Ichigo Otohime and Shouta Oone went to a restaurant and find a table to sit on and reading the menu.
"Otohime-san? Have you decided on what you want to order?"
"Hmm...I don't know on what to order Oone-kun?"
"What about ordering okonomiyaki Otohime-san?" Shouta suggested.
"Nah Oone-kun. I want to try something different Oone-kun." Ichigo reject Shouta's first suggestion.
"What about the strawberry cheesecake?"
"Too obvious."
"Pancake?"
"Too fluffy.
"Onigiri?"
"Too simple."
"Shio Ramen?"
"Too salty."
"Gyoza?"
"Too oily."
"Well I got nothing Otohime-san?" Shouta replied to Ichigo who have ran out of suggestions to Ichigo.
"Hmm...Well I did say I want try something different Oone-kun?" Ichigo replied to Shouta.
Ichigo Otohime and Shouta Oone struggles on what to order. Then suddenly a chef arrived at the table where Shouta Oone and Ichigo Otohime sitting and make a suggestions for the two.
"If you are having trouble on ordering food? What about Poutine for the Gentleman and a big bowl of Chili for the Lady?" The chef suggested.
Surprising the Shouta and Ichigo at the chef arrival and suggestions. 'Hhhhhhssssssss' The chef arriving was so surprising that Ichigo Otohime have wet her strawberry print pullup diaper. Much to Ichigo's embarrassment and her face blush a little.
To prevent Shouta and the chef to find out that Ichigo have just peed her diaper. She replied to the chef and said. "Um...OK I'll take the big bowl of chili."
"If your taking the chef's suggestions Otohime-san? Then I'll do the same."
"Excellent!" Chef happily replied the two who take the chef's suggestions. "I'll get your Poutine and Big Bowl of Chili ready just wait and relax and enjoy your time you two." The chef left Shouta Oone and Ichigo Oone to enjoy their date in private and prepared to cook their meals in the kitchen.
"Um Oone-kun I need to go the bathroom real quick! Please wait Oone-kun!" Ichigo hastily said to Shouta due to her peed diaper. Ichigo need to change her wet diaper quickly.
"Um Ok Otohime-san?"
Ichigo left the table and went to the girls restroom to change her wet diaper.
'So did the menus I suggested to Otohime-san have cause her to need to peed so badly before she wet her diaper?' Shouta thought unaware that Ichigo already peed her diaper and in need of a change.
In the girl restroom is Ichigo who had wet her diaper in surprised by the chef appearing out of nowhere is removing her peed diaper and cleaning her lady parts. 'That chef just surprised me out of nowhere...that I peed my diaper.'
'I need to put on my new diaper real quick.'
After Ichigo finished cleaning herself, she put on a fresh new diaper on with a strawberry print on and put her wet diaper in the trash. She went out of the girl restroom and back to table where Shouta is sitting at.
As the two waited for their meal to arrived. The worker arrived and bring their lunch they ordered to Shouta Oone and Ichigo Otohime table; Ichigo's order was more surprising.
"Here you go you two. Poutine for the gentleman and big bowl of chili for the lady."
'Ssssssssssssssss' Ichigo's order was so surprising that she ending up peeing her diaper again much to her dismay as she just change her diaper in the restroom only to wet herself in surprise again.
"Thank you for bringing our meals"
"Thank you."
"Enjoy your lunch you two." The worker wish Shouta and Ichigo despite wetting her diaper again a good lunch to eat as the worker left their table after bringing their lunch.
Shouta and Ichigo clap their hands together and said these word before eating. "Itadakimasu!"
"Otohime-san are you sure you can finished that chili? Its kinda huge to eat?"
Ichigo Otohime put on her bib and use her spoon to eat her big bowl of chili and replied to Shouta Oone's question in hope to distracted Shouta from noticing that Ichigo wet her diaper by eating the big bowl of chili.
"Don't worry Oone-kun, I'll manage...nom nom nom nom...you should eat your poutine...nom nom nom nom."
'Sssssssssssssss'
"If you say so Otohime-san?" Shouta's doubted as he eat his poutine.
'Sssssssssssssss'
As Shouta and Ichigo eat their lunch. Ichigo manage to blow Shouta's doubt by finishing her big bowl of chili despite her peeing her diaper while she continuing eat her chili to distract Shouta's from sniffing her wet diaper aroma.
"Buuuurp!" Ichigo make a big burp after eating that big bowl of chili that the chef recommended.
"Excuse me! Oone-kun." Ichigo excuse herself after she burped.
"That alright Otohime-san...I'm just surprised that you manage to finished that big bowl of chili instead of that burp you just make."
'Oh thank god! Eating that chili had manage to distracted Oone-kun from smelling my wet diaper.'
Ichigo blushed at the comment that Shouta's make. And Ichigo felt her diaper was more soaked with pee than usual; it was a sign that she need to change her diaper real quick before it get worse.
"I'll be in the restroom real quick Oone-kun will you wait?"
"Okay Otohime-san I'll wait."
Ichigo went to girl restroom again to change her wet diaper that is filled with more peed and need to change real quick before her diaper will cause a leak. As she went in the girl restroom; she removed her bigger soaked diaper and clean her private part; Ichigo put on her fresh new strawberry print diaper and put her wet diaper in the trash again and return to Shouta who is waiting for her from the restroom.
"Thank you for your service." Said the worker thanking goodbye to Shouta Oone and Ichigo Otohime as they leaved the restaurant.
Back in the kitchen is the chef and several workers who made the big bowl of chili for Ichigo Otohime as they are taking a break after they finished cooking meals for their customers.
"Hey chef! Did you cook that chili?"
"Yeah, what's the problemo?"
"Oh no. The beans in that big bowl of chili are expired!"
"That girl is going to have diarrhea from that big bowl of chili!"
"I'm sure it'll be fine."
Two hours later. Ichigo and Shouta were at the city park relaxing on the bench they're sitting at. While they're resting after their long trip from the restaurant to the city park.
"So Otohime-san do you want to see the library? I heard this park has a library in this park where people can read book and enjoy the park, are you interested in going?"
"...OK Oone-kun, lets go see the library in the park."
"Lets walk to the library then."
They stand up from the bench and started walking to the library in the park. And a weird sound from Ichigo's stomach have been made while they're walking.
'Gurgle...' Ichigo Otohime's stomach started to make a sound. But Shouta didn't notice the sound as he was too focus on finding the library in the park. Much to Ichigo's relief as she want to find the park library to read some books to relax.
'Gurgle...'
As they're walking in the park to find the library. They saw a cute tanuki eating some meat and later a monkey eating some fruit; Shouta was surprised to see the latter in the park unaware a funny sound have been produce by Ichigo's behind.
'Pfft...' A flatulence sound came from Ichigo's behind much to her embarrassment. However Shouta didn't notice her fart as he just saw an owl sleeping on the tree.
'Thank you owls for preventing Oone-kun to discover that I just farted.' Ichigo feeling grateful for the sleeping owls in the park and a little fart sound that Ichigo made. 'Frap'
One hour later. As they keep exploring to find the library in the park. Ichigo's stomach started to get worse. 'Gurgle...' As Ichigo hold her stomach in pain; she made a big fart that made Shouta notice her by sound and the smell she made. 'PFFFFFFFFT!'
"Otohime-san are you okay?"
Ichigo hold in stomach in greater pain after she farted and she need to go find the restroom soon.
"Oone-kun..."
"I..."
"Need..."
"T...To"
'RRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIPPPPPPPPPP'
"F...iiiii...nnnnnd."

'FRAP!'
Ichigo did the unimaginable in her diaper for the first time that isn't pee. Ichigo Otohime just poop herself in her strawberry print diaper while infront of Shouta Oone who was surprised at what Ichigo doing for the first time in her diaper.
'BRRP!'
'RRRRIIIIPPPP!'
'PPPPFFFFTTTT!'
'PFFRRTCH!'
Ichigo Otohime clean strawberry print diaper is now dirty with poop and fart giving her diaper a messy stain and a smelly aroma with a sticky and mushy feel between her butt and diaper. Worse of all Ichigo did this infront of Shouta who was still surprised at what Ichigo did in her namesake print diaper.
"Hick-hic-hic-sob-sob" Ichigo is crying after she went for the first time in her diaper that isn't peed for once. Ichigo had pooped her diaper; her diaper had become very smelly and feel sticky.
Shouta took notice at what Ichigo did to her diaper as he notice the strong smell that she did in her diaper; Shouta decide to help the crying diaper girl in her situation.
"let go Otohime-san!" Shouta said to Ichigo and grab her hand to find the near restroom to get her pooped diaper change as possible before it get worse.
They soon found a public restroom and Ichigo went inside and try to change her smelly diaper filled with poop. As she open her diaper; it gives a foul aroma in the air that displease Ichigo's nose and Ichigo felt ashamed at what she made in her diaper as she removed her sticky diaper and throw it in the trash.
'I can't believe that I made that in my diaper?'
'It smelled! And sticky!'
Ichigo use some toilet paper to clean her butt from the poo-stain she made from her diaper. Ichigo slowly wipe her butt carefully removing the messy stain she made to not dirty her clothes and finally cleaning up her butt. After her butt become clean after she pooped her diaper, Ichigo put on a new fresh clean strawberry print diaper. Ichigo went outside from the public restroom and continue keep walking with Shouta to find the library in the park.
'I hoped that Oone-kun isn't disgusted with me at what I done?' Ichigo mortified at the thought after she done cleaning her butt on what she did in front of him while they walk to find the park library.
As they walk deeper in the park; Shouta and Ichigo finally found the library in the park where a lot a people reading books or having a good time at the park library. They have a great time in the park library with Shouta Oone relaxing at the outdoor park tables while Ichigo Otohime reading some books in the library.
'I can't believe that Otohime-san just poop her diaper?'
'That must be one strong chili to cause her an accident in her diaper?' Shouta thought unaware that the beans in the chili was expired.
'I hoped reading the library in the park will take Otohime-san mind off from her pooping her own diaper just today?' Shouta hoped Ichigo's mind will be distracted by reading at the park library from the nasty feeling that she made by messing in her own diaper today.
As the day end; Shouta Oone and Ichigo Otohime walked back to the park entrance and went home with Ichigo blush in red at what she did in the park today after Shouta went separate way and saying goodbye to her as he went home.

At Ichigo's residence is Ichigo Otohime taking a bath after her date with Shouta Oone went wrong. As she just pooped her diaper for the first while dating Shouta; just remembering she went number 2 in her diaper make her feel more embarrass than usual than Ichigo leaking her diaper.
As Ichigo remember feeling the sticky feel at the bottom of her butt mushing up inside her diaper. And the aroma from her foul-smelling stools in her strawberry print diaper.
'Ugh...that disgusting feeling in my diaper was nasty.'
'I hoped that won't happen in my diaper again.'
'At least Oone-kun was nice enough to help me find the restroom so I could change my dirty diaper as soon as possible.'
Ichigo got out of the bath, dry herself, put on her diaper and pajama. Ichigo went to her room and sleep hoping to forget about the nasty feeling that she made in her diaper today and hope it won't happen again as she sleep in her bed.
'PFFT!'
'BRRP!'
On the next morning, Ichigo waking up from her sleep; she felt a nasty feeling in her diaper that isn't just wet and a foul aroma in the air that she just smell. And when she check at her diaper what she done in her sleep; she was mortified that she just pooped in her diaper again while sleep and thought at her new problem that isn't pee now.
'First I can't control my pee, now I can't control my poo?'
'Did my incontinence become worse?'
'Do I need to keep wearing my diaper forever?'
On that day Ichigo Otohime's incontinence become worse after she ate the expired chili at that restaurant.
'If my incontinence become worse? What next? I'm going to become a baby?'
