Chapter 1: The Skylark and the Clipped Wings (Edited)
I was torn out of my dream by the shrill of my alarm clock. Sitting up I gave out a yawn and stretched my arms above my head..
"Today's the day." I muttered excitedly to myself as I fully woke up and remembered what event was happening today that I had been waiting excitedly for all year.
My name is Yozora, I'm a 25 year old half caucasian half japanese male. I'm a bit of a loner with an aloof personality. I was pretty excited because today was the first day of Anime Expo 202x, and this was my first ever convention in life.
"I can't wait, this is gonna be so much fun." I said with a little skip in my step as I looked over at what I had thrown together to be my cosplay that was hanging on the door of my bathroom bathroom.
I went over to my dresser and grabbed a pair of clean boxers and socks before I went into the bathroom to grab a quick morning shower, it would be just asinine to show up at a convention smelling bad.
I got out of the shower 10 minutes later feeling clean and smelling like strawberries and cinnamon. I dried my hair and started to pull on my cos-play for the convention. It consisted of a long sleeve button up purple shirt, a black suit jacket and pants. A pair of black dress shoes and a black tie. Basically, I was cosplaying as Kyoya Hibari, The Cloud Guardian of Vongola X from Katekyo Hitman Reborn in his Ten Year Later version.
"Not too shabby." I said to myself looking at my reflection in the mirror as I tugged on my collar..
Once I was satisfied with everything I grabbed my backpack and threw the rest of my costume pieces in there, namely the wig and two PVC Tonfas, I grabbed a quick bite to eat before locking up my apartment and getting onto my Motorcycle and heading out.

It was an hour and a half ride to where the convention was being held thanks to the traffic on the highway. When I drove up, I saw the line to get in was backed around the corner of the building. "Wow this place is already packed." I commented on seeing the massive line waiting to be let in. Pulling into the lot, I quickly parked in the first spot I could find, I threw my helmet into the lock box on the back of my bike, grabbed my stuff and got in line waiting to be let in..
After a bit the line started to be let in and after about 45 minutes I finally made it to the front of the queue for the security check.
"Please place your bag and any weapons in the bag on the table for inspection and get out your Entry Ticket and ID." The security guard said.
I set my bag on the table, and pulled out my Tonfas and handed them over to the second guard for a check to make sure it was safe for the convention before showing the ticket and my license in my wallet to the guard.
The guard looks it over, "Everything checks out thank you, enjoy your time here at Anime Expo." he says handing me back my pass and ID while the second guard attached a small tag to my tonfas before handing them back to me.
"Thank you." I tell them, walking past into the building pulling my wig out and slipping it on while putting my helmet in the bag.
"Woooooow." I said in awe looking over the giant building with anime posters hanging all over and booths all over.
I went over to a booth that had posted listings of all the events happening and went over to see where the event I wanted was located at.
"There we go." I muttered to myself seeing that the Panel Aoi Yuki was a part of was up on the fifth floor.
Aoi Yuki was probably one of, if not my most favorite Japanese female VA, she had voiced some of my favorite characters like Madoka Kaname from Madoka Magica, Tsuyu Asui from Boku no Hero Academia, Inaho Misora from Yo-kai watch, Nodoka Hanadera from Healin Good Precure and many others. I also admit I had a tiny bit of a Fan crush on her.
I read a bit into the info on the poster it looked like she was here to promote something called Symphogear XD
"Huh I wonder what that series is about, welp I'll probably learn more when I go there." I muttered as I hefted up my bag which had a random poster of Madoka Kaname I had brought from my collection in case I managed to get an autograph from the Voice Actress.
I noticed that the time slot for the event was set for 4PM, so I pulled out my phone and set an alarm for myself to remember to head to the venue at the appropriate time.
"What should I do now?" I asked myself, slipping my phone in my pocket.
Deciding I had nothing better to do I wandered around the convention, I saw various posters for various anime getting new seasons or anime adaptations of popular Manga.
"I'm glad that's finally getting an adaptation." I said as I saw a promotion for my favorite Manga that was finally getting an adaptation after so long.
After a bit more wandering I found myself in a large open area with many vendors selling various anime items.
At one of the booths I saw a giant poster for sale. The scene was of two girls laying on a grassy hill under a starlit sky with their hands intertwined both wearing the same school uniform. The girl on the left had light orange hair and the one on the right had black hair.
I felt my cheeks heat up a bit at the sight of the girl with the light brown hair. She was very cute.
"So this is Symphogear." I muttered seeing the giant Symphogear logo in the bottom left corner, if the series had a girl that cute in it then it definitely was worth getting into.
"Excuse me." I said getting the vendor's attention.
"Yes sir, how may I help you." The vendor asked.
"How much is that poster?" I asked, pointing at the one I wanted.
"That one is $50." The vendor tells me.
I nodded and pulled out my wallet and pulled out the cash and handed it over.
"Thank you." The Vendor says taking my cash and putting it in the cash box before pulling down the poster I wanted and rolling it up and sealing it in a tube and handing it to me.
"Thank you." I said as I slipped the poster into my backpack.
"Enjoy your poster." The Vendor says as I leave.
I browsed a few more vendors but nothing caught my eye for wanting to purchase before out of the corner of my eye something caught my eye.
There in the corner of the room was a small booth consisting of a single table with a cloth on it and a person manning it wore a cloak like the one Xehanort's Heartless from Kingdom Hearts. They were sitting on a stool that was covered by the cloak, making it look like they were sitting in midair.
Looking around I noticed that no one else seemed to give the cloaked figure so much as a passing glance, in fact their sight just seems to slide right over them.
I was a bit intrigued at what they were selling and I also felt a sort of pull directing me over there, so I went over to the booth.
"Welcome." The cloaked figure said in a voice that was hard to tell if it was male or female.
"Hello." I greeted in courtesy looking at what was on the table and I was impressed.
There were various items from pop culture you could name it and it was there, I even saw a few things from less popular series like a Void Genome from Guilty Crown.
"This is..." I muttered picking up something from the table.
In my hand was a hexagon shaped box, I opened it up and my eyes widened in surprise shock.
"These are!" I said in surprise, inside was a set of seven rings each embedded with a different gem in the color of Orange, Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Indigo and Violet. All with the word VONGOLA embedded in it. It was a complete set of the unlocked version of the Vongola Famiglia rings from Katekyo Hitman Reborn and beside those rings were another set of rings each containing an animal design.
"I see you are interested in the Vongola Famiglia, they would suit you as I see you are cosplaying Kyoya Hibari." The cloaked figure says
I nodded looking over the rings, they were really well made, almost as if they had been lifted right out of the show itself. "Hibari is my favorite character in that show." I tell the vendor
I can feel the smirk the Cloaked figure gave under their hood, "Well Normally I would sell those for $300, but I kind of like you Gaki, plus I can tell your a big fan of Hibari with how well you put together your costume so I'll make you a deal and sell it to you for $275.
I winced a bit, $275 was a huge crunch in my budget for stuff I could buy from the con, but getting a discount off it was a great deal and something told me that passing it up would lead to disaster for me later down the road.
"I'll take it." I said after several moments of thinking it over I pulled out a couple $50 bills and handed them to the Vendor.
"Thank you for your purchase." The Vendor said handing me the box and my change.
I opened the box and pulled out the ring with the Violet gem that symbolized the Cloud Guardian along with the Hedgehog animal ring and placed them on my left middle finger and pointer respectively, before closing the box and slipping it into my bag.
"I hope you enjoy your new life." The Vendor mutters behind me.
I paused and turned around, "Did you say some…." I froze in shock right in the exact spot where the Vendor I just bought the rings from was… nothing just an empty corner of the room.
"What…" I said in shock wondering how could a booth just be gone before realizing I was looking in the wrong spot and the booth was to the left of where I was just looking.
The merchant gave me a friendly wave.
I looked over at a clock on the wall and decided to grab some lunch before the event with Aoi Yuuki.
I got myself a stamp at the door so I could get back in quickly. I put the poster I bought in the Lockbox and went around the corner to a nearby Panda Express and got myself some food. I ordered my food and decided since it was a nice day out, I would sit in the nearby park and enjoy my food.
As I ate my food I low key in a non creeper way watched some of the children that were running around playing on the nearby playground. I gave off a soft smile, I had a soft spot for children, something about them just seemed to break past my loner shell, I hoped one day I could have a child of my own.
After I finished my lunch, I gathered up all my trash, threw it away in the nearby bin and walked back to the convention hall when.. It happened.
It had started off the the distance, a convoy of wailing sirens whiring in the distance, but it quickly grew closer and closer. Suddenly tearing around the corner was a speeding car that was going so fast the tires were literally on fire.
"Reckless idiots" I grumbled annoyed.
"LOOK OUT!" A panicked voice shrieks.
I turned towards the source of the scream and my eyes widened in horror, right in the path of where the out of control car was heading was a small 8 year old girl, who was on the ground crying in fear for her mother.
I moved without any conscious thought of my action, I was DETERMINED to save the child, closing the distance faster than what should have been considered possible normally. I shoved the crying child out of the way, she hit the ground a bit harshly and rolled a few feet. Bruised and battered, but safe.
Knowing I would have no time to react I gave a smile that she was safe as I was struck by the full force of a sudden impact going 80MPH. As I went sailing I felt as if every cell in my body was burning fiercely in agony before a will of determination to live filed me as I hit the ground blacking out, a soft violet glow enveloped the edges of my fading vision.

As I regained consciousness a gentle sea breeze tickled my nose as I heard the cry of seagulls pierce the air. "Seagulls?" I questioned sitting up wincing as the bright sun hit my eyes, I blinked away spots for a second before everything came into focus again.
"Wha...Where am I?" I asked as I was now in a city near the sea that was completely unfamiliar to me, it had sort of a futuristic vibe to it. Taking a quick look around in the distance I spotted a blue structure.
"W-What Happened?" I muttered sitting up, my short term memory out of what. I go to remove my wig since my head was starting to get hot but stop when I wince from the feeling of pulling on my real hair.
"Wha.." I was confused, how did the wig become my real hai…. I froze as it all came back to me. "Oh…." I muttered in a detached tone as I looked down at my hands which I noticed were younger looking.
Standing up, I went over to a nearby water barrel and looked at my reflection, looking back at me was the face of Hibari Kyoya in his 15-16 year old look but wearing his TYL selfs outfit
I reached up and touched my face, "I wonder if this is how a Time Lord feels going through regeneration." I quipped sarcastically.
Looking around to see if my stuff had magically gotten Isekaied with me, I quickly spotted the box I had bought from the merchant.
"I'm glad this came with me at least" I said As I looked inside
Sitting in their places the rest of the Vongola rings rested peacefully, but I frowned when something caught my eye.
"What's this?" I frowned as I noticed a hidden compartment in the box, popping it open. Inside were several Box Weapons, a Green Pistol and a thin leather wallet.
I picked up one of the box weapons and experimentally held it, it felt light in my hand and the texture was smoothe. I could intuitively tell what this box contained somehow. I then flipped open the wallet which contained an ID and a Bank Card.
I frowned as the words on the id seemed to blur between Japanese and English for a bit before it settled in English
"What was that about?" I asked in confusion before a note dropped out.
Here are some gifts to help you get started in your new life. The Bank card contains an amount of money which is equal to the total value of everything you owned in your past life. M.
I frowned, calculating the estimated value of my stuff, I'd say I probably had around 100,000 USD worth of stuff, meaning I had around 11055400 Yen if my math was right.
I slipped the wallet and Box Weapons into my Suit Jacket, and picked up the gun looking it over. It felt comfortable in my hand, I ejected the magazine and popped out one of the bullets and examined it. The bullet was red with an angry flame face design on it, I recognized it easily.
"A Dying Will Bullet" I muttered looking at the Cloud Ring on my hand, I guess this is a way for me to help unlock potential flame wielders. I put the magazine back in and slipped the gun and the ring box into my pockets, I swear they somehow became bigger on the inside, because I swear a Gun, A Hexagonal shaped Ring Box, Several Box Weapons and a wallet shouldn't fit into a suit jacket and not show any kind of bulge, oh well questions for later.
I stood up, dusted myself off and decided to look around this city. "Maybe I can find some answers as to what kind of world I'm in."
While I was walking around, I repeatedly saw a bunch of hard light signs promoting something called Zwei Wing.
"Sounds like the name of an Idol Group." I muttered looking at the outfits the two girls wore.
Eventually I found my way to a large arena with a bunch of the Zwei Wing signs all over, figuring that this must be where the concert was held.
"This must be the place." I muttered, feeling a bit sad that I couldn't actually see it, but then again, I wasn't really to keen on being in a large crowd of people
I decided to go into a nearby alleyway behind the building and leaned against the wall listening to the music from here.
Soon I heard the music cue up and the roar of the crowd.
"Definitely glad I chose to just listen from out here." I muttered with a wince as the roar was giving me a slight headache.
"Can you hear it, The music tells of our fury." Came the Song of the Idols from over the wall
I hummed a bit, the song wasn't bad at all.
"Reach the heavens, Unleash it!" Two voices came this time.
"Can you hear it? This is the beat of life" A second voice sang which was no doubt the other Zwei Wing member.
"It shows what love is" Both of them sang again.
"Up in the heavens" "Up in the heavens" Both Zwei Wing girls sang after the other.
"The stars turned into music one day." The first one sang this time.
"When the wind swept away my hair, you and I put our life into music" The second voice sang at first before being joined in by the first.
"And the dreams began. Now we go beyond a world we don't know." The two girls sang after the other before it went quiet.
"Yes, just believe, Unknown to God himself we will carve a path into history with our light." The two girls sang again this time sounding much clearer.
I saw the roof opening up above me.
"Wow, fancy." I said with a whistle before smirking as I noticed the fire escape on the opposite side of the alley. I jumped up and climbed up with fluid ease, got onto the roof and jumped the gap to land on the edge of the concert venue and look down into the venue. In a small part of the back of my mind I was in awe at my new feats of agility.
Looking down I saw the two idols, the one on the left had long fluffy red hair with a shape of a feather that fell down to her waist and red eyes. Her idol outfit consisted of a light pink and hot pink strapless pleated dress with a light yellow petticoat, a large coral colored bow and a right wing on her bustle, along with a light pink scarf and white heels.
The girl on the right had blue hair worn in a side pony tail that fell down to just above her waist in a straight cut and dark eyes. Her idol outfit consisted of a high collared crop top with white shorts and a low belted pleated skirt cut diagonally from her left hip. A large light blue bow and left wing on her bustle, along with a pair of thigh high white and blue stockings and light blue boots, one going up to her knee the other to her ankle.
"A blacklight from the past." The Blue sang.
"Shining on the future." Red sang this time.
"Shall we fly together?" The two sang as one.
"Just feeling our wings drenched in tears, too heavy to fly with, makes me wish. I'll support your right hand with my power." The song continued.
I tapped my finger against my arm in tune to the beat as I watched with my arms crossed.
"Together we soar, borne aloft by our singing hearts" The song finishes to thunderous roaring applause.
"Tch." A growl escaped from my teeth unexpectedly, I knew I didn't like crowds but I had never done that before..
"Huh, where did that come from." I muttered.
"We're not done yet!" I The red haired girl cried out.
I tensed as a sort of mental alarm bell began screaming inside my head, almost as if it was warning me about something, not a second later after that feeling an explosion occurred from the stadium.
I heard a screech from above me and looked up to see a dozen green looking bird things above me.
"What are those things?" I yelled in shock.
The green bird like things dropped a bunch of creatures into the crowd
"It's the Noise!" I heard a voice yell out before mass panic ensued.
I watched as one of them spewed out slime that formed into slug-like creatures and attacked the crowd.
"Help!" "I don't want to die! I don't want to die! No!" various people screamed
"W-What's going on?!" I said in complete horror my eyes wide as dinner plates, people left and right were disintegrating Snap style at the mere touch of these Noise.
"What can I do?!" I muttered, my hand shaking slightly as I watched the massacre.
The green bird Noise began to dive bomb into the stadium, piercing through several people.
I was frozen in horror at all the death and destruction in front of me, "Come on Yozora, MOVE" I told myself hitting my frozen legs.
Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Red leap off the stage before she began to sing, [Croitzal ronzell Gungnir zizzl.]
"Gungnir, like in Odin's spear." I questioned under my breath
There was an explosion of light and the Red haired girl was now wearing a strange orange outfit. She removed the gauntlet around her wrists and formed a spear
"Was it an illusion? A dream? The days seemed like I could drift into the gentle arms of sleep." The one with the red hair sang as she charged forward destroying the Noise with her spear.
"Wao." I muttered in Hibari's impressed tone at her strength as a smirk graced my lips, a part of me wanted to fight her later on.
"Disappeared like magic dispelled." She sang as she jumped into the air and threw her spear down which multiplied and destroyed the Noise.
I raised an eyebrow, "Does she have some sort of Propagation factor?" I asked myself.
"And I knew that my everyday life had been extraordinary" The Red Haired girl sang as the words Stardust Foton briefly flashed so quickly I wondered if I was just seeing things before her attack wiped out a bunch of Noise.
"Let us not weep and wail to the blue and cloudless sky but rather stem the tides of time and reclaim a future of happiness" The Gungnir girl continued to sing before a second explosion happened.
I blocked my face with my arm as the shock wave made my jacket flutter and pushed me back a bit.
The blue haired girl also jumped out, her outfit changed as well to a different one
"I know I could weather anything once I had control of my invisible wings." Gungnir girl sang as blue jumped up and struck the Noise with her Sword..
Gungnir girl began to spin her spear around like a drill above her head before thrusting it out, "Soar up into the heavens, high above all sadness. We are one, do not be late. Time waits for no one!" she sang as Last Meteor flashed before a tornado erupted from the spear capturing several noise destroying them all along with a few of the giant quadruped ones..
"Maybe we met for the sole purpose of surviving these days." The two girls charged at the Noise with their weapons.
"What's that?" I heard from below my that sounded really familiar
"That Voice..." I muttered looking down to see a girl with light brown hair. She looked really familiar but I couldn't place it for a moment before it clicked, my eyes widened in shock, standing there was a younger version of the girl I saw on the Symphogear Poster.
"That must mean this world is the world of the Symphogear anime." I muttered in realization.
"I will sing a song of you, until life leaves my body." The two idols charge at the two giant quadruped Noise.
The smaller Noise morphed their bodies into spears and shot forward at the two Idols.
"With a dauntless voice, Sing out with us!" The Gungnir girl unleashed a tornado that destroyed a lot of the Noise before her spear seemed to die down. "That's all the time I get?" She muttered before getting pushed back by an attack.
The seating area collapsed and the girl yelled in shock, "Ow…" THe small girl said, holding a bruised knee.
I saw three of the Noise running at the small girl, "LOOK OUT!" I cried out as I leapt down using the debris as steps, standing protectively in front of the girl.
I was still terrified and didn't think I could do anything, but I couldn't let another person die.
"Scum!" Gungnir girl calls out destroying them, Get her out of here!" She yells at me.
"Right." I nodded, wrapping my arm around her, "You okay?" I asked.
I got a silent nod, her eyes wide in fear, as I slowly helped her hobble out.
The Noise suddenly bombarded the Gungnir girl as she spun her spear around to create a shield. I noticed pieces of her armor begin to break off
"Kanade!" Blue calls out to Gungnir Girl.
'So her name is Kanade.' I thought to myself.
One of the Giant Noise spat something at Kanade before a second Joined in.
"Kanade!" The Blue cried out again.
I saw the Omnivore's armor crack, as several shards hit the walls around us, a flash of red caught my eyes, I turned and my eyes widened in horror, the small girl was struck and blood was spurting out.
"KID!" I cried out gently, setting her down," Hey STAY WITH ME!" I yelled putting pressure on the wound, not caring that my hands were stained red.
"Hey, don't die!" Kanade calls out, running up to us throwing aside her spear, "Open your eyes, don't give up on life!" she cries sitting the small girl up
The girl slowly looked up at us with blank eyes that were barely clinging onto life, she looked like a helpless small animal.
"DAMN IT!" I punched the ground making a crack, "You stupid coward, because of your weakness, the Small Animal got hurt," I punched the ground again, before my face hardened with resolve as I stood up, "No more acting as Yozora _, This time I'll be Yozora Hibari."
I spun around on my foot, "Take care of her." I told Kanade, as I pulled out a Box Weapon from my pocket.
"What are you going to do, Conventional Weapons don't work on the Noise." Kanade says to me.
I clenched my fist, my determination swelling inside me, my desire to save the Small Animal burning in my very soul. My Cloud Ring ignited in a purple flame. (Cue Ragnarok by ShingancrimsonZ)
"Sing!" I said as I slammed my ring into the box. "Oh, Yeah!" I sang as the box opened and two Tonfas formed into my hands covered in purple flames. "If you are trapped in a rusty memory of the past." I charged at the noise, ducking and weaving the dive bombs as I slammed the Tonfas into them causing them to disintegrate.
"When you were powerless, Spread your sleeping wings." One of the Quadruped ones tried to spew its gunk at me, I began to spin the tonfa around rapidly, the small holes in it generating an air shield to block the attack.
"There's still a light dwelling in the back of my eyes, Holding my dreams, tears, vows of someday" I rushed forward and destroyed the noise attacking me when it paused.
"How can he destroy the noise?" Blue mutters in awe looking at me.
"It hurts but I won't let go." I looked around at all the Noise now surrounding me, all of them having stopped paying attention to the girls.
"My soul is burning hard, With a heart made of unbreakable steel." I caused some chains to extend from the Tonfas, Using the Cloud Flames properties, I extended them out and with the flick of my wrist wrapped them around two of the bigger noise.
"Don't let anyone get in the way." I swung my arm in an arc using the captured noise as a Hammer to destroy several of the ones surrounding me before the two captured ones disintegrated as well. "Burn, my soul."
"My heart is burning red, I can fly anywhere." Several of the Flying Noise tried to dive bomb me. I concentrated my Flames of the Porcospino Nuvola ring, causing the hedgehog animal named Roll inside to emerge.
Concentrating my flames, I generated several copies of Roll, using their Spiked bodies to block the Noise attack, before mentally ordering one to go protect the Small Animal and Kanade.
"A Hedgehog?" I hear Small Animal say weakly.
"In this world that is collapsing, Now with crimson wings" I sang as I continued to attack, starting to get a little overwhelmed as I wasn't used to this body's combat abilities yet.
Kanade seemed to notice I was struggling, despite my ability the waves of Noise were just endless. Letting out a sigh of resignation she picked up her spear.
"I once wanted to sing with an empty soul and body, Look how many came to listen today That's why it's time for my ultimate performance" Kanade said walking forward holding her spear aloft.
I slammed my Tonfa into another Noise, 'What is she doing?' I thought.
"My greatest aria, My swan song." Kanage said.
I extended the Thorns in my Tonfa and hit Several of the humanoid Noise as I summoned more copies of Roll to dive bomb the noise.
"A Swan Song, like the final performance given before death." I muttered, a pit of dread in my stomach.
"Gatrandis Babel ziggurat Edenal." TKanade began to sing out, The tone struck sorrow and courage in my heart. "Emustolronzen Fine el Balal Zizzl."
"Kanade, no don't sing!" Blue cries out in agony
"Gatrandis Babel Ziggurat Edenal" Kanade continues
"I can hear a Song…" I hear the Small Animal say.
"PLEASE YOU HAVE TO STOP HER" Blue screams at me, Tears flowing down her cheeks..
"Why?" I asked as there was a lull for me to take a breather.
"If she sings, She'll Die!" Blue cries out.
My eyes widened in shock, I turned and rushed at Kanade
"Emunstolronzen Fine el Z.." the song is almost finished.
I didn't have any better option to stop her, so I slammed the Tonfa into her stomach, causing Kanade to cough up blood
"KANADE" The Blue Herbivore cried out at what I did.
"Herbivore, for recklessly trying to throw away your life. I'll bite you to death!" I said slamming my Tonfa into Kanade several times, knocking her out and causing the transformation to undo itself.
"Kanade!" Blue ran up to us, "Why did you do that?" She yelled at me.
"The Herbivore will live." I said coolly, turning to face the remaining Noise, "Now I have to finish this and get the Small Animal to the Hospital.
Concentrating, I summoned a single Roll copy and used growth to make it grow to a giant size, before multiplying him with the Propagation Factor. The Giant Rolls all curled up, and used their Spiky bodies to bombard the rest of the noise, obliterating them.
Waiting a few moments for any stragglers, Once I was satisfied the Noise were all gone, I let the Cloud Tonfas return to the Box and Roll Vanished.
I ran over to the Small Animal and gently picked her up, careful not to aggravate her wound.
"Wait!" the Blue Herbivore says to me.
I glared at her, "Get out of the way Herbivore or I'll Bite you to death!" I spoke in a growl.
I looked around desperately for a way out, All the exits had been blocked by the attack, and excessive movement was out of the question.

"Flames of the Night?!" I said in shock, before Shaking my head. "Figure it out later." I told myself.
Concentrating on maintaining the Flames of the Night, I formed the flames into a black flaming gate. "This Better work." I muttered to myself, Taking the Small Animal and walking through the warp gate.
I breathed a sigh of relief, as I was in the Hospital on the other side. "I NEED HELP OVER HERE!" I cried out getting attention from everyone around me. Quickly Several Doctors rushed over and took the Small Animal from my arms as they loaded her onto a gurney and wheeled her away.
I sat down in the chair, as all of the adrenaline left my body, I looked down at my blood stained hands. "I have to get stronger, I can't freeze up like I did today, No more being a Herbivore. From now on I am now a Carnivore and it's my job to protect the Small Animals and punish the crowding Herbivores!" I said as the Flames of Cloud and Night danced around my body as if showing a physical representation of my Determination.
