Hello everyone, and today, Dragnarok and co are taking part in the Battle of the Miraculous, which symbolizes the end of Season 3... as well as the start of Miraculous Ladybug's decline in quality. We'll be starting with Part 1: Heart Hunter.
Before we start, I want to address a few things.
moniura2005: You are right about how the consequences of Eldritch's attack aren't well shown. It just I've been dealing with different things both in the story and out in real life that it fell to the wayside. Don't worry, I have something planned after Season 3.

Entry# 106
Ladybug screwed us! Thanks to her, Hawk Moth and his cronies now know Ombra is Echidna! Why?! That infatuation she has of Adrien once again is causing us problems!
Season 3 Opening Intro(Halo by Starset)(I don't own the song)
We first see Fu, who was looking forlorn at a picture of Marianne Lenoir.
"Experiencing loss is a part of life; some people lose their first love..." Marinette could be heard narrating.
We then cut to the rooftop of the Grand Paris Hotel, where Andre and Audrey Bourgeois were planning their 20th wedding anniversary.
"Some lose the harmony in their relationship..."
"The decorations are spot on aren't they Audrey dear?" Andre asked, impressed by what he saw.
His wife, however, disagreed.
"They're ridiculous, utterly ridiculous! They're fired!" Audrey shouted.
We then cut to Chloe, who turns to Bee signal off in despair.
"Some people lose hope..."
We the cut Drake, who was walking down the streets of Paris before he noticed a poster of Ladybug, causing him to gain a look of anger.
"Some people lose trust..."
We then see Ladybug and Cat Noir sitting together, in view of the Eiffel Tower.
"Others lose patience..."
"Oh by the way I didn't tell you did I? I have a girlfriend." Cat Noir said.
"Really? That's so awesome." Ladybug said with a smile.
"It is." Cat Noir said before frowning. "I had her for a while, and the flirting with you from before was just an act. After what happened with Bruiser, I'm worried that she might suffer."
"Cat..." Ladybug said softly. "Look, I feel bad for what I did to Ombra, and I want to apologize-."
"It's not me you should be apologizing to." Cat Noir said, causing Ladybug to look down in shame.
"...You think they'll forgive me?" The spotted hero asked in a soft voice.
"I'm honestly not sure." Cat Noir said with a look of uncertainty.
We then cut to Gabriel, Hestia, and Nathalie harvesting Butterflies in Hawk Moth's lair.
"While others lose their soul..."
Nathalie drops the box she was holding as she enters into a coughing fit before collapsing. Gabriel and Hestia place an hand on her shoulder in worry.
We then cut to Marinette's room, where said girl was on her bed, swiping through pictures of Adrien on her phone with a disheartened expression on her face.
"Some lose their certainties..."
Marinette then receives a message from Luka causing her to gasp and gain a warm smile.
We then cut to Adrien's room where he was looking a photos of Ladybug on his phone with disappointment on his face.
He then gets a notification from Marinette, which shows a selfie of her and Ombra. Smiling, Adrien gives the photo a "like".
We then cut to Drake in his room, as he received the same selfie.
However... he wasn't impressed.
"It'll take a lot more then that for me to even begin forgiving you." He said with a slight growl.
We then cut to Luka, who was biking around and delivering pizza.
"And some have nothing to lose..."
"That's it! I got it!" Luka said as he hands the pizza to a customer. "Gotta go, enjoy your meal."
We end the narration as we see Marinette at the bakery talking to her dad on the phone while packing up boxes of macaroons.
"Yes, Dad I do know where the Grand Paris Hotel is." The bluenette said into the phone. "Me! Late? I'm never late! Okay yeah sure but this time I won't be late, promise." She walks out the door carrying the boxes, only to be startled by Luka, causing her to through the boxes into the air. Luckily, Luka catches them. "Luka! What are you doing here?"
"I've been thinking of you actually, and I'm pretty sure I found your melody at last. A tune that matches you completely. Wanna hear it?" Luka offers. With a nod, Marinette smiles. As Luka plays his guitar, Marinette, impressed, couldn't help but blush with a small gasp. "What do you think?"
"Wow it's- it's incredible!" Marinette said, amazed.
"Mm, it's still not quite right. I can do better. I'm gonna work on it some more." Luka said.
That's when Marinette's phone rings, which she quickly answers.
"Yeah Dad, I'm on my way." She said before facing Luka. "Sorry I- I gotta go."
Luka holds out a helmet to her.
A minute later, we seeing Luka taking Marinette to the Grand Paris Hotel on his bike.
"Thanks Luka!" Marinette said before kissing on the cheek.
"I'll find the perfect tune for your song." Luka said.
We then jump to the Grand Paris Hotel, inside, we see Andre and Audrey talking to Gabriel and Hestia in front of a crowd. The latter two were not in person, as Gabriel was speaking through a tablet held by Nathalia, while Hestia spoke through a tablet held by Cinzia.
"Audrey and Andre, on this most solemn day, in celebration of your 20th wedding anniversary, I am delighted to offer this magnificent gift, I personally designed, especially for you." Gabriel said as Andre smiled while Audrey looked away in disgust.
That's when Chloe walks in with the gift, which was some kind of cloak.
"Hi!" She said, waving to the crowd before handing the cloak to her parents.
"My dearest Mr. And Mrs. Bourgeois, I hereby present you the Gabriel Couple Cloak, a symbol of eternal love and bonds of marriage." Gabriel continued.
"We hope it brings strength to your marriage." Hestia said.
Andre and Audrey then put the cloak on.
"Ow! You're stepping on my feet!" Audrey shouted.
"Thank you Gabriel, it's uh.. it's.." Andre said in a unconvincing tone.
"Hideous! On you! Ugh utterly hideous! You wearing it is an insult to this piece of art." Audrey said, causing the crowd to laugh.
"Anything he wears is an insult to art!" Richard Mann shouted from the crowd, causing the crowd to laugh harder.
Nearby, Marinette exits an elevator with the stacks of bakery boxes.
"Over here!" Tom shouted as he spots his daughter.
Marinette walks towards her parents when she spots Adrien with Ombra, Drake, and Kagami. She couldn't help but stare, which causes her to trip and drop the boxes.
Drake, Kagami, Adrien, and Ombra see this and went to help, only to be stopped by Tomoe and Adrien's bodyguard.
"We're not leaving, we're just gonna help a friend out over at the buffet." Adrien said, causing the two adults to let go.
"Aw, thanks guys, but I don't want you to miss the ceremony because of me." Marinette said as her four friends pick up the boxes.
"Are you kidding, we can't wait to get away." Adrien said cheekily.
"It felt like it was going on forever." Ombra said with the same cheeky tone.
"It's a good thing you're as clumsy as they are boring." Kagami joked.
Drake, however, said nothing as he looks at Marinette with narrowed eyes.
They quickly carry the boxes to Tom and Sabine's table.
"Marinette, could you get rid of the empty trays for us, please?" Sabine asked.
"Can we help you?" Adrien asked, putting his hands together. "Pleeease?"
"Alright." Marinette said with a smile.
"Oh, and before you head back home, could you bring us some drink umbrellas?" Tom asked. "They're in the kitchen, thanks."
Drake, Marinette, Kagami, Ombra, and Adrien all grabbed trays and headed towards the kitchen.
Back with Andre and Audrey, the former was trying to give a speech.
"I'm sure you'd all like to know the secret behind our long-lasting marriage, and well, the secret is-" Andre said, only to get interrupted.
"Distance!" Audrey interjected before pulling on the cloak. "Come on, give me that!"
"Darling, it's supposed to be a cloak for couples." Andre said as he pulls back.
No one noticed that Nathalie and Cinzia walking away with pleased looks on their faces.
"Don't be ridiculous, give me that!" Audrey shouted.
What the two didn't know was that Gabriel and Hestia were watching them from the former's computer. With a pleased look, the two went to the lair.
"Nooroo, dark wings rise!" Gabriel shouted, turning into Hawk Moth.
"Stingg, clear wings out!" Hestia shouted, turning into Damselfly.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Marinette grabbed an umbrella drink as Drake and Kagami "fence" with soup ladles.
"Haha, touché! I didn't feel a thing!" Drake playfully taunted.
"Alright! Straight to the heart!" Kagami playfully taunted back.
Marinette smiled at the sight before looking over to Adrien and Ombra, who were talking with each other. She frown at this and was about to speak up, only for the image of a glaring Dragnarok to flash in her head, causing the bluenette to remain quiet.
We cut to Tomoe and the bodyguard, who were looking for the kids.
"The children haven't returned. Where have they gone?" Tomoe asked.
"Stop embarrassing me and the whole world-" Audrey could be heard in the background.
Back in the kitchen...
"Take that!" Drake shouted as he laughs along with Kagami.
That when the bodyguard bursts through the door, but Drake, Kagami, Adrien, and Ombra were quick to hide behind a counter.
"Hey, are you looking for something?" Marinette asked with a nervous giggle.
The bodyguard just grunts before leaving.
"Thanks, Marinette." Adrien said as he and the others got out from behind the counter.
"Kay I.. better get going." Marinette said. "I have to take these umbrellas back to my-"
"No wait!" Adrien shouted.
"Please escape with us." Ombra asked in a pleading tone.
"What?" Marinette asked before gaining a contemplating look.
The five hid under boxes and tried to sneak out, only for the bodyguard to see them. Quickly realizing that they were spotted, the five made a run for it, with the bodyguard giving chase.
On the roof, Nathalie and Cinzia remove the cord to the Bee Signal before quickly hiding, just as the five burst through the door.
Looking around, Adrien grabs Ombra and Marinette's hands while Drake grabs Kagami's, before leading them into a ball pit to hide.
The bodyguard shows up and, after looking under a few tables, gives up and goes down the elevator.
Once he was gone, the five peek out of the ball pit.
"Being disobedient is really entertaining." Kagami said before looking at the others. "I've never had so much fun in my life!"
"Are you kidding?" Marinette asked.
"No. Why?" Kagami asked, only for Marinette to playfully throw a ball at her.
"No reason." The bluenette giggles.
"You should have seen your face, Kagami!" Adrien said with a light laugh, only to be hit by a ball that was thrown by Drake.
"Looks who talking." Drake jokingly said, only to be hit by a ball thrown by Kagami, causing him to give his girlfriend a playfully hurt look. "Babe..."
The five then started playing around in the ball pit with Kagami dragging Drake down while Ombra drags Marinette down.
"Hey!" Marinette shouted with a giggle as she emerges, her hair having been pulled down.
"Wow! It's the first time I've seen you with your hair down." Adrien said with an awestricken look.
This causes the bluenette to gain a slightly embarrassed look as she searches for her hairbands.
"You should see your face, Marinette." Ombra said with a light laugh. She then looks into the ball pit. "Speaking of faces..." She quickly finds Drake and Kagami, who were busy making out. "Alright lovebirds, enough sucking face."
The two separate with blushes before laughing, which the other three quickly joined.
They didn't noticed Nathalie and Cinzia leaving the roof through the stairway, with the former calling Hawk Moth on her phone.
"Phase two is in place sir." Nathalie said.
"Perfect. The ultimate battle of the Miraculous may begin." Hawk Moth said with a grin while Damselfly let out a mischievous giggle.
Back at the crowd, Andre and Audrey were still fighting over the cloak.
"You're so ridiculous! Everything here is ridiculous. I'm going back to New York! Ugh!" Audrey complained.
"I'd be more than happy to book you a seat on the next flight myself this time!" Andre angrily shouted.
We cut back to Hawk Moth and Damselfly, the former sensing the negatives emotions.
"Love stories don't always have a happy ending." Hawk Moth said as he held is hand out, which a butterfly lands on it. "They bring out so many uncontrollable emotions. Isn't that right, my pretty akuma?" He then turns the butterfly into an akuma. "Fly away and evilize their scarred hearts!"
We cut back to the five teens.
Drake and Kagami were cuddling while Marinette and Ombra were listening to Adrien play piano.
Ombra listened with a content look before noticing Marinette trying to put her hair back up.
"Your hair looks beautiful." She said, causing Marinette to stop and acknowledge to compliment.
"She's right." Adrien said, stopping his piano playing and gives Marinette a marveling look.
The five then hear the elevator ding. Seeing the bodyguard come out, they hide under the piano.
Marinette, using a hairband and a tea candle, distracts him, letting the five teens run out of the hotel with a laugh.
Back with the bickering couple...
"I hate you!" Andre and Audrey shouted at each other simultaneously.
That's when the akuma lands on the cloak.
"Heart Hunter, I am Hawk Moth." Hawk Moth greeted. "So you no longer believe in love? Well, I'm giving you the power to destroy it! And wherever it is, whatever it's for, devour it! All I ask in return are Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous. Now feast on love!"
"It makes my mouth water just thinking of it." Andre and Audrey said simultaneously before turning into Heart Hunter.
"Daddy? Mom?!" Chloe shouted in shock.
"Haha! I am the most powerful of all the super villains." The Andre side of Heart Hunter gloated.
"No, I am! You're just super annoying." The Audrey side of Heart Hunter said before spotting Tom and Sabine. "Ugh, they're so in love."
The Audrey side fires beams from her eyes, which zaps the two, turning them into a floating heart, which was inhaled by the Andre half.
"Oh, my bee signal! I've got to let Ladybug know." Chloe said to herself.
However, Heart Hunter heard her and turned their attention to their daughter.
"Chloe, my princess!" Andre Heart Hunter shouted.
"You're going to give us all your love." Audrey Heart Hunter demanded.
"Nah-uh, sorry. No way, I don't love anyone." Chloe stated.
"Of course you do, darling." Andre Heart Hunter said.
"You love yourself." Audrey Heart Hunter said.
The villain then tries to zap her, only to get interrupted by Jagged Stone.
"Hey hold up, heartbreakers, I'm not in a relationship, okay." The rocker said.
"True, but you do love music, your fans and that." Both sides of Heart Hunter said, with the "that" being Fang. Jagged and Fang were then zapped and consumed.
Seeing that her akumatized parents are distracted, Chloe rushes to the roof.
Once there, she bee lines to the Bee Signal, unaware that Mayura and Cinzia were watching from a distance.
Chloe then tries to turn it on, only for nothing to happen. "My bee signal! Who did this?"
"Everything is going as planned, Hawk Moth." Mayura said.
We then cut to Drake, Kagami, Marinette, Adrien, and Ombra, who were sitting on a bench together.
"I think we're far enough away now." Adrien said.
"Aren't you going to get in trouble with your parents?" Marinette asked with a worried look.
"It's not every day we can escape from everything they expect of us." Drake said before turning to Kagami and sharing a laugh with her.
"What should we do now?" Ombra asked.
"My name is Andre, Andre Glacier the sweethearts' matchmaker..." Andre the ice cream man could be heard from a distance.
"I usually don't believe in fate, but I think it's telling us to get some ice cream." Drake said in a joking tone as he points to the Canal Saint-Martin, where Andre is.
"Yeah! Let's get some ice cream from Andre!" Adrien said excitedly before running off, with the other following behind.
Arriving at the Canal Saint-Martin, where Andre greeted them.
"Ah! Monsieur Firstbourne and Madame Tsuragi! I see you two are still going strong!" The ice cream vender said in a very happy tone.
"Indeed we are." Kagami said as she and Drake looked at each other with smiles while holding hands.
"Oh, it fills my heart with joy!" Andre shouted with happiness. "So? Your usual?" Getting nods from the two, the vender began making their ice cream. "Chocolate Chip and Vanilla with some Dragon Fruit, isn't that a hoot. But this time, I'll add heart shaped sprinkles to symbolize your love, and let it show that it'll always rise above!" After giving the two their ice cream, Andre then looks between Adrien and Ombra. "Which flavors for these two?" After pondering for a bit, he gets an idea. "Orange and peppermint, a perfect pairing that's always a success; nothing can turn it into a mess." He then looks between Adrien and Marinette. "And for you two blackberry and peppermint, an explosive mix that's a fact but often times it's the opposites that attract." He then looks at the three. "Orange and blackberry, quite unusual it's true not the most obvious but it works for you two. So what will it be?"
"You pick. I don't really get what he's saying anyway." Ombra offered.
"Yeah, you pick, Marinette. We trust you." Adrien said.
"Can't you find a blend for the three of us?" Marinette asked.
"I can, but too many flavors mixed together may throw off the delicate balance." Andre said.
"I don't know. Blackberry and peppermint doesn't seem like a great pair." Marinette said with slight sadness. "And what if the mint finds the blackberry lame and wants to be with the orange instead? And it's true that orange and peppermint are awesome together and well orange and blackberry just doesn't seem like they go together."
Marinette then looks at Adrien and Ombra together, and remembers what Dragnarok told her.
"Do you really want to know why I support Ombra and Adrien's relationship? Because she treats Adrien like a human being. Unlike you, who sees him as a flawless prince who could do no wrong, unlike Chloe, who sees him as property due to being his childhood friend, and unlike Lila, who sees him as a meal ticket and a potential sycophant, Ombra sees him as a person. A person with flaws, a person who has his own dreams and desires. She doesn't see him as Adrien the model, nor does she see him as Adrien, the son of Gabriel Agreste. No, she sees him as Adrien the human being."
"Look I think your first idea was the best. The orange and peppermint ice cream for.. for my friends here." Marinette said in a defeated tone.
"Are you sure Marinette?" Andre asked in a concerned tone, getting a nod.
As Adrien walks up to vendor, Marinette walks up to Ombra, Drake, and Kagami.
"I'm gonna head back to the palace. I told my parents I'd bring them back those cocktail umbrellas." The bluenette said in a slightly sad tone.
A tone that was only noticed by Drake.
"We'll go with you." Ombra offered.
"No no, don't bother. Enjoy your ice cream." Marinette said as she starts walking away. "Seriously."
Once she left, Adrien returns with the ice cream.
"Where's Marinette?" He asked.
"She left." Kagami said, causing the model to gain a surprised and disappointed look.
Drake, meanwhile, had a concerned look on his face.
"Maybe I was a little hard on her..." He muttered to himself.
As Marinette walks away with tears in her eyes, she notices Heart Hunter nearby.
"Stop in the name of the law-ah!" Officer Roger ordered, only to get zapped and consumed.
"This love of the city is so delectable." Andre Heart Hunter said after consuming Roger.
"And these lovebirds, what a treat!" Audrey Heart Hunter agreed.
Seeing that trouble was afoot, Marinette ran into an back alley.
"Time to transform! spots on! Heh!" She shouted, turning into Ladybug.
On a nearby rooftop, Hawk Moth, Damselfly, and Mayura were watching Heart Hunter's rampage when Mayura starts coughing which puts her onto her knees.
"I wish we didn't have to involve you in this." Hawk Moth said as he and Damselfly help Mayura stand up.
"I want to be here. I want to help you." Mayura replied weakly.
Hawk Moth simply nodded before facing Damselfly.
"Have you sent Cinzia to watch over Ombra?" He asked.
"I have, even though she was confused by the order." Damselfly said before letting out an annoyed sigh. "However, she met with Tomoe and that bodyguard of yours, and they lost track of her as well as Drake, Adrien, and Kagami."
Hawk Moth let out an angry growl, but before he could say anything...
"I cannot wait, Ladybug." Andre Heart Hunter spoke up.
Looking down, the three saw Ladybug confronting Heart Hunter.
"There she is." Hawk Moth muttered.
"You love everyone." Andre Heart Hunter said as the Audrey fires bolts from her eyes, only for the spotted hero to block by spinning her yo-yo. "You're going to make a great dinner!"
"And for dessert, the cat! I'm sure he's very tasty. And we can have Dragnarok and his friends at yummy side pieces." Audrey Heart Hunter added as the villain begin pursuing Ladybug.
"It's always the same. Whenever she's backed up against a wall, Ladybug engages others to fight by her side." Hawk Moth said as he watches to two leave. "I'm convinced that the Guardian of the Miraculous is who she seeks every time."
As Ladybug heads to Master Fu's, she quickly notices Heart Hunter on her tail.
"Where are you Cat Noir?" She quietly asked as she avoids the villain's attacks.
She then hides in a subway station, an area that Heart Hunter can't get her in.
"Okay." The spotted hero said before activating her power. "Lucky Charm!" Throwing her yo-yo into the air, she summons... a token. "A token to the merry-go-round? Hmm."
Exiting the station, Ladybug begins slinging across the rooftops, unaware that Mayura was following behind.
As she swings by the Grand Paris Hotel...
"Yoo-hoo!" A voice shouted. Following, Ladybug saw that it was Chloe, who was standing next to her broken Bee Signal. "Bring me my Miraculous, Ladybug! I'm waiting for you!"
Ladybug said nothing as she continues to sling across rooftops.
She soon arrives at the Place des Vosges and locates Fu, but quickly sees Mayura tailing her.
"Mayura!" Ladybug shouted before running off, with the Peacock wielder in hot pursuit. "Bye bye little bird." Swinging across the rooftops again, she slings past Adrien, Ombra, Drake, and Kagami, which causes the spotted hero to lost focus and crash into a tree. "Focus, Ladybug, focus!"
She then finds Master Fu, Ashley, and Falx near the merry-go-round.
"Master Fu, I need your help!" She shouted.
"This costume is very cute, miss, but is it really fitting in this place?" Fu asked with a gasp.
Looking down at herself, Ladybug saw that she forgot to transform back.
"I forgot to transform back." The spotted hero said with a gasp. She then enters the merry-go-round's center to hide. " I haven't been followed Master, I'm sure of it."
"Ladybug, if you'd like to have a turn on the merry-go-round, please pick your favorite horse. Once the mission is over you will retrieve the Miraculous and return it back to me." Fu said as he takes the box out.
As Ladybug looks the Miraculous over, she remembers Chloe.
"Bring me my Miraculous Ladybug! I'm waiting for you!"
Her thoughts then go to Luka, which causes her to grab the Snake Miraculous.
"The Snake? Are you sure?" Fu asked.
"Choosing the right Miraculous is important." Ashley added.
"Uh, yes, I'm certain." Ladybug said.
She then uses her yo-yo to leave.
Once she was gone, however...
"My dear Guardians, what a pleasure it is to finally meet you." A voice spoke up from behind them.
Turning around, the three gasped in shock, as standing before them, was Hawk Moth and Damselfly.
Back with Drake, Kagami, Ombra, and Adrien...
Ladybug slinging by did not go unnoticed, as Drake saw her.
"Kagami, can I talk to you in private?" He asked, getting a nod from his girlfriend. Drake leads her into alley way before giving her a serious look. "Listen. I saw Ladybug sling by. I think a akuma is loose." He then takes out the Dragon Miraculous and presents it to her. "Ready to take action, my Dreamsicle?"
"Of course." Kagami said as she takes the Miraculous before remembering something. "Wait. What about Ombra?"
Looking over to his friend, who just finished her ice cream with Adrien, Drake let's out a sad sigh.
"Let's not ruin their moment together." He said. "Plus, I think it best that she lay low for a bit, after what happened with Bruiser."
"Right." Kagami said with a understanding nod. Drake had told her what happened with Bruiser and she couldn't help but feel very disappointed in Ladybug's actions.
Kagami then puts on the Dragon Miraculous, causing Longg to pop out.
"I'm honored to see you again, Kagami-San. We're about to accomplish great things together!" The Dragon Kwami shouted excitedly.
"Honor is mine, Longg-Sama." Kagami replied before taking a stance. "Longg, bring the storm!" She then turns into Ryuko.
"Henshin!" Once Spyro and Cynder were absorbed into his wristbands, Drake let's out a roar as he turns into Dragnarok. "Unleash the Dragon!"
And with that, the draconic heroes take off.
However, their departure did not go unnoticed, as Ombra saw them.
"Hey." She said, getting Adrien's attention. "I just saw Dragnarok with Ryuko. I think there's a akuma about."
"Are you sure you want to join? Given that Hawk Moth knows who you are..." Adrien asked in a uncertain tone.
"I don't care. People are in danger!" Ombra said stubbornly as she crosses her arms.
"I wouldn't stop you, but please be careful." Adrien said with slight worry.
"I will." Ombra said before taking a stance. "Spinni, Spines Outs!"
Turning into Echidna, she takes off, not noticing Adrien walking into a nearby alleyway.
"Luckily, she has Cat Noir to watch over her." The model whispered to himself. "Plagg, Claws out!"
With Ladybug, she lands in front of Luka, surprising him.
"Luka! I need your help." Ladybug said as she shows him the Snake Miraculous.
Luka simply gave her a smile.
Back at the Place des Vosges, Hawk Moth and Damselfly started approaching the Guardians menacingly.
"You're powerless against me, you old bats. And Ladybug isn't here to protect you. Tell us the secret identities of Ladybug and Cat Noir." Hawk Moth demanded.
"Never!" Fu, Ashley, and Falx shouted in defiance.
"Then help us get their Miraculous and we won't harm you. And believe me when I say, you don't want any trouble from us." Damselfly offered as she looks at Ashley and Falx, slight guilt in her eyes, as she didn't want to hurt her In-Laws.
"Trouble?! you already brought trouble the moment you misused the Miraculous!" Falx shouted in anger.
"You're not getting anything from us!" Fu shouted. "Wayzz-!"
"It's too dangerous, Master! You're too old for this..." The Turtle Kwami objected, but was ignore.
"Shell on!" Fu shouted before turning into Jade Turtle.
"Very impressive." Hawk Moth said mockingly.
"Shell-ter!" Jade Turtle shouted, creating a barrier are himself, Ashley, and Falx.
"You're on borrowed time, you crazy old man. We'll just wait for you to transform back." Damselfly taunted.
"My powers are no more time sensitive than yours. Obviously you haven't learned anything about the Miraculous, Hawk Moth and Damselfly." Jade Turtle said, crossing his arms.
"We've learned enough to defeat you. The end of superheroes has come!" Hawk Moth declared.
"You talk a lot, but you haven't achieved much so far." Ashley taunted, causing Hawk Moth to growl in frustration.
"Your defeat will be my greatest achievement!"
"Calm yourself, Hawk Moth." Damselfly said as she looks at the Guardians. "Sooner or later, they'll be at our mercy."
"True, Damselfly, true." Hawk Moth said with a smirk.
Meanwhile, at the roof of Le Grand Paris, Chloe sees Ladybug hopping across the rooftop and gasps happily with a smile. However, she quickly gains a upset look when she spots Viperion along side her.
"What about me?! You were supposed to give me a Miraculous! This is ridiculous, utterly ridiculous! They're my parents, you know. So I should be the one to save them!" Chloe shouted before slumping down a glum look.
"You really want to help your parents?" A voice spoke up behind her.
Jumping up in surprise, Chloe turns to see Dragnarok and Ryuko.
"Dragnarok?! What are you and your girlfriend doing here?" Chloe asked.
"We were on following Ladybug when we noticed you having a little fit." Dragnarok said. "So, your parents have been akumatized?"
"Yes, and they look ridiculous, utterly ridiculous!" Chloe stated before gaining a pleading look. "Please! I want to save my parents!"
It is said that the eyes are windows into the soul, as when Dragnarok looked Chloe in the eye, he could see a genuine desire to help.
"Chloe, you have surely grown..." Dragnarok muttered with a smile. "Listen, I'll try to convince Ladybug into giving me the Bee Miraculous, which I'll give to you to use."
"Really?!" Chloe asked with excitement.
"Of course. I can see that you truly want to help." Dragnarok said before gaining a bitter look. "Besides... Ladybug owns me for what happened with Bruiser..."
"Bruiser?" Chloe asked as Dragnarok and Ryuko take off. "Who's Bruiser and what happened with them?"
"Ladybug betrayed her." A voice answered.
Turning around, Chloe saw that it was Hawk Moth and Damselfly.
"Hawk Moth! Damselfly!" Chloe shouted in shocked.
"In the flesh." Hawk Moth said with a grin. "You're not the only one Ladybug betrayed. You see, Bruiser is the akumatized form of Echidna, and her akumatization was caused by Ladybug."
"What?! Ladybug would never do that!" Chloe shouted.
"Oh, but she did!" Damselfly said. "You see, Echidna has a boyfriend, and she wanted to reveal her identity to him, as to no longer keep any secret from him. Dragnarok allowed it, but when Ladybug found out, she unjustly took Echidna's Miraculous, leading her to be akumatized."
"But you're the ones who akumatized her!" Chloe shouted with a look of anger. "Plus, you've akumatized my parents! If I had my Miraculous I'd-"
"You're right, but I did it for one reason only." Hawk Moth interrupts with a raised hand. "So that you would finally realize that Ladybug will never give you the Bee Miraculous again. I, however, always keep my promises."
Hawk Moth then shows her that he has the Bee miraculous.
"This isn't real! How do you have it?" Chloe asked in shock.
"Try it and see for yourself. You're Ladybug's greatest fan. You've helped her, you've trusted her, and what has she done for you in return?" Hawk Moth asked.
"Nothing! She couldn't care less about you!" Damselfly answered. "Plus, not only did she hurt you, but she also hurt Team Draconic by stealing Echidna's Miraculous, exposing her identity to us, and getting her akumatized."
"And I only akumatized her so she can take her Miraculous back." Hawk Moth said.
This was a half-truth, as, technically, Hawk Moth did akumatized Ombra into Bruiser so she had the ability to reclaim her Miraculous, he just omitted the fact that he also had Bruiser go after Ladybug's Miraculous as repayment.
Chloe clenched her fists, anger bubbling up inside her. Ladybug had not only hurt her, but also hurt Team Draconic. Who else would she hurt, Cat Noir?!
She reached out to grab the Bee Miraculous, only to stop.
"I want you to deakumatize my parents and leave Echinda alone." She demanded.
"Whatever you say, my queen." Hawk Moth said as Chloe takes the comb and places it in her hair, causing Pollen to pop out.
"Your majesty, wait!-"Pollen said urgently, only to be interrupted.
"Silence! You will speak only when spoken to." Chloe shouted before glaring into the direction Ladybug and Viperion went. "Your loss, Ladybug. Pollen, buzz on!" She then turns into Queen Bee.
With Ladybug, Viperion, Cat Noir, and Echidna, the four were fighting Heart Hunter.
"Lucky Charm!" Ladybug shouted, using her power to summon... a rolling pin. Looking around, she comes up with a plan. "Cat Noir, give me your belt and Cataclysm that street lamp. Viperion, go left and-"
Hawk Moth snaps his fingers.
The heroes see the akuma leave Heart Hunter, causing the villain to turn back into Andre and Audrey, with Ladybug catching the latter while Cat Noir catches the former as they fall to the ground.
"Uh, was I dreaming, or did Heart Hunter just get deakumatized all by itself?" Cat Noir asked, sporting a bewildered look.
"Why would Hawk Moth do that? I'll ask Master Fu." Ladybug said before throwing the rolling pin into the arm. " Miraculous Ladybug!"
All the damage Heart Hunter caused has been restored.
What no one noticed that Dragnarok and Ryuko saw what happened.
"Okay, Hawk Moth must be up to something." Dragnarok said with a pondering look before facing Ryuko. "You up for some patrolling, my Dreamsicle?"
"It's a date then, Drago." Ryuko said, causing Dragnarok slightly blush at the nickname.
The two dragon heroes share a brief kiss before taking off.
Back at the Le Grand Paris roof...
"See I kept my word, your parents are free and now I can use a new akuma to make your powers even stronger, my queen." Hawk Moth said as he releases a akuma from his cane, which lands on Queen Bee's Spinning Top. "Miracle Queen, I'm giving you the power to reign over Paris and command your very own army of superheroes, all I ask for in return is-"
"Cat Noir and Ladybug's Miraculous, you shall have them. As soon as I crush those heroes." Queen Bee interrupts. "Except for Team Draconic."
Queen Bee then turns into Miracle Queen.
Meanwhile, after getting the Snake Miraculous back from Luka, Marinette arrives at Place des Vosges.
Seeing that Fu, Ashley, and Falx weren't there, Marinette lets out a gasp of worry before trying to call the former.
"I'm not here right now, please, leave a message." Fu's voicemail said.
"Don't worry, Marinette. Master Fu, Ashley, and Falx are very wise. If anything happened, they'd know what to do." Tikki said with reassurance.
"But Tikki, if anything happened to them, it's because of me." Marinette said with guilt.
At Canal Saint-Martin, Adrien walks up to Ombra.
"Is everything okay? What happened with Ladybug?" He asked, despite knowing what happen.
"She was fighting a villain who was attacking people." Ombra said before grabbing Adrien's hands. "The monster she was battling against was attacking people in love."
"People in love?" Adrien asked with surprise, getting a nod.
The two look at each other before leaning in to kiss.
Back at the Place des Vosges, Marinette walks through the gates with a look of distraught.
Luka, who was riding by on his bike, notices and stops.
"Are you okay, Marinette?" He asked.
"Yeah I'm fine." Marinette said with a forced tone, only for the facade to quickly break. "Actually no, I'm not fine at all." Luka walks over with a concerned look. "I'm so tired Luka, of all these responsibilities, of having to put up a front all the time!" Marinette then leans against Luka, taking a deep breath before crying. "Of never being able to be who I truly am."
"It's alright Marinette." Luka said in a comforting tone. "You can tell me everything, or... nothing if you prefer. You can be yourself with me you know, just yourself."
Marinette looks at him with a smile before resting her back on his chest, with Luka letting the bike go and begins holding her.
And that's that!
You know what's really scary? Knowing that this is the start of Miraculous Ladybug's downward spiral. Luckily, I saw Miraculous World: Paris, and that restored more hope. All that leaves is Season 6, which is the make or break deal for me.
