Chase pov:
I went around the lookout checking on the pups, especially Skye. They were asleep. I realized I had a ghostly uniform and pup pack. I used the megaphone. "Rise and shine everyone!" I said as the pups woke up in fright. They were afraid because I woke them up and they couldn't see anyone outside their dog houses. I went inside to play Pup Pup Boogie by myself.
I beat Skye's record, but I guess the music was a bit loud because every pup went inside to investigate. They saw my score.
"Uhh… Ryder, you might want to come down here," Zuma said as he used his pup tag.
"Yes, pups?" Ryder asks them when he enters.
"Someone beat Skye's high score," Rubble said.
"How?" Ryder asks as he looks around.
"I don't know, but someone was playing," Marshall said. They had no real idea what was happening. Then Ryder got a call. Someone was trapped in the mountains.
"Paw Patrol, to the lookout!" Ryder said. I floated up to the top room. I saw the pups in the order they were in. I then saw my spot empty. I spoke up like always.
"Paw Patrol, ready for action, Ryder sir," I said, which surprised everyone.
"What… was… THAT." Zuma asked.
"I don't know pups, but anyway, Jake's trapped in the mountains, again, so Skye, I need you to fly your helicopter around to find Jake. Rubble, I need you to clear the way when we find Jake." Ryder said as he finished and went down the pole. The pups went down the slide.
I could play while they were away.
Ryder pov:
As I went down the pole, I landed on my ATV, met with the pups, and headed to the mountains. After we arrived, I told Skye to find Jake. A little while later, she found him.
"Ryder, I spotted Jake, he landed on the cliff, again, I'll see if I can get him off," Skye said as she went closer. She managed to get the rescue vest to Jake, so he put it on, and he was back on the ground.
"Thanks, Ryder," Jake thanked me and the pups. Just then, Katy called me.
"Ryder, someone's in the lookout, but I don't see anyone," Katy said.
"We'll be right there. Pups, someone got into the lookout." I said to them.
"The only ones who can get in there are you and us pups," Rubble said.
"I know, but let's go anyway," I said as I hopped on my ATV and headed back.
Chase pov:
I was getting into the pup treats when the pup started to head back. I hid just as the pups and Ryder entered. As soon as the pups and Ryder stepped into the room, it was immediately apparent that something was amiss. The floor was littered with tiny pup treat crumbs, and kibble was scattered haphazardly across the room. The cushions were ripped to shreds, and the bean bag chairs had been torn apart, their fillings strewn all over the place. It was clear that a wild and chaotic playtime had taken place, leaving the room in a state of complete disarray.
Ryder's face twisted in shock and disbelief as he surveyed the chaos in front of him. His eyes scanned the room, taking in the overturned furniture, the empty bottles strewn across the floor, and the general disarray that filled every inch of space. "Who did this?" he demanded, his voice rising with each passing moment.
Marshall, who had just entered the room, took one look around and shook his head in amazement. "Whoever it was," he said slowly, "they really partied hard while we were gone. I mean, even I couldn't make this much of a mess." He glanced at Ryder, who was still staring at the wreckage in stunned silence. "We're going to need a serious cleanup crew for this one.".
"Sure thing," Rocky replied as he quickly got to work, efficiently tidying up the cluttered space. However, despite his initial enthusiasm, it wasn't long before Rocky began to tire from the physical exertion.
I decided to leave him to it and made my way over to my old dog house. It was now in a sorry state of disrepair, with cobwebs and some peeling paint. As I settled down inside, I couldn't help but notice how much it resembled a dilapidated haunted house. The eerie atmosphere was both unsettling and oddly comforting at the same time. I thought to myself, This is perfect. I felt a sense of calm wash over me.
Rubble pov:
Rocky slumped onto the floor, breathing heavily. He gazed around the room, his eyes darting from one corner to the next, and his shoulders slumped in defeat. The mess had barely been cleaned up, and it seemed as though they had barely made any progress.
"How did this happen?" I asked Ryder, my voice tinged with frustration.
Ryder shook his head, his brow furrowed with worry. "I don't know," he said. "But this is major."
Zuma piped up, his voice excited. "Look, the score is higher than this morning!" he exclaimed, pointing to the TV screen.
I checked the score, my eyes scanning the numbers. "Yup, it's higher," I declared, feeling a sense of pride. As I made my way through the messy area, I was filled with a sense of purpose. I was determined to restore some order to the chaos and clean up as much of the scattered kibble as I could. My stomach grumbled, reminding me that I had not eaten anything all day.
However, I knew I had to focus on the task at hand. As I began to pick up the bits of kibble, I noticed something out of the corner of my eye. It was Chase's dog house, and it appeared to be in a state of disarray. I couldn't help but wonder what had happened to it.
"Hey, Rocky, could you check Chase's dog house out?" I ask him.
"I could try?" Rocky answered as he headed to the dog house. He tried and tried, but he couldn't fix it.
"I tried, but I'm afraid we have to… throw it away…" he said as he shivered at the thought of not being able to save something for later use.
"That bad, huh?" I reply.
"We'll have to throw it away," Marshall said as he came to us. He helped us start to move it, when,
"LEAVE IT ALONE!" a voice shouted as we dropped it back where it was. All of us were shivering.
"Who could have said that?" Skye asked as she ran to us.
I don't know, but this was a real stumper of a case.
