Wonderful Wednesday means biology with my Bella, so today I arrived early armed with my business cards, stylus, phone and a plan.
She was looking especially ravishingly in her flowing khaki skirt and blue sweater vest today. I must admit, I had trouble averting my eyes from her ankles! What beauties! Dainty, pale and shapely. The finest pair I have ever seen! No doubt they shall make an appearance in my nightly 'dreams' as I lie curled in Bella's sleep shirt and make believe I am laying beside her.
I digress.
Plucking up the courage to give Bella my new business card took the full duration of the lesson, but just before the bell sounded I was able to slide the card across the lab bench, whilst keeping my eyes firmly locked upon the blackboard. Bella looked down inquisitively, up to my face and down again. I deftly removed my hand and she picked up the card.
As The bell sounded, Bella gathered her things and my card and muttered 'Um, thanks.' as she swept her hair over her shoulders, showering me in a tsunami of strawberry rapture before stumbling towards her next class. Be careful of those ankles my sweetheart, for they flex upon my heart!
I could not contain my jubilance and did a fist pump of satisfaction as Bella walked away, business card in hand. Even the snickers and eye rolls of my biology classmates could not dampen my spirits.
My plan is going perfectly! Now I need only wait for her to make contact. I hope she does not wait too long.
It is my favourite time of the evening now, 'bedtime'.
