Saiyans of Earthland

It was a bright and sunny day, as Natsu, Grey, Erza, Lucy, Happy, Mina, Eri, and Kaen were playing at the beach of Akane Resort.

They had done everything, from playing volleyball, chasing each other in a game of extreme tag, to building sand castles. Mina and Lucy even turned Grey into a sand mermaid when he fell asleep on the beach, waking up when Erza and Natsu were playing a game that involved a wooden katana and a watermelon, with one of them being blindfolded. Erza ended up causing Grey some pain in the spot that's most precious to a man, and Kaen could sympathize.

"I can sympathize man." Kaen sighed, giving Grey a drink. "I remember my brother would kick me there all the time when we were kids, just to torment me."

"Man this is great, we really owe Loki one for this." Mina smiled as she stopped laughing, while rubbing the bulge of her belly.

~Flashback~

"You're a Celestial Spirit?" Natsu questioned.

"No way really?" Happy asked.

"Sorry I didn't tell you before." Loki smiled as Natsu was staring at him from all over.

"Gotta say, I'm surprised we never caught on to ya." Grey said. "Though I guess I shouldn't be surprised Kaen knew about you."

"How come you're not a cow, or a horse, or a crab, you're just a dude?" Natsu questioned.

"Virgo has a human form to." Loki said. "It's not like we're all animals."

"You say that but I've seen her turn into a gorilla." Natsu stated.

"She's not really a gorilla." Loki explained.

"Loki here's actually a lion spirit." Lucy smiled.

"Seriously?" Natsu asked.

"A lion's like a grown up cat right?" Happy questioned.

"Yep you got it." Loki stated.

"Don't lie to him." Lucy shouted.

"Anyways, what are you even doing here? Shouldn't you be back in the Celestial Spirit Realm, resting?" Kaen asked.

"I'll be fine." Loki said. "Where are the Celestial Breakers?"

"I put them somewhere safe. Wanted to leave them for a last resort type thing." Kaen smiled.

"Celestial Breakers?" Grey asked. "What are those?"

"Powerful artifacts, a national treasure within the Celestial Spirit Realm." Lucy said.

"How the hell did you manage to score items like those?" Natsu questioned, putting some coins in Eri's swear jar as she held it up to him.

"The Celestial Spirit King." Loki answered. "He respected what Kaen said and did in my defense by standing up to him, and in turn gave him the Celestial Breakers as a sign of his respect."

"What, no way." Grey gasped.

"Dude that's so awesome, you've got some mad street cred to you now." Natsu smiled. "What can you do with them?"

"Well, according to CSK, I can call upon both his physical and magical strength, so long as I have the strength of will to do so. But I gotta be careful, if I push myself past my limits one too many times while wearing them, I'll go insane." Kaen explained. "Should be avoidable though, with Oozaru, Pinach, and Ashura, occupying my mind."

"Well, back to Loki. I mean it is great you managed to get everything worked out between you and the Celestial Spirit King, and you're able to return home again, but shouldn't you be resting up back in the Celestial world right now?" Grey questioned.

"I'm doing a lot better than I was. I just wanted to come say hi." Loki smiled. "Well that and, I couldn't wait to see Lucy again." He said, causing the blonde to blush.

"He loves you." Happy said in a mocking tone.

"Shut it cat or you're gonna get hurt." Lucy glared.

"Excuse us, we need to have a little chat about our future together." Loki stated taking Lucy away in his arms, bridal style.

"What are you doing? Put me down this instant." Lucy complained struggling in his hold.

"Aw man, I wish I had a Celestial Spirit." Natsu complained.

"What kind of thing would it be?" Happy asked.

"A Dragon duh, 'cause then I could practice my magic on it." Natsu shouted.

"Yeah." Happy cheered.

"Are you two idiots or something?" Kaen questioned, hitting Natsu with a chop to the head. "Celestial Spirits aren't objects you can just summon to beat on like they're living punching bags. They're actual people, they have hearts, souls, and emotions. You two are just as bad as Laxus if you think you can do that to a Celestial Spirit."

"We're sorry." Natsu and Happy said, prostrating themselves on their knees.

"That's right." Loki smiled as he was standing beside Lucy with his arm around her shoulders. "You summon them when you need something."

"I think you better go back now." Lucy said holding up Loki's key. "You gotta be careful, you're not back to full strength yet."

"Hold on, I got you something." Loki said reaching into his pocket pulling out seven tickets. "Here you go."

"What are those?" Lucy asked.

"They're tickets to this awesome beach resort. You've done so much for me it's the least I can do." Loki smiled. "Plus, I don't really have a use for this worlds money anymore, and it had to go somewhere."

"The beach?" Lucy questioned.

"I've never been to a place like that before." Grey added.

"I already gave Erza and Mina their tickets; I hope you guys have a good time." Loki smiled.

"Come on, chop-chop, no lollygagging. Now hurry or we'll leave you behind." Erza stated.

The five of them turned around to see Erza with a blue and white flower patterned shirt, red shorts, and a red star floating doughnut around her waist, with Mina in a bikini top tankini shorts, with a button up vacation shirt, a sun hat, and a beach bag over her shoulder, while Erza was hauling her cart filled with beach stuff.

"So much stuff." Lucy and Grey said in unison.

"Alright I'm ready to go." Natsu cheered.

"Papa, can I go with you and Mama, please?" Eri asked turning to Mira.

"I'm pretty sure that's why we got seven tickets from Loki." Kaen smiled, putting a hand on Eri's head. "First thing's first, we gotta get you and me some proper swim wear."

~End Flashback~

"Man I never knew beach resorts could be so much fun." Lucy smiled, as she was lying beside Erza and Mina in lounge chairs. "Though you're probably gonna have to stay in your room with Eri later, when the rest of us go to the casino area."

"It's fine, Kaen is actually taking us to the amusement park area instead." Mina smiled as Kaen brought her a drink.

"I figured it best to spend the time together as a family." Kaen said, before he frowned, his nose picking up on something that didn't sit right with him.

"What's wrong?" Erza asked as she noticed the look on his face from the lounge chair.

"I smell smoke." Kaen exclaimed, looking around to find the source of the smell. "An' it's not coming from a barbeque."

Kaen turned and looked around the beach, looking over the area behind the waters, and found the source of the smoke. There was a yacht out in the distance, burning with fire.

Without missing a beat, Kaen leapt into the air, and flew straight for the burning ship. Over passing the gathered crowd, Kaen saw that the burning yacht had several life boats pushing away from it, and to his horror, many of the lifeboats contained frightened and scared little girls, who looked like they'd seen better days.

"No, it can't be that bastards ship." Kaen said, stopping in mid air, before he closed his eyes.

Directing his energy towards the ship, Kaen reached out in search of any signs of life that may still be on it, and he found two of them, one fading fast. Quickly opening his eyes, Kaen released the control over his flying technique, before he flipped forward and dove into the water. Using his flying technique to swim towards the ship, Kaen swirled around in the water rapidly, causing the ship to creak and rock, before he came flying out of the water, with a giant pillar of sea water following close behind him, before it drenched the entire surface of the ship, before he landed on the surface, and began running for where the life signs were coming from.

"Hey, can you hear me?" Kaen questioned, running into a room that looked like it was the epicenter of the fire.

"We're here." A young girl's voice sounded from below the deck of the ship. She sounded as if she were in a lot of pain just by talking.

Kaen looked to where the sound of the voice came from, and saw an arm sticking out of the rubble, from under a beam of wood that most likely had been part of the roof. Without wasting any time, Kaen shoved his hands under the beam, and threw it off the person under it.

"Hold on, you're safe now, because I am here!" Kaen stated, flashing a reassuring smile to the girl.

Taking the young girl into his arms, Kaen noticed she had to be a few years younger then him, with long blue hair tied in a ponytail, wearing a sky blue with gold trim one piece swimsuit, with a white cat in a swimsuit dress, and bow on her tail, held tight in her arms. The blue haired girl looked as if she were in pain as she looked up at him.

"Please, help… her."

"I'm going to help you both!" Kaen exclaimed, while heading for the exit.

"No, I'll only slow you down." The girl wheezed.

"I'm not leaving anyone behind." Kaen stated. "Don't worry. You're safe now, because I am here!"

Reaching the sky deck of the ship, Kaen took to the air, holding the girl steady in his arms, before looking back at the ship in disgust. When he landed on the beach, Kaen was surrounded by his guild mates, who were wanting to know what happened. But once Erza saw the girl, she knew she had to do something.

"Step back everyone, give them some room." Erza said, pushing her guild mates back.

"Thanks Erza." Kaen said, heading for a lounge chair, and laying the girl on it.

"Is she gonna be okay?" Mina asked, Eri running up next to the girl.

"She'll be fine." Kaen sighed. "She's got some minor burns, and some bruising, probably some smoke in her lungs, but nothing some aloevera, fresh air, and a cold drink won't fix."

"Thank you for saving us." The blue haired girl said. "My name's Wendy, this is Carla. Thanks again for the rescue."

"It was my pleasure." Kaen said, before his face grew serious. "Wendy, can you tell me what you were doing on that ship before it caught fire?"

"I'm a sorceress from the Cait Shelter Guild, I was hired to be a bodyguard for some sort of wealthy tycoon guy, turns out he had lured me into a trap."

"Let me guess, his name was Striker?" Kaen asked.

"Yeah, William Striker." Wendy said.

"How'd you know that Kaen?" Natsu asked, as he stood tall.

"Because he's someone I've been hunting down, since I struck out on my own." Kaen stated. "If I were to give a comparison, on his mentality. He's Earthland's equivalent to Chisaki."

"That bastard who tormented Eri?" Grey questioned, a vein bulging on the back of his hand, as he gripped his fist tight, while using the other to drop some Jewels into Eri's swear jar.

"Striker traffics some of the little girls he kidnaps, on the black market. It would appear, Wendy here was gonna be his next victim and target." Kaen explained. "That was his boat that was burned up."

"Some?" Lucy asked.

"Most of them, he keeps for his own sick, and twisted pleasures." Kaen tsked. "He only traffics enough on the black market, to live a comfortable life style. He's also the head of his own Dark Guild."

"What kind of sick, and twisted madman would do something so depraved?" Erza questioned.

"The kind who's one of Fiore's wanted Top 10." Kaen stated. "I first ran into him, as he was disposing of some of his victims bodies. An' let's just say, I've kept an eye out for him, ever since then."

"Looks like this has turned into a working vacation." Mina sighed, pulling her Portable Communications Lacrima, from her cleavage. "I'll give the Master a call and let him know."

"Don't." Kaen sighed. "Knowing Striker, he's long gone. An' probably on his way to one of his safe houses right now. He's gone into hiding, and won't be found until he makes another mistake."

"An' the only reason why he made a mistake this time, was because he underestimated Wendy, because she's a little girl like Eri." Erza said.

"Sounds like you've got experience with this man." Wendy said, sitting up. "Thanks again for rescuing us, but I think I should head back to my room now."

"Do you need someone to escort you there." Kaen asked. "I mean you probably breathed in a lot of smoke."

"I'll be fine." Wendy said.

"Just to be safe." Kaen said, before turning to Lucy. "Mind summoning Virgo to keep an eye on her?"

"Sure thing." Lucy smiled, pulling out Virgo's Key, and summoning her.

~Later~

"It was nice of you to make sure Wendy was okay." Mina said, combing her hair, making it grow somewhat. "She seems like a real sweet girl."

"She does, I think she'd be great friends with Eri." Kaen said, as he finished styling Eri's hair.

"I liked her." Eri smiled.

"Glad you did sweetie." Mina smiled, adjusting her top to where it was comfortable for her. "C'mon, we're gonna be late for the fun."

"I'll be there in a second." Kaen said, before following them out the door to the hall.

Upon leaving their room, Kaen and Mina were surprised when they saw Wendy standing there, having just left her room right across the hall, wearing a red sleeveless shirt that acted like a dress, with a pair of sandals, and her hair down.

"Oh, hello again." Wendy smiled. "Where are you three off to?"

"Theme park, Eri's too young to be in the casino, so we're spending our night there." Kaen smiled. "Surprising to find we're neighbors in the hotel."

"Yeah, it is a bit of a shock." Wendy smiled.

"What about you, where you heading?" Mina asked.

"Theme park, Carla's asleep resting up, so I figured I'd take this time to have some fun on my own." Wendy smiled as they walked down the hall together. "Though to be honest, they're not really all that fun when you have no one to go with."

"You should join us." Eri said, grabbing Wendy's hand.

"Join you?" Wendy asked.

"Well hey, there's a grand idea. Who says you have to go to the theme park alone?" Kaen asked. "Would you like to go with us? The more the merrier I say."

"R-really?" Wendy asked.

"Yeah, come on. It'll be loads of fun." Mina smiled, as they got in the elevator.

After taking a quick trip down, the four of them managed to make their way to the Theme Park area of the resort.

"So, what do you want to do first, Wendy, Eri?" Mina smiled.

"Well, I was thinking maybe we head to the ferries wheel first. I hear it's got quite the view." Wendy smiled.

"Sounds good." Kaen said. "Eri?"

"Sounds like fun." Eri smiled.

"But the ferris wheel's closed for mandatory maintenance. What about the roller coaster?" Mina asked. "I heard it's got at least three loops."

"But you can't go on it, babies remember?" Kaen asked, putting a hand to Mina's stomach.

"Spoil sport." Mina huffed.

As the night continued on, the four theme park goers enjoyed themselves greatly, with Eri even having to expel too much cotton candy and hot dogs from her system after she went on a very fast, and powerful ride.

Kaen was a bit concerned about there being a knife throwing game at the theme park, but still won the three girls giant plushies, Eri got a giant white tiger bigger then her, Mina got a pink gorilla as big as her, and Wendy got a purple cat plushy as big as Eri's tiger. Eventually, as all good things do, the night was starting winding down to an end, as the four of them began making their way around the park one more time, spotting a weight lifting competition, with the man running the stand being ripped like a body builder.

"Hey, how much to enter?" Kaen asked as they stepped up to the bench press.

"Five Jewels a person." The man said. "An' the prize is a backstage family pass to the next concert."

"Oh I love , they're so amazing." Wendy smiled.

"I know, an' their Popstars song, is incredible." Mina said.

"Alright. Five jewels." Kaen smiled. "Let's give this a go."

"Oh, one more thing. You have to beat the record of 50 reps; do that, and you win the grand prize. But there's no magic allowed. If you use magic, it'll be considered cheating and you'll be disqualified." The man said.

"Oh that's not fair." Mina exclaimed.

"Mina, it's fine." Kaen said. "I don't need my magic for this anyways, remember?"

Removing his jacket, Kaen gave it for Mina to hold, before he settled himself on the bench of the bench press, and readied himself with his hands on the bars.

"You sure about this kid? Not too late to back out." The man stated.

"Please, do I look like the kind of guy who'd back down from a challenge?" Kaen smirked.

"Your funeral." The man said. "Begin."

To the shock of the man running the stand, Kaen was able to push the barbell off the rack, giving it some much needed relief from the weight it held, while doing the reps at an incredible speed.

"Go Kaen." Mina cheered.

"Go Papa, go, go." Eri cheered.

"You can do it."

The digital counter on the wall, kept track of how many reps Kaen was putting on it, and he was aghast with horror, when he saw the Saiyan had already reached 75 reps, and was still going. By the time that Kaen had felt like he'd done enough reps, the counter read 2,750.

"That… was kinda light actually." Kaen huffed, getting up from the bench, shocking the man who ran the competition.

"There was over six hundred pounds on that barbell, and you call it light?" The man questioned.

"Oh yeah, with my natural strength, I could have done more, but I'm pretty sure I've already set the bar too high for anyone to wanna try and participate in your game again." Kaen stated, putting his jacket back on.

"Over 2,700 reps? Yeah, I'd say you set the bar way high." Mina giggled.

"That was incredible." Wendy said.

"Papa's the best." Eri smiled, jumping for joy.

"H-here's your reward, as well as a cheque for a limit of 25,000 Jewels." The man said, handing out an envelope to Kaen.

"I get that I won the family pass, but what's with the cheque?" Kaen inquired. "An' so much money on it as well."

"You did the impossible, and beat the record. My sponsors said if anyone, were to set the record to an impossible height with the current weight on the bar bell, then I'd have to give them a cheque for 25,000 Jewels." The man said. "Thanks for participating, please never come again."

"Well, thanks." Kaen said. "Not gonna complain about this."

Suddenly, their smiles left as they all flinched on instinct, with Mina bringing Eri and Wendy into her arms, as a gunshot rang out through the air.

"What the hell was that?" Mina questioned.

"Sounded like it came from the casino area!" Kaen exclaimed. "That's where the others are at. Mina, you stay with Eri and Wendy, get back to the rooms, now!"

With out missing a beat, Kaen jumped from the ground, flying through the air of the theme park, leaving Wendy and Eri with Mina, with the passes to the concert in the pink haired womans care, while running to the casino of the resort, slipping through security just as it got dark.

"What the hell?" Kaen questioned as he released the Wukong Gem, allowing for its light to illuminate the way. It was but moments later, before the lights came back on, and Kaen knew it was no coincidence. "That wasn't a power outage; that was someone's magic."

Running along the casino, Kaen found four people, one of them holding an unconscious Erza over his shoulder, and the another one holding Happy in her arms, with Lucy tied up in orange ropes. Without warning, Kaen zipped past them, retrieving his friends from the clutches of their kidnappers, and skidding to a halt, with electricity sparking around him.

"Kaen." Lucy shouted in joy.

"Just what the hell, do you think you're doing with my friends?" Kaen questioned putting them down softly.

"Our business with Erza is none of your concern interloper." The tan skinned, blonde stated glaring at him.

"It is when it involves abducting her." Kaen growled turning his head to who had spoken.

"Jellal wants her, and will have her!" The kitty eared girl exclaimed.

"Jellal?" Kaen questioned. "I'm going to take a guess on who the four of you are."

"We don't have time for this." The blockhead stated.

"You must be Wally." He said pointing to the blockhead. "That must mean you're Sho." He stated pointing to the blonde tanned man. "You're Millianna." He added pointing to the kitty eared girl. "Which makes you Simon." Kaen glared as the muscular man with the eyepatch and iron jaw, appeared right behind him.

"Very perceptive boy. You must be friends with Erza if you were able to guess on who we are." Simon said, sounding impressed.

"We are friends. So I'm sure you understand, when I say I can't let you take her away." Kaen tsked, before he instantly hit Simon with an upwards spinning back kick, covered in flames.

The others watched as Kaen had managed to send Simon flying into one of the poker tables, just to the side of them, while having done so effortlessly. This did not sit well with them, and they were ready to take his head.

"What insolence." Sho said pulling out a blank playing card, and throwing it at Kaen.

The Saiyan dodged the card that had been sent to imprison him, and went running for Sho. Only to stop, as he'd been tied up by the orange ropes that held Lucy bound.

"Bad Kitty Restraints!" Millianna shouted as she restrained Kaen's arms and legs.

"You think this will hold me?" Kaen questioned, pulling his arms and legs apart, snapping Millianna's bindings like over stretched rubber bands.

"No way." Millianna gasped. "They should have concealed any magic he had. Was that raw brute strength?"

"I got this." Wally stated, pointing his transformed arm at Kaen. "Paralysis Shot!"

Kaen easily dodged each of the shots fired at him, moving through them like a hunter running through the jungle.

"The hell is this cat?" Wally questioned.

"I'll handle it." Sho said. "Surrender now, or you won't see your daughter again."

This caused Kaen to paused, giving Blockhead the opportunity to hit the Saiyan with a paralysis shot, before Sho threw another blank card at him, enveloping and entrapping him within it.

"There, now grab Erza and let's get going." Sho sighed picking up the card with Kaen inside, and putting it in his pocket, as Simon rejoined their group. "Jellal will want to see him."

"Let my husband go."

Sho turned around to see an angry pink haired woman wielding pink Ki blasts in her hands, running right at them, before jumping high into the air.

"Acid Scatter Shot!" Mina shouted, throwing her hands down at the kidnappers.

The four of them evaded the attack, with Simon grabbing Erza, and Millianna grabbing Happy, before Simon used his darkness magic to envelope the six of them, seven if you count Kaen in the card, and they disappeared.

"Damn it, they got away." Mina growled before turning her attention to Lucy. "Are you all right Lucy?" She asked using her acid to break the blondes bindings.

"I'm fine, but they just took Erza, Happy, and Kaen. Eri's going to be so upset." Lucy stated as she got up and rubbed her wrists.

"Do you have any idea why they might want him?" Mina asked.

"I don't know. But he was able to face off against one of the Ten Wizard Saints and come out standing. He fought Master Jose from Phantom Lord, so maybe that has something to do with it." Lucy sighed getting up before her eyes widened in fear. "Oh no, Natsu." She shouted running off in a direction, with Mina close behind. On their way, they spotted Grey, lying against a drink stand. "Grey. Oh, he's ice cold." The blonde said putting a hand on her friend's shoulder, only for him to turn into ice and shatter. "Don't worry Grey, I can put you back together." She shouted as she began putting the pieces back.

The statue came out like Grey was on the prowl like a perverted man.

"Oh no, I made it worse." Lucy cried.

"There's no need to panic." A familiar woman's voice exclaimed.

Over to the side, Juvia formed and made her presence known.

"I remember you. You're with the Element4!" Lucy exclaimed, reaching for her keys.

"Lucy wait." Grey's voice echoed before Juvia revealed him from inside her water body, causing both Lucy gasp. "She's not our enemy anymore."

"Yes, that's right." Juvia stated. "I pulled my precious Grey inside of me."

"Is it just me or does that seem really weird?" Lucy asked.

"Are you jealous he was inside of me, and not you?" Juvia asked, having a look of victory on her face.

"Uh, not really, no." Lucy stated.

"This dude cast a darkness spell, so I created an ice decoy, to distract him until I could figure out my plan of attack." Grey explained as he began to remove his shirt and tie.

"I wanted to keep the real Grey safe from harm, so I pulled him inside of my Water Lock, until I was sure the danger had passed." Juvia explained.

"Yeah, and I couldn't do anything from in there. Thanks to you the creep got away." Grey stated, causing Juvia to gasp in shame. "Now what, do you know where everyone else is?"

"No I don't. It's bad. They took, Erza, Happy, and Kaen." Lucy said, before a realization came to her. "Hold on, where's Natsu?"

Not a second later, a large scream of anger echoed around the casino while the temperature rose as well.

"Is that…?" Grey and Lucy asked in unison.

Running through the casino, Grey, Lucy, Juvia, and Mina found Natsu standing in the middle of a giant claw prize machine, looking pissed.

"The nerve of that guy." Natsu coughed, smoke coming from his mouth.

"Natsu." Grey, Mina, and Lucy shouted as the five of them came running to him.

"Huh?"

"What happened to you?" Grey asked.

"Hey, what kind of jerk shoots people in the mouth? Huh? I mean, someone could get really hurt!" Natsu exclaimed.

"Uh I think that'd kill anyone who isn't a weirdo like you!" Lucy exclaimed.

"I would have to agree." Juvia said.

"I'll show that blockhead!" Natsu shouted. "He's not getting away with this."

"Follow him." Grey shouted.

"Wait. Uh… does he even know where he's going?" Lucy asked.

"Natsu has a nose for prey that'd put an animals to shame." Grey smiled.

"I'M COMING FOR YOU BLOCKHEAD." Natsu's voice echoed after a large boom resonated throughout the area.

"Did he just break down the door?" Juvia asked.

"He did. That's typical Natsu." Lucy sighed.

"You go on ahead." Mina stated. "I left Eri with Wendy, and I gotta make sure they're okay."

~Erza~

The scarlet haired mage began to awaken, only to see an old childhood friend standing before her, dressed in a completely different attire to what he had worn when he kidnapped her and Kaen.

"This place, where are we?" Erza asked.

"Inside the hold of a ship at sea." Sho stated.

"A ship?"

"That's right." Sho stated. "An' our course is set for the Tower of Heaven."

"You fucking moron, let me out of here and I'll show you the real entrance to heaven." Kaen shouted form the card in Sho's pocket.

"Kaen?" Erza asked.

"Your friend is quite the troublesome one. I've already had to put him in a multilayered card prison since he broke out of the one I had put him in before we left." Sho explained pulling the prison card from his pocket, showing Kaen beating his fists against the cover of the card.

"I see." Erza said in defeat. "I should have known where we were heading to. Would you please untie me, I won't cause any trouble."

"I'm afraid I can't. You've proven yourself untrustworthy."

"She's untrustworthy? You're working for a fucking psycho murderer." Kaen shouted pounding on the cover of his prison while Erza struggled to break free of her bindings. "That mad man's just using you for his own gain. I should know, I've dealt with people like him before. Now let me out of here, and tell me what the fuck you did with Eri you bastard. If you've hurt my daughter I swear I will end you!"

"That won't help, Millianna's ropes conceal magic; you're struggling in vain." Sho explained, as Erza struggled within her bindings. "You'll find you'll have no luck in breaking free from them. The efforts will just tire you out, and as I said, your friend will be fine so long as he doesn't break free of the card prison."

"Fine I won't resist. But please Sho, will you allow me to requip into my armor? The Tower… I'm afraid of going back there. I just wanna have it on so that I feel safe." Erza explained.

"But the outfit you have on now. Is so lovely." Sho exclaimed before going to his knees and crawling over to hug her. "Honestly I didn't want it to happen like this."

"It's okay." Erza said.

"I missed you so much." Sho stated, tears streaming down his face. "It hurts me."

The ship continued its course, unaware that they had a certain come one clinging to the side listening through the wood to their conversation.

"Tell me, why, why'd you do it? Why'd you betray Jellal?" Sho shouted, anger clear on his face.

Erza remained silent, not wanting to anger him or reveal the truth, out of the fear that it would break his mind.

"Jellal."
