A/N: We move on to the next part of the Gran Prix! After two more races, what else is in store for the teams?
Reviews:
Zaksauruszilla: It'd be better to keep it as a surprise. I would say it's nothing that crazy, but then again, what's interpreted as "crazy" is different for everyone.
Ginrai12: Glad you're enjoying it man. With the three of them all being on different teams, it was bound to happen sooner or later, barring an early elimination from one of them. Even the Kagami/Kageyama interactions was already something I had planned to happen before the season started(didn't expect them to be on different teams though). Though the Diana and Kageyama thing was not one I was expecting to do at first. It's out of the blue, but with how competitive this season has been from the first episode, it makes sense. Kagami and Kageyama's rivalry is more out of just the two being competitive. Like Kageyama said, they definitely respect each other and would probably be buds outside of the game. Can't say the same for Diana/Kageyama. They just don't like each other. All it took was one little statement from the other to make them enemies lol.

"Welcome back! With the third race of the Gran Prix now finished, we prepare for the fourth race! And it looks like unfortunately for me, Kageyama and Diana have calmed down. But don't worry though, I'm sure we'll see more from those two soon enough." Chris said.
"Well, ya did good kid. Minus the falling flat on your face part. But, you got up and you kept on runnin'. And that's all that matters." Eda said to Luz.
"Nice life lesson Captain Hook." Rick said to Eda as he passed by, drink in hand.
"With that breath, looks like you need more than just a life lesson." Eda said.
"And I'm damn sure not getting it from you." Rick said.
"With an attitude like that I can see why you got kicked out the last time you were here." Eda said.
"Yeah? So what? I left on my own accord. I quit. It's that f[censored]ing simple. If you had to stay on a s[censored]tty island with 70+ other people for weeks you might quit too. Unfortunately for you, not everyone can be Luz and see the positives in everything. And this is coming from the person that has seen damn there everything you could think of." Rick said.
"That's not what I saw. Your team decided to vote you off and you twisted it as you quitting."
"Like I said, I don't play by his rules. He can say whatever the hell he wants. I quit. What part of that don't you f[censored]ing understand?"
"Oh I get it. What I don't get is why you're back."
"Sure I'll tell you. It's none of your damn business." Rick said. "Now I just wanna know when we're going to get the hell out of here." He said before walking away.
"Ugh, glad that guy's not on your team this season either." Eda said to Luz, annoyed of him.
"He's... interesting to say the least. But he's not as crazy as Hiruma that's for sure." Luz said, looking at Hiruma as he was on his laptop, a rifle propped up on his shoulder. "Is everyone just okay with him just casually walking around with a gun?"
"If he wasn't told about in the first minute or so, probably not."
"That, or he just doesn't care and will still have it regardless."
"Or that. Fair point." She said before looking at Cameron.
"Eda, I need your honest opinion about something." Luz said.
"What's up?"
"Hanamiya and Aomine. Do you really think Hanamiya did that on purpose?"
"Well... honestly, I'm not sure. But I'll say this, I really don't think what Aomine did was an act. Even if he made a mistake, that didn't sound like someone that's not being genuine when he said he wanted to protect you."
"Protect me?"
"Yeah. You didn't know? That guys was like inches away from sending you flying."
"No... I didn't. The thing is, it's only been Kagami and Aomine that have been vocal about him being like this. Though Midorima seems like he knows he's that way too. Haizaki looks like he knew all of them before coming here but... I don't think he's said much about Hanamiya." Luz said.
"Well, if you don't know for sure, just talk to 'em! Ask around. You're the last person I'd think people wouldn't talk to." Eda said.
"True. Thanks Eda!"
"Anytime kid!"
"All right guys! With this being the end of the third race, we're going to move on to the second race in a couple of minutes. So if you're not here, I'm going to need you back here ASAP." Chris announced.
"So who's gonna get Aomine?" Zak S. asked, as he was still nowhere to be found where the other contestants were.
"I'll get him." Zoey said. "I kinda overreacted with the stuff I said before so I want to go apologize. He looked like he was genuinely trying to stop someone from getting hurt. It's just unfortunate that Cameron got hit." She said before leaving to go and find him.
"Diana, Lotte, Akko, and even Sucy despite her not competing in this race, I'd like to say once more that I am proud to have each of you as students of Luna Nova Academy and as representatives of us on this show. Even with your loss, you were all determined to win and do your absolute best. Something that was shown in several ways throughout all three of you. From Akko's contagious energetic mindset to Lotte's quiet determination, and even Diana's burning passion to win. And while I admit, I have never seen Diana show that much emotion and passion before, I'll also say that it was something to behold." Headmistress Holbrooke said to everyone, beginning to give a closing speech.
While this speech continued, Aomine was off by himself in the forest, standing against a tree as a foot was propped up against it, with his hands in his jacket pockets. He took a deep breath as he had his eyes closed.
"Hey, what's up? Just wanted to check on you and make sure you were okay." Hanamiya said, appearing from the distance as he approached him. Aomine kept his eyes closed, clearly ignoring him. "Guess that's a no."
"Pretty unfortunate what happened to Cameron. I talked to him before I got here and he said he was fine. He told me he doesn't blame you for what happened. Was just a freak accident."
Aomine was no longer propped up on the tree and was beginning to walk away. He wasn't even about to entertain him, knowing that he was lying out of his teeth.
"You know, I think I figured out why I love basketball so much." Hanamiya said.
Aomine stopped after hearing this, not turning around, but genuinely curious to hear what his answer was. "Yeah? What reason could somebody like you have to love basketball?"
"The same reason why I love some other games. Because... I get to see people like Kuroko and Luz, who work so hard and are so nice, friendly and sweet with everyone, and try to do things 'the right way', have tears and looks of agony when they lose to people who are the so called 'bad guys'. It's no question I want to win just like you all do. But it's so much better seeing people like them lose."
"Oh yeah? Too bad that's not going to happen then. Tetsu and Kagami beat you and Kirisaki Daichi the last time you guys played. And even if they don't go up against you, you and I both know that there's no way in hell you're going to beat anyone here like Lucy, Razer or Ben. You already showed your hand once and failed. You're not gonna get that chance again."
Hanamiya laughed. "You keep underestimating me. Who says I haven't learned something from all this? You know what I learned? Never go after guys with glasses. They always seem to have luck on their side when it comes to these things. Guess that rules out Midorima. It's too bad Kuroko and Luz aren't the same way. Now who should I go after next? Kuroko? Luz? Maybe the famed emperor and his little friend. I can't wait to see him on the ground crying, broken and ashamed. Hell, I get far enough... I get to see the look on Molly's face when she realizes that I can't stand people like her before she loses too." He said before laughing.
Aomine had heard enough. He was about to grab Hanamiya and punch him before stopping himself, realizing that this was exactly what he wanted. He closed his eyes and turned around to walk away. "I'll give you this. It's no guarantee Luz or Tetsu will win. But if there's one thing that's certain, you're gonna lose."
"Aomine!" A voice was heard calling out, the source being Zoey.
"I keep telling you not to underestimate me. And now, it's going to cost you." Hanamiya thought before running behind him intending to attack him, but Aomine reflexively dodged the attack and punched him right back, knocking him onto the ground.
"Next time you try to attack me, you better have a plan." Aomine said. "Unlike Tetsu and the others, I don't have a problem with stopping you by force if I have to. Ask Haizaki. Now who's underestimating who?"
"Speaking of Haizaki, I'm gonna give you the same warning I gave him. The minute you go too far, you're going to regret it. We clear?"
"Aomine! There you are." Zoey said, finding him as Aomine turned to see Zoey.
"Look, I wanted to say I'm sorry for-" She said before noticing Hanamiya too who was on the ground.
"I said... I was sorry." Hanamiya said in pain while still on the ground.
"For ever thinking that I could apologize to you." Zoey finished, frowning. "Hanamiya apologizes and you punch him for it?"
"The hell are you talking about? That's not even close to what hap-"
"And now you're lying about it." Zoey said before going to Hanamiya. "You alright?"
"Yeah. I'm good." He said, starting to get up.
"Come on, we're about to start the next race." Zoey said. After she did this, Hanamiya turned around and gave a slight smile in Aomine's direction.
Aomine wasn't exactly thrilled that he was framed for something he didn't do. While he frowned, it was as extreme of a reaction that Hanamiya was hoping to get out of him. After both of them were out of eyesight, Aomine hit his fist to the side against a tree.
"Damn it!" Aomine said, gritting his teeth before taking a few seconds to calm down and regroup with his team.

Aomine(Storm Kings):
"That ba[censored]d. As soon as he heard Zoey he took advantage of it. I knew he was there to provoke me and I still fell in his trap. Damn it!"

***Confessional***
Zoey(Wave Breakers):
"If the Kings lose and he somehow stays, he's going to regret it. Big time. Every single challenge that I have to go against him in, I'll make sure it's a nightmare for him."

Hanamiya(Wave Breakers):
"I gotta admit, that actually did hurt. But I had to make it genuine to really sell it. I've got Aomine right where I want him now. If the rest of his team hears about what happened here, I guarantee some of them will turn against him. I'd imagine his and his friends' next move is to try team up to take me out. If it were the basketball court, it might have worked. Ask Jabberwock what happened when they underestimated them. But guess what? It's not. As much as I can't stand her, someone as talentless as Luz winning only proves that power isn't everything. Though I guess you could say the same for Kuroko as well. If anything, his skills in particular make him more of a problem than Kagami or the Miracles here. It doesn't seem like it, but he's a complete game changer. He singlehandedly ruined my plans when we played. And he didn't even attempt a single shot offensively. The second I have the opportunity to get rid of him I'm going to take it."
"And speaking of breaking, the next time I do go after someone, I don't think I'll go for the legs anymore. Next time it's going to be something else. And I'll make sure it hurts this time. Thankfully though, I don't have to play again, so I honestly don't really care about winning anymore. As long as someone from one of the other teams goes I'll be happy with the results today."

Aomine returned to the rest of his team, hands in his jacket pockets again.
"You're really trying to walk in all cool after what just happened?" Courtney said to him.
"I don't know what Hanamiya or Zoey said to you all. But whatever it was ain't even close to being the truth." Aomine said.
"Well what else are we supposed to believe? We just heard you punched someone!" Riley said.
"Okay, what's your side of the story?" Luz asked.
"I went away to cool off before we got moving again. Then Hanamiya shows up to talk about what happened. Tried to provoke me but, admittedly he got me just enough for Zoey to believe him." Aomine explained.
"Just enough? That's not what Hanamiya's face looks like." Courtney said. "Did you or did you not punch him?"
Aomine sighed. He was stuck in a pretty tough position. "Yeah. I did."
"You shouldn't have done that Aomine." Midorima said.
"I know that already damn it! Now get off my case." Aomine said, starting to get angry and annoyed.
Kuroko appeared and suddenly punched Aomine in the face, which surprised everyone, even Haizaki, Mayuzumi, Hanamiya, Chris and Chef.
"Didn't see that coming." Heloise said, eyes widened in surprise as well.
"Yep. Literally in his case." Doyle agreed, also surprised.
"You little s[censored]!" Aomine said, grabbing him by his shirt before punching him back.
"AOMINE!" Kagami said, about to intervene before Kurt stopped him by holding his hand out and shook his head, signaling for him not to.
"DAMN IT GET OUTTA THE WAY!" Kagami said.
"Kagami. Think for a second. Do you really think that's going to help anything?" Kurt asked.
"Kurokocci will be alright. I'm sure he's got a reason for doing this." Kise said.
"I hope you're right." Kagami said, calming down.
"Honorguard!" Sophie called out, creating a protective barrier around Aomine. Although the spell was a defensive spell against attacks, Sophie was using it to stop the two from getting at each other again. Aomine looked around at the barrier, confused as to where it came from.
"Kuroko, what is wrong with you? Why would you do that?" Lucy asked.
"Aomine, stop! You've already done enough." Marinette said.
"Guys, can you please stop punching people?" Dewey asked.
"Yeah, save it for the challenges." Todd said.
"Todd, shut up." Riley gritted in between her teeth.
"Aomine, you need to calm down!" Kuroko said, getting up. Although he usually didn't show emotion, he was not happy with what he had just heard moreso than being punched. Though he was still somehow able to express this without even raising his voice.
"I know you're upset over what happened. I don't like the fact that Cameron got hurt either. But taking your frustrations out in that manner is not the answer. Yes, I'm aware of Hanamiya's reputation. I should know. Kagami and I played against them in the Winter Cup. But we don't have proof to definitively say that he purposely injured him. No one does. I'm not siding with him, I'm just giving him the benefit of the doubt. He may have changed just like you all did. Or not. Whatever the case, we should focus on playing the game like it's intended. This is Total Drama. Not a street fight. If you want to beat him, beat him in the challenges."
Aomine blinked a couple of times before his body relaxed.
"You're right. I'm... I'm sorry." Aomine said. When it seemed like he was calm, Sophie made the barrier disappear.
"You're right you are. What were you thinking? Doing something like that?" Heather said. "At least not make it obvious or easy for you to get caught." Several people looked at her. "What?"
"You got two people saying he's not a good guy. And you got the other four looking at him as if he's a bad guy. That's six people suspicious of him right there. I'm not saying he's bad news, but that should at least raise some red flags." Huey F. said.
"If there's no evidence, there's nothing we can do." Din said before turning to Aomine. "Aomine, keep a clear head. With speed like yours, we can't afford to lose you so early because of your emotions."
"Yeah. Sure." Aomine said, digging in his ear with one finger.
"Ew! Why do you keep doing that?" Heather said.
"And why do you have to be so loud?" Aomine said.
Heather could only put her hands on her hips, annoyed at his comment.
***Confessional***
Heather(Storm Kings):
"Yeah that speed's great and all, but I haven't seen much of a reason to keep him around other than that. And there's plenty of people on this team that have speed. Like Ruby. So that's still not much of a reason either. His little temper flares might be a problem later on. Not to mention he's friends with people on an opposing team. Yeah, they seem like rivals that want to beat each other, but what's stopping them from forming a 5-man alliance? They can team up with each other to take everyone else out so they can have the finals all to themselves. Yeah there's Isagi, Kunigami and Bachira, but from what I've seen, Kunigami doesn't exactly like anyone here. And say what you will about Blue Lock, but their players seem very competitive. They'll want to win themselves, even if it means beating each other. I'll have to keep an eye on Aomine and those other basketball players. What were they called again? The Generation of Miracles or something? If push comes to shove, we might have to get rid of him."
***End Confessional***
***Confessional***
Kurt(Radical Rats):
"I know his team might have mixed feelings about him, and this is coming from a person that's on the outside looking in but, Aomine doesn't seem like a bad guy. He just genuinely wants to help the people he cares about. But he's gotta get control of that temper. Kuroko's right. He can't just go around punching people and think that's not gonna have consequences. Doesn't matter if Hanamiya did that on purpose or not. From what I've seen from Kagami, he and Aomine are alike in more ways than it actually seems. If you're wondering why I of all people am talking about this here... I've got experience. I left my brother behind once. Not willing to go into details but... I learned since then. Abandoning the people I care about is the last thing I plan on doing."
***End Confessional***
***Confessional***
Kuroko(Radical Rats):
"I know what I said to Aomine seems rich coming from me after what I just did, but if there was another way for me to get him to listen, believe me I would have done it. And honestly, while I believe in Aomine, I really don't know if Hanamiya's changed. Besides, I can't just go around publicly accusing people of things when there's no evidence to prove it. All of the great detectives I've read in novels have always gathered evidence before ultimately incriminating someone. So that's the first step. I'll quietly observe. Then, if there's any evidence, I'll gather it. And then, make the arrest." He said before thinking about something. "Actually, there won't be any arrests hopefully. I don't even think Hanamiya would resort to anything that bad."
***End Confessional***
"Hey, Courtney." Aomine said.
"What?" She asked, preparing for some smart remark on his part.
"I'm sorry for pushing you out of the way earlier." He said, his apology surprising her. Afterwards, he said nothing else.
"That's it? Nothing else?"
"What else do you want? I apologized. That should be enough right?" He said, a little annoyed that this was dragging on longer than what it should have. He wanted to apologize and move on. She was dragging it out.
"Well, yeah, I guess so. Hey, I'm sorry too."
"Sorry? For what?"
"For yelling at you to try to make you apologize. I shouldn't have done that. Especially with baseless claims that it was your fault. I don't agree with you punching him regardless of what happened, but trying to force you to say sorry was uncalled for."
"Ah, don't worry about it." He said, waving it off.
Yang punched Aomine on the head.
"The heck was that for?" Aomine asked, upset.
"For being stupid, that's what." Yang said.
"Ironic." Weiss said.
"Shut up! I'm giving advice here!" Yang said before quickly turning back to Aomine. "You wanna clobber this guy, do it in the challenges!" Yang said to Aomine.
"Yeah Tetsu told me the same thing I'm not deaf!" Aomine said back.
"Really? That's your advice?" Weiss asked.
"What? It's good advice." Yang said.
"Honestly? It really is." Ruby R. said.
"Compared to outside of the challenges, doing it within them seems to be generally accepted. From a moral standpoint however, the methods used vary in levels of acceptance." Penny said.
"Okay, okay I get it. Yang gave good advice." Weiss said.
"If it helps, Ben could go Clockwork and figure out exactly what happened. He'll just need to be in the spot you guys were in. Where were you Aomine?" Rook asked.
"That's a great idea!" Ben said.
"I literally just said I need you guys back so we can get ready for the next race and you're talking about leaving again. No!" Chris said.
"Never mind." Ben said.
"Thanks for trying at least." Aomine said nonchalantly.
"All right guys, now that everyone's back and Professor Holbrooke has given her closing speech, let's get to choosing the participants for the next race! Octavia, since you won, you'll be one of the representatives for the Kings. The rest of you! Akko, Lotte, Lucy, Diana, Luz, Sophie, Weiss, Hanamiya, Kageyama, Karin and Furuya! You're done for this challenge! You cannot be picked again. So teams, you're choices are diminishing. Choose wisely." Chris said. "Your next race is... Motorcycle racing! In Brazil!"
"I've got a motorcycle." Yang said to the rest of the Kings.
"So do I." Ben said.
"Well that was fast." Sly said.
"Is everyone else okay with this?" Ruby R. asked.
"Sure." Blake said.
"Are we allowed to use our own vehicles for this race?" Din asked Chris.
"Yeah. But the wheels have to actually be on the road this time, so, in the case of Rex, if he was racing, that wouldn't be allowed." Chris said.
"Well, that shouldn't be a problem." Ben said. "I finally get to show you my Tenn-Speed. A rebuilt one at least." He said to Yang.
"Do any of you have a bike I can borrow?" Octavia asked. "I'll try my best to take care of it."
"We can just get one of dad's bikes!" Todd said. "I'm sure he wouldn't miss it."
"That's... actually a good idea. But we should ask him first." Riley said.
"Ask? Nah. He's got like a ton of those things. I'm sure he wouldn't mind." Todd said.
"Can you get the bike?" Octavia asked, just looking for a simple yes or no answer.
"Yes." Both Daring siblings said simultaneously.
"I can do it. If someone has a bike I can borrow." Yulaw said to the rest of the Rats.
"We've got you covered." Sanders said to Yulaw.
"We're also going to be in the race too, so we've got you covered in more ways than one." MacArthur said.
"Excuse me, but if you don't mind." Bakura started, though this was actually Yami Bakura taking over and trying to make an impression of his host. "But I'd like to give this challenge a try."
"Sure! Do you have a motorcycle?" Hailey asked.
"Unfortunately I don't."
"Wait, you have a motorcycle?" Scott asked Hailey.
"No. It was just more of a question of if he had one."
"Oh. So if he doesn't have a motorcycle and you don't have a motorcycle. And I don't have a motorcycle. Then who's motorcycle are you going to use?"
"So you need a bike huh? I got you covered." Mr. Wolf said before making a call to Diane Foxington.
After a few rings, someone answered. "Hello?"
"It's a good thing I wasn't doing something important. What's up?" Diane asked.
"I'm gonna need a bike." Mr. Wolf said.
"Sure thing. Just make sure you don't destroy it. Or that's coming out of your winnings." Diane said, with Mr. Wolf feeling her smile from the other end of the phone.
"Just assuming I'll win huh?"
"Oh? The Big Bad Wolf is scared of some kids?" Diane said jokingly.
"Scared? Me? You got the wrong guy. And by the way, some of these guys here are definitely not kids."
"Okay. Kids and adults. Still shouldn't be much of a problem for someone like you right?"
"If you see what I'm seeing so far, you'll know why. But anyways, you don't have to worry about stopping what you're doing. I'll get it myself."
"Awesome. Good luck. Happy driving!"
"Oh I'm not gonna be the one using it. I'm more of a car person."
"Agree to disagree. Motorbikes are so much better."
"Hey! Are you askin' for a bike or talkin' to your GF?" Haizaki asked.
"Wouldn't have put it that way, but you gotta hurry up man." Doyle said.
"Gotta go. Gonna pick up that bike soon. I'll make sure to bring it back." Mr. Wolf said.
"Later."
Both hung up.
"Well? What did she say?" Kageyama asked.
"Long story short, it's a yes." Mr. Wolf answered.
"Great!" Bakura said.
"Alright, so that's one. I can't race anymore, but even if I was, I'm not much of a bike guy so I'd rather not. Who else?" Mr. Wolf asked.
"This is going to be weird but..." Jenny said before transforming into a bike. "I can steer, but someone needs to work the throttle." Jenny said.
"Is something like that even allowed?" Hailey asked.
"As long as there's a rider that's doing something to control her, yes. Which from what hearing is exactly the case, so I'll allow it. But both of you have to cross, with the rider being on the bike!" Chris said.
"Don't look at me. I'm not stepping into that territory." Johnny said.
"Oh that is so metal! I'll do it!" Nimona said, jumping up to eagerly volunteer.
"Awesome! Now we need one more." Molly said.
"I would but... I really don't feel like being annoyed so..." Zak M. said.
"Annoyed by who?" Scott asked.
"My parents. And no, it's not what you think. I just don't like them."
"Well, that clears that up." Reagan said.
"I guess I can do it. If someone's got a bike I can use." Duncan said.
"Don't worry about it. I got a bike you for you." Chris said.
"Let me rephrase that. Anyone but you." Duncan said.
"Zak, if you have something, get it. Now." Blaineley said, more commanding then anything else.
"What are you, my parents? You can't tell me what to do. If I say I don't want to do it, I don't want to do it." Zak M. said.
"Listen kid! You better go and get that bike! Or else!" Blaineley said, not about to deal with the anti-matter cryptid controller's attitude.
"Or what? You can't hurt me. I've got no reason to be scared of you." Zak M. said.
"Alright, this is taking too long. If you don't pick someone in the next ten seconds, then I'm going to pick someone for you at random." Chris said.
Urien shoulder charged Zak, knocking him back.
"Oh you're gonna regret that." Zak M. said, going to try and attack him with the grapple of the Fang only for his attack to be stopped by an aegis reflector and feeling the effects of getting hit by one as well.
"Now then, whatever bike you have. You will get it. Or you will feel even more pain. Do I make myself clear?" Urien asked.
"Time's up!" Chris said.
"Ha! You did all of that for nothing!" Zak M. taunted.
"Insolent child!" Urien said, angered.
"Eijun! Hope you can ride a motorcycle, because you're up!" Chris said.
"ALL RIGHT!" Eijun said before pointing upwards. "EVERYONE! BALLS WILL GO FLYING! SO PLEASE DO YOUR BEST!"
"THIS ISN'T A VOLLEYBALL GAME DUMBA[CENSORED]! AND STOP YELLING!" Kageyama said.
"You're yelling too you moron." Dan said. Though his remark seemed to have been ignored.
"I WASN'T EVEN TALKING ABOUT VOLLEYBALL! I PLAY BASEBALL!" Eijun yelled back.
"We're not playing baseball either." Tsukishima said in a deadpan voice.
"Oh. STILL! EVERYONE! PLEASE DO YOUR BEST!"
"Do you even know how to ride a motorcycle?" Dan asked.
"No, I don't. But, it should be easy to learn right?" Eijun asked.
"We're doomed." Fiona said, a hand on her forehead.
"Just have to hope for the best. Maybe he's a quick learner?" Molly said.
"The guy was yelling about this being a baseball game three races in a racing challenge. Excuse me for not feeling confident about our chances." Tsukishima said.
"Well if you weren't feeling confident about your chances then you should have picked someone." Heloise remarked.
"Considering what was happening, that seemed pretty hard to do. For some reason." Reagan said.
"Alright, everyone follow me. Once we get to Brazil, I'll let you get your vehicles." Chris said as he opened a portal.
"Goodbye professor! Bye everyone!" Akko said, waving to several of the Luna Nova students along with Professor Chariot.
"Good luck! And have fun!" Chariot called out.
"You better win Akko!" Amanda called out before leavng and going to the confessional.
"I'll try!"
"Bye Eda! Bye Gus!"
"Catch ya later Luz!" Gus said.
"See ya kid! Good luck!" Eda called out before both of them got ready to go in a portal themselves back to the Boiling Isles.
"Nice meeting you Professor. You got a good kid there in Akko. They may not be on the same team, but she's in good hands." Eda said to Chariot, referring to Luz.
"Perhaps. They do seem to have taken a liking to one another." Chariot said.
"Well duh. Look at their teachers. Of course they would!" Eda said.
"Hey! I just realized something. I didn't get to see your magic!" Luz said to Akko, which caused her to put her hands on her cheeks.
"Oh no! I totally forgot! Chris! Can you wait just this one second! Please?"
"No! We gotta go now." Chris said.
"Metamorphie Fociesse!" Akko suddenly turned into an elephant, knocking several people down.
"The hell?" Kagami said.
"Why would you do that here!?" Diana said.
"I'm sorry! I really wanted to show some magic before we left!" Akko said.
"And you chose an elephant to turn into. Of course you did." Sucy said, realizing that she shouldn't even be surprised.
"Sorry? You should be sorry!" Luz said. "Sorry that you didn't show me this earlier! How could you keep that from me? And I thought we were friends." Luz said, a fake pouty face.
"Well, you showed us. Now could you please go back to normal and get off me?" Noah said, being crushed under the weight of before a red light was seen as Albedo transformed into Humungousaur, throwing Akko off and into the portal as she was heard yelling before going in.
"Idiot." Albedo said before reverting back to normal as he was also being crushed by Akko before he threw her off.
"Thanks." Noah said.
"No need for your gratitude. With how things were going, it was the only way she was going to move." Albedo said.

Amanda:
"Akko and the others might have lost, but you haven't seen the last of us. The school's collabin' with Hexside for something called a Grudgby match. So we're comin' to the Boiling Isles next time. Not sure what that is but it seems fun. How do I know this? I secretly took it from Professor Badcock's-
Noise was suddenly heard outside.
"The heck is going on out there?"
The next thing she knew she was gone as the confessional abruptly ended.

Race Inspired By: Road Rash 3(Some of the weapons are from the game, while some are completely original ideas I came up with) & Total Drama Island Multiverse Edition: Running Up the Score's Yang VS Vert Motorcycle Race
Akko was still on the ground, reverting back to normal as her magic was no longer effective to use, face flat on said ground before getting up. It was revealed that she had bruises on her face, which was now flat, a recurring injury for her, but one she always recovers from. She looks around at her surrounds and sees one cabin and trees.
"Huh?" She said, confused.
Everyone else started to come through the portal along with the confessional in a different portal. Amanda suddenly tumbled out of it.
"Hey wait a minute! Granted, I've never set foot in a South American country a day in my life but... this doesn't look like Brazil!" Akko said to Chris, her face now back to normal.
"Yeah, that's because it's not." Chris said as the last few people came through and started to look around. "Welcome, or in the case of some of you, welcome back to Camp Wawanakwa, the location of Total... Drama... Island!"
"Are you kidding me Chris!?" Heather said.
"Wow Chris. Really? Really?" Duncan said.
"Man, this is where you guys went? Kinda sucks if you ask me." Amanda said, casually going to where the others were.
"Amanda? How did you get here?" Akko asked.
"Don't know. Was in the confessional. Then, next thing you know I'm here." Amanda said.
"Yeah and now you've got to go back. Now." Chris said.
"Seriously? Can't I at least watch the next race?" Amanda asked.
"No! If you don't go back, the school's going to be looking for you. And this is going to be one of the first places they look. Which is going to lead into some problems for me that I don't feel like dealing with." Chris said.
Amanda groaned. "Then just sign me up as intern or something!"
"No!" Chris said before opening a portal. "You don't go back, I can ban you from participating in the show. Yes, I heard that you wanted to compete but got rejected. But that's something you've got to take up with the school, not me."
"Fine. Akko, I'm serious! You better win! Especially in that Grudgby match!"
"Grudgby match? We're having a Grudgby match?" Luz said.
"How the heck do you know that?" Chris said before Amanda was already gone in the portal.
"Judging from how you're looking right now, I take it she spoiled a future challenge for you." Duncan said, taking delight in the host's misfortune.
"Yep. It's a future challenge." Heloise said with Chris frowning at her.
"It's not like they don't know anyway." Chef reasoned.
***Confessional***
Chris:
"Seriously, I made no mention of that ever happening in the future. So how the heck did she know that?"

Luz(Storm Kings):
"A grudgby match huh? Can't wait. If they thought broom racing was fun, they're going to love that game. But seriously though, I get Heloise knowing since she's an intern and might have access to that stuff. But how did Amanda know that? Can she read minds or something?"
***End Confessional***
"So instead of taking us to the actual country you take us here. I would say I shouldn't even be surprised but it's like you find ways to do worse. Surprised you didn't try to put Brazilian flags everywhere and a banner and say that it was Brazil." Noah said.
"That would have been worse, honestly." Alejandro said.
"I was looking forward to actually visiting Brazil and you do this? Why?" Rei asked, upset.
"Easy. One: Let's try and save the actual world travel stuff for the World Tour part of the season. So if you want to travel the world, you're going to have last long enough for that to happen. Two, way too much possible collateral damage. Look what you guys did to Eastside City! I am not trying to get arrested again." Chris said.
"Like the other things you've done aren't things you can get arrested for?" Courtney asked.
"That's different. Contracts." Chris said before pulling them out.
"Do you just carry those around with you?" Zee asked.
"Not all the time. Why?"
"I don't know. Just seems like it honestly." Zee said, shrugging.
"And to your cabins." Doyle said to Chris.
"My wha-" Chris said before seeing one of the cabins being reduced to nothing but wood.
"Not even one second in and you guys destroy one of the cabins! WHY!?" Chris said, hand on his head. He looked at Chef.
"Nope! I'm not doin' it. That's no longer in my contract." Chef said.
"Oh so that's the noise that I heard when I bounced before turning back to normal." Akko said. "Also wait a minute... did you say we were friends Luz?"
"Uh... yes?" Luz said.
"YES!" Akko said, raising her arms in the air triumphantly.
"Hey, I thought we were friends too!" Hinata said.
"Double yes!"
"Yeah that's great and all, but thanks to you, one of the cabins are out of commission. And I don't think the power of friendship is going to fix them." Chris said.
"It's not like it was my fault. Some big dinosaur or something threw me." Akko said, not getting a clear look.
"Oh yeah, that was Albedo." Natsu said.
"It's a Vaxasaurian." Albedo corrected.
"A what?"
"Humungousaur." Ben said.
"In other words, it's your fault." Chris said to Albedo.
"How was I supposed to know what was on the other side?" Albedo said before taking a deep breath. "But I will apologize. I made a mistake. I should have just pushed her off."
"Look dude, if you're gonna make a big fuss about it, I can just fix it." Ben said to Chris before turning into Clockwork and returning the cabin back to its previous state before it was destroyed.
"Thanks. That watch is honestly so useful, I might hire you as an intern." Chris said.
"Yeah, no thanks." Ben said, quickly declining his offer.
"Offer's still open dude. If you get eliminated that is." Chris said.
"Still, no."
***Confessional***
Ben(Storm Kings):
"Sorry, but me being an intern for Chris is not going to happen. Ever. Being on the show is one thing. But actually working for the guy? Noooo thanks."

"Anyways, go ahead and get your vehicles guys. Eijun, you're gonna have something a little different. Once everyone else comes back, I'll explain." Chris said.
Mr. Wolf, as promised, comes back with a bike for Bakura. MacArthur and Sanders return with three bikes. Ben comes back with the Tenn-Speed. Yang returns with her Bumblebee motorcycle. And Todd and Riley were the last to bring back a bike.
"So turns out, he doesn't have a ton of 'em. This is actually his last one." Todd said.
"What happened to the rest?" Octavia asked.
"They all blew up or got wrecked." Riley answered.
"And what exactly is stopping that from happening to this one?" Sophie asked.
"Oh yeah that's easy, dad's not riding it." Todd said.
"Well, here goes nothing." Octavia said before putting on the red, white and blue star themed helmet. Though it wouldn't fit on her head.
"Don't worry about it. Long as you stay on the bike, you should be fine." Chris said.

"Honestly, I wasn't a big of the colors anyway. But I still wanted to at least try to put on the helmet to avoid hurting myself."

A bike was rolled up by Chef to Eijun. Though it looked nothing like a motorcycle. In fact, it looked more like a bicycle. Eijun had a shocked look on his face.
"THAT'S NOT A MOTORCYCLE!" He said to Chris as he was angrily pointing at the bike.
"It's a bicycle with a motor on it. Looks like a motorcycle to me." Doyle said.
"Not funny. Didn't laugh." Zak M. said.
"If you wanted something that looked like a real motorcycle, you shouldn't have took so long. Take it or leave it." Heloise said.
"Seriously. You don't ride the bike, you can't race. And I'm pretty sure you know what'll happen." Chris said.
"Can we at least make some adjustments to it?" Reagan asked.
"No. You could if it was your bike, but it's not." Chris said.
"Adjustments huh? Teammates, I have an idea." Albedo said. "Yulaw, If you don't mind, I require your bike."
"Teammates just sounds so awkward. You could say something like 'guys' or something like that." Kise said.
"Even Diana doesn't talk like that." Akko said.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Diana asked offended.
"I think she's saying to lighten up a bit." Rocky said.
"I'm completely fine! Thank you." Diana said.
"Are you sure?" Lotte asked.
"Yes!" She insisted.
"She's not fine." Akko whispered to Owen and Tangle.
"I can hear you!" Diana said.
***Confessional***
Akko(Radical Rats):
"I know Diana. She's usually not this bothered by things like she is now. This didn't start until after her argument with Kageyama. Hopefully, given some time she'll calm down. Hinata and I tried to get them to shake hands and... you can see how that turned out."
***End Confessional***
"What ya got Albedo?" MacArthur asked.
"Just observe." Albedo said before turning into Juryrigg.
"Fix! Fix! Fix!" Albedo said before completely taking apart all three of the bikes.
"What the heck are you doing!?" Sanders said.
"I think I know exactly what he's doing. Which is gonna make things a whole lot tougher on us." Ben said.
"What?" Yang asked.
"Just watch." Ben said.
Within seconds, the three bikes were changed into new and improved motorcycles that were sleeker and faster than the originals.
Albedo turned back to normal.
"I am unsure if they're fast enough to compete with Tennyson's vehicle or the others, but, I can assure you that they are undeniably complete upgrades over the original sources." Albedo said.
"All right! Nice one!" Tangle said.
"Sweet!" MacArthur said, checking out the awesome looking bikes.
"If you want to show gratitude, then win this next race." Albedo said.
"That was such a nice thing you did. See? I was right about you." Dawn said, smiling at him.
"Don't be ridiculous. Like I said, you know nothing about me." Albedo said.

"Hey Albedo." Tangle started.
"Yes?"
"That alien you use. What do you call it?"
"A Planchaküle."
"Hmm... Ben, can you use that alien too?"
"Yeah. That's Juryrigg."
"Cool! I'll call him Juryrigg. Is that fine with you?" Tangle asked Albedo.
"Although that is not the alien's actual name, I won't stop you. Do whatever you wish. As long as you don't annoy me with it." Albedo answered.
"Alright! Any other adjustments or upgrades you guys want to do before the race starts?" Chris asked.
"Can't you do the same thing he can?" Bren asked Ben.
"Yeah. Unfortunately, I don't exactly have much to work with." Ben said.
"The Planchakules can only work with what they're given. Which in the case of the motorcycle that Todd and Riley provided, isn't much." Rook said.
"If I went Upgrade, that'd be a different story. Unfortunately though, I've got to race." Ben said.
"Speaking of which, one more thing! I was a little lenient on using your abilities in the Storm Realm race. Here, no! You will not be able to use any abilities in this race! That rule's not changing. So if you break it, you're out! But in exchange, you get access to some weapons that are seen sprawled across the track!" Chris said. The camera changed to weapons such as bats, the Hot Sauce guns used from one of the challenges in Multiverse Edition, paintball guns, water guns among other weapons. There were also noticeably cones placed throughout certain parts of the island along with parts of it being elevated.
"I'm guessing this isn't going to be as straightforward as looping around the track three times like the last time we raced around the island?" Yang asked.
"Actually... it is!" Chris said.
"Really? This can't be that easy." Yulaw said.
"It is. And that's about it! Other than the no powers rule, everything else is fair game! Do whatever you gotta do to get across the finish line first!" Chris said.
"And if you're wondering, I'm not gonna be in this race. Was already told this ahead of time." Doyle said.
"Yeah. In exchange, there's some other surprises set up. By Heloise personally." Chris said.
"Now I know this isn't going to be a good surprise." Rally said.
"Relax, as long as you watch where you're going you should be fine." Heloise said.
"I hope you've got some pain resistance." Miyuki said to Eijun.
"Of course! You should know that I don't give up so easily." Eijun said, a confident grin on his face.
"That clearly went over his head." Toxsa said.
"That or he just doesn't care." Mr. Wolf said.
"Whatever it is, you better win this race for us or else!" Kageyama said.
Eijun gave a salute. "I'LL DO MY BEST TO WIN!"
"And for the love of God would you stop yelling!?" Kageyama said.
"Everyone! Head to the starting line!" Chris said.

The nine racers headed to the starting line.
"Welcome everyone to the fourth race of the Gran Prix! Which in this case is not a race across the highways of Brazil! Instead, it's a surprise visit to Camp Wawanakwa! Here, the contestants, on motorcycles, will race around the island, picking up and using different weapons scattered across the track to use against their opponents. This contest will be a simple 3-lap race around the island in the beach area. Other than the elevated parts of the beach which are ramps, there are no other surprises to take note of! At least as far as I can see. Chris might have something up his sleeve to make this race even harder for our competitors!"
"Alright, try to stay behind us and you'll do fine." Jenny said to Eijun before he gave an unsettling smile as his eyes were closed. And it's not his usual smiles either.
"Uh... what's he doing?" Nimona asked.
"Yep, he's lost his mind." Dan said.
"The hell is wrong with Eijun?" Kageyama asked Miyuki.
Miyuki shook his hand as he smiled. "Ah. That dumb face again."
Nimona changed into Eijun and did the same face back to him.
"Can you guys please stop smiling like that?" Octavia asked.
"Nimona! No powers! Since we haven't started yet, I'll let you off with a warning. But that's the first and only warning you'll get!" Chris said.
"Okay, okay." Nimona said before reluctantly changing back.
"It's too bad she doesn't know what that smile means." Miyuki thought.
"Hey! Relax out there Sawamura! Make sure you even know how to move first!" Miyuki called out.
This caused Eijun to look down and see exactly what he meant.
"There's pedals here. But... is this thing going to be useless? Or..." Eijun thought before shaking himself out of it. "I've got to do my best regardless!"
"Ready?"
"Let's see if that Tenn-Speed can keep up." Yang said as she smiled at Ben.
"Oh I'm definitely sure it can." Ben said, smiling back.
"Guys, you're racing the other team not each other! Just remember that!" Courtney called out.
"I'm sure they already know that." Reimu said.
"Well, it can't hurt to confirm it."
"You should be worried about if you can keep up with us!" MacArthur said.
"Let 'em have their competition. Long as we win, it won't matter anyway" Sanders said.
"Too bad that's not going to happen." Yang said.
"Hope you're ready Nimona." Jenny said.
"Oh I was born ready!" Nimona said.
"GO!"
The bikes sped off. The Rats took off to a jumping start with Yang, Jenny, and Ben being close behind.
"This would have been even better if there was a helmet too." Yulaw said. Although he doubt he'd hurt himself as he's had to take hits from far worse, including from the only other version of himself that's alive, he'd rather make sure.
"Remember Nimona, I've got control of the steering. All you have to do is control my speed." Jenny said.
"So... how fast can you go?" Nimona asked, a curious but eager smile on her face.
"Oh I don't like that look." Jenny said.
"You said you can steer right? So why not?" Nimona said before stepping on the throttle. Hard, causing the two of them to thrust past the competition.
"And the race is off to a blazing fast start! With Nimona and Jenny powering their way to first!"
"Well, at least we don't have to worry about those two falling behind." Reagan said.
"But then there's Eijun." Fiona said before angry grunting was heard. The source: Eijun.
As he was pedaling the bike faster and faster, he sped up more and more to the point to where his speed rivaled that of Jenny and Nimona's.
"Are you serious!?" Ben said.
"How come we didn't get that?" MacArthur asked.
"Because we got actual motorcycles?" Sanders said.
"True but still... look at how fast he's going!" MacArthur said.
"Wow! Eijun and Nimona are speeding ahead of the competition! But it is 3 laps after all. Can they keep up this energy for three laps?"
"That's what you gave him!? A man powered motorcycle!?" Huey D. asked Chris.
"Yep. It was my idea. As long as he can keep pedaling, he'll keep going. The speed all depends on how fast he can pedal. So, if he can keep that up, there's not much that I think could keep up with him from what I've seen so far." Heloise explained.
Although Jenny could control herself even with the fast speed, Eijun, not so much. He was worried about pedaling so much that he forgot about about steering. The first corner that they approached, he ended up speeding out of the cones. The next thing that was heard was an explosion as he was heard yelling from up above.
"THAT DUMBA[CENSORED]!" Kageyama yelled out.

Kageyama(Wave Breakers):
"If we lose, he's out of here. No second thoughts. He just can't control himself. And neither can Furuya it seems."

"I don't care what Miyuki says, both Furuya and Eijun are idiots! One is just loud, and the other is just quiet. If we lose, they're out of here!"

"Wow. I did not expect the surprise to be sprung that early." Chris said.
"He was focused so hard on pedaling, he forgot to steer." Chef said.
"Well said Chef! Let's just hope he sticks the landing, whenever he comes down. And speaking of sticking the landing, looks like Jenny and Nimona are doing just that! For the most part! With Nimona doing some proud poses for the camera!"
"Nimona, you've got to slow down! I'm really having trouble controlling these landings." Jenny said, steering and trying to get back on track as they just landed from another ramp. They were well ahead of the pack, but because of shaky these landings were, Jenny didn't exactly feel comfortable with their lead.
"Slow down? Psh. This is a race. And I don't do slow." Nimona said before speeding up a little more.
"She better do slow or we'll lose! Again!" Dan said.
"She's got a comfortable lead, there's no reason for her to be going that fast." Fiona said.
"She can't help herself it seems. Since the race started she hasn't slowed down once." Myron said. "The only reason why they haven't gotten off track like Eijun did is because Jenny's steering and keeping them in control. But with how things are going, that won't last long. Her speed has been gradually increasing."
"Looks like your team left you behind." Yulaw said as he was beside Bakura.
"It would appear so." The duelist replied back.
"It's too bad! Because unfortunately for you, it's three against one!" MacArthur said, bat in hand as she had picked it up as she was racing.
MacArthur attacked him with the bat, confident that she would get him easily. Though what was unexpected was him catching the bat, taking it from her and kicking her off her bike.
Several of the Breakers, including Zoey were surprised.
"Just goes to show you don't judge a book by its cover! This gentle duelist isn't about to get pushed around that easy!"
"Don't think that'll happen again." Yulaw said to Bakura as he picked up grenades.
"Of course! I would never underestimate you!" Bakura said.
"You gave them grenades? Chris, you're one crazy dude." Haizaki said.
"Oh they're not the type of grenades you think they are." Chris said.
On cue, Yulaw, airborne as the three jumped off a ramp with the Storm Kings' trio right behind them, threw them but missed. Even with his improved accuracy, it wasn't exactly easy to hit someone mid-air. Gas was seen after they exploded.
"Ugh, what is that smell?" Ben said, covering his nose as he and Yang picked up weapons along with Octavia.
"Maybe it's your B.O." Yang said jokingly.
"Very funny. I take baths. And use deodorant thank you very much." Ben said before being hit by water from Yang via a water gun.
"The heck was that for?"
"Just had to make sure." Yang said before a plunger was stuck to her face from Sanders.
"Ha!" Ben said, laughing a little before a plunger was shot at him too.
"Would those two stop fooling around and focus?" Heather commented.
Octavia, after picking up a weapon herself, fired back at Sanders and attacked Yulaw and Bakura as well. Yulaw dodged the hot sauce shots while Bakura used the bat to block them.
"Don't let that stuff get in your eyes guys! Or you're gonna feel exactly what Rally and Hawkeye felt the last time those things were used." Chris called out.
"You know they can't hear you right?" Heloise asked.
"Yeah I know. But I still wanted to at least say that I tried to warn them." Chris said.
"I knew those things looked familiar." Rally said.
"And while it looks like Ben and Yang are having some fun, Octavia looks as if she's in it to win it, immediately attacking her competition without a single thought!"
Just then, Eijun and the bike he was using came back down to the ground.
Although his face was in the ground, he gave a thumbs up.
"At the very least, even if he didn't make a good start, he is okay! The question is, is his bike?"
"Well, you did say he had to take some punishment." Scott said to Miyuki.
"I really don't think that was a-" Fiona started before sighing. "Never mind."
"Come on Eijun! Get up!" Kaz called out.
Jenny and Nimona, meanwhile, were already speeding past the finish line, finishing the first lap.
"WOOOOOOO!" Nimona called out as they were speeding past the line and the spectating contestants.
"Man that was fast." Doyle said. "She really meant it when she said she doesn't do slow."
"Okay, we have a good lead. We're one lap ahead of everyone else. Now please slow down!" Jenny said.
"I already told you I don't do slow. Besides, the faster we finish, the faster we get to relax and watch the rest of the team. Let's go for the record!" Nimona said before going faster.
"Despite her pleas, Nimona continues to go full speed ahead! And it honestly looks to be working so far. Let's see if they've got two more laps in them."
Because of their speed, even the jumps they had were higher.
Eijun, after hearing this, got up and got back up and got back on the bike.
"ALL RIGHT! Let's give it another try!" Eijun said with a smile. Though it wasn't the unsettling smile he had before. It was one of the smiles that he sported during baseball games when he was excited, which for him, there was never a time where he wasn't excited or full of energy.
He started pedaling, going faster and faster until he was almost at the same speed that he was going in before.
"That idiot! Hasn't he learned a thing?" Fiona said.
But as soon as he got to the next turn, he slowed down before speeding back up again with the same fervor and effort that he had before he slowed down and at the beginning of the race.
"All right Eijun!" Diego and Molly cheered.
"Let's just hope he can keep up that energy." Shiro started.
"Of course he can! Just have a little faith!" Molly said.
"At the rate he's going, even with the effort he's putting in, he's going to tire himself out." Shiro added, not even close to sharing the girl's optimism. "If he and Nimona don't slow down, we won't win." He said frankly.
"You can't say that when the race isn't over yet!" Hinata said. "I believe we can win!"
Shiro ignored him as he continued to silently watch the race.
The Rats and the Kings, along with Bakura, with MacArthur trying to catch up, were still battling one another for the lead with Eijun looming behind them with his speed. At first, neither team could get a clear shot on one another. But it was Yulaw that turned the tide. He was through playing around. The six picked up more weapons. He got close enough to Bakura, who tried to keep him at bay, which he had to admit worked, because he didn't want to get knocked off the motorcycle, but it was Eijun speeding past that gave Yulaw the time he needed to react fast enough. He suddenly grabbed the bat out of Bakura's hands and tossed it away. But Bakura was unfazed. He revealed what he had in his other hand, which was a can of... pepper spray? Regardless, it was still effective in causing the pain that Bakura wanted it to cause to Yulaw's eyes. Or in this case, Yami Bakura.
"Pepper spray? Just how much stuff do you have on this track?" Rei asked Chris.
"The better question is, why is pepper spray there?" Hailey asked.
"Even better question. Why not?" Chris said, more than happy to see the contestants(other than Eijun and Nimona for obvious reasons) were more than willing to use the objects against their opponents and, even if unintentionally, each other.
"I wish I could say the same for Yulaw. If I could describe how he's looking now, he's the two Ps! And it's not Prim and Proper! It's Pain and the word that rhymes with dissed! I'll let you all figure out that one as they all pass the finish line to get to the second lap!"
A crash was heard.
"What's this? It looks like Jenny and Nimona have crashed!"
Nimona was on the ground and Jenny, who was a bike before turning back to her normal self was now standing back up.
"And it's unfortunate too! They were on their way cruising to the final lap!"
"Oh man. What a wipeout." Nimona said, trying to regain her senses before getting up.
"I told you to slow down!" Jenny said to her as she walked towards her, upset.
"And I told you, that I don't do slow!" Nimona said.
"Well look where that got us!" Jenny said. "That hurt!"
"Don't be such a wuss. I've been hit by way worse and was fine." Nimona said.
"Well I'm not you! I'm not exactly sure how you feel, but I can actually sense pain!"
"Even if you're a robot?"
"Yes!" Jenny said, up in arms. "Look, just go at a normal speed. Is that so hard?"
"Me? Normal? HA! Good one Jenny! Good one!"
Jenny slumped over, knowing that she clearing wasn't getting through to the shapeshifter. She changed back into a bike.
"Just get on so we can win."
"That's easy. You could have just said that earlier." Nimona said before getting back on and immediately pushing the throttle again.
Jenny could only sigh. She could only hope that they got to the finish line before Nimona got her hurt.
"I don't even know why y'all are even makin' a fuss about it. She's winning." Haizaki said.
"At the cost of her getting hurt?" Ruby G. said.
"She's a robot. If she wasn't expectin' to get hurt, then her a[censored] shouldn't be out there. She volunteered." Haizaki said, shrugging.
"It's impossible for you to have some sort of compassion for people is it?" Ayame asked.
"I came here to win. Not to get lectured about friendship. Got it?"

"Tch. Friendships. I don't need 'em." He said as he was looking away from the camera. Afterwards, he looks directly at the camera as he continues. "That's exactly why I ain't even gonna bother with alliances. I couldn't care less who asks me. It's gonna be a no every time. I carried Fukuda on my back all the way to the quarter-finals in the Winter Cup last year. So I know what the hell I'm talkin' about when I said I can carry my weight on this team. And if I can do that, I got a right to feel however the hell I wanna feel and do whatever I wanna do. Besides, I know damn well I'm gonna get backstabbed so why even bother?"

As Jenny and Nimona were approaching the final lap, Eijun was starting to slow down.
"Looks like it's just as you said Shiro, he's burnt out." Diego said.
"No. Quite the opposite." Miyuki said, smiling.
"How do you know?" Diego asked.
"Hate to say it but he's right." Sendo said. "That don't look like the face of someone that's worn out or given up."
"Quite the opposite. That is the face of someone that has no fear." Puss said. Although he admired his fearlessness, he also knew that it wasn't exactly a good thing for his own team.
Eijun was still pedaling at a slower rate. But not at a snail's pace.
"I get it he has a bit of breathing room, but shouldn't he be worried about the others catching up?" Hinata asked.
"Didn't you hear Puss? He knows that. He's just not worried." Ryoma Echizen said coolly. "We've still got a ways to go looks like."
"And you're just so cool about it? We're losing!" Heather said.
"I never said we still can't win." Ryoma Echizen said calmly.
"He should be worried. He's unarmed. Once we catch up, his end is inevitable." Albedo said.
"Guys, I have no idea why you're overthinking this. He's literally just cooling himself down." Chris P. said.
"How the heck do you know that?" Dan asked.
"It's something you do when jogging. I don't see why the same can't be used here too in cycling. It's really not that deep. Seriously." Chris P. said.
As Dan continued to question Chris about his knowledge with this type of thing, Miyuki was quietly observing the race with confidence.
"As long as I finish, that's all that matters. Forget setting records. Or trying to be the fastest. The feeling of winning as a team feels better than all of those things!" Eijun thought as he exhaled.
MacArthur, and Yulaw were back in the thick of things with Sanders being able to hold her own pretty well against the others as they had all picked up ranged weapons. Though it was still hard for her to keep control and avoid being hit.
"MacArthur, give me your gun." Yulaw said.
"What? You got a weapon right there! Why would I do that?"
"You want to win, right? Give it to me now." Yulaw said.
MacArthur paused and looked at the paintball gun she was holding before finally saying something.
"No way Jose! Whatever you got planned, you better do it yourself!" MacArthur said before speeding past him to help Sanders.
"Usually that's the part where the teammate in question trusts the other, but this just goes to show, not everything is a movie or TV show! Let's see what Yulaw plans to do now."
Yulaw grunts, shaking his head a little because of how difficult MacArthur was being, but decided to do exactly what MacArthur suggested. He sped up and got beside Bakura, passing Yang, Ben and Octavia and ignoring Sanders and MacArthur as they were battling the aforementioned trio.
The duelist arrogantly attacked him with the crab gun he picked up. What he didn't expect was for Yulaw to catch the crab and immediately throw it right back in his face with no hesitation. As the crab relentlessly pinched Bakura's face, Yulaw added insult to injury by kicking the bike away as well, causing him to fall off the bike as it rolled a couple of times before falling harmlessly to the ground. Ben, Yang and Octavia all had to dodge both Bakura and his bike to avoid running them over.
"Diane's gonna kill me." Mr. Wolf said.
"Ouch! Let's hope Bakura's okay after that major wipeout! And speaking of wipeouts, looks like Nimona and Jenny suffered yet another one! I know Jenny's a robot, but she's definitely gotta be feeling the pain! Good thing it's almost over!"
"Come on, let's keep going." Jenny said.
"You know the worst part about this?" Nimona asked.
"What?" Jenny asked, wondering if she was going to mention Jenny constantly having to take punishment.
"It's the fact that we don't get to use any of the cool weapons Chris has on the track."
"That's what you're sad about?"
"Yeah! I bet the others are having so much fun." The shapeshifter said as she got back on Jenny.
The same couldn't be said for Yulaw. Or Bakura. Yulaw's eyes were still hurting from the pepper spray and Bakura was still hurting from the crab pinches as he was still trying to get the crab off. And for the former, his pain was what was stopping him from getting as clear a shot that he wanted on Eijun. Even with the lead he had, he believed he could hit Eijun with the mud gun he had. Even if it didn't hurt him, he thought it'd spook him enough to make a careless mistake and allow him and the rest of his team to catch up.
Though that wasn't the case. Even with the missed shots flying past him, he was unbothered. So Yulaw decided to try and get closer, speeding up and revving up on the bike.
"Hey! Yulaw's leaving us behind!" MacArthur said before being hit by a plunger to the face.
"I think you should be more concerned about the plunger on your face." Yang said before MacArthur ripped off the plunger as she was angry.
"Shouldn't have done that." Sanders said, smiling before having to duck a pizza from Octavia that was launched from a bazooka.
"A pizza bazooka?" Octavia commented.
"Yeah, these weapons are pretty wild." Sanders said before shooting back, with her weapon being a fruit gun.
"Oh please, what's she gonna-" Yang started before she was hit with several paintballs to the face and hair.
"So that's how it's gonna be huh?" Yang said, wiping away some of the paint so she could attempt to try and see. "Ben, give me your gun."
"Give me your plunger gun." Ben said, not concerned with her budding anger.
"Deal." They tossed each other their weapons, which was over Octavia's head, which annoyed her a little. Not because they did it, but because they weren't even considerate enough to give her a heads up.
"Sorry!" Yang called out.
It was an all-out war after that. Plungers, paintballs, pizzas, water balloons and fruits were flying everywhere with MacArthur, Sanders, Ben and Yang yelling with Octavia being annoyed.
"What is going on? This race has turned into a war! I know I've seen a lot wilder in Scan2Go races, but this was not on my list of things to expect today! But if there was one thing that was expected, it was Jenny and Nimona getting first! They got off to a really fast start and never looked back!"
"Oh yeah! First place baby!" Nimona said.
"Glad that's over." Jenny said, turning back to normal.
"Me too. We finished just in time for me to see the good part."
"Hell is this? A Rambo parody?" Rick commented as the others continued to fire at each other.
"No idea what that is, but this is still funny regardless." Dewey said.
"So much good food! Gone to waste!" Owen said, hands on his head.
"That's what you're worried about?" Rally asked.
"Well yeah. I mean there's the challenge but we can always win another one of those. We'll never get that food back!"
The shooting continued even as they were airborne, which only made things even more messy. Everyone tried to hit each other airborne. MacArthur and Yang ended up taking each other out with both of them being sent out of bounds and into the explosive area where explosions were heard. Sanders was able to hit Octavia with a tomato to the face but Sanders was hit with a plunger to the face as well. Being unable to see, she ended up flipping her bike over.
"And then there was one for the Rats! Yulaw as he continues to try to catch up to Eijun as they get to the final lap!"
Yulaw revved up to catch Eijun, who was still trying to pace himself.
The martial artist continued to try and hit Eijun. Even with the shots he was connecting, Eijun was unbothered which was starting to annoy Yulaw. So he got beside him and was about to punch him off before he had a better idea. He yanked him off the bike.
"Need a lift?" Yulaw said as the bike was sent going ahead before it was launched in the air from going out of bounds. Yulaw put him down.
Yulaw gave him a few taps on the shoulder. "Good idea to go back now." He said before speeding off.
"Another tie? Seriously?" Kaz said.
The bike fell to the ground.
A few seconds later Bakura caught up to him.
"Need a lift?"
"No! Eijun has to go back himself or it won't count! And from the looks of things, that's not going to happen!" Chris said.
"See you at the finish then. Don't worry, we still won regardless." Bakura said before revving up past him to finish the race.
"Well, that's that." Myron said.
"The good news is, we won right?" Libby said.
"You still tried your best! Come on back!" Molly called out to Eijun.
Though those calls were ignored. Instead, he went to pick up the bike he had and started to pedal. Though he didn't seem to be going any faster.
"That bike's no good! Motor's out!" Heloise called out.
"Eijun! Motor's out man!" Doyle called out.
Doyle's call out was also ignored.
"Is he deaf or something? WE ALREADY WON!" Dan said.
"He might listen to you. You should tell him to come back." Jasmine said to Miyuki.
"Ah. Let him finish." Miyuki said, waving her off.
"But why? We're already going to have 2 done."
"Even if I told him, he's not going to listen." Miyuki said.
"I don't care if we have two done or not. I want to finish! I promised I wouldn't quit." Eijun thought. "What type of Ace would I dream of being if I didn't lead by example? Even off the mound."
Kagami's Meteor Jam, Jotaro's throwing, and Kageyama and Diana's race were all things that he remembered in his head.
"The other teams have had their inspiring moments. Why can't I be apart of that for this team? Even if it's collective, I don't care."
"Is this him competing with Furuya? Is that what this is about?" Fiona asked.
"No. This is about more than Furuya." Miyuki said. "It's about sending a message."
Eventually, Yulaw and then Bakura crossed with Ben and Octavia also crossing.
"Whatever message he's sending, he's got 30 seconds before I call it!" Chris said.
It took him almost the entire 30 seconds to get across, but he got across, a grin still on his face.
"Alright! That's it!" Chris called out.
"And that's the end of the race folks! The Breakers finish with all three members crossing the finish line in first place! The Kings at second with one point and the Rats at third with no points!"
"A message huh? Maybe I was wrong about you Eijun." Kageyama thought.
Standings(4/10 Races Completed):
Kings: 5
Breakers: 5
Rats: 3
As the Breakers celebrated their victory, Sendo was not happy about finishing last at all.
"DAMN IT!" Sendo called out, angered that they lost again.
"This tournament isn't over yet. We'll get 'em in the next race." Adrien said.
Sendo picked up Adrien. "I don't understand why you guys can just casually keep sayin' that! Eventually, there ain't gonna be another chance! And what then? We just eliminate someone else? If you didn't come here to win and give it everything you've got, then what the hell are you here for?" Sendo said.
"Don't you think we're trying to do that? As you can clearly see winning isn't that easy." Adrien said, raising his voice.
"Well then why the hell have the Kings been consistently doin' it? Huh? They've been at the top for damn there this entire season! And don't sit up here and act like you've been givin' it your all when you moseyed around with your little girlfriend over there in the last challenge. Say what you will about Haizaki, but at least he actually looked like he gave a s[censored]." Sendo said.
"Cool it Sendo. I get it you want to win, but what is taking that frustration out on your own teammates gonna do?" Rally asked.
"His frustrations are justified. I provided you the means to victory and you can't even muster a point for us!?" Albedo said to Yulaw, MacArthur and Sanders.
"You're right. I'm sorry." Yulaw said.
"At the very least, you were able to successfully complete the race. These two failed to even do that." Albedo said, looking at MacArthur and Sanders.
"We tried to. No one said this was going to be easy." Sanders said, frowining at Albedo.
"If you're that unhappy, why didn't you take your own bike that you made, and ride one yourself?" MacArthur asked Albedo.
"Because you informed us that you were experienced in riding these vehicles. Rest assured that your suggestion will not go unheard. Your performance, or lack thereof has made that clear." Albedo said.
"Guys, this is really counter-productive. I know you're frustrated, but-" Becky B. started.
"Frustrated ain't even the beginning of how I feel right now." Sendo said before leaving, putting Adrien down.
"Sorry Adrien. I'm sure he didn't mean anything by it." Priya said. "He's just really competitive."
"Yeah. I understand." Adrien said, sighing a little as he watched Sendo walking away.

"I definitely get how Sendo feels. We did come here to win after all. I mean who wouldn't want 10 million dollars? Minus the grabbing people and threatening to punch them. But I just didn't want to pile on you know? Is hammering home the same point really necessary in some cases? Yes. But in this case, no. That would have been really insensitive."

Adrien(Radical Rats):
"What is his problem? First Rocky and now this? I get it, I raised my voice and I shouldn't have done that. "Alright guys, we're moving on to the fifth race. So, make your picks and it's time to say goodbye to Camp Wawanakwa. For now at least. Sucks to leave I know." Chris said.
"I'm pretty sure that's only you saying that." Heloise said.
"It really is." Noah said.
"News flash Chris. No one. Likes this dump. Do I have to spell it out for you?" Duncan said.
"I don't know, I'd be willing to give it a chance." Kise said.
"Same here." Scott said.
"Of course you'd say that." Aomine said, more to Kise than Scott as he doesn't know too much about Scott yet.
"It looks decent to me. It honestly might be my favorite part of this season." Huey D. said.
"Nah. Nothing's going to be this part of the season. I can already tell." Dewey said.
"No you wouldn't. After being here a day you'll see why people hate it here." Heather said.
"I'd give it a chance, but I'm still in a bad mood from you lying to us about Brazil earlier." Rei said to Chris.
"Whether you like it or not doesn't matter. Get far enough and you'll have to be here regardless. So you might as well get ready to deal with it." Chris said.
"This is going to be the worst part of the season. On the account of it's gonna commit the worst crime. Being boring." Todd said.
"If you've got better ideas, I'd love to hear or see them when you get your own show. Until then, deal with it. Now make your picks. Chop chop!" Chris said.
"Hey, I'm gonna go check up on Sendo while you guys do that." Kagami said.
"He's going to have to come back here anyways. Go ahead." Lanolin said.
"Might as well go with him. I've got no chance in being in this challenge anyway." Natsu said.
"Me three!" Rocky said before being pushed back by the butt of Hiruma's rifle.
"Come on, he looks like he needs some cheering up." Rocky said.
"I never thought I'd say this, but Hiruma's got the right idea. You're the last person that needs to try to do that." Rei said.
Natsu and Kagami went and found Sendo punching a tree. His knuckles were marked up from the constant punching he did to the tree but that didn't seem like it was going to make him stop anytime soon.
"The hell do you want?"
"You know damn well what we want." Kagami said.
"Hey, I totally get it. I don't like it as much as you don't. But you can't go around attackin' your own teammates like that." Natsu said.
Sendo stopped punching the tree. "I wasn't attacking anybody. And if you get it, then you know what I said was the truth." Sendo said.
"Actually, I couldn't think that was further from the truth." Kagami said.
"What? Are you kidding me? Lucy was willin' to settle for second! She said it to your face and you're sayin' what I'm sayin' is wrong?"
"Oh trust me. I don't like that she said that either. And I let her know that from what I did afterwards."
"You haven't seen how Emma and the others were? Even Diana? You can't seriously say that no one's giving their best." Natsu said.
"Yeah. I saw." Sendo said. "And I know what you're thinking from what you said earlier. You couldn't be more wrong either about me. I may look like some thug that looks to pick fights with everyone from how I acted before. But I'm not, honest. Hell, I couldn't agree more with what Kuroko said about keeping things in the ring. Or... well, in this case, challenges." Sendo said, catching his Freudian slip.
"Okay, were either of you here when I was in the aftermath on this show?"
"Aftermath? What?" Natsu said.
"I got no idea what you're talking about. So I'm just gonna go with no." Kagami said.
"Alright, so that's not gonna work then." Sendo said, before thinking. "I got it. So everybody's got a reason for coming on to this show. My reason was Ippo more than anyone else. Like I said when I first got here, he's my greatest rival in the ring. I don't give a damn what Paul says. So he competed here some time ago. Not sure about when though, but that's not important. He got eliminated. He didn't get second. He didn't even get third. So that got me ticked. How could someone as strong as him lose to guys on a reality TV show? No offense to you. So that made me believe he was holding back. Ippo's got this personality that I can't stand outside of the ring. Ain't nothin' wrong with bein' nice, but the way he is annoys the crap outta me! But in it, he's like a whole 'nother animal. Fast forward to now, that's what made me want to compete here. To show the world what the best in professional Japanese boxing looks like when they don't hold back."
"I didn't expect much at first, but, after seeing what some of you can do firsthand, that didn't make me afraid. I was surprised a little, but not afraid. It actually got my blood pumping. I was excited. Off topic but, I felt that same feeling from Eijun a little in that last race. And when I saw that some of them were going to be on my team, that got me even more fired up. You followin' so far?"
"Yeah." Natsu said.
"Keep goin'." Kagami said.
"Cool." Sendo said. He wasn't exactly a person that was good with describing things in a way that some people can understand outside of showing his burning passion in the ring, so he wasn't sure how they were going to take it. But to hear that the two understood him encouraged him to share even more with them.
"But, after seeing an idiot like Dragonfly and Rocky p[censored]ing me off with his lackadaisical a[censored] attitude, and Adrien, it made me mad. This might sound entitled as hell but, I was disappointed. I expected more out of this team. I know that I'm gonna give it my best, so I expected all you to give it yours too. That's why seeing you in that 'Zone' of yours got me excited again." Sendo said. "But... I guess I was expecting too much. Playing on a team is different than boxing. In the ring, it's just you and the other guy. Your cornermen will obviously give you advice in between rounds, but at the end of the day, it's still up to you to knock the other guy on his a[censored]. You got the most control over what happens. If anything, out of the both of you, I feel like the most disconnected. You've got experience on teams, Kagami with you and basketball, and Natsu with you and your guild. I don't have that experience. Hell, I barely have that experience with family like you guys do. Both of 'em died. My mom giving birth to me. And my dad when I was in elementary school. He was a firefighter. He gave his life to save a kid my age. So my grandmother raised me."
"So I guess I don't really understand much about how it works. For most of my life, I always operated on my own. Even the gang I used to lead back in high school to protect people that can't defend themselves, I always led from the front, and volunteered to do most of the heavy liftin'. Same thing when it comes to my grandmother. She runs a candy shop. But I just can't stand seein' her do all that work. I never told anyone else this, but... if I win, I want to give a good chunk of that money to her. And any that's left is gonna go to the kids in the neighborhood. Not a single dime is gonna go in my name. And I mean every single goddamn word. Going up against and being with strong guys like you, Kageyama, Ben and the others is enough of a payment for me. Besides, I think I'll get my payday in boxing when my career evolves to me travelin' around the world." He said before pointing to Kagami. "You wanna go to the NBA? Well I wanna really go pro in boxing. And challenge not just Japan, but the whole world." He said, a smile on his face.
"But to wrap things up, to me, I always believed in my own strength and never had or wanted to rely on anyone else's. That's why I'm so frustrated more than anything else. What happens is outta my hands. Everybody else is getting their chance to shine but me. Hell, Akko and the others get to show out and race in their own damn school. I mean what the hell is that about? It's selfish but... I wanna show my strength. And show how my strength can make a difference and help this team win. Just like my father's strength made a difference to so many people, including that kid. And that's really all I got. Sorry for dragging this out for so long."
"All right guys! The teams for the next race have been chosen! Head to the portals!" Chris said.
Tangle was the first to get to them.
"Hope you guys are finished up. We're leaving." Tangle said, thumbing back to where everyone else was.
"Yeah. We're just about done. Thanks." Natsu said.
"Hey, Sendo." Kagami started as the three started to walk back.
"What's up?"
"You say you don't understand teamwork. I disagree." Kagami started. "I felt the same way too. Why do you think I went into Zone? Anyone that enters the Zone has a unique trigger to enter it. Personal to only them. That's one of the three requirements to open the gates and unlock it. My trigger... is the will to fight for my teammates."
"I see." Sendo said. "That's awesome to hear."
Natsu's eyes weren't even shown. "I'm sorry to hear what happened to your parents. You say you don't understand what it means to be with family. I have to disagree on that too. Even if it's only your grandmother, that's still your family. You got to actually see one of your parents. My parents... I didn't even get to see them at all before they died. I don't even know what they look like. That's why I'm thankful for the Fairy Tail Guild. Because... they're my family too. As much as I say it all the time about Happy. I'm serious. I could never see him as a mere tool for transportation. He really is family to me. So..." Natsu tried not to show his face to the other two.
"Hey. You're good man. I get where you're coming from. And I'm sorry for your parents too." Sendo said, giving him a few taps on the shoulder. He knew exactly what Natsu was feeling, but didn't feel it was right to outright say it or mention it.
"I can't promise we'll win every game. But, I can promise that I'll give it all I have to try and make sure that does happen." Kagami said.
"Believe it or not Sendo, I was the same way at one point. When I was at Seirin High. I was fine at first. But the change for the worse didn't happen until we went up against Midorima in our first match against a team with a member of the Generation of Miracles, Shutoku High. Official one anyway. We went up against Kise and Kaijo in a practice match and won. But anyways, we were losing. And it was getting out of hand. I got frustrated and I told them that I wanted to rely on my own strength to carry them to victory. And no one else's anymore. Until Kuroko showed me that that wasn't the way. Physically actually. Yeah, he punched me. In a similar way he did Aomine earlier. So this ain't the first time."
"And it doesn't seem like it now, but all of the Generation of Miracles were that way, for one reason or another. Until they realized that they can't fight alone either. If he didn't stop me, I would have been just like them. And with the way things were going, looking back, I was being stupid. I would have tired myself out trying to stop Midorima's threes. And we would have lost and have been eliminated early. And I don't mean 'being like them' now in a good way where our skills are equal. I mean that in a bad way. Selfish. Like they were. And just like Haizaki was. And for him, still is. Being the Ace of a team involves more than just scoring points and doing everything for your team. It's about leading and lifting up your teammates with your strength, so they can contribute with their strength as well. I wasn't the captain of that team. Hyuga was. Hell, I wasn't even the original Ace. Kiyoshi was that too before I came along. So I really had to learn how things worked. And fit in my playstyle with theirs and grow. But, thinking about it, I'd say the Captain and Aces aren't so different in what they mean for their team. So instead of relying on just out our own individual strengths, why not combine them? And hell, maybe... get stronger together."
Natsu sniffed before nodding. "Yeah."
"I'm willin' to give it a shot." Sendo said, nodding as well. All three participated in a three-way fist bump.
"You two will get your chance. I promise." Kagami said.
They went back to where the last few were entering the portal.
"There you guys are. Hurry up or you're gonna get left behind." Chris said.
"Yeah, yeah we're comin'." Sendo said.
The trio entered the portal.
Radiator Springs, Carburetor County, Arizona(Cars)
Notable Characters: Mater, Flo, Red, Sheriff, Ramon, Bob and Darrell, Luigi, Guido, Sally, and Lightning McQueen(Cars)
Race Inspirations:
Track and Monster Truck Racing: Cars Race-O-Rama Video Game(Apparently this track is in the Mater-National game too but I believe it's only on the console and PC versions from what I remember, versions that I've never played. Only ever played this on the GBA and DS)
Flagpole Racing, Backwards Driving and Doyle's role in the race: Test Drive Eve of Destruction Video Game's Flagpole Racing, Forward and Backward Racing and Detention game modes respectively(A personal favorite of mine in terms of racing games. Easily one of the best demolition derby racing games ever made)
Initial basis for the race itself: The 2007 Monster Jam Video Game
A/N: Made another revision to have no musical here or in the Scan2Go race. Honestly would have worked better if it wasn't monster truck racing and in an actual Piston Cup Circuit, but it's not, so it would have been awkward imo. The Scan2Go theme was removed for different reasons. It may show up later in the season. Don't get me wrong, I still love these songs, but spamming musical numbers isn't the right move. It takes away the novelty of them when they're used in these stories, including the surprise ones like the first song.
Racers(Chosen off-screen):
Rats:
Albedo, Hiruma and Tangle
Kings:
Todd, Skipper and Bobo
Breakers:
Dan, Nimona and Scott
The contestants walked through the portal and were in a town. On the left of them was a motel that said "Cozy Cone Hotel". On the right was a gas station and a cafe next to it that said "Flo's V8 Cade". And in the middle, further down the road was a red-bricked courthouse that was also the fire department building.
The Cadillac Range could also be seen in the distance away from the town.
"Well dad gum! Look at all these fine contestants you done brought here Chris!" A brown a 1957 Haulital Hook'em tow truck said. The truck eerily had eyes, a mouth and buck-teeth like an actual person would.
"W-what the hell? These cars are talking! T-this is weird!" Morty said.
"Yep. I've totally lost it. I've seen everything. Talking cars! Then that means... they got me!" Shawn said.
"No one's got you you idiot! Even if this is weird!" Dan said.
"Gotta agree with the kid here. I get the robots. But we're gettin' into some really freaky stuff right now." Johnny said.
"Freaky? More like cursed." Reagan said.
"Actually, I'm not even sure if youkai would look like this." Reimu said.
"Except those are monsters. That actually makes sense for them to look strange. This... not so much. I don't even know what to call this." Rei said.
"Really Morty? You're saying this after all of the other s[censored] we've seen? And you call this weird?" Rick said. "You had every single person become a Cronenberg except for your family because the love potion wasn't designed for anyone from your family to want to have s[censored] with you."
"Bro what the f[censored]? Are you serious?" Haizaki said, disgusted by what Rick just said along with several others.
"Who the hell just blurts something like that out?" Reagan said.
"Yeah, deadly. We had to leave and go to another dimension because of how f[censored]ed up things are there." Rick said.
"Okay Rick. You can stop talking now. Please." Morty said.
"You don't tell me what to do kid. I tell you what to do." Rick said.
"Seriously. You really need to stop talking." Old Bennett said.
"Everybody here's got different opinions on things, but I think it's safe to say that no one here wanted to hear you say that." Sly said.
"You either! You damn sure don't have the right to tell me s[censored]! The f[censored] do you think I am Haizaki? You can't touch me and you can't punch me. And hell, if you don't even have the balls, other than Jotaro, Launch, and *urp* allegedly Aomine to do something about him, then you sure as hell don't have them to do s[censored] about me." Rick said to Old Bennett.
"The hell's that supposed to mean old man? I got enough strength to knock your a[censored] out cold." Haizaki said.
"But you won't do it, will you?" Rick said.
"Why don't we find out?" Haizaki said before running at him to punch him before both were sprayed by water from a firetruck. A police cruiser also appeared along with a blue Porsche.
"That's quite enough outta you! We came here to have a race and that's all that's gonna happen. Which means no fightin'! That uncivilized behavior will not be tolerated son! Do you hear me?" The police cruiser said to Haizaki.
"Hey, I'm sorry man. Won't happen again." Haizaki said, hands in the air in surrender.
"That's Sheriff to you son." Sheriff said, giving him a look for a bit that showed the move-stealing delinquent wasn't exactly making a good first impression on him.
He turns to Rick. "The same to you. Conversations like that are outta line. One more incident out of you two and I'm gonna ask you to leave."
"You really think I'm gonna listen to a talking car? F[censored] off. You don't censor me. This ain't a dictatorship b[censored]. Last time I checked, this is literally in Arizona, in the United States. Free speech is allowed. Don't give a damn if you kick me out. Hell, I'll leave myself." Rick said before opening a portal.
"Come on Morty, let's get the hell out of here."
"But what about the challenge? If we leave, won't that count as quitting?"
"As long as you weren't picked, no. Besides, they're hosting the next race so I gotta at least respect their rules since they let us race here. You were already on your way out so go ahead." Chris said.
"Please do your best guys!" Morty said.
"Sorry not sorry. Come on, you said you wanted out of this freakshow, so let's go."
"Wait, what? I never-" Morty said before he was pulled in.
Shawn tried to get into the portal but couldn't get there in time.
"Wait! Take me with youuuuuuuu!" Shawn said, on the ground in agony.
"Come on." Ayame said, being the first to drag him back over to the rest of the team.
"Okay then. After an... interesting start, let's try to get things back on track. And why not start with introductions? My name is Sally, this is Mater." The blue Porsche said, moving her front left wheel to gesture to the tow truck.
"Howdy!" Mater said.
"This is Sheriff."
"How's it going? A pleasure to have you all here." The police cruiser said.
"This is Red."
The red firetruck gave a shy, but friendly smile to the other contestants.
"Ooh wee! You certainly brought in some... interesting guys here." Flo, who was a mint green 1950s Motorama Show Car said.
"Yeah, this is totally wild man." Ramone, a green and purple 1959 Chevrolet Impala said,
"Dude, this is so weird." Toxsa whispered to Ruby G.
"The most we can really do is just go with it I guess."
"Weird question but how do you think they-" Falcon started low.
"I don't know and I'd rather not know." Dan said.
"Just don't think about it. It's nightmare fuel honestly." Bobo said.
"What? Ew, that's not what I meant." Falcon said. "You know what? Never mind. Forget I said anything."
"You guys want anything to drink?" Flo asked.
"No thank you." Ryoma said.
"Ah! I see our guests have arrived! I am so excited!" A small yellow 1959 Fiat 500 said, rolling up with a blue Alza Tutto Forklift. "Although, they look... different."
"We could say the same thing to you." Natsu said.
"Still though, it's nice to have them here. This is Luigi and Guido." Sally said, introducing the contestants to the two.
"Pitstop?" Guido asked eagerly.
"Oh no thanks. I already went before we left." Scott said.
"What? So you already got someone else to do it for you? Who was it?" Luigi asked, a little upset at knowing that they apparently weren't the first ones to offer them this, even though it was a misunderstanding.
"Uh, myself?"
"That's not the pitstop he means. We don't have wheels like you do. We can't do a pitstop. See?" Dan said, gesturing to his hands and feet.
"So you think you are too good for our services. I see." Luigi said.
"What!? I never-" Dan said before putting a hand in his face at how ridiculous this whole situation was.
"Say, how you gonna race like that?" Mater asked, touching one of Din's arms, something that he wasn't exactly a fan of, especially in a place like this and immediately took his arm out of the tow truck's race.
"We're using vehicles, right? That should be pretty obvious." Kagami said.
"Kagami." Priya said low, gesturing for him to stop.
"What do you mean use?" Luigi asked, eyeing him suspiciously.
"Uh, by driving in them? How else would we use them?" Falcon said.
"So he seeks to use us for personal gain? Sally, I am sorry but I can no longer offer our services to these types of guests." Luigi said with Guido also saying "Hmph" as he looked at Falcon and Kagami along with the others with disgust before they both began to roll away.
"Luigi! Guido!" Sally called out but she was ignored. "Great."
"Why would you say that you dummies?" Rei asked.
Kagami was immediately annoyed by Rei's remark and it showed on his face. "Well how the heck were we supposed to know that? I doubt you've had to be in a place like this either."
"That's true but I'd at least be more considerate of my surroundings." Rei said, hands on her hips.
"What?" Kagami squinted a little, genuinely confused.
"I mean be more considerate of the people here. This isn't our country. Heck, this isn't even our universe." Rei said.
"Now that you're bringin' that up, I just thought of something. Rick said that this was the U.S. I've actually been in the country before. Heck, that's where I was before I flew here."
"YEAH WELL THIS ISN'T YOUR U.S.!" Rei shouted.
"Well clearly! They don't have talking cars there!" Kagami said back, trying not to yell back.
"THEN WHY DID YOU BRING THAT UP? IT WAS POINTLESS!"
"I WAS JUST MAKING AN OBSERVATION ALRIGHT? WHY DID YOU HAVE TO YELL?"
Both were suddenly drenched in water by Red and had annoyed looks on their faces.
"Guess he felt you two needed it." Mater said.
Sally sighed. "Okay, let's take you to the track. Follow me everyone!"
Radiator Springs Speedway
The TD cast were led to a race track, where Willy's Butte can be seen in the distance.
"Welcome everyone! To the Radiator Springs Speedway!" Sally announced.
"Wow, this is a really nice track." Huey D. said, genuinely impressed at how well made it was.
"How did you guys build it? With the uh... you know?" Falcon asked, trying not to come off as rude.
"We got a construction crew to come in and help out." Sally said.
"Bessie didn't get to help though. Darn shame. She was sad too." Mater said.
"Who's Bessie?" Natsu asked.
"Why don't we show ya? I'm sure she'd like to meet y'all." Mater said.
"While that would be great, unfortunately we don't have enough time for it. They're running a Gran Prix remember?" Sally asked.
"Oh right. Sorry y'all." Mater said before going onto the track. "But before y'all start, I gotta teach y'all how to race. Backwards!"
"Wait, backwards?" Tangle, Priya, Dan, Scott and Chris P. all said simultaneously.
"Yep! Why y'all look surprised? I thought y'all already knew this."
Actually, we didn't." Tangle said.
"Like I already said, you're not going to get every single detail. It'd make things way too easy for you to pick who you want in these races. You gotta actually think. Which I know is pretty hard for some of you." Chris M. said.
"I think he's talking to you." Tsukishima said to Johnny.
"Why? I'm not in this challenge kid." Johnny said.
"And you just proved my point."
"What point? I've got no idea what you're talking about kid." Johnny said before going to Blaineley. "Speaking of talking... what's say we talk a little and get to know each other a little better."
"Ah, a team bonding exercise huh?" Miyuki said.
"Sure. Let's go with that." Johnny said.
"I know you were being smart with that remark kid." Blaineley said to Miyuki who tried to imitate Furuya and ignore her.
"I know you can hear me!" Blaineley said, which caused Miyuki to immediately break character and start to laugh a little.
"Well, it's good you know now." A red racecar with yellow-orange lightning bolts on each side with the number "95" also on each side said. The words "Lightyear" were seen on the wheels, while the rims were red.
"Lightning! It's good to see ya buddy. I thought you were gonna be in the booth talkin' 'bout the race." Mater said to the car, whose name was revealed to have been Lightning.
"Yeah. Still am. Bob and Darrell are getting everything set up. Until then, I thought it would be nice to meet everyone." Lightning said before turning to the others. "I'm Lightning McQueen. It's uh... nice to meet you all." He said after looking at how... strange they looked compared to them.
"Same here. I think." Falcon said.
"Okay. We get it. We look different. It's weird. Let's not do this all over again." Jenny said.
"Looks like someone's lookin' forward to the race. What's the rush? You've already gone." Axl said to Jenny.
"It's more of just the fact that this whole thing has run its course more than anything else." Jenny said. "I'm not saying no one should act surprised. I was too. But doing the same thing again? Why?"
"Like I said, this is cursed. And will probably be nightmare fuel for me in my head later tonight. Don't ask why. But yeah, saying that out loud's getting old." Reagan said.
"Well then, let's get to the race! Mater, go ahead and teach 'em up real quick. You got a minute!" Chris M said.
"A minute huh? Well that ain't that long but, I'ma try my best!" Mater said before getting in the center of the road.
"Alright ladies and gents. Today... I'm gonna show you how to drive!" Mater said.
"We're really getting drive lessons here?" Akko asked.
"No idiot. We're learning to drive backwards." Kageyama said.
"What do you mean "we"? Neither of you are driving, we are." Dan said.
"Doesn't mean they can't learn by watching." Chris P. said.
"Because I would trust learning how to drive from a talking tow truck." Dan said sarcastically.
"They seem like they know what they're doing to me." Chris P. said.
"You're the last person to be trusted when it comes to opinions like that. You're a terrible driver." Dan said.
"Then why am I trusted to be here then?" Chris P. asked.
"Because it's monster truck driving." Dan said.
"And? What's that supposed to mean? It's fun."
"That's exactly why I chose to do it too. But for... completely different reasons."
"You and I have two completely different definitions of fun it seems."
"Well duh."
"Oh don't worry guys. Mater is a professional." Lightning said, not out of sarcasm, but with genuine confidence.
"Professional? I'm more than just that. I'm the world's best backwards driver! I taught this guy here everything he knows." Mater said, using a wheel to gesture towards Lightning.
"Yeah, sure you did." Duncan said sarcastically.
"He actually did! I used it in my big race at the Piston Cup. Actually worked!" Lightning said.
Monster trucks were seen driving in from portals, three at a time. They were being drive by Chef, Heloise and Doyle, three at a time.
"Well dad gum! Them's sum big trucks!" Mater said.
"They're called Monster Trucks after all." Lightning said. "Hey guys! It's nice to meet you!" He said before noticing that they didn't reply back.
"Silent type huh?" Lightning said.
"Who's going to tell him?" Dwayne whispered low to Hailey and the others.
"By the way, one more thing before Mater starts, confessional tent's over there. You got something to say, say it there." Chris M. said, pointing to the tent in the pit crew area.
"Nice. Think it's about time I use it first." Dwayne said.
***Confessional***
Dwayne(Wave Breakers):
"Yeah. The fact that we're gonna have to obviously drive those trucks? This is gonna make things weird fast."
***End Confessional***
"Hey uh, just as a heads up, trucks and cars in our world work a little different compared to you guys." Jenny said to Lightning.
"Really? How does it work then?"
"Well, you see, unlike you all they don't talk. But, when we use them, we always make sure they're taken care of. Given gas, oil, things like that." Jenny explained.
"Why are you explaining this as if you're taking care of a pet?" Dan asked.
"Well they do need a lot of attention and maintenance to keep them running in a good condition." Bren said.
"Fair."
"So wait, we're pets?" Lightning asked, a little surprised and slightly horrified at the thought.
"No! No! They're not pets!" Jenny said before looking at Dan a bit before looking back over at Lightning. "We just take care of them a lot similar to how we would take care of a pet or ourselves and other people we care about."
"Ah, I think I got it now. Thanks or clearing that up. For a second, you kinda had me worried." Lightning said.
"It's no big deal. Glad I could help." Jenny said.
"Nice one. You cleared that up better than I thought." Dwayne said.
"Thanks." Jenny said.
***Confessional***
Jenny(Wave Breakers):
"Like I said, I get being weirded out by it at first. Heck, there were people that looked at me strange too because I was a robot. But once you get past that, there's more than just a strange appearance. I just wanted to make sure that wasn't the focus and let it be on racing instead. That is what we're here for after all."
***End Confessional***
***Confessional***
Scott(Wave Breakers):
"I know this is pretty out of the blue but, I wonder what would happen if any of them competed here on the show? How would that even work? I know, I know it's a weird question but... just wondering."
***End Confessional***
"Alright y'all. I know y'all are excited for the race like I am so let's get to teachin' y'all the art of drivin' backwards!" Mater said before turning around, facing the racers.
"This is gonna be good." Sucy said.
"Alright, your time starts now! I'm serious this time, so everyone, you might want to listen." Chris said before Chef started a stopwatch.
"Now y'all watch closely now! I'ma teach ya how the race works too!" Mater said before driving backwards along the course. And started going along the course backwards, at a pretty considerably fast speed too.
"WOOOOO!" Mater yelled out as yellow warning light on top of his head was flashing.
Eventually, he went around a flagpole that was on the track, that didn't have a flag on it. It had a white and red pattern.
"YEEEEEEEEEE! MAN, IF I KNEW IT WAS GONNA BE LIKE THIS I WOULDA ENTERED THIS RACE MYSELF!" Mater said after driving around the pole and still continuing to drive backwards.
"Wait, he's actually able to drive backwards?" Doyle said.
"That's what he said he was going to do." Reagan said.
"Yeah, I know that but still I didn't actually think he was going to do it!" Doyle said.
"He's actually doing a lot better than I thought he would." Kurt said.
Mater went around another flagpole before spinning in a donut for a bit and then continuing to go backwards. Before he could get to the third one however, time was already up and Mater drove back. But not before completing an entire lap backwards.
"And that, ladies and gents, is how you can drive backwards." Mater said.
"See? What'd I tell ya?" Lightning said to the contestants, smiling.
"That was awesome! How'd you get so good at that?" Scott asked.
"Two words. Rearview mirrors. Good news is, those trucks of yers already got some." Mater said.
"Makes sense. You could look backwards too, but doing that would be a little more work." Kurt said. Even though he was sure he meant side mirrors, he wasn't going to try to correct him on that.
"And that's pretty much the rules guys. You'll race on the track like you'll normally do, backwards, all the while going around flagpoles placed at different parts of the circuit. You HAVE to go around the flagpole. If you don't, you're going to have to turn back around and do it again! You'll know if you're good if the light on the top of the pole is green for you. If it's not, you'll be told by Heloise to turn back around and do it again. This'll be two laps! And as for rules, you cannot use your abilities here! I'd imagine some of them could you help you drive backwards which would take away the fun of you seeing you struggle to do this. So don't do it or it's instant disqualification. As for other rules, there are none! Do whatever you gotta do to win!" Chris M. explained.
"Now then, head in the trucks and get ready to race!"
"What? We don't get to customize our trucks?" Scott asked.
"That actually would have been a fun idea to be able to paint them. A lot better than the dull colors here." Tangle said, referring to the trucks that all had worn out/washed out colors on them.
"I don't understand why you all are so disheartened by being unable to do this. There's no need. They won't provide any benefits to the performance." Albedo said.
"Well duh, but it's fun!" Tangle said.
"More like a waste of time." Albedo said.
"You didn't really got out much as a child did you?" Bobo asked.
"I am a Galvan. I created powerful technology that changed the universe. I don't have time for 'fun'."
"In other words, you've been a lame nerd all your life." Todd said.
"Your insults mean nothing to me human." Albedo said. "Now then, I am ready to start the race." He said before getting in one of the trucks.
***Confessional***
Albedo(Radical Rats):
"I will say it once more and I will not repeat myself. I am here for victory. Nothing else. I could less about making friends, having fun or anything of the sort. I am at the very least thankful to be on a team where some share these same ideals as me. Less liabilities for me to be concerned about."
***End Confessional***
The other eight also got in their trucks.
"Well, I'm gonna head to the booth. Good luck guys!" Lightning said before driving to the booth.
Race 5/10: Monster Truck Flagpole Racing... Backwards!
DJ:"How's it going Total Drama Fans! And welcome to the fifth race in this Total Drama Gran Prix! We're halfway done but we're just getting started, so strap in everyone! Joining me for this race are three special announcers!"
The camera cuts to a booth where three cars were seen. One was a dark grey 1998 Saxon GTSC (Grand Touring Sport Coupe), while another was a chrome 1977 Chevrolet Monte Carlo with a flame design on the front. A yellow number "17" was painted on the sides and his roof, which was his old racing number. The former was Bob Cutlass while the latter was Darrell Cartrip. The third car was Lightning McQueen.
Bob Cutlass: "Thank you DJ. Hello everyone I'm Bob Cutlass and with me in the booth is Darrell Cartrip and Lightning McQueen."
Darrell Cartrip: "Racing fans and Total Drama fans are certainly in for an entertaining race today! And I gotta say, I'm happy to have the opportunity to commentate this race, especially alongside a current racer and Piston Cup champion, Lightning McQueen!"
(A/N: He won one in 2006, a year after the movie. He won two more after that, but I don't remember that much from Cars 2 or 3 to know if they talked about those so I'd say this takes place before those movies. The games being canon is another story altogether that I'm not even about to try to tackle honestly. The first game is still really good though. Still my favorite out of all the video games I've played from the franchise outside of 2 and 3 as I never played 3 or the console/PC versions of 2.)
Lightning McQueen: "I could say the same to you! You won three Piston Cups! Three!"
Darrell Cartrip: "Hey, that is true, but I'm not gonna make this about me. Today is about the nine racers looking to help lead their team to victory!"
Bob Cutlass: "But it'll be easier said than done here. As we've got some pretty unorthodox rules for this race. DJ, you've commentated in some races before this. Have you seen anything like this before?"
DJ: "No I have not! In my time commentating Scan2Go events across the universe, I've never seen anything as wacky as this, and there was a race that took place on a rainbow! No, I'm not kidding! Team JET can vouch for me on that one."
Lightning McQueen: "A rainbow? You gotta explain how that one worked. Wouldn't they just fall through?"
DJ: "It's a track that has a lot of history I'll say that much. Mystical history! It's a track that only appears every 100 years!"
Darrell Cartrip: "So it's a once in a lifetime opportunity huh? If Team JET got to actually race there, I'm sure it'll be an experience that they'll never forget. I sure wouldn't."
"It really was incredible. It's a shame that it only appears for that often." Fiona said.
"Yeah, agreed." Kaz said.
"So like Rainbow Road?" Luz asked, referring to the Mario Kart track.
"I guess. I'm not exactly sure what that is to be honest." Kaz said.
"You've never heard of Rainbow Road? Like Mario Kart?" Akko asked.
"Can't say that I have. Sorry." Kaz said, shrugging.
"I guess it makes sense. If they're so far into the future, maybe they have no idea what that is. Like me. I don't anything from the 80s. Except through like reboots and stuff like that." Reagan said. "But, a world without Mario in it is... kinda weird to be honest. But I guess it might be for the best? There's only so much stuff you can have a plumber do."
"So wait, we never actually get to see if Waluigi actually makes Smash in the future?" Luz said. "That's... so depressing."
"Their future isn't our future. Maybe in ours we get to actually see it happen." Zak S. said.
Bob Cutlass: "I'm not exactly familiar with what they're talking about. But what I am familiar with is racing! And in the present it's time to get racing folks!"
DJ: "Right you are Bob! Racers! Turn your vehicles!"
All nine racers turn their vehicles backwards. Though it was Scott and Chris P. that were having trouble turning them the most along with Albedo and Hiruma. Though Hiruma was more intentional than anything else when he hit Bobo.
"Watch where you're turnin' that thing!" Bobo said to Hiruma.
"This handling is something I'm going to have to adjust to." Albedo said.
After the initial hiccups, the nine were ready to start.
"Ready?"
"GO!"
The nine pressed their feet on the gas pedal and started to go backwards. But it turned out to be a complete mess in the beginning as everyone was running into each other.
"Get out of my way!" Albedo said to Tangle.
"I would if I could!" Tangle said, unable to move as she was stuck between Scott and Todd.
"Primate! What do you think you're doing?" Skipper said.
"I'm drivin'. What does it look like I'm doin'?" Bobo said as he was bumping into both him and Nimona.
DJ: "And right at the beginning it is a mess of unforeseen proportions! No one can seem to get out of their own way!"
Lightning: "This right here folks is the growing pains of trying to drive backwards."
Darrell: "Well they're gonna have to grow quickly, 'cause this track ain't gonna race itself! Somebody's gotta win!"
"I really don't see how this is going to work for one lap. Let alone two. They can barely get past the starting line." Emma said.
"Everyone's trying to go all at once. Unless they stop, they're not going anywhere." Kurt said.
"But wait, stopping means they're not going to go anywhere regardless right?" Akko asked.
"He means they need to stop and think." Shiro said. "Everyone's trying to take the track for themselves but it's not going in the way they think it would. So not only are they hurting themselves, they're hurting everyone else. Including their teammates. In a race, it's not all about going fast. If you don't know where you're going, then what's the point of moving at all? Until they they figure out where they're going, then no one's winning this race." Shiro said.
"They're going to the finish line obviously. So I don't get what you mean by that." Natsu said.
"Yes, there's a finish line. But answer this. Do you know where it is? Do you even know how you're going to get there? Or are you just wandering aimlessly, hoping you'll find it?" Shiro said.
"I guess what you're saying is... if no one can figure out a strategy to getting to the finish, then no one's going to get there." Natsu concluded, with Shiro only nodding, as the Scan2Go racer continued to silently watch the race.
"This is ridiculous! No one can even move! Why would Chris even do this if he knew this was going to happen!" Albedo said.
Hiruma came to a complete stop before pressing on the throttle at full speed, going through everyone including Albedo himself.
"Idiot! I'm on your team why would you do that?"
Though his calls were ignored as Hiruma was still going back.
"Although, he was able to get through." Albedo said under his breath. He came to a complete stop himself before revving back at full speed himself, hitting Dan and Bobo.
"I'll get you for that!" Dan said.
Lightning: "Looks like they're figuring it out."
Darrell: "And all for the better too! We can finally get to some racin'!"
Everyone else did the same thing, with Dan being the last to catch on as he was still upset at being hit by Albedo. The track itself was straightforward, with mostly small curves that required a bit of cornering to the left or the right with little to no pure straightaways. But because of how narrow some parts of the track was, some of them reluctantly had to slow down to fit through. Though all of that was easier said than done for some.
Nimona was constantly running into walls and Scott would occasionally get the directions he should turn confused, which would cause him to hit others, mostly Dan. And it got even worse at the first flagpole. Todd, deciding to take the outside, going the furthest he thought he could get away with before turning, was able to get through first while the others were clumped up closer to the pole.
"Listen! You need to get your directions straight and STOP RUNNING INTO ME!" Dan said.
"Sorry! It's just so confusing! I've never had to do anything like this backwards before!" Scott said. "Other than walking backwards!"
He went the wrong way and completely missed the flagpole.
Heloise, mask on and rifle in her hands, shot stinky cheese into his truck from the rifle, causing him to immediately cover his nose. "Gross!" He said before throwing it out and unintentionally into Bobo's truck who was about to angrily toss it out before he smirked. He had an idea.
"Catch!" Bobo said before throwing the cheese into Albedo's truck which landed on his head.
"What is that repulsive scent?" Albedo said before feeling something on his head. He looked up and saw the cheese. He tossed it out, but took his hands off the steering wheel and smashed the back of his truck into Todd, smashing the side of his right door as he was about to drive off. It was a miracle that it didn't even fall off.
"Well that's just great." Todd said sarcastically.
"Wait a second, I just thought of something. Chris, you didn't even give them helmets!" Riley said.
"Oops. Totally forgot about that." Chris M. said.
"Yeah, sure you did." Riley said sarcastically.
"We'll be lucky if someone doesn't suffer a concussion or other injuries from this." Becky B. said.
"They'll be fine. Besides, you can just get Grogu to heal them. Problem solved." Chris M. said.
"No. It'd be too much for him." Mando said.
"Not just that, but it's just not right. He's a child!" Mamori said.
"But you could say that for other people here too. What's your point?" Zak M. asked, shrugging.
"But that's different. We're more than capable of fending for ourselves. Grogu can't." Diana said.
"If they can drive carefully enough we won't have to worry about that happening." Paul said.
"That's easier said than done. They're being asked to drive backwards for two laps." Fiona said.
"And? If Mater is capable of doing it then so are they." Paul said.
"Listen, if you're sounding like that then maybe you should go out there and race!" Fiona said, starting to get annoyed with Paul's attitude.
"Why? I have nothing to prove to you."
"Now I get it, you're scared." Fiona said, putting her hands on her hips and had a smug look on her face.
"Like I said, there's nothing I have to prove to you."
Fiona gritted her teeth in anger.
"Uh oh." Diego said.
"Fiona's about to explode." Myron said.
But Fiona did the exact opposite. She took a deep breath and calmed down, closing her eyes as she folded her arms and looked away. "Fine then. You do whatever you want. We'll see what you have to say when you lose."
"Whew. I thought she was going to go off." Myron said.
"Guys, pipe down I'm trying to watch the race." Kaz said.
"Of course that's all you're focused on." Myron said.
"I mean what else is going on?" Toxsa asked.
"True but Kaz is a little different. When a race is going on, it'll take a cavalry to pull him away from it, even if he's watching." Diego said.
The racers got to the second flagpole with Hiruma and Dan being the most aggressive when it comes to hitting others, which caused the others to start to try and hit them back.
"You wanna play rough? Let's play." Skipper said before hitting Dan back.
"You really think I'm going to lose to a penguin? Not today!" Dan said before they ended up crashing into each other.
"Don't mind me. Just hear to crash the party." Bobo said, hitting Dan from behind.
"Nimona! Scott! Someone! Help!" Dan said.
"I would but... I'm a little busy." Nimona said, intentionally battling against Todd.
"Hey Dan, I'll be willing to help." Tangle said, before pressing the gas before all three got out of the way as a third flagpole was revealed.
"Uh oh." Tangle said before running right into the flagpole, the impact being so hard the truck went up a bit.
"Next time, don't announce what you're doing Tangle." Lanolin said.
DJ: "Ooh that's gotta hurt! Good thing she's wearing a seatbelt!"
"Surprised it came with that." Rally said.
Darrell: "And the racers approach the finish line to finish the first lap! Lightning, Bob, what are you seein' so far from these guys?"
Lightning: "Well, I'm liking what I'm seeing so far. At least from the racing aspect. They're getting used to it, but I can't say I'm a fan of the rest, like the trading paint."
Bob: "Well, I guess that's a product of there not being any rules. Not saying I'm a fan of it either. Just an observation."
Lightning: "I guess. Not saying you gotta be boring, but this just isn't my style of racing."
DJ: "Well it's certainly Hiruma, Dan, and Todd's!"
DJ said as the three were unforgivingly aggressive with their driving with Skipper, Bobo, Albedo and Tangle more than willing to match their energy. No one was able to solely take first. Scott was the closest, but Hiruma stopped that from happening.
"With how things are going, is anyone even going to be able to finish?" Marinette asked.
"For our sake, I hope so." Becky F. said.
The second one of them got to the first flagpole, Doyle was seen getting in a monster truck himself that was grown in size.
"Chris, they're having trouble being able to finish now!" Courtney said.
"Well they better hope Doyle doesn't catch them then." Chris M. said.
All of them got around the first flagpole with success, making their way through the track to the second one.
Doyle pressed a button on the track as its speed increased as he was driving backwards, smashing through the first flagpole when he got to it.
"He has a turbo boost? How is that fair?" Reagan asked.
"That's because it's not. Duh." Chris M. said.
Though the boost of speed made it harder for Doyle to control.
"You did tell him he doesn't have to drive backwards, right?" Chef asked Chris.
"Yeah. He still a he wanted to race that way anyway. Said it'd be more fun." Chris M. said.
"Least he's enjoyin' himself." Chef said.
"True. I'm just glad they've got no problem in doing the stuff I asked them too. Thought they'd protest a lot but they haven't so that's awesome." Chris M. said.
Doyle ended up crashing through the left barrier and was now in the desert section of the track, also knocking down a black tower before getting back in the main track, smashing through another part of the barrier.
"Oops." Doyle said, stopping. "My bad!" He called out, apologizing more to the Radiator Springs locals than anyone else.
"Forget apologizing! Go!" Chris M. called out.
"Oh. Right." Doyle said before getting moving again.
Darrell: "Looks like Doyle's playin' the role of Grim Reaper here! Can the racers get away and make it to the finish or will they be sent to the junkyard?"
"Uh oh. This isn't good!" Scott said.
"Of course it's not good, but it's not like we weren't warned. It's just him doing his job!" Dan said but Scott's nerves were starting to get to him and started to drive erratically, speeding up.
"Scott!" Hailey called out.
He was out of control, but thankfully, he was far enough from anyone to actually hit them as he jumped out to first. Though Hiruma saw this and grinned, deciding to speed up as well to take advantage of it. But Dan stopped him, causing him to spin out.
"You're not going anywhere pal!" Dan said.
As Hiruma was spinning, he intentionally spun towards where Todd and Skipper were , hitting Todd but missing Skipper as he swerved out of the way.
Both crashed and were at a standstill. Doyle, coming towards them first, unapologetically hit them, sending their trucks flying and totaling both of them.
DJ: "And Hiruma and Todd are out of the race!"
"Thanks a lot!" Todd said to Hiruma.
"You still won't get first." Hiruma said.
"Well clearly!" Todd said.
***Confessional***
Hiruma(Radical Rats):
"Spinning towards him was intentional. If I was going to go, I was going to make sure someone else was gone too. Good luck winnning this one Kings! Ya-ha."
***End Confessional***
"Just keep driving!" Dan said to Scott as they were headed towards the final flagpole.
As soon as they went to the final flagpole, Dan, instead of going around it, drives forward and drives right into Albedo, knocking off the right door and pushing him back, causing him to hit Bobo and Scott.
"What are you doing!? Get out of the way!" Albedo said.
"So we can drive forward now huh?" Nimona said before intentionally crashing into Skipper.
DJ: "What? Dan is driving forward? Is this legal?"
"It's actually not! Dan and Nimona are out!" Chris M. said.
Tsukishima facepalmed. "Those idiots."
Dan then drove forward and turned around to try and hit Tangle and Skipper as they were coming around the pole.
"Has he lost it!?" Skipper said, revving up to try to push him out of the way by force. Tangle just went around the two with Doyle looming near. Nimona also hit Bobo.
"Get the heck offa me!" Bobo said.
"You forgot to say the magic words." Nimona said.
"Oh yeah I forgot. It's get the heck offa me!" Bobo said.
But it was too late. Bobo, Nimona, Albedo, Skipper and Dan were all totaled.
Darrell: "And that's five more out! The Kings have got no one left!"
Lightning: "That's a Chick Hicks play from Dan if I've seen one. And yeah, if you've seen my races, you know how I feel about him."
DJ: "Regardless, it's straight to the finish for these two now!"
Doyle boosts to try and catch them. "Not on my watch!" Doyle said.
"Come on! Come on!" Tangle said.
Scott was able to cross second with Tangle barely crossing second before she and Scott were both rammed into by Doyle.
"Come on! The race was over!" Tangle said.
"Sorry, couldn't stop in time." Doyle said.
DJ: "And that's it! It's all over! The Breakers take first place! The Rats take second and the Breakers are last."
Standings(5/10 Races Completed):
Breakers: 7
Kings: 5
Rats: 4
The team celebrated their victory while some members from the Kings and Rats weren't happy with the lost.
"Chris! He literally cheated! We deserve some sort of compensation!" Courtney said.
"She's got a point. You said he was out and he was still going." Alejandro said.
"But he didn't exactly make it clear for him to hear. How was he supposed to know?" Blaineley said.
"Of course you're justifying it." Heather said.
"I'm not justifying anything. It's a fact." Blaineley said.
"Blaineley's got a point. Probably should have done something to make that clear so that's on me. But, Dan got good enough punishment anyways from Doyle." Chris M. said.
"Ha! Now both of you can shut it!" Dan said to Alejandro and Courtney.
"Just know, that won't happen again." Alejandro said in a warning tone.
"Well dad gum that was a good race!" Mater said.
"You mean a messy one." Sally said as the two joined the contestants.
"I'm just glad it's over honestly. But it was fun." Tangle said.
"It was definitely interesting. Not a fan of the rough play but it was a good race other than that." Lightning said, also joining them.
"Well, now that we're at the halfway point, before we get to the next race, we're gonna bring you guys back to the island to eat." Chris M. said.
"Really? Awesome! I'm starving!" Natsu said.
"Please let it be something good." Fiona said.
"Trust me, you guys are definitely going to like it." Chris M. said.
"Now you're making me even more nervous." Fiona said.
"Come on! Time's a wasting. Let's go!" Chris M. said as Heloise was the first to go in.
"Sorry again. Was honestly an accident." Doyle said to Sally.
"Hey don't worry about it. Thankfully the money we get from hosting a race will be more than enough to cover repairs." Sally said. "But, we won't hold you. It was nice meeting you all!"
"Next time, if you guys come back, let's do an actual race this time." Lightning said.
"I'd be more than happy to see that. And next time, I'll show you guys my racing skills!" Kaz said.
"You're not the only one here Kaz." Fiona said.
"Yeah don't hog all the attention to yourself man. We are a team after all." Diego said.
"Oh yeah. Sorry. I'm just really looking forward to race again!" Kaz said.
"Too bad it's not going to happen. You can't race again remember?" Tsukishima said.
"I know that. But still... maybe for next time you know?" Kaz said.
"And halfway through the Grand Prix, the Breakers jump out to a lead! Can they hold on and win their first challenge of the season? Or will the other two teams steal victory? What kind of food will the contestants be treated to next? Find out as the Gran Prix concludes after this on Total... Drama...Across the Multiverse!"
A/N: And that's the third part! Fun fact: The first Cars Video Game and Test Drive Eve of Destruction both shared a song in its soundtrack which was What I Want by Autopilot Off. Having both of those games be in one race was supposed to be a reference to that. As for the song itself, as much as I like it, I didn't think it would be appropriate here.
The next part will conclude the Gran Prix. The final part will probably be shorter than the rest though, even with there being five races left. I won't spoil the reasons though(it's not to make cuts to interactions). It takes inspiration from an episode in Multiverse Edition. Like I already mentioned before, breaking these eps into multiple parts is something I want to not be a recurring theme.
As for Grudgby, that is a confirmed episode that will appear later on in the season. Kart Racing is also still happening in the future as well. It'll be about 5-6 races but the races won't just be from Mario Kart as I already mentioned on the Discord(Mario Kart will only have 1 track). Some lesser-known Kart racing games/game modes will be thrown into the mix as well.
