Road Trip (MHA Fanfic)
Characters included: Bakugo, Midoriya/Deku, Mina, Kaminari, Kirishima, Jiro, Sero
*Literally the Baku Squad + Deku
"Okay. Dont be dumb, dont leave the route, and dont die. It is a privilage to go there on you own so dont screw up." Aizawa said before going back towards the school. He quickly turned back around and ran to the car with something in his hand.
"Sero, you're driving so you are in charge. If anything happens, press this button. It will alert any heroes near you. Have fun." He said handing the remote-like device to Sero and walking away. The rest of the class wished them luck and told them to have fun as the car drove away. Everyone in the car was on a road trip together to a lodge up in the mountains. They were on winter break and the Baku-Squad decided to go on a ski trip for fun. Since Midoriya didn't have anything planned for the break, Mina insisted that he came with them.
"So how long does the GPS say it will take to get there?" Mina asked looking at Sero. Sero and Mina were in the front of the car, Bakugo and Midoriya in the middle, and Kirishima, Kaminari, and Jiro in the back.
"It says it will take about 2 days to drive there and another 2 to drive back." Sero said looking at his phone.
"Ughhhh that will take too longgg! Why couldn't we fly there?" Mina said pouting.
"We cant fly without an adult and Aizawa didnt want to go with us. Plus, Sero already has a car that fits all of us so it was just the better way to go." Midoriya said opening a small backpack he had filled with snacks.
"Want one?" Midoriya said trying to give Bakugo a granola bar.
"Fine." He responded taking the snack.
A few hours went by and everyone was just looking out the windows taking in the views. They made it into the foothills but they were still a long ways from the cabin. The road sides were covered in snow and huge trees and they even saw a deer jumping through the forest. Bakugo was napping, Kirishima, Jiro, and Kaminari were quietly messing around in the back of the car, Midoriya was still looking outside, and Mina and Sero were talking about what the group will do when they get to the cabin.
"Hey Kaminari, can you stop sticking your head out the window? You're gonna get hit by a tree branch or something." Jiro said, trying to pull his head back into the car.
"It's not like there are any close enough to get hit by-" Kaminari tried to say before getting slapped by a branch covered in snow.
"Hahaha! Oh that was good!" Mina laughed, throwing a small towel to the back of the car as Kaminari pulled his head back through the window. Bakugo had woken up from the loud laughter and pretended he was never asleep.
"Hey Sero, do you think you can turn on the heater or something? It's pretty cold in here." Midoriya asked.
"Sorry man, but it looks like the heater is broken. I think I have some extra blankets under the seats if you need them." Sero replied while driving.
"Ok thanks!" Midoriya said as he reached under his seat for the blanket. Everyone else in the car did the same but when Bakugo looked for one under his seat, there was none. So he just sat there, shivering angrily in silence. The car was pretty quiet for a good 3 minutes and Jiro finally broke the silence.
"Let's put on some music! It's so quiet in here and we're going on a ski trip. Let's get excited!"
"Good idea! What station though?" Mina said smiling. She was flipping through the radio stations for quite some time before a song came on that everyone in the car knew. They all sang along to the song, accept for Bakugo, and once it was over Kirishima said
"Wait, you guys like that song too!? I never thought that would happen!"
"Everyone loves that song dude! It's going completely viral too." Kaminari said before wrapping himself like a burrito in the blanket he had.
The car went quiet again and all that could be heard was the car engine and Bakugo's anger shivers.
