SCP 1309: Chalk Prince
Object Class: EUCLID
Disruption Class: EKHI
Risk Class: WARNING [Formerly CRITICAL] *
.
SPECIAL CONTAINMENT PROCEDURES: As of incident 24/11/2021, no cross-testing is to be attempted between SCP 1309 [A], SCP 1309 [P], and SCP 1309 [W].
All instances of SCP 1309 are to remain separate and securely contained.
SCP 1309 [A] is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber furnished with the following:
One cotton futon
One acrylic writing desk and chair
One acrylic shelving unit with approved literature (as of incident 24/11/2021: this unit has been moved to the testing area. Outside of testing, any books can be brought into the containment chamber by D-Class personnel following direct approval from Dr. Viator.)
A single set of charcoal pencils (as of incident 24/11/2021: this has been restricted to the testing area)
A single set of oil paints (as of incident 24/11/2021: this has been restricted to the testing area.)
An easel and canvases (as of incident 24/11/2021: this has been restricted to the testing area)
A single blank sketch pad (as of incident 24/11/2021: this has been restricted to the testing area)
Any requests for furnishing or alterations to containment procedures must be submitted to
Due to the unknown limits of SCP 1309 [A]'s anomalous effect - and its previous record of extreme aggression - Mobile Task Force Lambda-27 ("Favonius Knights") are to be permanently stationed at Site 23-12. Operatives must be present for any transfers or tests SCP 1309 [A] is involved in and are to supplement site security staff where appropriate.
NOTE:
To ensure SCP 1309 [A]'s continued compliance, containment staff are to schedule biweekly visits between SCP 1309 [A] and P.O.I 1020. These are to take place in SCP 1309 [A]'s containment cell, the testing area, or any approved location on-site with a pre-established security clearance certificate.
On the occasion of a visit, P.O.I 1020 is to be escorted directly to the approved meeting area. On the meeting's conclusion, a single dose of Class C Amnestics will be administered P.O.I 1020, they will then be surrendered into Site Director Gunnhildr's custody.

SCP 1309 [P] is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment chamber furnished with the following:
One cotton futon (as of containment breach 24/11/2021: this has been removed.)
One acrylic writing desk and chair (as of containment breach 24/11/2021: this has been removed.)
One acrylic shelving unit with approved literature (as of containment breach 24/11/2021: this has been removed.)
One electric, adjustable medical bed (fitted with approved restraint options)
One non-magnetic fixed, wheeled gurney
One high-acuity monitor
One intravenous drip (containing A-202X sedative; to be monitored by on-site medical staff)
Provided testing does not require the subject to be mobile, conscious, or lucid; SCP 1309 [P] is to remain restrained and heavily sedated. Any changes or lapses in these measures will be raised as a breach of containment, and any staff involved will be subject to disciplinary investigation.
NOTE:
As of containment breach 24/11/2021: any testing of SCP 1309 [P] is strictly prohibited, and SCP 1309 [P] is to remain sedated and stored in Site 23-12 cryogenic storage wing until a viable termination method has been finalised.
-8-
The remains of SCP 1309 [W] are to be contained in the Site 23-12 cryogenic storage wing when not in use for testing.
SCP 1309 [W], when not required for testing, is to be thoroughly dismembered and divided into no less than seven pressurised tungsten weave containment cubes. Unless checked out for testing, these are to be stored in the Site 23-12 cryogenic storage wing.
All requests to reconstitute more than two pieces of SCP 1309 [W] must receive written approval from the Project Lead: Dr. Viator. Any attempts to fully re-constitute SCP 1309 [W] must receive written approval from the Project Lead: Dr. Viator, Site Director Gunnhildr, and the site's current security liaison.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
As of containment breach 24/11/2021: MTF Lambda-27 are pre-approved to attempt termination of SCP 1309 in the instance of hostile activity, sustained lack of cooperation with Foundation staff and/or a catastrophic breach of containment.

DESCRIPTION: SCP 1309 refers to three superficially identical specimens, each taking the form of a humanoid Caucasian male with pale blond hair and teal-coloured eyes. Each specimen displays a degree of acute albinism.
SCP 1309 [A] demonstrates the ability to transmorph any two-dimensional object into its three-dimensional equivalent. This effect only occurs when SCP 1309 [A] has painted, drawn or otherwise created the impression of the two-dimensional object.
By unknown means; upon SCP 1309 [A] finishing with its art (NOTE: this does not necessarily mean that the artwork itself is in any state of true completion, this effect extends to all sketches/paintings/etc. created by SCP 1309 [A]) the artwork itself will begin to bulge out of the area it was created upon before becoming a three-dimensional equivalent of that object.
If the subject of the artwork is an animate object, this process will be preceded by a period of activity – typical of the object – before it becomes three-dimensional.
Upon bulging forth and transmorphing into a three-dimensional object, the artwork will grow or shrink to reach a size that matches the object's real-world counterpart.
The quality, structural integrity and capabilities of the three-dimensional objects are noted to be entirely dependent on the technical skill of SCP 1309 [A]'s artwork. Should the artwork be left in an incomplete state (or crafted in a style that does not reflect realism,) the anomalous effect will still occur, and the non-standard/incomplete elements will be reflected on the three-dimensional object.
SCP 1309 [P] has demonstrated a similar anomalous effect to SCP 1309 [A]. However, its lack of cooperation and lack of technical skill has led to inconclusive results on its anomalous capabilities.
Whether SCP 1309 [W] also has the same anomalous capabilities is unknown.
All three specimens showcase no immediate physiological differences, with the exception of the gold, diamond-shaped symbol on SCP 1309 [A]'s neck.
Vivisection has revealed that SCP 1309 [A] and SCP 1309 [P] display no physiological differences from baseline humans. SCP 1309 [W] has a comparatively decreased bone and muscle density compared to baseline humans, its cells also contain mechanisms similar in function to chloroplasts and SCP 1309 [W] also demonstrates a mechanism for highly advanced regenerative abilities that far exceed the abilities that SCP 1309 [A] nor SCP 1309 [P] have demonstrated.
SCP 1309 [A] surrendered itself into Foundation custody on ××/××/×××× following a joint missive received by former Site Director █████ and Deputy Site Director Gunnhidlr from P.O.I A-3.5 ["One who would never lie"] and P.O.I R-3.5 ["A flower that is not of this world"]. SCP 1309 [A] was initially classified as SCP 1309 until investigation of documentation received during initial containment led to the containment of SCP 1309 [P].
During incident 24/11/2021, following a period of a noted lack of cooperation with (as well as open hostility towards) Foundation staff; SCP 1309 [P] ██████████████████████████████, following this SCP 1309 [W] ██████████████████████████████ and entered into a hostile engagement with Lambda-27 agents deployed to neutralise it and the developing ███████████████. After a fourteen-minute period of ██████████, ██████████, and ████████████████████, an unknown resultant entity emerged, resembling an unknown species of fauna with strong physiological similarities to a ██████████. The entity proceeded to aid SCP 1309 [P] in a breach of containment before they were both appropriately neutralized. Following significant structural damage, the entity began to recede in size and alter its composition until it physically resembled SCP 1309 [A] and SCP 1309 [P].
NOTE:
Documents retrieved during initial containment (corroborated during interviews and vivisection) confirm SCP 1309 as artificial lifeforms. Through said documents – as well as interviews with SCP 1309 [A] and SCP 1309 [P] – their creation has been linked to a member of G.O.I – 0723: Hexenzirkel, and retrieval and containment of P.O.I R-3.5 ["A flower that is not of this world"] is expected to be established during Operation: Eclipse Dynasty.

Interview Log [B-01]
Date: [REDACTED]
Interviewee: SCP 1309
Interviewer: Dr. █████ Viator
Accompanying: Junior Researcher Sucrose Ampulla, Lambda-27 Agent Porthos & Lambda-27 Agent Athos
Notes: Following their transfer to the project – replacing Dr Locri as Project Lead – Dr Viator made sweeping and far-reaching changes to previous containment procedures and testing objectives. This interview is the first interview since said changes and the first instance of interaction between SCP 1309 and Dr Viator.
[BEGIN LOG]
Dr. Viator: Good Morning, SCP 1309 [A].
SCP 1309: …hello. It is a pleasure to see a new face. Though, you've certainly brought quite the audience of familiar ones.
Dr. Viator: I thought some familiar faces might make things easier; I understand you are familiar with Junior Researcher Ampulla?
SCP 1309: Yes, I have spoken with Sucrose before. She is one of the more… tolerable members of Dr. Locri's team.
[ Junior Researcher Ampulla visibly fidgets, a hand gesture from Dr. Viator seems to relax her ]
Dr. Viator: I see. I understand there was some… tension between you and Dr Locri's team, and a series of unacceptable incidents occurred under his purview. I apologise on behalf of the Foundation and the rest of the team; we don't want to make your containment here unnecessarily uncomfortable, and all the offending individuals are being dealt with.
SCP 1309: I don't suppose you will keep me updated?
Dr. Viator: You will know as much as I am allowed to tell you. Is that fair?
[ A 23-second pause commenced; SCP 1309 maintained uninterrupted eye contact with Doctor Viator ]
SCP 1309: That is agreeable. Do you still intend on keeping me here?
Dr. Viator: We plan on moving you to new quarters. I hear you have a passion for the arts, I'm more than happy to look into getting your pencils and paints delivered to your new-
SCP 1309: Hmph, I was under the impression that my art was the reason I was locked in a box and left to rot. Now you want to see it. Why?
Dr Viator: Because I am not Dr Timaeus Locri, and the Foundation is not a group of jailors. We are like you, people seeking the truth of this world. We go out, and we turn the 'unknown' into the 'known' for the security and protection of the human race. Locking you in a cell three miles below the seabed was never conducive to that goal and I will not be allowing that to happen again.
[ A 23-second pause commenced; SCP 1309 maintained uninterrupted eye contact with Doctor Viator ]
SCP 1309: I believe you. But I also believe there will be some form of expectations for the new room and my art supplies. Equivalent exchange.
Dr. Viator: You could see it that way. At least initially. We'd like to run a few tests- NO VIVISECTIONS!
[SCP 1309 briefly showed signs of mounting aggression before Dr. Viator's exclamation]
Dr. Viator: Our current focus is on the limits and properties of your artwork. No invasive medical procedures will be necessary at this time.
SCP 1309: 'at this time', hmm?
Dr. Viator: I can at least promise that – so long as I am on this project and working with you – anything we need outside of your artwork will be conducted in this room and in this format.
SCP 1309: That is also agreeable. Can I have your name, merely so I can thank you properly?
Junior Researcher Ampula: Doctor. Though we have found no evidence of fae-adjacency during the subject's containment, I would strongly recommend against-
Dr. Viator: It's all right. I won't give you my name, I'm rather fond of it. But you may call me Doctor █████ Viator.
SCP 1309: █████ hmm? Quite the striking name. Either way, thank you, Dr. █████.
[END LOG]
NOTES:
As of 23/12/2020: any requests, of any kind, from SCP 1309 are to be raised with SCP 1309's Project Lead: Dr. Viator
As of incident 24/11/2021: any further alterations to the subject's containment procedures (including additions to the containment chamber, access to or communication with P.O.I 1020, access to or communication with Dr. Viator [beyond the scope of agreed interrogation or testing] and removal from the containment chamber [beyond the scope of agreed interrogation or testing]) are to be approved by both the Project Lead and the Site Director.

INCIDENT & CONTAINMENT BREACH: 24/11/2021
SCP 1309 [P] and SCP 1309 [W] were integrated into one of SCP 1309's visits. to P.O.I 1020. SCP 1309 [P] proceeded to assault research staff, SCP 1309, and P.O.I 1020 before attempting to flee the scene with P.O.I 1020 in its custody.
Timely intervention of Dr. Viator, SCP 1309 and Lambda-27 Captain Lawrence contained the incident.
Interview Log [B-56]
Date: █████
Interviewee: SCP 1309
Interviewer: Dr. Kaeya Alberich
Accompanying: Lambda-27 Captain Lawrence, Lambda-27 Schmidt Lambda-27 Agent Porthos & Lambda-27 Agent Athos
Notes: This interview immediately follows both incident 24/11/2021 and containment breach 24/11/2021.
[BEGIN LOG]
[ SCP 1309 [P] is fully restrained in a straitjacket, muzzle, and strapped to a gurney. The gurney has been raised to allow both parties to maintain eye contact. SCP 1309 [P] can be seen visibly struggling with their restraints. ]
Dr. Alberich: Can you explain your actions, SCP 1309 [P]?
[ SCP 1309 [P] is unresponsive; its resistance to its restraints becomes angered thrashing ]
Dr. Alberich: I repeat. SCP 1309 [P], explain your actions.
[ SCP 1309 [P] remains unresponsive, and its thrashing becomes more violent ]
Dr. Alberich: SCP 1309 P, understand that if you do not provide an explanation for your aggressive behaviour, we will-
SCP 1309 [P]: SHUT UP AND GIVE ME BACK THE GIRL! AND THE BLONDE IN THE LAB COAT, TOO!
Dr. Alberich: Ah~ so you can still talk. I wondered if the bludgeoning from your 'brother' had caused some more severe cognitive damage. How fortunate. So, if I were to hand them over, what are your intentions with Dr. Viator and P.O.I 1020?
SCP 1309 [P]: That is NONE of your bus-
Dr. Alberich: Captain Lawrence, administer the sedative.
[ Lambda-27 Captain Lawrence approaches SCP 1309 [P] with a syringe. At Dr. Alberich's nod of confirmation, SCP 1309 [P] is further restrained by Lambda-27 operatives as Captain Lawrence administers a 15mg diazepam injection. Following a brief period of further struggling, SCP 1309 [P] is seen to visibly relax after ceasing thrashing. ]
Dr. Alberich: Thank you, Captain, don't you think he looks so much nicer all calmed down? Just like his brother.
Lambda-27 Captain Lawrence: Please keep all dialogue relevant to the acquisition of information, Dr. Alberich.
Dr. Alberich: Spoilsport. Back to business then, SCP 1309 [P], can you hear me?
SCP 1309 [P]: [voice noticeably fatigued, gravelly, and strained] That is not my name.
Dr. Alberich: At this time, considering your actions, all previous privileges have been revoked. This includes the recognition of any and all preferred means of identification. Please keep all responses related to the questions you are being asked to avoid further reprimands. Now, can you hear me, SCP 1309 [P]?
SCP 1309 [P]: Of course, I can. I responded to you, didn't I?
Dr. Alberich: Wonderful, thank you for your cooperation, SCP 1309 [P], though I would remind you that I expect politeness. Now, can you explain your actions, SCP 1309 [P]?
[ SCP 1309 [P] remains unresponsive. Dr. Alberich is seen physically striking SCP 1309 [P] ]
Lambda-27 Captain Lawrence: Dr. Alberich, your conduct is-
Dr. Alberich: Oh, do relax. Despite how pale our little prince's skin is, he won't bruise. In fact, a blow like that will hardly do any type of lasting damage. Now, what are your intentions with Dr. Viator and P.O.I 1020, SCP 1309 [P]?
SCP 1309 [P]: I won't-
Dr. Alberich: You will, SCP 1309 [P]. You will explain why you breached containment; you will explain by what means or mechanism you created SCP 1309 [W], and you will explain it NOW.
[ Dr. Alberich grabs SCP 1309 by the chin and draws its face downwards. ]
Dr. Alberich: I have a little girl in the med bay – scared out of her mind – and one of my more adorable colleagues in critical condition. If I don't start getting some answers – delivered in a polite tone, I might add – I will personally see Locri brought back here to oversee a new batch of live vivisections. There's always something more to learn and – under my oversight – I will ensure they are all VERY thorough.
SCP 1309 [P]: That little girl is my sister.
Dr. Alberich: We've read the reports, SCP 1309 [P]. You have not interacted with that girl before today. The only one with a relationship to P.O.I 1020 is SCP 1309 [A]. But let's leave that for now.
SCP 1309 [P]: It's a simple bit of alchemy, way more than that fraud can manage.
[ Dr. Alberich releases SCP 1309 [P] and straightens up ]
Dr. Alberich: I can't say I am too versed in the art of alchemy. Do enlighten me on the process.
[THE REMAINDER OF THE LOG HAS BEEN SEALED. AVAILABLE TO THOSE WITH LEVEL 4 CLEARANCE]
[END LOG]
NOTES:
Dr Alberich received an official reprimand for 'Inappropriate Behaviour Towards an Anomalous Object'.
As of incident 24/11/2021: Interaction between SCP 1309 [A] and SCP 1309 [P] is strictly prohibited.
As of incident 24/11/2021: Interaction between SCP 1309 [P] and SCP 1309 [W] is strictly prohibited.
As of containment breach 24/11/2021: SCP 1309 [P] is to be detained, pending termination. Under no circumstances should SCP 1309 [P] make contact with SCP: 1309 [A]***
.
* ADDENDUM 1: Audio Log from Dr. Alberich: "My my, this one grows more... amusing each day. Ah, right; Jean says I should be more professional on these documents. Ehem! Following Dr. Viator's transfer to the project - and their rather ingenious implementation of including interaction with P.O.I 1020 as a 'cooperation reward' - we have noted a marked decrease in our subject's aggression and non-compliance. Subject has even proven docile, affable, and – dare I say it – even flirtatious! Though the former two results may vary, the latter only seems to manifest in the presence of Dr. Viator. Hehe~ how curious… So long as current containment measures remain in place, and we keep the subject's favourite people around, I see no reason for concern."
** ADDENDUM 2: Excerpt from Lambda-27 Agent Huffman's official Ethics Committee complaint regarding Procedure 1309Delta:
"Next time, YOU try prying that crying little girl away from her "big brother". Next time YOU try and trick her into taking the shot. She always knows what it is when we pull it out, and I have to listen to her cry as she feels herself forget. SHE FEELS HERSELF FORGET! This cannot be healthy OR ethically justified."
The complaint has been officially acknowledged. P.O.I 1020's abnormal response to amnestics will be investigated. [PORTION STRICKEN. AUTHORISATION: SD GUNNHILDR]
*** ADDENDUM 3: Audio Log from Project Lead: Dr. Viator: "For Albe-ahem, SCP 1309 [A]'s safety and continued longevity; SCP 1309 [P] is to remain separate from SCP 1309 [P]. Though we are confident that, should they come to blows again, Albedo would- SCP 1309 [A] would not come to serious injury, we must remain vigilant. Though I must disagree with Dr. Alberich's request for termination, I admit that a more permanent solution must be found to ensure SCP 1309 [A]'s safety from SCP 1309 [P]'s aggression towards them. I am also putting a halt to all cross-testing of our contained subjects; the documented reactions make it clear that continued testing places all available subjects at risk of termination or injury. And with SCP 1309 [P]'s currently ill-understood ability to create lifeforms, alongside its naked aggression towards the Foundation, we are not currently in a position where we can take such risks with our containment staff or facilities."
