''So can I post something now?''
Mercedes and Brittany both nod their heads after they both glanced over at Santana talking to her family and simultaneously turn back to Rachel. ''You can.'' Mercedes tells her. ''Make sure to tag her though.''
Ashley watches Rachel walk off with a big grin after she nodded her head and turns to her little sister with a soft laugh as she hears Quinn just snicker. ''The both of you are evil.''
Brittany smiles innocently and glances at Mercedes. ''Why because she asked us if she can post the first birthday post?'' She asks innocently. ''We just allowed her to grab the spotlight for once.''
''Exactly that will make her shut up and it prevents us from getting killed, it's a win win for all of us.'' Mercedes adds as Quinn doubles over with laughter, she turns to Brittany as Ashley just shakes her head with a chuckle. ''You have your post ready?''
''Since this morning.'' Brittany breaths out chuckling. ''I only have to hit the button.''
''Same.'' Mercedes murmurs as she holds her hand out for a low five, they both walk over to the table deciding to mingle with Santana's family to act innocent and exchange smirks as they hear Santana's phone beep loudly.
''Berry!'' Santana whines as she looks up from her phone.
''Now.'' Brittany whispers as she takes out her phone chuckling as she notices Sam, Marley, Puck, Quinn and Ash do the same. She hits post as Santana keeps whining and sucks in her lips as she looks down at her buzzing and beeping phone with wide eyes.
''I thought we agreed to not posting something today.'' Santana whines as she notices that all her friends posted something.
''No you agreed to it, we disagreed.'' Quinn breaths out laughing. ''See it as payback for all your posts on our birthdays babe.''
Santana just huffs as she double taps all posts and locks eyes with Brittany as she lands on hers. ''I hate you.''
''No you don't.'' Brittany breaths out chuckling. ''Just enjoy it love.'' She adds not telling her that she has another more loving post ready to be posted.
Santana rolls her eyes as she taps on it and groans as she notices a picture of her and their boys covered in batter after they tried to bake a cake for Brittany's thirtieth birthday two years before the three of them wearing an animal onesie. ''You promised me not to post that one.'' She whines, she scrolls down as Brittany just snickers and reads the text underneath the picture.
As you enter a new era of your life, do so knowing that you accomplished all the most important things along the way. May this decade feel like a vacation.
Everyone will tell you that you look half your age though, but as your soon to be wife it's my responsibility to tell you the honest truth. You are not turning any younger love, happy 40th birthday, you oldie.

Brittany quickly hides behind Mercedes with a laugh as Santana looks up at her with a glare and smiles innocently. ''I love you?''
''Screw you.'' Santana grumbles as everyone start laughing the second they read Brittany's post, Brittany just chuckles using Mercedes's cover to post the other text she had ready and locks eyes with Santana as her phone beeps once again.
''I might be a bi..'' She cuts herself off as Ash nudges her and clears her throat. ''I might be a bit mean, but not that mean.'' She corrects as she wraps her arm around her sisters shoulder. ''I just had to have some fun with the group.''
''But not at my expense.'' Santana whines as she taps the new post Brittany tagged her in, She scrolls through the pictures smiling lovingly as she notices that Brittany picked pictures of the last ten years with and without their boys and scrolls down to read her message.

You are so smart, loving, beautiful and of course, hot!
You have all the qualities that every woman wants in their fiance.
I'm so lucky that I've found you as my soon to be wife, my partner in crime and the mama of our two boys.
I feel beyond blessed knowing I can call you mine forever, every moment with you is wonderful and filled with laughter. Watching you raise our boys, handle a demanding career and be the best fiance makes me respect you so much even if I don't always show it.
You made my life brighter, softer and full of love. When I am with you, nothing can go wrong and nothing is impossible. Making memories with you and our boys will always be my most favorite way to spend my life.

She sniffles as she feels strong arms wrap around her shoulders from behind and just turns on her heels to hug Brittany tightly ignoring the soft coos around them, she nuzzles her face against her shoulder smiling as their boys jog over to join their hug and picks Mateo up as she feels his arms hug her waist.
She kisses his head after leaning down to kiss Mason's head and looks up at Brittany. ''I love you.'' She just whispers softly.
''I love you too Santana.'' Brittany murmurs as she pecks her lips, Ashley shakes her head in amusement as she watches her sister lovingly hug Santana with the boys just enjoying being close to them and chuckles.
''Leave it to B to be nice and an ass at the same time.''
''It's a talent.'' Brittany breaths out snickering as Santana just laughs. ''I had to learn how to annoy you and also show you that I love you while we grew up.'' She kisses Santana's head as she just rests her forehead against her collarbone while Ash just huffs and rubs her back. ''The boys and I have one last gift for you.'' She murmurs softly after silently telling Mason to grab the envelope, she takes Mateo from her as she pulls back with an adorable frown and chuckles. ''Stop looking at me like that and just enjoy everything you received today love.''
She smiles as Mason runs over, placing Mateo down after he slid up beside her and just nods her head silently telling them that they can give their mama their gift. She leans her arms on Mason's shoulders as soon as they both handed Santana the envelope and chuckles as he just leans back against her with Mateo standing in front of him, she kisses his head not noticing Ashley snapping a picture of the three of them looking at Santana with the same looks and squeezes Mateo's hands as he just blindly reaches up to grab her own.
''Are you serious?'' Santana asks in surprise looking up at Brittany after pulling six tickets out of the envelope four dated for the day after and two for a week later.
Brittany nods her head smiling as Alex walks over with Maribel and licks her lips. ''We are, it's about time that we enjoy a longer vacation again and after ten years I would love to explore Hawaii again with you and our boys.''
''And these tickets?'' Santana asks in confusion as she holds the two with a different date up.
''Those are ours.'' Alex tells his daughter with a grin as he takes the tickets, he kisses his wife's temple as she turns to him in surprise and chuckles. ''Britt and the boys invited us to enjoy a family vacation on Hawaii, Ash and Q sadly already planned a trip but we will plan a vacation for all of us as soon as Ash gave birth to baby Fabray.''
''Wait a second.'' Santana breaths out as her mami just walks over to Brittany and the boys to hug them tightly. ''Babe this is tomorrow!''
Brittany nods her head and chuckles. ''It is and three out of four suitcases are packed.'' She breaths out. ''We can pack yours tonight or tomorrow morning, the flight leaves tomorrow night and your papi will drive us before his shift starts.''
''After all the stress we went through the past few months, we need a time off love and that quick.'' She adds as Santana just bites her lip. ''Jamie and Jay will stay with Puck and Marls till we come back, but as much as I love our family, love watching and helping Jamie recover and our careers. We kinda lost the focus on us during it so it's time to enjoy a longer vacation and just focus on everything but work and other added stress.''
She explains knowing she can talk freely and voice her worries with Jamie and Jay not being there to feel like they don't like taking care of them which they do. ''It got too much in the end and we took too much onto our plates.'' She continues as they lock eyes. ''Our family offered help but we declined thinking we could manage, but slowly I am kicking my own butt because I am everything but relaxed right now and I know our boys would love relaxing and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet too.''
''Si, we love Jay and Jamie but it got too much.'' Mateo agrees, Mason nods his head in agreement and smiles.
''Jay and Jamie belong to our friends but familia comes first, we come first.'' He breaths out. ''I want some mommy and mami time.''
Brittany just nods her head as they lock eyes silently confirming that their boys asked if they could have some private family time which made her talk to Alex if they could both have off and also expanding the vacation invite to them knowing their boys would love to have their grandparents there too for the last week and smiles as Santana crouches down to hug their boys and hears her soft murmur of excitement as she tells them that they will enjoy Hawaii.
''B, party?''
She turns to Lorenzo as she feels his strong arm lean on her shoulder and nods her head, she chuckles as loud music immediately fills the backyard after he pushed a button on the remote control in his hands and smiles as she watches Santana's family immediately move to the music.
''Talk about Latin blood.'' She muses.
''Your boys too.'' Lorenzo breaths out snickering. ''And you.'' He adds as he notices the subtle movement of her hips, Brittany just hums holding her hand out for Santana as she notices Maria, Yolanda, Alma and Maribel dance onto the makeshift dance floor and twirls her out onto it as soon as she feels her hand slip into her own grinning as their boys immediately follow their lead as she dances after Santana with Lorenzo joining her.
She winces as someone slaps her ass hard after she twirled Santana over to her sister and turns on her heels swiftly hitting Puck's abs as he just looks at her with a shit eating grin. ''Asshole.'' She grumbles as she rubs her ass while everyone laughs.
''Damn babe, that sounded painful.'' Santana breaths out chuckling.
''Sorry B but you know I have to when you wear leather, why do you think Marls never wears pants like that?'' Puck asks as he leans forward holding his abs. ''Damn you still have a killer hit.'' He groans out rubbing his stomach.
''You get softer with each year passing.'' Brittany muses. ''At least one of us has to look fit and not like a couch potato.'' She catches his fist as he tries to hit her arm and twirls it on his back making sure he won't put too much pleasure on his leg by supporting it with her thigh, she smirks as he immediately leans against her already giving in and snickers. ''You give?''
''I can still beat you at arm wrestling.'' Puck grumbles as she let's him go right after he nodded his head not noticing everyone just look at them in surprise, Brittany steps back and laughs.
''You never beat me at arm wrestling.'' She points out. ''You want to embarrass yourself in front of everyone?'' She walks over to Santana still laughing as Puck grumbles and wraps an arm around her shoulders, she kisses her head as she leans against her with a soft chuckle and shoots Puck a wink. ''If you need a workout partner just let me know, you know I can set up a plan to make you move your fat but a bit fitter.''
''You still work out even though you work and have two boys?'' Marley asks in amusement. ''How?''
''She works out with them.'' Santana breaths out laughing. ''You don't even want to know how often I walked in on her bench pressing both boys or doing push ups while they sat on her back and watched TV.''
''We also go running.'' Mateo adds grinning.
''Leave it to you, to keep not only you but your boys fit too.'' Ashley breaths out with a shake of her head as she pushes her little sister softly. ''Don't turn them into two exact copies of you body wise tho, I am glad you got rid of that six pack.''
''You had a six pack?'' Lorenzo asks with his jaw dropped, he lifts his shirt as Brittany just hums and frowns. ''How? I don't manage more than four.''
Brittany shrugs her shoulders and snickers. ''I won't tell you the way I got mine and yes Ash I am glad I got rid of them too because a six pack on a woman is just hideous but.'' She turns to Lorenzo and winks. ''I will send you some tips, within three weeks you will have six.''
''Was that during your relationship Santanita?'' Alma asks curiously, Santana quickly shakes her head and chuckles.
''Hell no I would have glued her to the kitchen floor and fed her with so much fat that she gained weight fast Abuela.'' She smiles as she laughs and pats Brittany's abs softly. ''She still has the same figure she had since we started dating, I don't think she ever gained or lost weight the past ten years.''
''Army was with ups and downs weight wise, but the second I arrived home I quickly gained the weight I lost and now since five years I hold it.'' Brittany breaths out with a grin.
''Yeah you didn't change at all, you also still look like you are in your mid twenties.'' Yolanda tells her with a shake of her head. ''Same goes for you Santanita.''
''Mami's DNA.'' Santana just breaths out chuckling. ''Mami and papi both don't look like they will turn sixty next year.''
''True.'' Everyone agrees, Santana just snickers running her hand through Mateo's dark blonde locks as he leans against her and looks down. ''Tired mijo?'' She picks him up as he hums softly and rubs his back as he nuzzles his face against her shoulder.
''I think it's time to head home.'' Brittany murmurs softly as Mason also tiredly leans against her, she kisses his head as Santana nods her head in agreement and smiles. ''Say good night to everyone little love, we will head home and enjoy some cuddling.''
She hugs her sister as he nods his head dragging himself over to his grandparents with Santana following him and kisses her temple. ''Please don't overdo.'' She whispers. ''I know you can't sit still but just allow Q to pamper you Ash.''
''I'll try.'' Ashley promises, she smiles as Quinn joins their hug and kisses Brittany's cheek. ''And you enjoy the vacation and relax, no thinking of work or anything that stresses you out sis.''
''I will.'' Brittany promises as she pulls out of the hug, she walks over to the group after kissing Quinn's temple and smiles as Alma hugs her first also wishing her a nice vacation. She glances over at her fiance as she walks over to Alex and Maribel, noticing her talking to Quinn and Ash with Mateo slowly drifting off in her arms and quickly hugs them knowing they have to head home so Mat can relax and won't wake up in the middle of the night.
A few hours later
Santana sighs contently as she leans back into Brittany's arms with their boys cuddled up beside them in their bed after they all took a shower and leans her head back against her toned shoulder with her eyes closed as she feels warm lips against her temple. ''Today was perfect.'' She whispers softly. ''I love spending my birthday with you, our boys and our family.''
''I am glad you enjoyed your day love.'' Brittany murmurs as she pulls back keeping her voice low so they won't disturb their boys sleep, she grabs her phone as she feels Santana's forehead rest against her pulse point and gently taps the back of her hand in her hold. ''Kelly just mailed us the pictures.''
Santana immediately looks down at Brittany's phone, smiling as she pulls up the pictures and looks at the picture of the pose Kelly picked for them. ''That picture turned out perfect.'' She whispers softly as she notices the loving smiles on her and Brittany's faces as Brittany kisses her forehead with her eyes closed and smiles as she notices the big happy smiles on their boys faces as they look up at them with their arms wrapped around each others shoulders while also holding onto their intertwined hands.
''It's my favorite picture of this shoot.'' Brittany murmurs showing her that she already saved it as her background. ''I send them all to you and two to Q so she can ask her colleague to find the right frame for them.''
Santana hums not wanting to grab her phone after she posted a thank you post for their friends and family, knowing her notifications blew up with the restaurant crew also reacting to her post and cuddles into Brittany after she placed her own phone down. ''I will look at them tomorrow.'' She murmurs softly. ''All I want right now is cuddle and end my night with mi familia.''
She smiles as Brittany scoots down, nuzzling her face against her chest after making sure their boys are still tucked in and wraps her arm around her waist. ''Do you have any plans made during our vacation?''
''No exact plans, but maybe a mommy and mama, mijo day?'' Brittany asks softly, she smiles as Santana just looks up and glances at Mason. ''Maze's next history subject is pearl harbor and ww2, so I want to take him to the monument but Mat is still too young to understand.''
''A mama, mommy and mijo day sounds perfect.'' Santana murmurs. ''I know you always wanted to bring him there and explain what happened babe, while the both of you enjoy your mommy, little love date, I will take our angel and show him the active volcano we went to with Maze.''
''Anything else planned?'' She asks as she cuddles closer, Brittany shakes her head as she wraps her arms around her shoulders and kisses her head.
''For the two weeks that we spend alone there no, but your papi and I did plan something for all of us to do together.''
''And what?'' Santana asks curiously.
''A helicopter tour with waterfall landing and photo shooting.'' Brittany murmurs. ''Your mami always wanted to go to Hawaii to explore the island so we want to offer her the experience to see it from above, the waterfall landing will be amazing for the boys and the photo shooting will give us some amazing memories and it will allow us to look back on our first vacation with your parents.''
''You are amazing you know that?'' Santana asks softly as she pulls back to look up at her. ''You don't even know how much I love the idea of spending a vacation with our little family and with mi mami and papi, Britt-Britt.''
''I would have planned it much sooner.'' Brittany murmurs. ''But now we finally have enough people running the hospital without us having to worry, C and Marls will take over our floor and Holiday will take your papi's position for the time being and in three and a half weeks we will return back to work.''
''Three and a half?'' Santana asks curiously, Brittany nods her head and kisses her forehead.
''We have three more day off after we landed back home, our boys will spend two nights at Ash's and Q's house while we have those appointments with the venue and bakery we picked out and after that I would love to kidnap you for a night to just be us and relax before work picks back up.''
''That sounds amazing.'' Santana whispers, she lovingly cups her cheek as Brittany just smiles and tilts her head up to kiss her softly. ''You don't even know how much I love and appreciate you Britt-Britt, I am lucky to call you soon to be wifey.''
''I am sure you love and appreciate me just as much as I love and appreciate you San.'' Brittany whispers as she leans their foreheads together. ''I can't wait to say yes to spending the rest of my life with you by my side.'' She adds sweetly, she lovingly kisses her foreheads, keeping her lips there as Santana sighs contently and cups the back of her head. ''I love you Santana.'' She whispers softly against her warm skin.
''I love you too Britt-Britt.''
