The Blonde famous director and the Idol .

A self made of a character yet again that i have created. Literally made this for wholesome reasons cause the manga is a bit sad. So hopefully this character I made can deliver that, and maybe expand the story overall. So yeah degenerate story let's go. And I have read the manga, and know the spoilers for the father, so I got to do some things, probably.? Kinda try to treat this as an Au story somewhat if you can.

{Rewritten. CHAPTER 1}

I do not own any work of Aka Akasaka, or oshi no ko.

Chapter 1.

Junsei Bijutsu, ever since being in this was highly skilled and capable of creating works of art, which was considered nearly impossible at the age of 5. Only terrifying people because of his at this age.

After being considered great and terrifying for the time period and at such a young age, he's only been improving. Until one day he decided to indulge in movie watching, and in that moment he discovered the world of acting, filmmaking, and directing. But after a very unsuccessful film, he only tried to create it in vain; he could only realize one thing about it, and that's communication. Without good communication in filmmaking, it won't matter how good your ideas are. It'll be completely worthless; as a director in a film, you have to have control over all aspects of the film. Like story writers, cameramen, and actors. Any good director needs to be able to communicate with all crew members within the film and organize them so the execution can work and the idea itself may become a film that isn't a mess of its original self. After discovering such a task for real filmmaking, Junsei was able to produce any work of fiction into a true moving film for all to see. Until he turned 17.

Sitting in his office, all the way in Hollywood, all alone. A blonde, 5 feet tall, slightly skinny, and nearly pale director sits there with a face of boredom. With a new problem yet unknown to himself,

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I'm completely poofed, and I have no more motivation for writing." The boy sighs to himself in the office.

Sitting there, Junsei is nearly on his knees, depressed from his writer's block after his latest award-winning film. Looking at his laptop with a blank document, Junsei can only sigh.

"I'm not getting anywhere; have I really reached my maximum imagination here?" Trying to question his own mental capability.

Junsei is now slacking back in his chair as he hears a slight knock at the door to his office. Listening to it Junsei allows the person in.

"Come in." Inviting the voice he knew

Upon entering the door, a familiar sight enters Junsei's sight. It is his assistant, Jack. a very profound person, very capable in his tasks, and everything you need. Without him, Junsei wouldn't be at his current standing, and without him, he might still not be here.

"Director Junsei… Wait, are you still staring at your laptop for the past hours? Sir, I think you're definitely experiencing writer's block at this point." Jack tells Junsei worriedly.

Looking back at his assistant, Junsei only thinks to himself "So I guess this is the end for my genius, ah?".

With a final sigh from Junsei, he slammed his head on his own desk. But then he hears Jack speak again.

"Sir, maybe you should take some time off; maybe visit your hometown; maybe see some family and friends." Jack hopes to inspire Junsei in order to get him back up and running.

"And also, you've been only packing your schedule with filmmaking, meetings, etc. And I think that is quite straining for a 17-year-old, in my experience". Jack says to maybe make Junsei stop working nonstop.

Now, thinking to himself, Junsei does wonder how long it's been since the last time—maybe years. He himself has forgotten how long it's been since he's actually been back in Japan. He was only wondering about a good reason why he should go.

"Now that you say I haven't visited Japan in forever, honestly, I wonder how my folks are doing. And I wonder how good old Japan is doing". Junsei says he is now convinced to take a break, but with a dark frown in his face.

"Well, Jack, book a flight to Tokyo, Japan." Junsei says it excitedly, ready for an adventure.

"Wait, hold on, how about your schedule, sir? You're still booked." Jack is thinking that Junsei will at least finish off his schedule before going abroad.

"Well, Jack, I know you, my ever-so-great assistant, are capable of dealing with such minimal tasks." Junsei winks at Jack.

"OH, YOU ASS!" Jack yells at the AW.

"Hah, I like screwing with you, Jack." Junsei smiled.

"But you don't have to do that, Jack; you can just cancel them if you need to." Junsei is now a little serious.

Sighing Jack speaks. "Ahhh, it's fine; you probably shouldn't worry about that. You should really go see your folks; last I heard, you haven't seen them in forever. And I'll deal with your schedule, so don't worry."

Smiling now. "Thanks Jack." But in the back of Junsei's mind, he does hold back some guilt, in Jack's words.

"Well, Jack, thank you very much." With a sweet smile.

With that, Junsei went to his laptop to open a website to buy airplane tickets for today. After searching for a while, he sees some relatively inexpensive airline tickets for Japan, just for today.

"Okay, click and buy, and it's going out tonight. Well, better get packed, I guess." Getting out of his seat. Preparing all his things he would need.

"Wait, you're going tonight? I thought you would at least wait to take some time to stay. You know, spend it saying goodbye to everyone." Jack says this in a way to hopefully get Junsei to stay a little longer.

But only looking at Jack, Junsei smiles with a slight guilt running through his smile, barely recognizable to any old person. So well hidden, even some top producers would find it nearly impossible to tell the difference between a real one and a fake one.

"You know, I just really want to see my folks and all that."

Staring back at Junsei, now convinced by Junsei's words, Jack helps Junsei pack and get his documents in order. "Are you sure you just need one suitcase for your travel?" Jack thinks that he may need more for his vacation.

"No need; if I carry too much baggage, I could be recognized more. And I'm fine with my one bag." Junsei says to Jack that he will hopefully not worry Jack too much. But in reality, Junsei wouldn't be able to handle too many bags. But at the same time, the first reason is still valid to some point.

"Alright then, let me get your important essentials and pack them." Jack is getting ready for the departure that will come.

An entire afternoon passes, and the sun starts setting. Now outside of the studio office they were before.

There stands a blonde man next to an Uber, next to a taller, curly-haired, straight man standing and talking to the blonder man next to him.

"Okay, Jack, I think that should be everything. Oh right, when people find out that I'm gone, please don't tell them where I'm at, except the higher-ups probably…" Says Junsei, preparing Jack for the media storm that might come once people find out he's gone to know where. Well it may or may not.

"It'll be fine; I'll deal with all the business." Jack is now pushing Junsei into Uber.

"All right then, I'm off now; see you maybe soon, when I'm more motivated." Junsei, said Junsei as he entered the car as it drove off the airport.

But as the car drives off, Junsei can only look back at Jack with a frown.

"Sorry, Jack, but there was a slight lie in my words; my family probably don't want to do anything with me after everything I am." Junsei thinks with a dark expression in his eyes. But as the Uber drives off and arrives at the airport, Junsei can't help but think back to the past.

...

"You're Just a Lie."

These words may have hurt Junsei more than he could have thought. Everything he'd tried to build just crumpled away in front of him. Not someone just close to him, but his own parents. These words should have hurt Junsei, but he only stood there with prolonged longing. It should have made any normal child cry, but for Junsei, he couldn't. It only burned deep down. Junsei tried; he really did. But a lie is a lie, at the end of the day. Junsei tried to use all of his experience, but in a way, he is abnormal.

Before any of this, he knew this already from the beginning. Adults always labeled him as an abnormal child from the beginning, and kids never even tried to speak to him, only spreading rumors about this abnormality. Which only left Junsei with his film, books, and development all alone in his room. He was unable to make connections for a long time.

But when Junsei got sick of being left in his room all alone, indulging in his hobbies,he came to a realization. Maybe if he puts up an act, just one act, he'll play a perfect act, and maybe he can make a connection with people.

After spending nearly all of his time studying every aspect of putting on an act, Junsei now aligns his smile, his eyes, and his posture in the most perfect human way he can. The results, admittedly, seem to succeed. People started talking to him more; he could make connections, communicate, and spread his knowledge for all to see. It was nice at a certain point. Junsei himself really taught, but that didn't matter to his close ones.

Approaching his parents with the new, idealized version of himself, Junsei tries to talk to them to somehow connect with them. But what awaited him was something he couldn't see coming.

"Stop acting like that." The voice of disgust from his own mother.

"What are you trying to do?" The look of confusion, like an insect, started to come out and talk out of nowhere for no reason from his mother.

Junsei was confused; everything he did to be better just came crashing down on him. Even after being a perfect person in his study, Junsei was still confused about why it didn't work—why didn't he connect with them? Why?

"You're just a lie. This isn't what you are." Both of his parents say this in ridicule of the small Junsei.

"(Oh)." was the only thought that came into Junsei's mind. It was if someone who was never human could really just become one by just imitating one. So in the end, it doesn't really matter. Because being emotionless only makes you not a human. And showing people the true version of themselves only leaves them in neglect of the person, and trying to do better won't matter. Because a lie is still a lie in the end. And for a person who lives in a lie, for people who know who he is, a connection won't appear.

From that one event, Junsei is left in shatters, only able to consume himself fully in his passion for filmmaking. Only making films with different connections to people who didn't know him prior to his inhuman self.

Now left in his room for the next few years of his life, he makes well-known works from here and there. But he's still downcast after knowing he won't ever achieve a true connection as long as it's a lie.

But now turning 10, nearly malnourished from content neglect every day and unable to keep a stable diet good enough for himself, Junsei thought he'd probably pass away in this house, making movies until his death. Oh, what a pitiful life to live and die with only passion driving your life. Junsei truly thought that was the only thing that would be left for him.

Until one day his aunt decided to come over for a visit from all the way from the United States. She walked around the small house, noticing Junsei, all too thin for a child, and looking like he was on the brink of death.

Looking at the boy, she is instantly left in shock, but that would be downplaying what she saw. She was furious—more than enough to cause a massive fight with the mother.

Junsei couldn't really understand what the argument was about, but he did remember the end of it. When his mother finally spoke up with one finally angry-induced shout,

"Well, fine, how about you take care of that thing?" His mother spoke. not surprising to Junsei at all, based on how his mother truly felt about him. For Junsei, calling her a mother was now a disservice to himself. But what else could he really call her?

But the next second kind of surprised Junsei.

"Did you really call your own son a thing? If you can't even see him as a family member, then I'll take him with me." His aunt spoke with conviction, the mixer of anger driving it.

With a little more back-and-forth yelling between the both of them, his aunt enters the room where Junsei was sitting, only for her to speak up with an air of trying to make a kind connection with the boy. With a kind smile, Junsei's aunt speaks up.

"Hi there. If you didn't know, I'm your aunt, Bukki… Well, to put it into words, I'm going to take care of you from this day on." This kind of surprised Junsei to a point. But mostly, why would his aunt agree to take care of him? But maybe, because his aunt doesn't know his true self yet, a good impression is in order. Junsei thought that would be the best thing to do.

With a smile and some innocence in his words, Junsei speaks up.

"But where?" With a look resembling that of a child with much innocence left in him but still distraught from his current form. With those words, Junsei's aunt Bukki looks back at him with a glare of pitifulness, still left with a sympathetic look.

"And she called you nonhuman." Bukki looks back at the boy, now more determined to take him with her. Not noticing Junsei mom noticing the interaction behind them.

"Do you really believe he's talking like he means it? He's never even been like this since birth. You can't really believe that." Junsei's mother looks at the boy with a disgusted, confused look.

Junsei could only guess what she really thought of him, but now it's even more obvious. For him, it didn't matter what he really did. The lies he built and the connections he made—as long as he is alive—inside he's just a husk of a being, never able to connect on a true level; only lies will be the way. That was the last lesson Junsei could think of. He knew Bukki would never accept him now that it was over; he was going to be stuck in this state for the rest of his life, only indulging in his hobby until his body gave in and it was all over. Truly pathetic, lies don't mean anything if you're never really honest.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" The yell of Bukki can be heard quite well around the house, making not only Junsei's mother in shock but Junsei himself.

"Every word you spat out toward your own son disgusted me." Those were the words that came out, echoing across the house, letting Junsei's parents know the full intent of those words.

Only for Junsei's mother to look back at Bukki with slight contentment and confusion. But more importantly, Junsei was confused about the matter. Didn't his mom just explain who he really is to her, and she still chooses to cling to this innocence of his? This didn't make sense. Only for Junsei to come back to the conversation, still a bit baffled himself.

"I only just met the boy, and I can tell he's a sweet child, and you just can't see that. And with all that, you can say that to my face." Her face was now even more furious. She wanted an explanation; just any would work. But in the end, she was left with a look of contempt from Junsei's mother. Not really going any further with the conversation or trying to even show her the truth. She was done. There wasn't anything she wanted anymore. Tired, exhausted, and over with the situation, she leaves Bukki with the final ultimatum.

"If you are so convinced about him, then take him with you. I'm done with this entire situation, and housing him every day only hurts me." Those were the final words; Junsei's mother wasn't going to continue with the argument anymore. She really would rather save her breath than anything else; this situation wasn't worth any more time. And what's more, this was worthless, as he was from the second I started raising him. No, not from the start of raising him; it was when he was born.

10 years ago, just after the birth of Junsei Bijutsu, at Tokyo Japan General Hospital.

Looking at it from the beginning, Junsei's mother always wanted a child, but she didn't want much. Just a normal child, a nice family, and a normal life with it. She was ready for it, but no. Once he was born and she took Junsei into her arms, those simple thoughts scattered the second she saw his eyes.

The boy didn't cry; he just looked upon the world, interested and disinterested in everything. Her perfect, normal family all came crashing down at that moment. And those eyes didn't help. Her small plan for life was so simple, but why an abnormal child? Why?

The proof she needed was just the first day of raising him. Still with that dead facial expression, he talked. He just started to talk a few weeks after the birth. It wasn't sentences that were formed, but still, they were entire words. It was terrifying and horrifying for her. She didn't know what to think of him, so she gave up. She didn't want to acknowledge him. For her, this wasn't real.

She really didn't think much of him anymore, and if she did, it would scare her more than anything. but adoption wasn't an option. What would her friends think of her? She already talked about it to everyone, and if she abandons him, they'll find out. And the ridicule—she didn't want that. She couldn't take it if she was the talk of the whole neighborhood.

So she left him to his own devices; sometimes he would ask for books in simple terms and food. He can read. It's only been 8 months now, and now he's forming sentences. But in the end, she didn't want to, and at the same time, she didn't want to watch after him, so in the end, she just left the boy to himself, barely giving him the basic necessities a child would need.

But whatever motherly instincts Junsei's mother had, they were the only thing the boy would get from her. No love or affection was given to the boy. It was better for her if the child did not die in her home; it wouldn't bring good things her way.

So in the end, the boy was left malnourished and barely alive. It is possible it would hinder his growth if not dealt with properly. But the child didn't know that, nor did the parent, and if she did, she wouldn't still bother with it.

But as time passed, her interest in the child expired, and now she would not feed him anymore or pay attention anymore. Which left the boy to himself, but at that point, the boy had already learned mostly the necessaries to keep himself occupied. And of all things, the boy chooses to watch films. She would be a little confused, but at this point, there was nothing to feel.

As the years go by and the child goes to daycare and school, she gets multiple comments about the child. 'Not normal.' 'maybe something ill in the head.' 'doesn't talk to anyone.'—those were just some of the complaints that she got. But with that, the child was still left to fend for himself. To be honest with herself, the comments did annoy her and somewhat make her anxious about her status in the community and how people saw her. The woman with the weird child She would hate that, because that wouldn't pan out for her according to her ideals.

The years passed by, and the only thing was the rumors about a child director going by the web and other media. Rumors are rumors, but a child director is ridiculous. Well, that was her thought on the matter until that event. That, that, it... it came to me with a smile. Honestly, she did panic in the moment, not because she thought it was the child, but because she thought it was a stranger that came into their house out of nowhere.

it was probably more similar to when a goldfish you owned started to talk one day. Those dead eyes became real human eyes one day. Who wouldn't freak out in the moment? So saying something that she wanted to keep to herself just came out in the moment. The words came from her mouth; the true essence of her thoughts came down on the boy in that moment.

'You're just a lie." Deep down, she really wanted to get those words out, and now she did.

Now, looking back at the boy, those same bright eyes that appeared have simply disappeared moments after those words left her mouth and have turned back into their dead, dark eyes, like they used to be. The boy did look dejected for a minute, maybe hoping for something else. But after getting nothing but refusal, the boy just left the room, and from there on out, she hadn't talked to the boy, but the rumors never stopped. But she learned to tune it out after she really got annoyed by the rumors.

However, the thing she couldn't ignore was her own sister coming over for a surprise after finding out about her son. She did try to hide the fact she'd ever had one in the past, but now that came for nothing because now she was in the situation she'd hoped she wouldn't be in. But now she is. And the storm that came simply couldn't be ignored. And now she is leaving the boy with her sister.

After her own flashback. Everything comes back to the present, and the storm passes, with Bukki, and Junsei's mother not talking to one another.

And now goes the day, and the waking storm settles down, and the dead of night comes with it. with Junsei and Bukki walking off into the taxi and putting Junsei in. However, Junsei's mother was not there to see Junsei off. Bukki does look back, maybe hoping that there would be some shred of regret in her actions. Just something that would show her that her own sister would have some sympathy for the boy; however, she never came because she never did come out of that house.

That was truly the last time Junsei would see his mom from that day on. But before that, Bukki did come back to the house to speak with Junsei's mother; however, she came back dejected some more, with papers in her hand. Junsei could guess what it was, and it surprised him that it would be that quick for her to write them. But more saddened by the event was Bukki, who was now looking down at the papers in her hand.

"I can't believe she would really just let go that easily." Looking back at the papers, she really couldn't tell if she was melancholy or just frustrated; she just didn't know. But what she did now was realize that she needed to be there for Junsei, and she would try her best.

Getting back in the taxi, Bukki does look back at Junsei with a look of caring, but there is still some sadness for the boy. She didn't know what to say to the boy, except maybe some comforting words.

"I'm really sorry you had to see all that." Bukki says she is trying her best to maybe comfort the boy.

"And only 10 years old," she whispered to herself, still frustrated by the whole event. Just how could her sister be like this? But looking past, Bukki does know her sister as being a little of a perfectionist, always wanting things to be the way she intends, and if she doesn't, she usually just abandons it. But to neglect your own child is taking it too far. She couldn't keep her smile anymore; just sorrowful pity was left. But there was still determination left in her, and that was to provide the best she could for the boy. Yes, that's what she's going to do. With her best abilities, she's going to do it.

Looking at the boy with resounding determination, she was going to find a way to take care of him with everything she could. Bukki says, "I promise I'll give you everything you need for yourself, and I will be there for you, but... I can't give you a good life here." She said she was worried about the unforeseen change she'd bring to the boy.

Junsei didn't know what to think about the moment but only stared back at Bukki, still sitting idly in the back seat. He really wasn't expecting anything too insane or unexpected to come up again after this day.

Sighing at the impending bombshell, Bukki gets ready to tell the boy.

"You see, Junsei, we can't stay here because I wouldn't be able to provide for the both of us here. So... we'll have to go back to America, and my apartment." Bukki says it as gently to Junsei as she can.

Junsei went a little wide-eyed at the comment. Now, that was something he didn't expect.

("America.") Junsei pondered the thought of going there but didn't expect he would go to a new county. Did he have to start over completely from scratch? Well, he did guess to himself that this would be his new world. But now he had to embrace the new environment and adapt to it. He was unsure but still ready for it. A new world, a new opportunity. That is something he was ready for.

Now looking back at Bukki, Junsei says, "I'm okay with that, Bukki." Junsei smiles at Bukki and the new opportunity he'll get.

"Okay, thank you, Junsei." Bukki smiles back with gratitude for Junsei's understanding in all this chaos.

Now, finally, while driving away in the car, Junsei does look back at the scene and his previous life. Maybe he felt like something deep was being left behind. It was either sorrow or something else. Junsei didn't know. But there wasn't any anger directed at his mother or self-pity for himself. But deep down, Junsei hoped that maybe she could find some joy in her life, even if it wasn't with him. Why did Junsei think this? He doesn't know the answer to that or even the logic in his thoughts, but at the same time, he doesn't want to hold any grudges against her. So this was really, maybe, the last time he'll ever see his mother. Someday, maybe she can see a new self, like Junsei is trying to find himself.

Now, with a bittersweet smile and departure, Junsei quietly whispered to himself, "Goodbye, Mom." This might truly be the last time he sees his own mother in the foreseeable future. But as the car drove off, the house where Junsei lived was no longer visible.

Things happened pretty quickly. However, Jusnei was nearly zoned out, still trying to think of everything that happened. So by the time he started to acknowledge everything around him, he was already in America with Bukki, trying to talk to Junsei, worried about his behavior.

"Hey Junsei, where already here, look. This is my city, Los angeles" Bukki says, trying to get the boy to see his surroundings.

Junsei looks up and immediately sees large, towering skyscrapers and cars everywhere, as you can see driving on massively large and long roads. Everything was way more spaced out than Japan, with the air being sweet but definitely more gas than anything else.

But what really caught Junsei's eye was the large number of diverse people. So many people, talents, and opportunities for communication. But what really concerned him was how each person would want to communicate. This was either going to be hell, or heaven for Junsei. But he was ready for this new world. Whether he's ready or not, he's going to be ready for it.

"Well what do you think?" Bukki chimes in.

"Smells, like gas and cigarettes." Junsei point blank tells her.

"Egh! Well I promise it's better than you think." Bukki says in hope to salvage the situation.

"But I like it." Interjects with a smile. Not wanting to worry Bukki too much.

With her worry gone, Bukki smiles back and responds " Alright, then. well I'm not sure, if you'll like it. But I do live in an apartment. But I promise it will be big enough for us, it is nice and cozy with a good view of the city, I promise." She said in hopes of alleviating any worries from the boy about his new surroundings.

"I'm alright. Wherever we go, I'm fine. and please don't worry, Bukki. I'm sure I'm going to get accustomed to this massive city." Junsei smiles gently towards Bukki, In effort to make her less worried about him.

Looking back at Junsei, Bukki nods back with reassurance "Alright, lets go."

With new confidence in Bukki. Bukki, and Junsei go on in their new life in Los angeles. With life going on, But what was really the hard part for Junsei was needing to start over his film career from scratch. But getting done with the language and system of how this would work came first.

However, more conveniently, Junsei was able to skip entire grades due to America's education system. And in doing so, Junsei was able to get to college in just 1 plus years of getting to America. Bukki was more proud than anything from this and only wished the boy a good future in college, but she would still come to help Junsei out whenever need be. So came Junsei college life.

The college Junsei chose was well known for its exploits in film and other areas of media and entertainment, which made it simple enough to start getting involved in film. But it wasn't as simple at first, given that Junsei was a literal child trying to direct low-budget films, which were mostly occupied by young adults. But he was mostly able to solve the problem. Mostly thanks to Jack. So with everything put together, Junsei was able to get his name across the entertainment industry and, more importantly, Hollywood.

But what Junsei most importantly learned was the idea of making those same low-budget films. if Junsei can express those same ideas and make them come across as a great executable matter with relatively good communication on every end. A great film can be made with great passion if you just put the idea across. But nowadays, this is rarely found in the modern film industry, which is mostly monopolized by big film studios.

So that is why Junsei decided to mostly work as an independent film director and in an independent studio, where he can work on his own film. However, Junsei would sometimes be employed to work with the big studios but could go on his own to make his own film. With Junsei having to use his own budget and wealth, which he gets from the money he uses from those freelance jobs in those same big-time film studios, unfortunately most of the time leaves Junsei nothing to work with. Which left Junsei's health jeopardized a lot of the time, stunting certain areas of the body.

But managing his own independent studio was all that difficult, but for him, it had its fun moments. Leaving Junsei to be quite respected in the world of entertainment. But in the end, now in the present, Junsei is left with a wave of writer's block, leaving him unable to carry on his job properly.

...

Which now leaves us off with the present Junsei finally getting on his flight to Tokyo, Japan.

"(Who would've thought it? "Was I just starting to think back to my past life?") Junsei thought in his mind. Maybe he tried to find an answer to his problem from his past? Well, he didn't know.

But overthinking wasn't going to help much now, so Junsei decided to find something to do in Tokyo. Junsei thought of what was most popular nowadays in Japan. And it came to his mind.

"(Maybe I should go visit one of those idol concerts; it could be fun. (With the whole idol boom and all.)" Junsei thinks of what he knows once he gets there.

With that, the airplane starts taking off as Junsei goes off to Japan. Back home, where everything started, he looks at the night sky. With the stars gleaming more brightly than ever and his own starry eyes mirroring the sky itself, with a new journey awaiting Junsei, he didn't know what would happen. But he was ready.

Notes

So anyway, this was a massive rewrite. I did retcon a couple things here and there, but I still stuck to the overall story I'm trying to portray. Hopefully you enjoy it, and I'm sorry for taking too long to rewrite here. But now I have a better basis to write off. So if work doesn't kill me, I can write more about what I enjoy.
