A world with quirks means its people will wind up rather quirky. Whether heroes, villains, or somewhere in-between, every BnHA character deserves to have their story told. These are but tiny 100-word snippets of their lives, told one a day, every day, in 2023. Newest chapter: Kudo, even without the boost One for All provides, still manages to antagonize All for One just fine.

316. Kudo (2nd One for All user)

A.N. — The dream Izuku had prior to the Joint Training Arc was in November, so I am spacing the three vestiges I have left across this month. Serious consideration was given to doing the 2nd and 3rd One for All users back to back, though. I did wait just long enough (the manga chapter this information comes from is less than 24 hours old) so that this guy's name finally got revealed; lucky me!

316. Kudo (2nd One for All user)

Kudo derived schadenfreude from being acknowledged as the "biggest thorn" in All For One's side by the man himself. Knowing he, amongst all Shigaraki's foes, had been deemed the most imminent threat to the underworld's boogeyman was a testament to his prowess. After seeing All for One's treatment of his brother, Kudo would never not have a hate boner for the man.

Gearshift let him elude capture, but it paled in comparison to what All for One brought to bore. One for All, then, was a stealth "fuck you" to the man who'd end his life, if not his mission.
