continued walking towards the Captain's quarters.

However, as they walked away, a figure watched them from a corner and slammed their back to the wall, their breathing heavy.

Zooming out, it soon became clear that it was Raptin, but he looked… different from before.

He had caucasian skin with a light tan, black hair and green eyes. He was wearing a green shirt with short sleeves, a pair of blue jeans and a pair of black sneakers..

"So-So it's true. It's all true…Princess Sinmara… Not only is she alive, but…" Raptin gasped as she peeked around the corner and watched the others enter the quarters. "She married and had children with a human, and is now betraying her own kind?" He added as he ducked behind the corner again as Ford turned her direction.

Staring down the corridor a moment longer, he shrugged before entering the cabin. Raptin peaked again, and saw that all of them were in the cabin now.

"What… What should I do?" He whispered to himself. "What am I going to tell King Dynal?!" He nearly wailed in despair as he turned away, only to bump into someone.

"You are not going to do anything, Raptin." The voice of Sinmara told her as she stood before her, in all her Dinaurain glory—still in her swimsuit.

"P-Princess?!" The agent gasped, his own disguise fizzling out as his projector turned off. "But why? Why would you turn against your own father, our king, your own species?" He questioned, averting his eyes.

"Because I've lived amongst humanity for well over thirty-five years, Raptin. I've fallen in love, I've had two beautiful children and I've seen how wonderful they can be." The princess stated. "I've also discovered certain things that contradict our original assessment of the outcome of Project Mother Planet." She added. "Things that make our current course of action meaningless."

"Wh-What could you have learned to draw that kind of conclusion?" Raptin asked, wondering if it was that big of a deal.

"The microorganisms we seeded the Earth with in the Cambrian period died out during the meteor strike that predated the Cambrian Explosion, Raptin." Mara told her, kneeling to her level. "Humanity, they're naturally occurring lifeforms on this planet. They aren't a result of our machinations." He added.

"Our microorganisms are dead? Humanity is naturally occurring?" The blue and green skinned Dinaurian muttered as he digested this information. "Heresy!" He protested.

"I know it is hard to accept. But it is true." The princess nodded. "With these variables factored in, Project Mother Planet's outcome has been completely altered." She added. "In short. We failed. Raptin."

"But, if that's the case, what do we do now?" The dinaurian boy questioned.

"That's what I'm trying to assess." Mara replied before hearing voices up ahead.

"Come on! Trap them in there!" A nasally voice exclaimed before a bark was heard. Looking, the two saw a human and an anthropomorphic dog that Sinmara knew well running off.

"Ugh. The BB Bandits." She groaned. Then she looked at Raptin. "Could you be a dear and help my son and the others?" She asked.

"Um… O-Of course." The Dinaurian boy nodded with a small gulp before he activated his disguise again and walked up to the door. "But what about the King, your father, and the others? What do I tell them?" She asked.

"I will tell you when the time is right." Mara replied. "Now go." She ordered.

"Yes, my princess." Raptin nodded, not wanting to incur her wrath—before stepping forward.

He then pulled out some sort of advanced looking gun, though his face seemed to be in a mixture of confusion, anger, and despair at what he was just told.

-Woolbeard's Quarters, a few minutes earlier-

As Ford and the others stepped into the cabin, they started hearing weird moaning that… honestly didn't scare them. Then a pirate ghost appeared.

He was dressed in what one would expect from a stereotypical pirate, but his massive white beard that covered his entire front stood out the most.

"ARR! Ye face the legendary pirate, Captain Woolbeard! I've crossed all seven seas and… and… I'm legendary!" The apparition exclaimed, trying to sound awe inspiring.

"Whoa! It's Woolbeard's ghost! Neat!" Rosie noted, showing that she was not scared of ghosts.

Duna, meanwhile, was hiding behind Lee with a spooked look on her face. It was obvious that this was her first ghost encounter.

"... This guy must be from the later part of the age of Piracy." Peggy noted, jabbing a thumb at the ghost. "I mean, just look at his fashion sense. No self respecting pirate in the prime of the Piracy age would be caught dead in that get up." She continued, before realizing the irony of her statement. "Or alive, for that matter." She added.

"That would help explain why I never heard of him." Ford mused.

"I concur." Lee nodded.

"Hush, you five life lubbers! I've got orders for ye!" The ghost barked indignantly.

"Orders? Who are you to order us around? Some guy in a hat?" Rosie demanded as she folded her arms.

"Yeah! We're not part of ye crew or anything! Ya daft prat!" The scottish redhead added in agreement.

"Find ye my beard ribbon ooooo!" The ghost told them.

"A beard ribbon?" Holt questioned with a raised eyebrow..

"Oh! I know what he's talking about." Susan chimed in. "Beard ribbons were very popular fashion accessories in the 16th through the 18th century. Men wore them to keep their beards neat." She added.

"That's right." The ghost nodded. "That ribbon is the only thing I hold dear to my heart… And it's the most fashionable accessory on the planet." He added, the second part sounding like an afterthought.

'Well, during your time, maybe.' Ford thought.

"Without it, I can never rest… And I'll invoke the wrath of pirate fashion critics everywhere." Woolbeard continued, unaware of the hybrid's thoughts.

"Sad story, Captain, but what makes you think we have enough free time to find your pretty ribbon?" Rosie countered.

"Rosie!" Holt snapped at his girlfriend's insensitive tone.

"What? It's true! We still have to find the other two Idols, remember?!" The Pinkette retorted.

"Wait, idols, ye say?" The captain interjected with a curious tone. "You wouldn't happen to be referring to this, would ye?" He asked before bringing out an idol. This one looked like it was skinny and had what looked like dark blue or purple lineslines running along its body. Similar to an elasmosaurus.

"Yes! That's exactly what we're looking for!" Rosie exclaimed in glee at their luck.

"Well, it looks like we have a bargain: You get me my ribbon, and I give ye the idol. Deal?" The captain bartered.

"Deal." Ford nodded, pleased that they had found an idol.

"Excellent! I'll just…" He trailed off before vanishing to parts unknown with the idol.

"What the?! Where'd he go?!" Duna gasped, her head snapping in several directions to try and find him.

"Shifty bastard pulled a houdini on us!" Peggy exclaimed as she looked around in confusion.

"He's a ghost, girls. That's something that should be considered normal." The taller Essex boy deadpanned, completely unaffected by the magic trick that just happened.

"Come one! Trap them in there!" A familiar nasally voice exclaimed, prompting Ford to snap his head to the door as a bark was heard.

"I know those voices!" He growled as he rushed up to the door and tried to open it, but couldn't. "Fuck! They trapped us in here!" He cursed.

"Oh no! What do we do!" Rosie exclaimed, starting to panic. But before anything else could be said…

BAM!

The door was blasted apart, causing all of them to jump.

"What the?!" The group gasped, before they saw a young woman walk into the room. A man whose handsomeness stunned Susan the moment she laid eyes on him.

As the blackette walked in, he looked at them and spoke.

"Understand that I'm not doing this to help you. I just need to survey this room." Raptin told them before doing exactly that. None of the group could figure out what he was doing, and it confused them. Then he left without another word.

There was a beat of silence before one of them spoke.

"What was that all about?" Susan wondered.

"No clue." Holt shrugged.

Lee, meanwhile, seemed to find this very suspicious.

'Mom said that there would probably be Dinaurian agents looking for her… could that have been one of them?' He thought to himself. As if hearing his thoughts, Duna spoke up.

"I know who that was." She said, getting everyone's attention. "That was Raptin, another agent like me. We need to be careful if he's involved." She stated.

"Well, for a Dinaurian in disguise… He was certainly quite handsome." Susan mused idly, causing everyone to look at her. "What?" She questioned.

"Susan, is now really the best time to think about a potential boyfriend?" Jaune deadpanned as he looked at his daughter.

"Father!" The blonde exclaimed. "That's—not even remotely what I was getting at!" She huffed.

"Mhm, sure…." The man nodded slowly, not buying it. He knew his kids well.

"Well as odd or as handsome as he was, we should worry about him later and focus on heading back to dry land." Peggy commented as she folded her arms under her bust. "That ribbon may be up there somewhere." She added.

"Good idea. And I know just where to go!" Rosie chirped as the group left the quarters.

Meanwhile, back around the same corner as before, Raptin hid as the others left, with Mara still behind him.

"So, care to share your thoughts on my children?" The crown princess asked, knowing damn well that Raptin had gotten a good look at them.

Raptin was silent as he looked down at his saurian-like legs and his tail as it wrapped around his leg nervously, his face turning purple.

"Your sons seem to take after their father and yourself in the best ways, surprisingly." He responded. "It astounds me that human and Dinaurian genes seem so compatible." He continued.

"It is a marvel. You're correct." Mara nodded. "My husband is far more than his physicality though, he is quite noble. You could learn a thing or two from him." She added.

"I doubt it…" He rebuffed. "Now your daughter, she is… quite gorgeous, for a human." The agent replied with a nervous tone. "I can see that she inherited the best aspects of your genes. Such as your perfect bone structure." He continued.

"Thank you, Raptin, but I can't take all the credit." Mara chuckled. "No, she may get a good bit of her facial charm from me. Her physique, her eyes, and her hair, that she gets from the god in mortal form that is her father." She continued. "Her body is physically quite hearty and even though she has inherited my voluptuous figure, she remains unhindered by it because of the traits she possesses from her father." She added.

"Indeed. As you said, it is a marvel that Dinaurian and human genetics mix that well." Raptin mused. "Perhaps then… maybe sharing the planet won't be so bad." He mused.

"Indeed." The older Dinaurian nodded before she grinned. "And if you think my dearest Sue is gorgeous now, just wait until she accesses her own Dinaurian form." She added, causing the agent's face to darken further as the image was planted in his mind.

"Y-Y-Y-Y-our g-g-g-grace!" The boy whined comically, causing Mara to laugh a bit in amusement.

"Oh don't be so bashful, Raptin. I can tell that your heart was racing after seeing my daughter." The princess told her. "Just know that I give you my permission to be her mate, should it come to that." She continued as she started walking away. "Just know that I expect you to give me plenty of grandchildren in exchange, young man!" She called back before disappearing.

Raptin couldn't even yell at her to shut up because he blushed so hard that he pulled a Sanji and fainted after he experienced his first nosebleed—images of Susan flashing in his mind.

Meanwhile back with the others, they were standing in the Richmond building where Jaune and Susan were talking with Richmond and Dr. Diggins in the former's office.

"You two are being serious right now?" Richmond asked.

"Yes. My missing wife is one of them, and she helped me learn a good amount of how Dinaurian tech works." Jaune nodded.

"As am I." Duna nodded as she revealed her true form, shocking the two men.

"And I saw her." Ford interjected.

"We all did." Susan nodded.

"Why isn't she here now?" Diggins questioned.

"Because she can't be here. Not yet." Ford replied. "She also said that there are two more idols out there. We already found the third in Woolbeard's ship, but we need to find Wooldbeard's… well, beard ribbon first." He added.

"For what purpose?" Richmond inquired.

"Because apparently Woolbeard's ghost is in possession of the third idol, so we struck a bargain to get his ribbon for him in exchange for it." Rosie explained.

"Really? You're making the claim of ghosts existing?" Diggins asked flatly. "Isn't that a bit outlandish?" He added.

"And dino aliens aren't?" Lee countered with a raised eyebrow, causing the scientist to blush in embarrassment.

"Point taken." He conceded.

"Hmmm, a beard ribbon you say?" Richmond hummed. "You know, come to think of it, I did find something that matches that description in a chest that washed ashore just last week." He noted.

"Really? Where is it now?" Rosie asked.

"I gave it to one of my closest friends, a Mr. Nicholas Knack, or Nick Nack, as everyone on the island calls him." The man explained. "He's a collector of rare and bizarre oddities, and he's a rather… eccentric fellow, to put it mildly." He added.

"So in other words, he's barking mad?" Peggy surmised.

"Escentially." Richmond shrugged since he had that first impression himself. "Just take the elevator to the left of the lobby to the second floor, and he'll be the first door you see when you get there." He added.

"Got it. Thanks." Holt nodded before the group left, but left Jaune behind—allowing the three men to continue their talk. Duna had offered to stay behind as well, but was told to let the father handle it.

"So, back to what we were discussing…" Jaune trailed off as he continued to explain what he knew about the Dinaurians.

(Elsewhere)

Raptin sighed as he finally made it back to the ship and shed off his disguise, allowing him to finally make his way to the chamber of King Dynal.

"Apologies for my tardiness, your eminence, but there were some… complications that arose when I was investigating the sunken ship." He said as Dynal sat before him, as usual sipping his glass of wine.

"What kind of complications, exactly?" The King questioned.

"Well, to put it bluntly, sir—I encountered both your grandchildren, Princess Mara's husband, their friends and the Princess in the same day." The younger Dinaurian explained. "And, it would seem that the younger of the twins—Stanley—has taken Duna as his bride." He added.

"I honestly expected that from both of them. It is good that I already gave my blessing for such a union." Dynal chuckled. "And you said you met my daughter's husband? What is your opinion of him?" He questioned.

"Let's just say that despite my reservations on humanity, even I can see why Princess Sinmara chose him for a mate." Raptin surmised. "Honestly, I'd need a good picture of him for you in order to properly back up that statement." He added.

"And what of her children? What can you tell me of them?" The king questioned.

"The twins seem loyal and devoted to their family and their mother to a fault, as is their father. What little evidence I could glean from the brief interactions I've seen and heard showed me that they are a close family who care for each other deeply. And that Jaune, their father, is clearly immensely faithful to his marriage to the Princess, as is she." Raptin replied. "I could tell this by the fact that neither of them were without their rings—human marriage trinkets—even after being estranged for so long. It's clear that they are deeply in love with one another." He added.

"Very fascinating." Dynal hummed. "To know that even after so much time apart they remain faithful to one another… My daughter has truly chosen well." He added with a pleased sigh. "And what of her daughter?" He questioned.

"Yes, Susan, she is the eldest of the princess' children and she has clearly inherited the best traits of both her parents." The raptor Dinaurian explained. "I can't be certain, but I have a sneaking suspicion that she might draw her Dinaurian blood from either the Trodon or the Tyrannosaurus." He continued. "I say the former because of the fact that I heard her speak about our technology as if she were able to deduce its functionality with a single glance—a sign of truly amazing intellect." He added.

"By the sound of that, she would make a wonderful teacher." Dynal noted, and he could see that happening. His granddaughter, teaching many young Dinaurians about human culture, since they would need such a teacher should the two races coexist.

"Yes, and if you don't mind me saying, sire—she is also possessed of exquisite intelligence, as well as fertile beauty." Raptin nodded, complimenting the blonde a bit nervously as he wasn't sure if it was his place to even mention such things.

"Showing interest in her, are you?" His superior noted, but Raptin detected no anger in his voice.

"N-No sir. I would—I would never presume…" The younger Dinaurian stammered.

"I'll maintain a neutral stance for now, and simply await whatever may happen as you interact with her." Dynal told him.

"Sire?" Raptin blinked as he looked at his king in surprise.

"Duna's union with Stanley has already gone in a positive direction, and that has given me the impression that a similar situation with you and Susan may occur." Dynal elaborated.

"I-I see…" The raptor Dinaurian nodded.

"Now, you mentioned you encountered my daughter?" Dynal questioned, leaning forward, his face serious.

His tone made him sound and even seem like Castlevania's Dracula.

"Y-Yes, your majesty, and… She's informed me of things that cast the outcome of Project Mother Planet on a different path entirely." Raptin breathed as he tried to keep his composure.

"Go on." Dynal prompted.

"In short, we failed, sire." The young man explained. "Our original microorganisms died out before they could properly evolve, only managing to spawn off subspecies that later became the dinosaurs and mingled with the mammals to make it where Humanity is compatible with us Dinaurians." He continued. "According to her, even if we did use the regression rays, it wouldn't have done anything." He added. "Humans naturally appeared here." He added.

Dynal was silent as he listened and processed what he was told. His daughter had awakened ahead of schedule, which he knew, but now he knew that this allowed her to do an assessment of the microorganisms and their progress… Or lack, thereof. Now he knows that it's too late to proceed with any further plans to recreate their homeworld, and there was nothing to regress back with.

However…

"I see." He sighed, looking down at his wine. "Project Mother Planet is a failure." He lamented, gazing into the red liquid as his reflection stared back. "This is indeed a colossal blow." He continued. "However." He stated, standing up, getting Raptin's attention. "There is still hope—if humanity is genetically compatible with us, then all is not lost. We may yet still have a chance." He added.

"I think I understand what you mean, sire." Raptin nodded. "Princess Sinmara has already demonstrated proof of it." He added.

"Correct, so in light of this new paradigm, we must follow her example." The king nodded. "I know that you have your reservations about humans, but I'm hoping that you can help our people try and make peace with them, if we are to survive." He continued, placing a hand on Raptin's shoulder. "Can I count on you, Raptin?" He questioned.

"I'll endeavor to set my reservations aside, sir." The young agent nodded in reply.

"That is exactly what I like to hear." Dynal nodded in approval. "Now go. Even if we cannot work Project Mother Planet, we cannot allow the Idol comps to fall into the wrong hands." He ordered.

"Yes, sir!" Raptin saluted before he left.

Meanwhile in the Relic Hotel…

"This is it." The Welshman said as they arrived at the correct room.

"Why do I get the feeling that I'm gonna regret this…?" Peggy wondered to herself.

"We probably will." Rosie muttered, getting the same feeling before Ford knocked on the door, and was greeted by… the most crazy looking man they'd ever seen.

"Bonsoir Messieurs et Madames! Welcome to my humble abode!" A man with a very obvious French accent exclaimed as they walked inside.

"We've been told that you're a collector. You wouldn't happen to have Captain Wooldbeard's beard ribbon, would you?" Duna asked.

"Oh yes! It's a magnificent addition to my collection!" The Frenchman replied as he gestured to a shelf, where the ribbon sat.

"Well, to put it simply, Mr. Knack, we need it." The disguised pinkette explained.

"Woolbeard's kinda missing it." Susan added.

"No can do. If you want the ribbon, then you'll have to fetch three things for me." The collector told her with a shake of his head.

"Just tell us what they are and we'll split up to get 'em." Ford requested.

"Ah, speeding up the process! Helpful in this case!" Nack nodded. "The three things I require are a molted shell of a Fossil Bug, a fossilized sandal, and Denture Shark teeth." He listed off.

"Nope! I am not going anywhere near those damn sharks again!" Rosie yelped.

"Sigh… I'll handle it." Holt sighed, deflating a bit.

"I'll go looking for the Sandal Fossil with Ford." Peggy added.

"And I guess that means Susan, Rosie, Lee and I will get the Bug Shell." Duna noted.

"Well, we have our objectives. Let's move." Ford urged, getting nods from the others before they all split off to carry out their tasks.

(Later)

Later on in Knotwood Forest, Lee, Duna, Rosie and Susan were making their way to the Digadig village to get the first item on the list.

However, as they neared the village, a familiar looking bull dog suddenly appeared in front of them, blocking their path.

It was Rex, and it seemed like the dog was refusing to budge from his spot, growling and barking at the four.

Lee was not amused, and he made that clear by using his Blue Glare on him.

"Beat it!" He barked at the dog, exuding a commanding alpha aura.

Whimpering in fear of the alpha he was impeding, Rex darted off past them without putting up a fight, and in addition to scaring Rex, it also served to arouse Duna at the same time.

"Nice one." Susan grinned at her brother.

"I don't have time for their nonsense." Lee shrugged, and smiled when Duna hugged his arm to the valley of her breasts.

After scaring the crap out of Rex the Fossil Fighting bulldog, the girls finally arrived at the Digadig village and were now talking to the chieftain. His name was also revealed to be Sauronus, meaning "Legitimate King" in the Digadig language.

"I'll get to the point: We need the shell of a fossil bug." Susan told him.

"Yeah, so how do we diga-get it?" Rosie asked before slapping her hands over her mouth with wide eyes. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" She cried in comical dismay.

Duna couldn't help but giggle at this. Sauronus, for his part, hummed a bit before nodding.

"Ah yes. The shell you speak of is from a tunnel beetle, a bug that has been a protected creature since the time of the dinosaurs and first Digadigs." The chief nodded.

"How can we find it?" Duna asked.

"It's not a matter of finding it, but rather, drawing it out of the ground." The chief replied. "Luckily, this village is built on top of its natural habitat. Digadig." He added.

"Alright. That seems easy." Rosie nodded.

"Then how do we get a molted shell?" The only blonde in the group asked.

"You must perform a special dance to get it to molt. It is as follows." Sauronus explained before he started shaking his hips as vigorously as his age would allow him to. "Only more energetic, of course. Digadig." He added.

"How does that dance help?" The disguised Dinaurian wondered.

"This dance will draw the beetle out by shaking the ground, and it will molt its shell in response to the vibrations." The old chief explained. "The material it's made from is very comfortable in the winter. Digadig." He added.

"Ohhh." The girls nodded as they took in this information, Susan facepalming as she realized that she'd have to shake her hips and other assets in the swimsuit she was still in.

Talk about awkward…

"Whatever, let's just get this over with." The woman sighed as the three women lined up to start the ritual. Lee opted to not participate since he was more than a little worried he'd throw his back out in the process of doing so.

A moment later, he saw the beetle come out and gawked at the size of it. It was literally the size of a small dog, which was incredible since there hasn't been a bug that big in a million years.

Additionally, Raptin came from around a corner to watch the ritual as he'd been shadowing the groups on the orders of both his king and princess, and right away–the eldest of the royal children drew his attention the most.

As he watched the girls do the ritual dance, swaying and shaking their hips and swinging their voluptuous bodies like the pendulums of a clock–he could tell that Susan didn't seem to mind all that much.

Granted, it was unbecoming of someone of royal blood to basically flaunt their body in such a manner doing what was almost an exotic dance, he also had to keep in mind that this wasn't Dinaurian society.

Plus, if Raptin was being honest, it made the blonde look attractive, all things considered.

'As shameful as this looks, a princess like herself flaunting her body like some common harlot–I cannot deny that it isn't immensely satisfying to watch…' The Dinaurian man admitted mentally.

Right as the beetle molted, Raptin and Lee made eye contact. The latter's eye glowed as he gave the disguised Dinaurian boy a glare, causing him to shiver before Raptin did an apologetic bow, as if to say 'Apologies, your grace, carry on', he fled.

The Dinaurian figured that Lee wasn't fond of stalkers.

Lee sighed as he gathered up the molted shell as the girls all fidgeted and stood blushing at what they just had to do.

"If it means anything, nobody will speak a word of what happened here." The blue tipped Welshman told the girls after packing away the shell.

"Phew…" Rosie sighed in relief.

"That's a bit of comfort." Susan nodded.

Duna, meanwhile, hugged Lee's arm as she looked away from him, blushing.

"... I wouldn't mind dancing like that for you, if you wanted me to." She muttered for only him to hear.

"When we're back in our room." Lee whispered to her as the group left the village.

"As you wish, my prince." His fiance nodded, making him blush at how their pet names had been becoming more intimate as of late.

-Junk Dig Site, Greenhorn Plains-

After sending Snivels packing, Ford and Peggy started looking around for the fossilized sandal (Ford himself was still perplexed by that). As they looked around, the Scottswoman started chuckling.

"What's so funny?"The hybrid asked curiously.

"Oh nothing, I'm just thinking that it's funny we're looking for a sandal fossil. I mean, how can that work? Did a dinosaur wear it?" She chuckled.

"I honestly have no clue. It's so weird." Ford chuckled as he pictured William wearing sandals… It was rather comical.

This caused the two to start chuckling and then full on laughing as their images of sandal wearing dinosaurs paraded around rent free inside their heads.

"Can I ask what's so funny?" A familiar voice asked, prompting the couple to turn and see Raptin standing there with a raised eyebrow as he looked at them.

"Oh nothing, just a joke we were talking about with a certain fossil we're looking for." Ford explained.

"That fossil being…?" Raptin questioned, still confused.

"A sandal fossil." Peggy replied, which caused the usually stoic dinaurian to almost start laughing.

"Surely you jest, a fossilized piece of footwear?" He chuckled.

"I wish we were jesting." Ford told him with a shake of his head, showing the Dinaurian a picture of the small fossil. "Honestly, I have my doubts about it, but this is honestly the best place I can think of for something so ridiculous." He added, gesturing to the junk dig site around them.

Raptin nodded as he turned around and closed his eyes, and then opened them again as everything around him became black and blue–all his senses heightened–and then a single gold object became highlighted a few paces away from him and the two humans.

"Try investigating that spot, just there." He told them, pointing at the spot he marked.

The couple blinked before Peggy decided to do the honors and dig in the marked spot… and found the sandal fossil they were looking for.

"... Okay, this just got even more ridiculous." She deadpanned as she picked it up.

"Hey, how did you—?" Ford said as he turned to face Raptin again, only to find that he'd disappeared. "He's gone." He uttered.

"I swear, it's like the soddin' guy is related to Batman!" Peggy exclaimed, causing Ford to burst out laughing.

"True!" He howled.

(Elsewhere)

Holt let out a groan of agitation as he tried to find a Denture Shark den somewhere in Bottoms Up Bay, and had been given nothing but bad luck so far.

Apparently these guys had a thing for taking off their dentures in their dens, often covering them up with rocks. The Junkyard Apprentice had broken a dozen of them, and had no luck in finding a den so far.

"Come ON!" The blonde yelled as hit hit one more rock. "Bingo!" He exclaimed as he split it and revealed a den of a Denture shark, one that was taking out its dentures.

Quickly swimming up to them, he looked them over and cursed. They were covered in tooth rot! One would think that Denture Sharks would evolve to know basic oral hygiene.

"Looks like I'll need to clean these off… Under water. Great…" He lamented as he got out his cleaning tool kit.

(Elsewhere)

The group all met up with the three items and then made their way through the lobby to the west elevator, where they were promptly stopped by Vivian.

"Hand over the–" She started to demand before the taller twin judo tossed her over his shoulder and into a wall.

"Bitch, we have no time for you." Lee huffed before he and the others went into the elevator, leaving the dazed bandit behind.

Upon reaching the second floor, the Fighters all entered Nick Nack's apartment and found him waiting for them, and the man quickly noticed how exasperated they all looked at the fetch quest they just went on.

"I presume there was a bit of pressure?" He guessed.

"Quite." Rosie responded curtly, not wishing to speak of what happened at Digadig village.

"Well, since you got all three of them…" Nick Nack nodded as he took the items, setting them on a shelf. "Here is your reward." He added, handing them a chest that had a rusted and busted lock.

"Thanks." Ford nodded before the group left. "Let's get this thing to Woolbeard, grab that idol and call it a day. I've been through plenty of roller coasters already." He sighed as they went into the elevator.

"I hear that." Duna nodded with her own sigh.

(Later)

The group had found their way back to Woolbeard's ship, however when they got to the captain's cabin, they saw Vivian, Snivels and Rex had beaten them there. The woman was apparently putting a fake beard ribbon on the ghost's beard.

"Shit!" Holt cursed.

"What do these fools think they're doing?!" Lee questioned.

"There you go, Captain, your beard ribbon, as asked." Vivian smiled as the group tied the ribbon around the pirate's unruly beard.

"Lookin' snazzy!" Snivels nodded.

"Bork!" Rex barked.

However…

"This isn't my beard ribbon!" The dead buccaneer exclaimed angrily. "My ribbon was manlier! With just a smidgen of fun lovin'!" He continued before his beard turned purple and his face turned angry. "You will pay for this, deceivers! My Ghost dinosaurs of the deep will see to that!" He boomed.

Then lightning somehow started striking the ground… despite the ship being underwater… and there were no signs of a flood starting.

"Let's get out of here!" Vivian yelped before she bolted.

"No need to tell me twice!" The long nosed man yelped as he took off, Rex following suit a second later. This left Ford and company to deal with the angry pirate.

"Fuck! There's no way we can reason with him in this state!" Ford growled as ghost dinosaurs of the sea appeared.

"Well, Ford and Lee, guess we'll leave this to you!" Rosie said, getting behind Holt while Duna got behind Peggy and Susan.

"... Alright. Wish us luck." The boy sighed as he approached the raging phantasmal privateer. "Ready to calm a ghost, brother? (Wow that feels weird to say)." He asked his twin.

"No… But let's do it anyway." The blue tipped Welshman shrugged in reply.

"William, Quetzocoatl, Macbeth calm this guy down!" The older of the two called, sending three of his Air Types out.

"Tokugawa, Newton, Micro, back them up!" The younger of the two added, sending out his Raptors.

The three vivosaurs all looked at their opposition, which consisted of a plesiosaur, an elsmosaur and a mosasaur.

"Let us put the anger at ease, shall we?" William beckoned, baring his teeth.

"Right." The other five nodded.

The twins closed their eyes as they focused, trying to find the power that they'd tapped into all those times before… and then opened their eyes as their bodies radiated green/white and yellow energy respectively as their teams glowed their elemental colors.

"Alright guys, Super Team Attack: Primeval Storm/Antimatter Beam!" They ordered in unison.

Focusing their power, the two teams formed a tornado of devastating wind accompanied by a beam of energy and sent it at the three ocean types and sent them back to the grave with no resistance. This also made Woolbeard vanish for a bit, so the brothers called back their teams and waited.

The wait was not long since he appeared ten seconds later.

"Wha-what happened?" He fumbled as he tried to recall what happened.

"You got angry when you were tricked with a fake beard ribbon." Duna told him.

"Oh right… Those blasted life lubbers! I'll–!" He started to rant before Rosie cut him off.

"Uh, before you fly off the lid again, how about I tie on your real beard ribbon?" She offered before stepping up and got to work. Woolbeard's beard was indeed unruly, and was difficult to hold together, but the pinkette managed to get the ribbon around every last hair.

"HAHA! This is me beard ribbon! It fits just right!" The ghost laughed happily. "Now, as promised, here's ye idol." He added before giving them the idol. "And in case ye hadn't do so, help yourselves to the treasure I have scattered abroad on the ship. I have no need for it anymore." He told them.

"We already did that before we came here the first time, so thanks anyway." Susan shrugged.

"Well in that case, tata!" The dead buccaneer said before he vanished for the last time.

"Now that we have this thing, we should get it to Grandpa and Dr. Diggins." Rosie stated, hands on her hips.

"Yeah, we need to find a way to disable them." Holt nodded as they left the ship.

However, as they did, Duna was still staring at the twins in astonishment—and off outside the quarters, Raptin and Mara were watching from the same corner as before, and both in total shock.

"Your majesty, did you see what I just saw? Was that…?" The boy gasped as he looked at the princess.

"I-I think so." The older Dinaurian nodded, eyes wide. 'Could it be? Are the old legends true?!' She thought.

"The legendary power of the Ancient Dinaurian kings, Dinoquilala… Could… Could this mean that the princes–Ford and Lee–are…?" Raptin questioned.

"The Legendary Super Dinaurian." The princess nodded. "It's possible, but… could it really be?" She muttered.

Princess Sinmara's very own sons had much that needed to be revealed about them. If the Legendary Super Dinaurian is what they are, then she needs to protect them no matter what.

The fate of the Dinaurian and human races depended on it.

After getting changed out of their bathing suits and into actual clothes, the group went to see Richmond and found that Diggins was still there with Jaune.

"Hey, grandpa! We got the idol!" The pinkette called as Ford walked up behind her and set the idol on the desk.

"Magnificent work, all of you!" The old man praised them with a smile.

"Let's get it down to the vault so we can try to disable them." The doctor nodded as he took the idol and headed out of the room. "Come on, you all, follow me!" He told them as he carried the tall statue with Holt's help.

Meanwhile, back on the Dinaurian mothership, Dynal sighed as he finished another glass of wine as one of his servants refilled it for him with ice to chill it—when Raptin suddenly burst through the doors of his chamber, eyes wild and heart racing as he bowled over, gasping for air. He was clearly in some sort of panic or state of shock.

"Apologies—for the abrupt entrance—your majesty, but I've—seen something—that you need to know about—immediately!" The agent exclaimed, trying to catch his breath.

Dynal paused in his libations of wine before placing it beside him. "Calm yourself, Raptin. Take a breath." He instructed, his voice calm and steady, like a father who was trying to calm a child.

Raptin did so and slowly managed to regain his breathing, standing up straight again.

"Now, what has happened?" The king asked.

"The princess and I have discovered something about your grandsons that completely blindsided us." Raptin replied. "Something straight out of Dinaurian legend." He added.

This caused Dynal's face to become ever more serious. "Go on." He told his subordinate, his expression unwavering as he did so, gesturing Raptin to do so.

"We've discovered that Stanford and Stanley stand on the cusp of becoming Super Dinaurians." The boy revealed. "For they both possess Dinoquilala." He added, shattering Dynal's serious look and replacing it with a shocked one.

"You're… You're certain?" The man questioned.

"I saw it with my own eyes." Raptin confirmed.

"Then the change to all of this is massive." The King stated. "Do what you can to help Duna look after them." He ordered.

"Of course, sire." Raptin nodded, however Dynal noticed that he had a troubled look on his face.

"What seems to trouble you, my child?" He questioned, the king of the Dinaurians often referred to his people as his children, like all the kings before him.

"It's surely not, sir. But…" Raptin replied as he looked at the ground. "I can't help but think that all of these events, coupled with the appearance of Dinoquilala and not one, but two Super Dinaurians—are rather… ominous omens." He continued.

Dynal could only sigh at that.

"I'm of the same opinion." He admitted, hoping this wouldn't lead to anything bad. "But, let us hope that whatever these omens lead to, will be something we can survive." He nodded.

"Agreed, sir." The younger man nodded.

Holt and Diggins heaved as they placed the Elasmosaurus-like blue idol onto a table with the red and green idols next.

"Okay, so have you and my dad figured out a way to disable these things?" Ford asked.

"We think so. It's worked on the others so far." Diggins nodded in reply.

Ford took a moment to examine them and noticed that the core processors that Mara mentioned were gone from the first to, making their red and green colorings to become dark. Said pieces lay next to them.

Deciding to test something out, he plugged his necklace into the core of the red idol, and like before, it started to make the necklace rebuild itself, restoring some more of its functions to be restored. He did this again with the next one, and it was nearly finished.

"Well how about that." He muttered, looking at the nearly fully repaired necklace.

"We should probably get these cores hidden somewhere where the Dinaurians won't find them." Peggy stated.

"Yeah. The last thing we need is for them to be found and used against us." Nevada nodded in agreement with her fellow redhead.

"I'll handle it." The purple haired boy told them as he took the cores.

"For now though, let's head home." Lee added, pulling Duna into a close hug.

"Good idea." The others nodded as they left the vault behind, the lights dimming.

(Later)

Back at the Relic Hotel in the suite of Stanley Owen, the young man was laying on his bed in his pajamas, waiting for his fiancé to come to bed.

After a bit, Duna appeared… In a blue belly dancer outfit. She had a blue shawl covering her face, a blue bra, a pair of bracelets connected to a long cloth and a blue skirt connected to pants with slits on the side that exposed her legs.

"Well, my prince—am I to your liking?" Duna questioned as she posed for her mate and fiancé, swaying her hips sliding her hands across her body. "You did want to see me dance for you in private, did you not?" She purred, her waist rotating as her tail swished in step with her dance—her breasts bouncing with every move.

"One moment…" Lee trailed off as he pulled out a radio and connected it to his phone to get a list of appropriate songs going. Once the music was playing, he nodded at her. "You may start your dance." He prompted.

The Dinaurian girl nodded as she began dancing for him, hands above her head as she gyrated her hips and swung her tail in time with the music, running her hands through her luscious pink locks and moaning as she trailed her palms down her body and legs—tongue sliding out of her mouth as she gasped erotically while teasing her covered bosom.

The shawl over her mouth teased her beloved paramour as she did this, taunting him with the temptation of her plump and succulent lips as she flaunted her sweet beauty for his enjoyment.

Lee watched his Dinaurian lover dance for him as though she were performing publicly on stage, and he was sure he was getting more and more aroused as she continued.

Duna then started to get more and more vigorous with her movements, before she crawled onto the bed, and got into Lee's lap, the young man removing her shawl and began to kiss her.

As they kept making out, they began to discard each other's clothes with Duna removing his shirt and Lee removing her top. Things escalated from there as clothes started flying.

Meanwhile, in the room of Rosie Richmond, the pinkette was also doing a belly dance for her boyfriend Holt, but her outfit was a little different from the one Duna was wearing.

She was wearing a pink lace top, and a bottom that had four transparent extensions attached.

The pink girl was a bit more awkward at first as she started out her dance, but as she got more and more into it, her awkwardness fell away and was slowly replaced by a sort of sensual and erotic confidence.

This was something Holt noticed and could definitely appreciate as she continued dancing.

"Come here." Holt told her, gesturing toward her as she continued to dance for him. "Come to me." He instructed.

The pinkette did so and straddled him, wrapping her arms around his neck and pressing herself flush against him.

"You're so assertive, it's almost like you own me." Rosie purred as she peppered her boyfriend's face and neck with kisses, her breasts rubbing against his chest.

"If you want me to own you, I can." Holt offered with a smirk.

"That… Actually doesn't sound all that bad." The pinkette admitted as the blonde hugged her close while performing a bit slight of hand before…

Clinck!

A latch snapped around the girl's neck, revealing that the boy had slipped a pink and white collar with a golden heart charm around her slender throat.

"You asked for it." The Junkyard boy chuckled, causing Rosie to giggle.

"I really did." She conceded. "What are you gonna do to me, master?" She purred suggestively.

"Well, I figure since you have a collar now…" The boy purred as he pushed her down and flipped her over, causing the girl to go onto all fours. "Why not make my pet happy by giving her some puppies?" He offered, his voice tickling her ear as he leaned in, whispering in it.

"Your pink she-wolf won't object." Rosie grinned in reply, already feeling aroused.

"Get ready then." Holt growled as he grabbed her from behind, and mounted her—before entering her, causing the girl to moan and yelp like a bitch being mounted by her mate, while he howled in bliss to meet her.

Dragon Emperor0: And there it is everyone, this Rebooted version of Vivosaur Island Chronicles is finally caught up to the original version's point of progression in the plot. And, as you can see, it is very different from the events of the game, while also not being a 1 to 1 rendition of the manga either. In a lot of ways, this story is much more of its own thing when compared to the original. Not to mention the writing is far better by comparison, if I do say so myself.

ThermalsniperN7: And we got some new pairings in mind, which you've no doubt picked up on. We also decided to change things up on Dynal's end, which should make things better, hopefully.

Dragon Emperor0: Yeah, in a way, we kinda wanted to make him like this reverse Castlevania Dracula style character. A guy who seems like he's the archetypal grief driven supervillain ready to burn the world down and remake it in the name of the memory of his lost wife and child–but then have that be subverted by him immediately change his plans when his assumptions become challenged by newly gathered information, by offering him other choices.

ThermalsniperN7: Seriously, we need a break from the cliches sometimes. Just cuz they're good doesn't mean they won't get old fast. Anyway, I didn't expect Lee and Duna to do what they did in this chapter. But at least Mara knows she's gonna be a grandma.

Dragon Emperor0: Yeah. Anyway, guys. Stay tuned for next chapter, cuz it's going to start really changing everything as we reveal our choice for the new main antagonist of the story to replace Dynal and the Dinaurians. And trust me, you won't wanna miss it.
