Berk Military base Fort Ari

8th Battalion 2nd Marines

The two brothers where walking along side some other Marines when the Speakers around the base crackled up.

"Alexander and Ryan Jaeger are ordered to Major General Davidson's office immediately"

The two brothers looked at each other in confusion and the other marines laughed at them.

"You guys get called in very often lately" said one Laughing.

"Yeah probably just the promotion to Special forces" said Alex sarcastically. Ryan shook his head and pulled Alex on the arm and they walked off.

Once there Ryan knocked at the door which triggered an "come in" from Major General Davidson's voice. Ryan opened the door and the brothers walked in. In there a raven haired man stood in one side of the room and Davidson sat in his chair.

"You called Major General?" Asked Ryan.

"Yes. Lads this is Colonel Alvin Hartman. The current Commanding Officer of our Special Forces and he just told me that he has the permission from President Stoick himself to create a new Special operations group. Colonel, you take it from here"

"Thank you Major General. So men, how do i start this... i've read your Combat reports and the Reports of your colleagues and saw that you two performed exceedingly in Times of Combat. So i want you two Guys in this new Special ops group. What do you say?" Alvin said with a stupid grin in his face.

Ryan and Alex stared him dead in the eyes. Then Ryan raised a fist and Alex fist bumped it. The two brothers both grew an Grin on each of their faces. "Count us in" said Alex.

"When do we start?" Asked Ryan. In response Alvin gave each of them a Dokument and said "Sign here and you're in".

They both signed their Papers and shook hands with Alvin. Then Major General Davidson stood up and stretched out his arm. "Men it was an honor to have you under my command. I wish you the best of luck in your new job. I hope we see each other again" he said and shook their Hands.

27th of March 2017

Somewhere over the Berk Highlands

2 Berkian UH-64 Boneknapper Helicopter flew along the Berkian Highlands towards an unknown destination.

"Kingpin for the two incoming Transports how copy?"

"Kingpin, here Bravo-1 and Bravo-2. Good copy, sent traffic"

"Captain Phillips wants to give the new guys the Special ceremony. Copy?"

"Roger that Kingpin. Flying to LZ Zulu. Over"

The two Helicopters drifted a little to the left. Their Cargo, two Ex-Marines on their way to become Special Forces Operators.

"Jaeger Brothers. 5 minutes then you fast rope on the platform beneath us and Bravo-2 is gonna drop your stuff. Then a team is gonna greet you and take you on base. Got it?"

"Yep"

"Yessir"

Five minutes later the Helicopter sank to 10 meters above an Concrete platform. Ropes where dropped on both sides of the Helicopter and the two brothers slid down the ropes. The Helicopter crew pulled the ropes back in and turned away and flew off. The second Helo came down to 3 meters and the crew dropped the cargo the Brothers had taken with them. Bravo-2 now also turned away and flew away.

"This is Bravo-1, package delivered and are RTB"

Alex took his stuff and sat on the concrete platform. His backpack served as backrest. Ryan on the other hand looked around confused.

"You seeing anything out there?" Asked Alex lazily.

"No... nothing but grass, bushes and a tree or two" Answered Ryan.

"Then what are you worried about. Come, have a seat. Here's enough space for both of us" Said Alex jokingly.

Suddenly a dust cloud formed behind a little hill. First an Armored Vehicle appeared, then another and another. Soon Tanks also joined.

"What the fuck?" Asked Ryan Bewildered. Alex was also on his feet and stared in awe.

The vehicle column surrounded the Duo. A hatch on one of the cars opened and a blonde man with an headset and Plate carrier came out. He jumped off the Car. At the same time Snipers which where hidden in the grass, caught up with the others.

"My name is Captain Gobber Phillips" The blonde stated and moved closer to the two men. They where both in parade rest.

"I don't like you two" Captain Phillips then added. "Colonel Hartman promised me two excellent Soldiers and one of them, he said was an very good sniper... but i can't see them here anywhere" He said and went even closer to the two brothers. He was now so close, if you would look from behind it looks like he is kissing them.

"You're probably not looking close enough, Sir" Said Alex. Ryan couldn't halt a little chuckle and the two fist bumped. The soldiers, who all got out of their Vehicles began laughing. Phillips looked baffled and then grew even angrier.

He turned around and looked at one of his soldiers. "Sergeant Hofferson! They're yours" He yelled and another blonde man ran up to them laughing. "I like you two. Welcome to the S.O.B." He said still laughing sand shook Ryans hand and gave him a Patch. Then he turned to Alex and hid grin widened. "No one managed to drive him that crazy in a long time. Good job" He said and shook also his hand and gave him the Patch.

The S.O.B. Patch was simple designed. Round, with an Curled up Black Dragon in the middle. The background was olive. Then there was an golden longsword piercing the Dragon. The edge is black with the white inscription Special Operations Battalion.

Soon Ryan and Alex found themselves in an MRAP vehicle back to their new base.

"Hey, aren't you the sons of that famous Soldier who died in space? What was his name again..." A soldier in a Gillie Suite asked.

"Michael, Michael Jaeger" Answered Ryan.

"Actually, our father wasn't the only one in the military who had status. Our both Grandfathers fought in the last Continental War against the Viggorians. Both of them where highly decorated War heroes" Added Alex.

"Wait... you mean Omar and Sampson Jaeger?" Asked another soldier.

"Yessir. And now it's our turn to make the Family Proud" Said Ryan.

The soldiers kept talking about their past and where laughing at dumb jokes until they reached the base.

Berk FBFA Base Fort Tora

When Alex and Ryan got out of the MRAP, they stared in awe as Groups of soldiers where doing their PE, Vehicles drove past, Helicopters landed and started. They threw their stuff on their back and walked behind Sergeant Hofferson who led them into their room. Oddly enough the room had space for 6 more since there where 8 beds lined up neatly.

"Is someone sleeping here already?" Asked Alex.

"Not yet. You'll meet your companions throughout the day, i'd recommend you to stay here. When everyone's here i'll show you around the base"

"Sounds good" Said Ryan and walked into the room, closely followed by Alex. Alex threw his bag on the ground and dropped on his bed.

"Damnit i could use some sleep" he said in between an long yawn.

"Yeah, me too" Said Ryan and threw himself on the bed.

"What do you think little brother?" Asked Ryan after some minutes of silence.

"About what?" Asked Alex back.

"About all this. Wouldn't it be better to have a wife some kids and chill on the terrace with an beer can in our hands?" Explained Ryan.

"Nah... this shit is better. Especially with you big bro" Answered Alex.

"Awww you making me blush" Said Ryan laughing.

"Fuck you" Said Alex also laughing. "I'll show you my feelings and you make fun of me" Alex said with a mock hurt voice.

"You have feelings for me? Oh i never knew" Said Ryan now also in his own mock Surprised tone.

"Yeah yeah, go suck something you ass" Said Alex laughing.

Suddenly the door opened and both of them stopped laughing. An beautiful blonde girl entered the room. Both brothers looked bewildered since they have never seen her but she looked like she recognized them.

"Alex and Ryan?" She exclaimed. Both brothers where now even more confused.

"The fuck is happening now? Who are you?" Asked Alex.

"What? You don't recognize me? Astrid? Astrid Hofferson?" She explained to them. Now the revelation hit them.

"Holy cow. But you look so different" Said Ryan.

"Yeah... i mean i went through hell and back. Only to go back in there and now i'm here with you guys" She said and closed the door. Astrid walked up to Alex' bed and dropped her stuff in between her and Alex' bed. After that she slumped down in her bed and just laid there like the brothers did just minutes ago.

Alex looked over to her as she looked at the ceiling. Then he looked over to Ryan who shook his head.

The Door suddenly opened and two familiar Faces entered. All three looked over at the same time. The three soldiers where baffled like the twins who just entered.

"You guys here too?" Asked Ruffnut with wide eyes.

"Hmm this should get interesting" said Astrid and laid back in her Bed.

The twins made their beds on the right side of the room, since there only was one bed left on the right side. When the twins where settled in they all engaged in smalltalk and talked about how they've been since their last encounter.

All talk stopped when the door opened again and a Raven haired and a blonde man stepped in. The black haired one had an smug face expression and looked around the room. Seconds later his eyes settled on Astrid and his grin grew wide. Immediately he walked up to her and made a pose showing off his Arms.

"Hello beautiful, you have some spare room for me?" He said and the whole room became silent. Alex stared over to Astrid who had an shocked look on her Face. The guy who said that still had his smug smile on his face.

"I'd recommend you to sit your ass on the furthest bed from me or you're not going to survive the night" Said Astrid with the coldest voice ever heard by anyone in that room. It seemed that the threat worked because the guy's face turned from overconfident and smug to fear really quick and he walked to the bed in the other corner opposite to Ryan.

After more talking the Situation calmed down and Astrid didn't want to kill the man now known as Snotlout. His companion was Fishlegs. Both served in the Army like Astrid.

Now only one bed was left. It was the one closest to the door and next to Astrid.

"When's the last one gonna show up?" Asked Astrid no one in particular. And if Astrids words where some kind of key word the door opened and a tall, thin auburn haired man entered.

"Hello" he shyly said.

"What's up" greeted Alex.

"Hey" Said Astrid. Ryan nodded his head.

"What's good mate" Greeted the twins simultaneously.

"Nice to meet you. What's your name?" Asked Fishlegs.

"My name is Hiccup" he stated.

"Hiccup who? No family?" Asked Tuffnut.

"I don't really like talking about it" Hiccup said.

"Come on mate. You can tell us. I mean we're going to be your only real friends here anyways so why keeping secrets?" Said Ryan. "Here, i begin. I'm Ryan Jaeger and this guy here is Alex Jaeger. We're brothers" he added.

"My name is Astrid Hofferson" She said.

"I'm Fishlegs Ingerman" he stated.

"Ruffnut and Tuffnut Thorston" The twins said again simultaneously.

With a reluctant grunt Snotlout also introduced himself. "Name is Snotlout Jorgenson"

"Fine..." Hiccup said with an sigh. "My name is Hiccup Horrendous Haddock" He said and it seemed like he braced himself for something but nothing came.

"So your the Stoick's son?" Tuffnut asked.

"...Yes" He answered and again bracing for something.

"cool" Ruff said.

"If you thought that we're gonna judge you cause you're the Pres' son then your Mistaken mate" Said Ryan.

"Just don't turn into a Snob or you'll regret it" Threatened Astrid playfully.

The group again engaged in smalltalk and talked about their past before the door opened again.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Fort Tora" Said Sergeant Hofferson and greeted everyone. "Get up everybody, Colonel Hartman wants to see you" he added.

The soldiers got up and followed Sergeant Hofferson outside. Once outside they where greeted by the same picture Alex and Ryan had seen when they first arrived.

"So just to warn you guys, if you hear an Air raid Siren you should watch out and stay inside. Because we have Dragons here" Hofferson Said.

"Dragons?" Fishlegs repeated curiously.

"Yes... Dragons. So stay inside, our AA Teams have everything under control" Hofferson preceded to explain. "We want you to stay inside because there is an pretty high chance that you guys get snatched from these damned lizards" He added.

Everyone was stunned when they heard that there where guys which where taken by the Dragons. They had Dragon attacks in their bases too but they where never so big or extensive that they needed Air Raid sirens.

"Why do you have so many Attacks?" Asked Hiccup.

"Its because, just south from the base is the Ocean and about 10 clicks southeast is an volcanic Island which serves as the nest of these beasts" said a New voice. "We know for a fact that there also is their Queen, a Massive ugly piece of meat which eats nonstop. It controls the other dragons and orders them to bring her food and if the Dragons don't bring her enough food, they'll be eaten instead. Pretty fucked up down there" It was Captain Gobber who has caught up to them and now walked with them to Colonel Hartman's Office.
