This is a future in which Tav remained good and broke up with Astarion after realizing ascension changed him. (Tav is with Karlach now because I wanted to romance her, but couldn't resist Astarion.)

Astarion tries Tavs blood for the first time after she drank Oblodras Potion in Baldurs Gate. At first, he isnt a fan, but soon he can see the fun in it.
