Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of Musclebound Darkness. Enjoy the 3200-word chapter. I do not own Pokémon; Nintendo and a few others do.

Karen rather enjoyed the lust of battle. The sting of combat excited her more than anything and it was just too entertaining to have passed up. Yes, all this did was simply bring it down to nothing… Yes, if anything. She would rather enjoy this.

Houndoom paced back and forth as Primape slowly beat its chest, roaring at the other Pokémon as if challenging it to back down. The energy was something she had been used to since the last time, this was not the first time they had come for a rematch since then and walked in the front door.

"He looks pretty angry for someone who's been able to heal up good," Karen said to which Owen shrugged.

"He is always like that. It comes with the fact he has not gotten to fight anyone anytime soon." Owen stated as he rubbed at his temples before looking down at the ground.

He knew Karen was simply focusing on the fact that she had won the last few times. It was not exactly something he could not have understood. She was always like this, always trying to find an angle to dig under the skin and cut at him. It was always like this when push came to shove.

Karen looked around, too surprised, or perhaps gripped with such a weakness that they could handle it for now. They had something else to focus on.

"Are you going to be good?" Owen asked as he patted Primape on the head. "Primm, calm down, ok? We are not going to fight just yet. You get to have fun in a second…" Owen said before the Pokémon nodded and rested on its backside.

Owen patted the Pokémon atop the head as he leaned down next to him. The Primape always wanted to fight, that was how life had been and it was just part of life.

He respected that and in return? He was rewarded with loyalty and a good friend from this now as she turned to the Pokémon with an interest that simply could not be contained so easily.

It was a while since she had seen him around and yet it was so determined needed to happen. All of it seemed to call into question simply how little their fight would seem to matter and such. It was an issue of not just what was to come, but what had come next.

"He seems to always be happy to fight," Karen said as she laughed and looked around the room.

"It comes with being a fighting type Pokémon so there's that to consider as of now," Owen said before he hummed and looked around the room with an interest as to now, an interest that persisted more and more.

Owen knew both parties wanted a fight and was willing to get one through any methods they were capable of. It did not at all surprise them for now.

Perhaps he was as manic a warrior as he was and he just did not understand how or why. It was all too much as of the moment as Owen was all over the place with this. All of it was going to end sometime soon and now.

Owen still smirked as did she before looking around at the battlefield with an interest that had to exist for good reason. All of it was too much for him and it would probably continue to be that way for now as he cracked his fingers before looking down at the ground.

He smirked at her before she yawned and then finally decided to go nuts all over the place for the time being. it would be so much fun in his mind, there was a lot more to try and focus on at the end of the day and it was all too tiresome at the end of the day.

He did not at all know what to try and do at the end of the day. There was a lot more to try and focus upon at the end of the day and Karen was eager to try and relax, utterly tired as if more and more could be done to try and fixate upon certain issues.

Which would breed more issues at the end of the day and it was clear more and more fun would be coming. They had a lot more to try and focus upon like their battle as the two slowly looked at one another, spinning Pokeballs around their fingers as if expecting something that would come later.

Karen was the first to try and speak up now as if Owen was eager to try and relax at the end of the day. Such issues were only going to get better and better at the end of the day.

"Are you going to use the same strategy as last time? because I was having fun last time trying to deal with it and I do not want this fight to go on too shortly. It is a lot to deal with when you are healing them, isn't it?" Karen asked before Primape slowly tugged at its master's arm as if eager to get to relax.

"Maybe, if that is fun… You know the others do not talk as much. Usually, they are so eager to try and get into business that I do not get to talk. It is not as fun, no offense to the rest of the four." Owen said as he fell silent, utterly amused, and even a little tired.

He was all too eager to relax and this was doing wonders to get him to try and relax at the end of the day. Owen patted Primape on the head, eager to get him under control as the Pokémon slowly started to relax. Owen looked up at her with mirth as if expecting something else to try and happen.

Karen looked at the Pokémon. It did not gaze at her with hatred nor malice, simply desiring a fair and honest fight which was what it had gotten before from the woman and it simply desired more.

Primape was eager to try and fight, looking as if it wanted to smash something into pieces. It was not often she saw such an honest desire for a good and clean fight but then again? It was not like she managed to relax often. It was nicer and nicer with each passing second.

She had a smirk come from her lips as she looked down at the ground as if expecting it to try and fight, she wanted a good clean fight, she wanted to be able to relax all the time, unsure and uncertain of what to throw at them.

She did not even know what they were going to happen now, unsure, and uncertain of it all.

There was something else on her mind and she seemed to be able to relax. She did not at all know what to say about it all now, something that she wanted to relax.

All of it seemed to be odd now, it was a lot more to try and figure out. All of it seemed to be nice, an odd little thing as of the time and she knew it now as they looked at the ground, utterly unsure and uncertain of what to deal with next as of the time being.

All of it seemed to be awkward and uncertain when it came down to it. They had a majorly massive issue coming down the line which continued to be a hard little issue to try and figure out before he seemed to work it all out.

He did not at all know what to try and do next before the time being as he cracked a smile, looking down upon the rest on the ground.

They had a larger margin when it came down to it. There was another pardon as he seemed to try and scream once again, he looked downwards at the ground, smiling at her as Primape tried to prepare for another battle.

All of it continued to make him want to battle her once more as he knew more and more uncertain and understandable for now, he truly did not last for now. He did not manage to relax once more, but he could and would be given enough time.

His Primate probably would not, probably unsure of its next move and next attack towards the enemy, how best to batter them into the wind for now as he looked downwards at the ground with a lot more power.

He was unable to focus on the next move without sufficient thought upon it, not easy when Primape was ready to smash the first thing that got into range into dust.

How did one deal with that? Primape was a very loyal Pokémon when it did not fly into a homicidal rage. She could not only seem to relax once more as she hummed before clicking her tongue against the roof of her mouth.

Karen sighed to herself before she clicked her fingers, snapping her fingers before looking downwards at the Pokémon as she hummed.

"Are you ok?" Karen asked as Owen hummed, looking downwards at the ground as he sighed. "Primape is looking as well as before, has he been practicing hyper beam and close combat the same way he has been before?" Karen questioned to which there was a nod.

"Yes, he has a lot more to do. I hope we win but you must be willing to look at the downside to fighting tooth and nail now." Karen said to which there was a sigh. Something about it all seemed to bother her again and again and again.

Whatever came next? It would not last, never could, never would. She knew just how their dance went at the end of the day and just how much fun it was messing with him.

She looked at his Pokémon, unsure of what to see and what to do… They had a VERY large amount of mercy upon their minds and both intended clearly to drag the fight out, not at all knowing what was coming next.

She patted her Houndoom, curious if their fight was going to end differently. It was not as if it was not a hard-fought battle and she almost did deem it unfair that a trainer was not allowed to rest and get their Pokémon treated at the local center before now.

She did not know this or anything at the end of the day, something about it all was not going to end well for the time being… So funny, so ridiculously odd for the time being but so funny for now.

"Do you want to battle or does he need a minute to get himself fixed up?" Karen asked to which he paused, utterly thrown off… All such ideas within him would not continue to deal with, knowing what it was like.

She looked at him and glanced at his Pokémon as the two paused to think, it was clear that such things seemed to keep dealing for now… It would not be dealt with upon now.

This was not something that needed to be dealt with for now, it was a madness that was all too for now… It was utterly maddening for now but it would continue.

Karen hummed, unsure of what would need to be dealt with, utterly unable to do more than relax for, it utterly cut through the fat… Making it harder and harder to remember what was going on and what would be able to relax for now.

Their battle? It would be something that she could deal with, knowing that it would become harder and harder to figure something out at the end of the day… Whatever it would be. She wanted little to deal with it all at the end of the day for now.

This was something that could be dealt with again and again. She sighed, knowing that it could be dealt with for now, it was harder and harder still to try and figure something out at the time being, too much to try and figure another move.

He had been too tired in it all, too interested in what needed to be done and would be done, too relaxed for now, too unsure of himself at this idea… This would not be done, not too easily done, too interested yet before it came down to it.

Primape seemed to be utterly done for now, he paused to keep thinking of it all, this would not be something to try and figure out, an idea that could keep going.

They had a fight to contend, a battle that needed to be handled now before it all fell apart, Primape wanted a battle and a fight that could and would keep going further and further.

He seemed just as curious as anyone about what would be done for either side to win, it made both sides tired, too interested in what was to keep doing for now…

This would not end anytime soon, it was too hard to try and figure out, something that would not end at all, would not end at all.

If nothing else? She would not relent, not let it all come down to nothing at the end of the day like all such days… Perhaps today would be the day she was bested in combat, perhaps by something beyond her means.

Even then? She might not win… For she knew that it could not be best dealt with…. Not in this manner at least, not with it all raining down on her like a bombardment of missiles.

Even then? The girl did not relent, she could win this and she would, even then for the time being as she backed away, content to let him traipse after her, she would find some enjoyment. There was something else in the shadows and she could not relent to see it all end this way.

She looked at him and realized that it could be something else. There was a lot more to this, she had been too relaxed, too relaxed enough to deal with for now and she perhaps thought of it for now.

That would change, it would all change for now… Even then? He had been unable to do it for now, he cracked a smile, looking off to the distance… Even then?

There was nothing left, nothing that would come as a result. The chaos on his mind was a pain for now, there was a lot more to their brain… Even then? It was chaotic enough to have been appearing for now… Because to him? There was a different thing for him to be doing.

He had been too unwilling for now to back down from a challenge as he clicked his fingers together.

"You know what is going to happen, right? Because we are going to die… Even then? The more we deal with? The more we suffer." She heard.

"Maybe, but we aren't dead yet, you know that, right?" She asked, questioning what the next move was as she seemed to be too interested in the next move.

She was amused but in her way. She was curious as she paused to think of it. So much to deal with, and so little time for now as she has been able to try and deal with now. She had been too interested in it.

All of this was going to be harder to figure it all out as of now, he had been familiar with it before now. He had not been able to relax, knowing what he had been able to think for a moment.

He seemed ready to be ready to deal with it for now. He had not been willing to relax, to see it collapse into such a thing was going to be ripping her up.

She had not been able to figure it out, he did not know what was growing on his mind before he paused to let it all come to a head either way. He had not the desire to see it end like that but he was willing.

He had not the desire to fight her, not when he would probably be able to figure it all out. He knew more and more with each little issue for now as he paused to let it all end.

He had not been able to try and fight her.

"You know that there is going to be a fight you will not win easily, right? You will not win by just throwing yourself into fights like this… Not when your enemy can outmatch you easily." Karen stated as she sighed a few seconds of silence stopped her.

She could not let it all come crashing down to the ground, not once would it be dealt with for now. This sort of thing was chaotic enough to push it to the side before now, a no-nonsense idea as to how it would go for now at the end of the day.

There were a lot of things which he clicked his fingers before she paused once more. There was something on her mind when it came to fighting… Like a parasite… A disease that pushed her to which she could finally seem to understand it as best it could be dealt with… There was something that needed to be done and dusted in good formation.

Karen seemed to be dealt with for now as she clicked to try and figure it out for now. She paused to let it all come down to it as she wished to be done.

She would not be done with it as she clicked to be dealt with for now as she clicked her fingers, interested in what was growing on her mind once more for now. It was fun and it was enjoyable and to her? That was all it needed to have been, there was plenty that needed to be addressed and plenty left to do if it was not done. There was to be chaos to pay and chaos that needed to be addressed sooner or later.

Karen was better than this and she would prove it, she was better than all of it.

Only when it broke did it need to be deleted from the face of the Earth. Yes, it would be buckets and buckets of fun, big buckets of mercy when it was all said and done when it was all said and done when it came down to it.

She did not know what was going on now, she did not know what was happening now and she did not wish to, she would wish to relax and she would gain it now when it came down to it all at the end of the day.

Karen of all things was too relaxed; she did not know what would become of it now when it came down to it as of now. Karen was tired and would remain tired now and for good.
