The following morning after having breakfast, Nod and MK had gone on a walk to the palace so he could get back to work.
"Your world is amazing, I can't believe how much you all have," said Nod.
"I think the same about your world," said MK.
"And it feels good that we can be a part of both of them now," she said while taking hold of his hand.
"Sure does, I also wonder if her majesty can make one of those bracelets for me so you don't have to be there to bring me back and forth," said Nod.
"That would be better, you could surprise me with your visits then," said MK.
"And I mean no offense, but having to walk you all the way out here and then shrinking down just to take you home…," she said before Nod finished her sentence.
"Is a little much," said Tod.
"Yeah, and next time I'll have to take you to town and let you see things there, we'll have to prepare some clothes for you though, as wearing your armor won't be a good idea," said MK.
"Either way, you will be surprised by everything you will see there," she said.
"I'll be looking forward to it," said Nod as the two reached the palace.
"See you in a couple of days," said MK after they had shrunk down, going inside the throne room.
"Right," said Nod before kissing her. MK then went back to her normal size leaving him standing there all alone.
"Well, I had better get back to work," he said before heading to leave the room.
"Wait right there," said Marigold as she came out of nowhere to cut off his path and scaring Nod slightly.
"Your duty today is to tell me about what you saw in the human world," she said.
"Is that a royal order?" asked Nod.
"Yes it is," said Marigold. They both then shared a laugh before Nod went on to tell her about everything he saw on his day off.
