The victim of a robbery, when he tried to resist Walter Hardy(Has a file) who wanted his car as a getaway vehicle he was shot and left behind as Walter tried to escape. A Few minutes later pater Paramedics arrived but were unable to move him die the severity of the injury. He passed away 15 minutes after getting shot.
His killer was caught by Spider-Man(Has a File) less than an hour later.

A famous thief without a recorded quirk, he earned the nickname "the cat burglar". Having a history of none violence he was always considered a low level threat. His luck caught up with his age, after killing Benjamin Parker(file) and stealing his car Cat was caught and turned in the police by Spider-Man(File).
After finding out Benjamin died due to him, Walter pled guilty. When asked why he had a gun when he never used one before he stated "I had a long and great career, one I feel proud of. But as I got older I also got slower and I got scared of the day I got caught by someone who would want to take justice into their own hands."
He is facing 25 years for the years of robbery and 45 years for murder charges.
Was quickly moved to a super villain Prison when he disclosed his quirk: limited luck- anything he touches he can either add or take away luck from. impossible to open safe? Good luck there are fingerprints on the codes, bad luck the safe malfunction or breaks. states to have never used it on people. He fears he might accidentally give someone health problems.

Spider-Man finally shows true colors as he murders possible criminal Norman Osborn
Yesterday evening Spider-Man was recorded chasing the criminal Green Goblin while being followed by a private helicopter being driven by Harry Osborn. During the chase/battle multiple heroes stepped trying to capture the duo criminals. The heroes who chased after green goblin received major injuries while the ones who chased Spider-Man were caught in his webbing.
At some point during the chase Spider-Man was able to unmask the green goblin, revealing the face of Norman Osborn. It turned out the Norman that in the helicopter with Harry Osborn was actually the master of disguise, Chameleon. When his identity was revealed Chameleon jumped from the plane and escaped before more heroes or law enforcement could catch him.
At the end of the chase Spider-Man was able to damage Norman's flying vehicle causing it to crash into a tower filled with the criminals pumpkin bombs. His final moments were filled with the sound of the bombs going off and destroying Norman entirely.
The cleanup took 4 hours with bomb squad combing the area to make sure no more bombs were in the area. No remains were found in the damage. Spider-Man fled the scene when the heroes started acting hostile towards him. Hasn't been seen since.

At the Time of this story NY law enforcement have had Spider-Man in custody for 8 days. The Identity of the vigilant was revealed 7 days ago. He was identified to be Peter Parker, 16 year old Midtown high student who did freelance work for this news organization.
The arrest started when the police department received a Tip that stated where Spider-Man was gonna arrive. Law enforcement quickly gathered forces and prepared an ambush for the Vigilante. This force had 40 police officers, 16 street heroes and the S.W.A.T force. When Spider-Man arrived the heroes moved in first. Despite his young age and lack of experience compared to the professionals the vigilante was able to quickly incapacitate the heroes. While trying to escape from the police he was steered towards S.W.A.T where they used a quirk to blind and knock Spider-Man unconscious.
It is counted at least 12 hit men were arrested trying to attack the vehicle transporting Spider-Man to Rykers. The vigilante Daredevil also appeared but was unsuccessful in trying to rescue the young criminal.
The effects of Spider-Man's presence and imprisonment is shaking the Hero community and those that think highly of the Vigilante. While Spider-Man has stated "like, it's nice these people see me as something great but I don't want anyone doing anything dangerous. I only skip the whole hero id thing cause I didn't have time to waste worrying about all the red tape that would have blocked me from helping."
Since the wall crawler has debuted new vigilantes have started to appear. When asked about the rising number of people wanting to help their community by becoming vigilantes themselves the chief replied with "professional heroes are taught how to handle many dangerous situations that a civilian would never even imagine and trained how to handle the pressure of these situations. They know how to coordinate with us and know what not to do. A self taught vigilante is a wheel of chaos, you never know what your gonna get with each spin. When the safety of our people is on the line, adding the fuel of chaos into a dangerous situation is never something we should make a habit of."
The hero community is right now divided on two sides. On one side are the Heroes who are currently satisfied with how heroes are currently handled. The other side understands the fears of the vigilante Spider-Man and are pushing for changes in law.
Being discussed by a large population of heroes and politicians is the safety of heroes identities for themselves and their loved ones. Studies show that more than 42% of heroes retire each year in fear of loved ones being attacked for being associated with them. This year of the 43 new heroes in New York 25 have already quite with the reason being attacked when not working and fearing for loved ones.
Captain America is leading the charge these changes, pushing for laws in the favor of licensed heroes. When interviewed he stated "it's sad that we live in a country where we ignore the pain of those we call heroes just because they are meant to be a little stronger than the rest. We forget in the end we are all human and deserve to be treated fairly." at this time Captain America's group has yet to reveal an official name.
One month later Spider-Man runs away from Civil Way he started!
It was announced that Spider-Man took a deal to get sent to another country where he would receive "unbiased" education to learn the error of his ways. While he escapes justice for his actions the hero community is crumbling. New more strict laws have been put in place because of an accidental use of quirk caused the death of multiple people and the destruction of an populated area.
Captain America, leader of peace talks broke into a training facility for untrained highly dangerous quirks, releasing dangerous quirk users who were being educated on how to properly use their quirks. A tiktoker recorded Captain America's escape and was even able to ask before he got away why he attacked the government building. Cap stated "What they were doing to the kids wasn't training but torture. Sure soldiers are put through the wringer but they are still cared for and have actually signed up for the challenge. These kids made mistakes and are now having the right to choose their future taken away."
When the manager of the training facility was asked about the accusation made by the idol of America he denied any form of torture and pointed out they needed to be strict with these dangerous kids and torture to one person is basic discipline to another. While we were not able to find out the method of these teachings we were able to find the ages of the people called into question, the youngest being 12 and the oldest at just 16 years old. The children's parents could not be reached for an interview.
Tensions rise even higher with the upcoming court case of hero Ice Cap. A hero who has been on the job for 8 years is now standing trial for leaving his post during a villain attack on the streets. He was assigned to said post by a senior hero to watch over two first year hero's and 3 sidekicks. Ice Cap left the young heroes alone as he went to handle a different situation that he felt needed his attention. It was after he left the rookies alone that they were attacked and nearly killed by the super villain reptile. The hero in question states "I never meant to abandon them, but I also felt like I was being useless when I should have been doing more."
There have been other serious problems popping up, with heroes arguing over territory to patrol to straight up fighting for many reasons. In 1 week an estimated 14 fights happened in NY streets between heroes. Right now very little information has been released related to these situations by the government officials other than a list of the heroes caught up in the fighting.
It's sad that as the streets finally got cleaned of that spider menace some people are so sympathetic to his situation they would allow him to ruin their lives and the integrity of this beloved nation by following his example. We have a system that has worked for many years and are allowing one brainless vigilante tear down everything many heroes have worked hard to build. I fear the direction America is heading towards as more conflicts happen around our great country.

sorry i know i said i was gonna write the prequal in the form of the show but the more i tried the more i realized it's best for you to just watch the show itself. just add heroes not as powerful as peter and you'll have a basic idea of what I'm going for. also i will revisit what life was like for peter in America but for now I'm gonna focus on A.U and how Peter and the school affect each other.
