Agenda Item 1: Explain what exactly happened this afternoon
Discussion:
Emmett explained how he had been hunting after last night's excitement to burn off some energy.
When he came back he was washing up in his bathroom and saw the golden egg candy that Edward gave him and decided to swallow it whole, because he 'wanted to see what eggs tasted like.'
When we explained that he had just said he thought it was candy, therefore not a real egg, so would not have enlightened him as to what an egg tastes like Emmett replied 'yeah, exactly! Like that.'
Edward interjected to explain that Emmett had not eaten candy or an egg, he had eaten a bath bomb.
Emmett nodded and then said 'what's a bathroom?'
Rosalie took over the story, recounting how Emmett had gone into the garage complaining that the candy Edward gave him made his tummy hurt and then had suddenly projectile vomited fizzy, foamy blood all over her.
Edward and Rosalie fought a great deal while recounting the next part of this afternoon's events, but it appears that Edward was making a video call to Bella on his computer, Bella was checking some papers for her biography project, and in this quiet moment Rosalie jumped through Edward's third floor window from outside, covered in blood and started growling and screaming at him about how he's 'a stupid fucking vampire' and how 'you should never give Emmett something he might eat when he has a stomach full of blood'.
By the time Edward managed to escape Rosalie's fists and close his laptop Bella was stat open mouthed in front of her computer, clearly having witnessed the entire scene. The window had been in full view of Bella, as had Rosalie's entrance and blood covered vampire-speed attack on Edward.
Emmett asked if there was any more fizzy candy.
Conclusions:
We are really up shit creek right now
Emmett is fine
Agenda Item 2: A defense of Rosalie Hale
Discussion:
Rosalie defended her behaviour saying that she has been under extreme duress because of Bella.
Edward hissed extensively in response.
Rosalie shouted above the hissing to convey that Edward has been 'nothing but trouble ever since he joined my family'
Rosalie was reminded that Edward was a Cullen before her
She insisted her point still stood.
Rosalie said Bella 'attacked Emmett viciously last night and we must be protected from her'. Further questioning revealed she was referring to a harmless prank which Jasper, Edward and Emmett played, that Rosalie WAS IN ON well before it was executed and laughed loudly at.
Conclusions:
Rosalie is, unsurprisingly, blaming Bella and Edward for her own fuck up
Agenda Item 3: The case for punishing Edward
Discussion:
Rosalie spoke at length of the danger Edward has brought to the coven and stated that 'it's all his fucking fault'.
Rosalie made the case for reimbursement for her ruined clothes, Edward agreed without any hesitation and said he would buy her and Emmett a new outfit each as an apology for the incident.
Rosalie stated that she feels she should be given Edward's Vanquish, she pushed for a vote and openly tried to bribe Alice in the middle of the meeting.
Conclusions:
Rosalie is fucking shameless
Only Rose thinks this is Edward's fault
Jasper, Alice, Emmett and Edward agree that replacing the clothes is an appropriate apology and nothing more is required
Agenda Item 4: A defense of Isabella Swan
Discussion:
Edward mounted a defence of Bella's personal integrity, stating how she has not divulged his powers to anyone, despite knowing for nearly three months.
Rosealie slammed the table saying 'that we know of!'.
Much further table slamming and calls to shut up followed from all five meeting members. Esme's table is now thoroughly broken.
Alice finally got everyone to listen to her briefly and said her visions did not show the following outcomes:
Any human dying
Any human getting harmed
The further exposure of the Cullen coven to any humans
The Volturi finding out
Rosalie getting Edward's Vanquish
Esme being ok about the damage to her table
Conclusions:
We need to fix Esme's table within the next 24 hours before they come home from holiday or we are all totally fucked
Agenda Item 5: A defense of Edward Cullen
Discussion:
Edward stated that all he did wrong was 'not lock his window' and that he should be allowed to call Bella, including video chats because she was his friend.
Jasper aided Edward's defense by testifying that his feelings were just as deep for Bella as Carlisle and Esme's were for each other
Jasper did suggest that video chats might not have been the wisest choice given our situation, but 'there's no point closing the barn door after the horse has bolted'
Alice, Emmett and Jasper are all in agreement that Edward did nothing wrong and should be able to expect privacy for a phone call within his own bedroom
Conclusions:
Rosalie doesn't have a leg to stand on
Agenda Item 6: Strategy for maximum safety for the coven and Bella
Discussion:
Bella's safety has been put at risk due to this revelation
We have a duty of care to protect her (all but Rosalie agree)
The coven is also at risk and we must ensure the Volturi never find out for all our sakes.
We should explain the gravity of the risk to Bella to make sure she never tells anyone.
We should help Bella to relocate should she want to, or offer to move away ourselves (Rosalie protested this point).
Conclusions:
Rosalie has spilled the coven's beans
Alice will continue to monitor the situation and will update us immediately as to anything of concern
We must protect Bella and the coven
We must make sure Bella understands how serious a threat the Volturi are
We should be prepared to help Bella make whatever changes to her life or ours she might need to ensure her silence on this matter
Agenda Item 7: The case for turning Bella
Discussion:
Alice, once again, suggested the easiest solution to this whole situation would be to change Bella into a vampire.
Edward and Rosalie both strongly objected,
Edward upon the grounds that he would not damn her for eternity,
Rosalie on the grounds that she would not want to be stuck with her for eternity.
Jasper thinks we should consider the option and give Bella the choice.
Emmett said he thinks Bella is 'a good laugh but falls over a lot'.
Alice suggested consulting Carlisle on Esme on the matter, Rosalie and Edward both insisted there was nothing to consult on and refused any attempts to continue the meeting, leaving the remains of the dining room table and sulking in her room (Rosalie) and going to check on Bella (Edward)
Conclusions:
There is one issue alone that Edward and Rosalie can agree on and that is that they both think Bella should not be turned
