My secret reliquary is progressing marvelously. Being near to so many sacred artifacts is second only to real proximity to Bella. It brings me such joy and a space to gain some much needed release of my manly tensions. The hosiery has proved most efficacious in that matter.

This week has yielded several more treasures: some chewed gum, a key to Bella's house and a discarded shoelace from her sneakers.

I tried to chew the gum to get the taste of Bella upon my tongue, but it stuck my teeth together and took some time to remove. My venom glands are still blocked and I would rather not have to request Carlisle's assistance in this matter. I do hope they clear soon. The gum is now safely housed in a small jar.

I'm sure I could feel guilty about my actions after I discovered the key in the eaves of Bella's porch, but I'm choosing not to.

I was alerted to it by Bella's scent in that unusual spot on the porch and discovered the spare key secreted on the soffit. Later that night I returned with supplies, borrowed the key and retreated to the woods. The process of cloning a key is relatively simple: I covered it with soot from a lighter, then transferred the soot onto clear tape, creating a copy of the profile. I had replaced the original key within a few minutes. I purchased a key blank online and used jewelry files to hone the shape.

Now I have the key to Bella's home, as she has the key to my heart. I can rest a little easier knowing that I should not have to break a door or window in order to gain entry in the case of an emergency. I'm not sure if that is the whole truth of why I like having this object, but it does please me so.
