Kiana Kaslana and Honkai Impact 3rd belongs to miHoYo
Noel Vermillion and BlazBlue belongs to Arc System Works
OCs belong to me
(Wiz and Boomstick - Official Death Battle Theme Song)
Adam: Kiana Kaslana, Honkai Impact 3rd's Radiant Blaze who fights for all that's beautiful in the world.
Shadow: And Noel Vermillion, BlazBlue's Successor of the Azure who will keep moving forward.
Vanessa: Created as clones to be nothing more than powerful weapons to manipulative masterminds, their lives were filled with hardships and despair, puppets for evil.
Popup: This will contain major spoilers for Honkai Impact 3rd. Read at your own risk.
Sara: But sometimes it takes a sacrifice of someone close to to realize who they were and accept what they are. And now it's time to see who will live up to that legacy. She's Vanessa, that's her dad Adam, he's my father Shadow and I'm Sara.
Vanessa: And it's our job to analyze their weapons, armor and skills to find out who would win... a DEATH BATTLE.
Kiana Kaslana Transcends Finality in DEATH BATTLE
(Moon Halo - TetraCalyx and Hanser)
Adam: The word Honkai means "collapse" or "chaos" in Chinese, or "Houkai" in Japanese. In miHoYo's multiverse that is Honkai Impact 3rd, this is a radioactive energy that causes chaos in forms of natural disasters, zombies, and even hordes of beasts all to wipe out humanity. All of whom followed the almighty Will of Honkai.
Sara: But never fear! For the world is protected by the Valkyries, superhuman peacekeepers trained to fight against the Honkai's worldwide eruptions. And most, if not all, are women for some reason.
Popup: Females in the Honkaiverse are said to have better adaptability and more resistance to Honkai radiation than males. Though there are exceptions as with Welt Yang, Siegfried Kaslana, MANTIS soldiers from the Previous Era and Adam from the APHO timeline.
Shadow: And Siegfried's wife Cecilia Schariac, the strongest Valkyrie of the Schicksal organization, ended up having a daughter who would become one of the most essential pieces in fighting against the chaotic threat. Her name was Kiana. Life was great for them. Until everything went very wrong.
Adam: See, in the year 2000 inside the Babylon Labs, one of the girls taken in by Schicksal and experimented on named Sirin had become the Herrscher of the Void and seeks revenge on those who condemned her to that life, kickstarting the Second Eruption War. She was eventually defeated at the cost of innocent civilians and the Valkyries who gave their lives, which includes Cecilia Shariac who sacrificed herself to protect Siegfried.
Shadow: But Otto Apocalypse, Schicksal's Overseer, wanted to resurrect Sirin and put her in a suitable vessel in an attempt to control her, so he took Siegfried Kaslana and Cecilia's daughter Kiana and experimented. After countless fails, one of these clones succeeded by the name of K-423.
Sara: Fortunately, Siegfried managed to break in and rescued Kiana. Not too bad right? The thing is, he had taken the clone, not the real Kiana. So he escaped with the clone while his real daughter is still in Otto's grasp.
Adam: FOR REAL?! How you could fucked up THAT badly, Siegfried?!
Vanessa: I mean, it's not all that bad, dad. Sure he brainwashed her, but Otto still treated her well and made her the current strongest S-Rank Valkyrie of Schicksal.
Popup: In the mission to save K-423, she was hit by debris and fell from the aircraft they were using to escape. She was grievously injured, but Otto didn't need to create a Soulium body for her. He did however, use Soulium to aid in the healing process. Otto removed all her memories and she woke up an "orphan". She chose the name Bianka Ataegina.
Shadow: Anyways, despite not taking the real Kiana in, he nurtured K-423 and even saved her from a Honkai attack when she went confront it after he got injured from a previous one. It was that day, her birthday to be exact, that he gave her the best birthday give: her name, Kiana Kaslana.
Kiana Kaslana
Hand-to-hand martial arts
Kaslana gun-kata fighting style
High resistance to Honkai energy
Near-limitless Honkai energy reserves (In her Herrscher forms)
Baseball bat
Various dual pistols (Bows of Hel, ARC Serratus, Domain of the Void, Domain of Incandescence)
Edge of Taixuan martial art
Godslayer: Surtr (Himeko's sword)
Time Fracture (Slows down time upon dodging correctly)
Gem of Haste (Fire Manipulation)
Gem of Serenity (Absurd health regeneration)
Imaginary Space (Controls intangibility and vice versa)
Imaginary Barrier (Can defend against higher-dimensional attacks)
Time, Dimensional and Gravity Manipulation
Space/Void Manipulation (Can create wormholes, psuedo blackholes)
Battlesuits (White Comet, Valkyrie Ranger, Radiant Blaze/Void Drifter, Herrscher of the Void, Herrscher of Flamescion and Herrscher of Finality)
Sara: Siegfried has trained Kiana to use the Kaslana's Gun-kata fighting style, which utilize several martial arts with guns. Kiana has superhuman strength, speed, durability and a high resistance to Honkai energy due to the the combination of being a female and having the Kaslana genes. And being a Valkyrie give Kiana access to battlesuits which increase certain skills or overall give them new abilities.
Popup: For this fight I'm only using what Kiana has used in the main story. As such, Divine Prayer and Knight Moonbeam are excluded.
Vanessa: She can summon giant mech-like cat claws strong enough to knock jets out in the air or slow time with Time Fracture, letting her deal damage for a few seconds. And while Kiana isn't academically smart in her time at St. Freya's Academy, she has shown stragetic planning both beforehand and mid fight.
Adam: Kiana also used several dual pistols ranging from the lightning MJOLNIR to her strongest Domain of Incandescence. She's also used a baseball bat during her time in Nagazora and even Himeko's greatsword the Godslayer: Surtr.
Vanessa: But now let's get to best part of Kiana's abilities: Kiana's Herrscher powers. A Herrscher is a being that is corrupted by Honkai and seeks to destroy humanity. Since Kiana is Sirin's vessel, Kiana has control over all things space and time, creating portal or lances made of Honkai energy. Except this is when Otto captured her and awakened Sirin inside, forcing Himeko to sacrifice herself to bring Kiana back.
Shadow: *unable to resist it and starts singing* Never-
Adam: *Grabs Shadow by the face and glares* No, we're not doing this again.
Vanessa: Okay, dad chill. Eventually Kiana returned and had managed to harness Sirin's powers, but is careful not to use too much Honkai energy or risk becoming fully corrupted. But after seeing Himeko's ghost, Kiana gains some control over the Void Herrscher's abilities with her Void Drifter form. And get this, Honkai energy originated from the Imaginary Tree, a timeless cosmological structure that contains infinite universes and bubble worlds.
Sara: Pretty important as it connects several dimensions and governs practically the entire multiverse! Holy shit that some serious Kingdom Hearts shit right there.
Popup: Kiana fought the Herrscher of the Void for the final time in Chapter XXV and defeated her, giving her full control of both her body and the Void's powers.
Shadow: And when fighting the Herrscher of Domination, Kiana gains a new form, the Herrscher of Flamescion. This form combines Sirin's Void powers and Himeko's Game of Haste along with the Cores of Reason and Sentience, making it one powerful form. Her literal firepower is enough to burn through the fabrics of space-time itself with a single swing.
Adam: But's that not even Kiana's final form. Literally. After their defeat at the hands of Kevin Kaslana and confronting the Cocoon of Finality, Kiana gains her strongest form yet, the Herrscher of Finality! The Current Era to be more specific.
Vanessa: Kiana's Finality form is absolute broken AF. She can control over all things Honkai-related and literally has the ability to create anything she wants. She's easily superior to other Herrschers in the Current Era.
Feats
Dodged Gamma light beams
Traversed the existential-erasing Imaginary Tree
Survived a point-blank Honkai energy explosion
Kept up with Raiden Mei and Durandal in combat
Can replicate all of Sirin's abilities
Fought the Herrscher of Wind Wendy alongside Mei and Bronya
Comparable/Superior to other Herrschers such as Elysia, who survived her presence literally being deleted by the Herrscher of Corruption along with the the Elysian Realm
Defeated Sirin/Herrscher of the Void, Herrscher of Sentience, Herrscher of Domination, Otto Apocalypse and Kevin Kaslana
Chosen by the Cocoon of Finality as the Current Era's Herrscher of Finality
Sealed most of the Honkai on the moon
Adam: Kiana has proved why's she's one of the Honkaiverse's strongest characters. She's defeated 500 Puppets controlled by the Herrscher of Domination and even defeated said Herrscher itself as the Flamescion Herrscher. She's also defeated the Herrscher of Sentience, who is basically Fu Hua but at the same time different.
Vanessa: And this girl had the audacity to call Veliona childish when she's one herself.
Sara: Don't make fun of her though, as she can basically do anything Fu Hua has done. Such as being able to outrun a black hole and has lived over 50,000 years. And remember she has all of Sirin's powers, and the Visual Novel states Sirin and other Herrschers are capable of creating entire solar systems. and in the official Honkai Impact Manga, even supernovas aren't capable of killing them easily.
Shadow: She's matched Durandal evenly and she can obliterate an entire fifth of Europe at 12 years old. You can only imagine how powerful she is now. And together both Durandal and Kiana defeated their creator Otto Apocalypse, the smartest motherfucker in the Honkaiverse.
Vabessa: How smart you may ask? Smart enough to trick both the Will of Honkai and the Imaginary Tree into giving him the power to observe other universes and create a parallel world of his own with infinite possibilities.
Popup: The data books stated that Kiana can destroy the Sea of Quanta, which has given birth to the Imaginary Tree itself and are beyond the concepts of space and time itself.
Vanessa:: Speaking of the Imaginary Tree, it's bee shown that it will permanently kill most people that step foot in there and even erase their own existence, as it basically ignores contemporary rules of reality itself! Yet Herrschers have no such problems as they can ignore changes to their reality or anything at all, including physical body, soul, and whatnots.
Adam: In the Chapter 35, Kiana defeated Kevin at his most powerful alongside Herrscher of Orgin Mei and Herrscher of Truth Bronya in an effort to prevent him from completing Project Stigma once and for all. After that, she must stay on the moon for 10 - 15 years to master her Finality powers while giving Earth time to heal from the Honkai that once plague the planet.
Weaknesses
Short tempered
Hotheaded
Reckless and stubborn
Will succumb to the Void's influence if she uses too much Herrscher powers (Chapter 11 EX game over)
Lost to Herrscher of Thunder Mei (Chapter 17) and Durandal
Knocked by a bomb despite being in her Void Herrscher state
Vanessa: That being said however, Kiana is far from unstoppable. She's a bit reckless and stubborn, charging headfirst into a fight without much planning, and should she use too much Honkai energy, would risk being corrupted by the very power source she used.
Sara: She's also understandably traumatized by the bloodshed she'd seen after Sirin took over, leaving her with PTSD for a short time and refusing to use her powers until she managed to regain some courage.
Shadow: Kiana also puts her lives at stake believing it was good for the world, not knowing how those she cared about her would feel. Which led to Mei joining World Serpent an in attempt to save Kiana, resulting in their fight in Nagazora and Mei's temporary departure.
Adam: But in the end, Kiana's journey is one of the most selfless experience you'd ever witness. From being an ordinary Valkyrie to Himeko's legacy to becoming basically a goddess. You can best your damn ass this girl will fight for all that's beautiful in this world.
Kiana: Kiana, attack!
Noel Vermillion Calamity Triggers DEATH BATTLE
(Bullet Dance (Noel Vermillion's Theme) - BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle OST)
Adam: The year is 2194 A.D., and the story begins a few years back with a group of three young orphan siblings confined as lab rats, doomed to be tested on for twisted reasons. Two brothers by the names of Ragna and Jin, alongside the young sister of the group, Saya.
Vanessa: Until one of the legendary slayers of the Black Beast, some beastly kitty cat warrior, freed them of their fate and left them in the hands of Celica, the sister of one of the legendary Six Heroes which he happened to be part of.
Shadow: Sadly, tragedy continued to follow despite the siblings' newfound freedom, as Saya unfortunately fell victim to a mysterious illness. Forced to care for her, Ragna began spending more time with Saya and less with Jin, who disliked their younger sister and pesteringly wanted all the attention himself.
Sara: So, becoming jealous of his bro and sis, Jin decided to reconcile the only way he knew how... by teaming up with some smooth criminal in a hat, burning down the church they resided in, killing Celica, cutting off Ragna's arm and leaving him to bleed out while kidnapping Saya/ Damn that got heavy fast.
Adam: Given away to become a lab rat, again, Saya was experimented on to become a vessel for some mighty weapons. And one weapon born within that experience was a duplicate of her appearance, something unlike any other the world had ever seen: Mu-12.
Shadow: But in the midst of the project, a random giant satellite ruined the fun by launching a powerful beam to destroy the lab Mu-12 was born in. Miraculously, one of these units survived. Despite losing all its memory, Mu-12 was found and raised by the Vermillion family, taking the name of Noel. Under the nurturing care of the Vermillions, Noel lived a happy life. But as the Control Organization threatened the aristocratic rights of the Vermillions. Trying to do what she could for her family, Noel stepped up for their sake.
Noel Vermillion

Phenomena Intervention
Shadow: Noel enters with her trademark weapons, the Nox Nyctores, Arcus Diabolus: Bolverk. However, these aren't simple handguns. It can change its shape, able to become a shotgun, a rifle, and a machine gun. This is thanks to Bolverk's status as one of the eleven arch-enemy Event Weapons. It first showed up to Noel when she was attacked by a monster and had no means to defend herself.
Adam: But Noel isn't just a professional gunslinger. Like all BlazBlue characters, Noel has access to Drives. In her case, she commands the Chain Revolver. While it spams a lot in BlazBlue, it does benefit Noel's firepower and just how many forms her weapon can take.
Vanessa: If she needs to turn up the volume, she can use her Overdrive, the Chain Quasar to boost the speed of her attacks. These drives combined with her weapon's versatility makes her a tricky opponent to deal with. Though you wouldn't think that when you take a look at Noel. She certainly caught me by surprise the first time I saw her.
Popup: As the Eye of the Azure, Noel possesses many powers. One of her more simplistic powers is the ability to see recent or prior memories of a person upon physical contact with them. She's been shown using this on individuals like Hazama and Lambda-11.
Sara: With these powers at her fingertips, Noel has plenty of powerful attacks. Like her Optic Barrel, which shoots through walls. Her Revolver Blast shoots four bullets while she uses her acrobatic skills. The Silencer can take advantage of a downed opponent, and the Spring Raid launches her opponent skyward. Noel can also use her Distortion Drives, where she can even transform Bolverk into a missile launcher, fancy that.
Shadow: Damn, these guns are sounding better and better. I need to get my hands on them. Noel's most powerful attack is her Astral Heat. Valkyrie Veil, where she unleashes a barrage of shots upon her enemies, building up energy before she unleashes all of it in a finishing blow that practically guarantees victory.
Vanessa: But we gotta address the elephant in the room. Noel isn't just a girl with some guns, she's a freaking robot!
Wiz: After she crossed paths with Hazama, who's linked to the 7th Agency, Noel learned she wasn't human, instead, she was a Murakumo Unit. One of few, who all had their likeness modelled after the same host. Saya, the long lost sister of Ragna and Jin. This revelation changed her life, Bolverk was broken, and her mind was too. She soon discovered who she really, and truly was. One of the only Murakumo Units in existence. Mu-12. An incredibly powerful, and dangerous individual.
Popup: Noel used to only ever transform into Mu-12 in circumstantial events that manipulated her psychologically, but with assistance from Rachel Alucard and her acceptance of who she truly is, Noel mastered this ability and can do so at will.
Adam: Mu-12 grants Noel an insane new level of impressive abilities, like hovering flight, memory and mind reading, regenerating wounds, limitless stamina, attacking intangible targets, teleportation, and telekinesis. Whew. She also gains access to her Drive, which dispatches floating gunner drones in the battlefield for a variety of attack options.
Vanessa: Which, if their weirdly contrasting attack names don't make sense help, Mu-12 can resort to her bread-and-butter: a brand new Murakumo weapon in the form of telepathic swords which can kill immortal beings! These blades can also form together to make an impenetrable energy barrier that knocks foes back, or even enter portals of their own to attack targets from any distance!
Shadow: Even more impressive is her self-observation, making her a being that exists outside of logic itself and thus completely immune to changes to her personal timeline, reality, or even her own soul. Other resistances include protection for her personal gravity or defending her memories. But her ultimate technique is the Phenomena Intervention. It is the ability to see immediate future possibilities and choose which one occurs. It's reality warping by way of timeline manipulation.
Adam: In Noel's case, it lets her bend fate to her desires and change reality entirely to send it a new direction!

Has fought against and defeated her true self, Mu-12, in a battle for dominance within The Realm prior to gaining the latter's powers to use at her own will.
Saved her world and the multiverse with Mai Shiranui and Ivy Valentine during the events of Queen's Gate Spiral Chaos
Adam: Noel has certainly accomplished much. She battled one of her counterparts, Nu-13 to a standstill, well before learning she was also a Murakumo unit. Even teaming up against her is tough, as the dynamic duo of Jin Kisaragi and Hakumen couldn't overpower Mu-12. Heck, Hakumen even tried his Time Killer move, and that didn't even work on her. Even when Ragna, who'd become the Black Beast, tried to eat her alive, Mu-12 just said "Nope" and recovered despite being swallowed whole.
Vanessa: Ragna is tough enough to contend with Izanami, who boasted that, with a little difficulty, she could replicate the Requiem superweapon's capabilities of atomizing everything around it in a 400,000 kilometer radius. That's large enough to completely wipe out the Earth and its Moon!
Shadow: She's fast enough to dodge attacks at the speed of light thanks to her friend, Tsubaki Yayoi, whose weapon can manipulate light itself. But don't discount Noel, she's still plenty powerful on her own. One part of gaining her power to transform was her victory against Mu-12 in the Imagined Landscape. Furthermore, it was Noel's actions that brought about the end of a constantly repeating time loop.
Popup: As Mu-12, Noel saved the Queen's Gate Spiral Chaos multiverse alongside Mai Shiranui and Ivy Valentine. However, these events are not considered canonical to any BlazBlue material.
Vanessa: And she always lent a hand in taking down the bad guys, Hades Izanami, Take-Mikazuchi, any major final boss that needed more than just one person to take down.
Weaknesses
Can only be killed by the Type-Zero: Izayoi's Immortal Breaker
Completely and utterly helpless when Bolverk is striped from her
Prone to cowardliness and panicking
Has a really bad case of identity crisis
Has a depressing inferiority complex due to her small bust size
Been called a boy or a young man by Bang Shishigami
Been given the nickname of Lacking Lady by Taokaka
A terrible cook
Shadow: Noel isn't without weakness however. Despite being technically a god, Noel is still susceptible to being knocked out by physical damage. Phenomena Intervention also isn't a technique she has completely mastered yet, due to requiring various conditions to use properly, such as keeping emotions in check.
Adam: Noel has always suffered from a lack of confidence and self-esteem. Not to mention her clumsy nature, abysmal cooking skill and fragile emotions. Also her chest size is something Noel's sore about like when Yang mistook her for a boy or Taokaka called her "Lacking Lady".
Sara: Plus when Noel transforms, Mu-12 kinda takes over Noel's body with the intent of destroying everything around her.
Sara: Even then, regardless of who she is on the outside, you should always remain cautious of what you're up against. So pray that you don't end up getting in her way. One can't escape from crossing fates with and telling the tale of battle against the unstoppable Murakumo that is Mu-12.
Noel: I'm gonna finish this..… Unleashing!
Ziana: All right, the combatants are set. Let's end this debate once and for all.
Ziana, Zen and Kira: It's time... For a KAIJU DEATH BATTLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
Nagazora
(Imaginary Interventions - Brandon Yates)
Within the sunset abandoned bioliphic city of Nagazoro, a lone Kiana Kaslana, seen in her Radiant Blaze battlesuit, is silently leaning on a wall inside a railway station, eyes shut and pondering about her best friend Raiden. She is approached by another girl who comes to a stop a short distance away from her.
It was Noel Vermillion, the officer of the Control Organization. Pulling out a photo of Kiana to confirm her identity and other important information about the Herrscher gems and cores, she puts it away and speaks up to get the Void Drifter's attention.
Noel: Hello there.
Awoken out of her deep thoughts, the Half-Herrscher turns to see the Prime Field Human.
Noel: Info Control Organization, intelligence department. We've learned some special gems are in your possession. I'm asking you turn them in for safeguarding.
The elder Kaslana looks up at the orange sky above, refusing the request.
Kiana: Sorry. I made a promise to someone important. Need them in order to keep it.
The next thing Kiana hears is a clicking noise. Noel is now pointing one of her Bolverk pistols directly to the side of Kiana's head, making her intentions clear.
Noel: The statement was a command, not a choice. You can either comply, or I'll be forced to take them from you.
Kiana sighs in disappointment with Noel's persistence before disappearing in a wormhole portal that swallows her from above. As Noel looks around surprised for the Kaslana, she suddenly reappears a distance by the adopted Vermillion, armed with her ARC Serratus pistols.
Kiana: Don't try it.
FIGHT!
Surprised, Noel turns and takes her first shot at the B-Rank Valkyrie, but the mature Kaslana dodges it and rushes forward to attack, leaving the two to begin fighting with their gun-kata by shooting bullets and going hand-to-hand with chops and kicks at one another.
Noel shortly after successfully lands a space-piercing gunshot on Kiana's hip, which explodes and blasts off a small chunk of her flesh. As the Valkyrie flinches in pain, she is left wide open to an anti-air upward angled kick from Noel, knocking her away rolling. As the wounded Kiana attempts to get up, the officer rushes towards and tries throwing an overhead axe kick at her head to knock her down.
The Radiant Blaze however taps into her Herrscher powers, her eye briefly turning orange, and forms a portal where Noel is throwing her kick, redirecting it through another formed portal to Noel's right to make her kick herself in the right cheek. As Noel recovers from her own unexpected attack, she looks that direction to see what hit her...
Noel: Huh?
... only to get smashed into the direction she is facing from behind by a Neko Charm leg, knocking her hat off and driving her through the station wall and out onto the street.
Taking a moment, Kiana uses the Gem of Serenity's power to restore her body. Disarmed of Bolverk which is laying nearby, Noel gets up and looks through the hole in the wall only to see the Valkyrie leaping at her with her mentor's greatsword in hand. The Vermillion acrobatically moves out of the way as Kiana attempts to slash and smash her into the ground with the blade before shooting at her a few times.
Having avoided enough blows, Noel backflips towards and retrieves her weapons and morphs Bolverk into its railgun mode before firing a laser at her opponent, but Kiana dodges it and activates her Time Fracture, slowing down time. Kiana forms a portal to contain Noel's projectile and another redirecting portal to turn it back on the officer. Upon finishing, she gets behind Noel and kicks her forward as time resumes.
The laser painfully disintegrates Noel's right leg and leaves her unable to stand up. The adopted Kaslana then proceeds to summon another Neko Charm leg from above to stomp her foe into the ground. With her opponent motionless and thinking the fight is over, Kiana turns away to leave, but she hears a monotone voice behind her.
Noel: Don't think you can walk away.
The Valkyrie turns back only to be blinded by a small nova of light. Having transformed into Mu-12 and regenerating her leg, Noel shoots a laser at Kiana who dodges it by jumping, only to be met with a fast and brutal assault by the Murakumo unit's telepathic swords before getting careened into a building, which Mu-12 topples onto her with a single laser.
Moments later, the building rubble stops falling mid-air and soon gets lifted into a singularity, forming a single giant boulder above where an uninjured Kiana stands, who has become the Herrscher of the Void. After her uniform's drapes materialize, she telekinetically sends the building boulder tumbling towards Mu-12, who nonchalantly challenges the boulder and is seemingly unaware of multiple void portals that are shooting subspace lances at her from behind.
The Murakumo circles her blades around herself and forms a pillar of light, which the space lances and boulder strikes at the same time. The smoke clears to show Noel's barrier unharmed with who it was defending nowhere to be found. Mu-12 suddenly appears behind Kiana.
Mu-12: Idiot.
As Kiana notices her foe behind her, Noel knocks her away to a building, but the Herrscher recovers and lands leg first, only to notice a space-ripping projectile rocketing to her. She quickly snaps her fingers to form a void portal in front of her to contain the projectile and another behind the Murakumo to hit her back. As Mu-12 is stunned by her own attack, Kiana barges into her through the portal.
The fight is taken to the Herrscher of the Void's Imaginary Space. Kiana stops mid-flight, giving Noel time to realize where they are.
Kiana: Can't help but say I'm enjoying this. So far.
Mu-12 takes the brief moment to quickly read through Kiana's memories, showing many events of her past as a Herrscher and allowing Noel to learn that her abilities come from the Gem of Serenity implanted in her body.
Mu-12: There.
She sends her telepathic swords through portals of their own to stab Kiana from behind, but after taking her first hit (which nearly strikes the Gem within her), she begins avoiding them and does the same to Noel with her subspace lances, who also begins dodging. The camera zooms out to show the little to no progress both are making.
Eventually, Mu-12 teleports to and kicks Kiana's face away before deploying her Steins' Gunner drones. Recovering and seeing so many projectiles coming at her all at once, Kiana forms portals all over herself as protection as they all move into the wormholes, sending the drones' lasers back to destroy them whilst redirecting Noel's telepathic blades back at her.
The Herrscher of the Void forms a massive portal to contain part of the space above her. After Noel finishes up dodging, she looks behind her to see another big portal forming, the platform of which that pokes through pushes her away to Kiana, who adjusts the size of a subspace lance by her side to become bigger, which she sends forward to impale her foe.
Noel however recovers and uses her telepathic blades to cut the projectile into eight pieces and charges at Kiana, only to find that the lance she cut apart formed into eight smaller ones and caught up with her to intervene. Forced to defend herself, Mu-12 has her telepathic blades fight with the controlled lances.
As she's kept busy, Kiana forms a subspace lance and fires a laser drill to cut and shape the space above to fall on her adversary Murakumo unit, allowing her to fly upwards and begin building up a fiery aura. As soon as Noel slashes apart the platform to get out, she looks for her opponent only to be blinded by a supernova-like explosion from above. The Herrscher of Flamescion has risen, armed with Surtr once again.
Kiana: My flame won't be put out so easily!
Mu-12: We'll see.
Both charge at each other and enter high-paced combat of blinding speeds. Kiana dodges and activates Time Fracture again, but Noel's time stop immunity leaves her unaffected. Regardless, their light-speed attacks cut apart the entirety of the Imaginary Space, but stop in a clash of blades.
Kiana finds an opening to stab Noel through the chest before pulling it out and smashing her with the flat of her blade down to the ground. Regenerating from her grievous wound, Noel begins focusing as Kiana charges at her, her flame burning brighter than before. Before she could reach her foe though, Noel uses her ultimate technique.
Mu-12: Phenomena Intervention!
K-423 suddenly pauses in place to her shock and begins distorting as the fabric of space starts glitching out, with her struggling to regain her sense of reality. Cameo scenes of Chuck fighting Segata, Aliex X against Green Lantern, and Super Saiyan God Trunks pummeling Super Silver are briefly seen in the background, with all of them noticing the girls in their struggle before they disappear back to the Imaginary Space.
Refusing to let down, Kiana regains control of herself and tightly grips her weapon, an apparition of Himeko's hands appearing to support her and allowing her to push through the distortion as her hair alights in brief flames. She attempts to smash at Noel with an eruptive flame, who, realizing her intervention is getting overpowered, quickly uses another Phenomena Intervention to warp them through space-time before the attack connects.
Kiana suddenly finds herself floating in a pitch black void of nothingness, with only her presence lighting up the area around her: she was in the Boundary. Unable to move herself due to being trapped in a barrier, she hears the voice of Noel from a distance, whose presence in the Boundary is also lighting her up.
Mu-12: You're done, Herrscher. Now... face your divine judgment!
Eight Godslayer Swords are summoned around Kiana, which Noel uses Phenomena Intervention on to make them all grow to the size of planets before building up divine light within themselves, emanating a radiant glowing aura that travels through the lightless Boundary. Yet despite this, Kiana continues to defy her end.
Kiana: I... will not give up! I will continue living! For Himeko-sensei! For Mei-senpai! For Everyone!
Reality suddenly shatters much to Mu-12's shock as they return back to the real world. She looks back at Kiana, only to discover that the Kaslana has tapped into her ultimate form, the Herrscher of Finality!
Kiana: Let's finish this once and for all!
Both transformed god slayer clones clashed swords as they teleported all around battle. Their sustained wounds healing as they traded blows. Reality gets shattered even more as they continue their attacks before it showed the Sea of Quanta. Mu-12 won in and the and knocks Kiana down to the ground.
Mu-12: I'ts over Kiana! Time to meet your end!
Mu-12 summons her eight godslayer swords and gave a war cry as she prepares to kill the Herrscher. However, Kiana caught a certain words and gave a smirk.
Kiana: Time. huh? Thanks for the tip.
Kiana pulls her Absolute Time Fracture, rendering Mu-12 completely immobilized and at Kiana's mercy. With a shout, Kiana channels energy into her sword and bisects Mu-12 in half as time resumes once more. The still-alive Mu-12's cut body attempts to pull her back together with her regenerative capabilities working overtime. But Kiana didn't give Noel a second chance.
Kiana: Not this time.
The Herrscher of Finality snaps her fingers. Mu-12 looks down at the cut between her regenerating body only to find that a fiery black hole is forming and expanding from within her. The Murakumo unit can only scream in painful horror as her entire scorching body is pulled in from the inside out and completely disintegrated. The black hole of flames slowly becomes gargantuan, leaving Kiana to form a portal and travel through it to escape from the upcoming explosion.
The white screen then cuts to a scene of a rooftop back in Nagazora, with an exhausted Kiana falling from above as her sword impales the ground, kneeling by her weapon as she gazes at the sun, letting out a sigh from her ordeal.
KO!
* Kiana falls to her side and passed out just as a worried Raiden Mei rushed to her aid.
* One of Noel's Bolverk gun is seen floating in the Sea of Quanta before being consumed by the expanding black hole.

(Imaginary Interventions again)
Vanessa: Goddamn! That cannot feel like a good way to go out at all.
Shadow: Finding the victor was no easy task. Regardless of how we look at it, both of these god-slayer clones were evenly matched in so many ways, it truly was a fight of their life for pulling off a win.
Adam: Their abilities came from cosmological areas of existence like the Imaginary Tree and Boundary, and both had many powers that would cancel each other out in matches like this, such as teleportation, flight, and telekinesis. Plus, their unique physiologies made them self-observant of their own existence, so any attempts to warp or remove the other from reality was basically pointless.
Popup: Due to their resistances/immunities to reality warping, neither would be able to remove the other from existence even if they were transported to either the Imaginary Tree or Boundary, despite the fact that only certain entities are allowed to exist in such areas.
Adam: Since both could ignore the laws of logic itself, the result of who would win more so came down to who had the better chances of physically overpowering the other. And when it came to that, Kiana's stubborn and absolute might triumphed.
Sara: While both were nearly as well-trained as one another, Kiana has better experience of understanding most everyday threats she faces like other Herrschers, who Mu-12 is fairly comparable to in terms of abilities. Sure, Kiana is a bit of an idiot, but if there's one thing she's good at, it's understanding her opponents in combat.
Popup: Theoretically, it's possible to assume that because their powers came from similar cosmic structures which formed their worlds' existences, both had multiversal reality and law-bending levels of power. However, the Imaginary Tree and Boundary appear to be equivalent in size and scope when directly compared together, putting Kiana and Noel on equal levels of levity.
Shadow: With Noel included, there are only three perfected Murakumos in the BlazBlue world, so she wouldn't have as many encounters or experience to know what to expect from Kiana. On that other end of the spectrum, battling a more common threat like the over ten Herrschers plus other superpowered entities in the world of Honkai Impact who are centuries older meant that Kiana could adapt more easily, regardless of the skill gap.
Vanessa: Also, even though she had vast but limited Honkai reserves, Kiana's Imaginary Space abilities still gave her the upper hand in survivability and control over the battlefield, particularly in the form of her barriers, selective intangibility, and wormhole portals.
Adam: To be fair, Noel's space-piercing Armagus blasts from Bolverk and presumably her immortal-killing Murakumo blades are able to bypass Kiana's barriers and selective intangibility, but she really had no easy way to get past Kiana's wormholes, which are frequently described to be tunnels of space that connect two different points of time with another.
Popup: Kiana's ARC Serratus guns are described to be infused with her power over Imaginary Space, making the bullets able to bypass enemy defenses and pierce through the fabric of space-time upon hitting a target, similarly to Noel's Bolverk guns. This means that even if Noel had an impenetrable barrier herself, Kiana would have had similar options for breaking through to her.
Shadow: Which meant that if her barrier or intangibility wasn't enough, she could just form portals all over herself and "no you" Noel's attacks back at her, especially since their faster than light speeds are nearly similar. And remember, thanks to Fu Hua's training, Kiana can use some of her power without going full Herrscher.
Adam: Now don't take Noel's ability to rewrite reality with Phenomena Intervention for granted. There's no evidence to suggest she's mastered her use of it and she also needed to be well in emotional check in order to use it. The lack of that had once made her lose control and inadvertently start the events of BlazBlue's Continuum Shift, due to the panic, anger, and mental abuse that Terumi put her through at the time.
Popup: Kiana has faced and defeated a reality observer in the form of False God Otto, who could peer into other bubble universes and create a parallel world of his own, similarly to Noel's Phenomena Intervention. Thus, Kiana would know what to expect once Noel first used the technique.
Sara: Yeah, the technique takes a bit of time to use anyway and has limitations that prevent an observer from using it properly without error. Even if Noel did know how to correctly use it, Kiana could just form a black hole or whatever else to pull and interrupt her concentrations.
Popup: In her battle with False God Otto, Kiana's Herrscher of Flamescion form had repeatedly let her resist the chains of the Oath of Judah, which was capable of nullifying the powers of the Honkai. With this and her aforementioned reality warping resistances, Noel couldn't use Phenomena Intervention to remove her powers easily.
Vanessa: Sure, Noel's ludicrous amount of versatile abilities such as her memory reading could make up for the minor skill gap by learning Kiana's powers and strategies ahead of time to help keep her distance, but Kiana was too strong for her to capitalize off many of them at all. Yes, through scaling to Izanami, Mu-12 could be capable of atomizing the entirety of the Earth and its Moon, which would be about 30 yottatons of TNT...
Shadow: But Herrschers have enough energy to create a whole solar system! Entire collections of planets, stars, and shebang. This might seem a bit farfetched, but even if it was, Sirin was stated to be able to survive an exploding star point-blank, which takes way more energy to blow up than atomizing a simple planet and moon! And keep in mind, Izanami stated her atomization feat could be done with "a little difficulty", so that's admittedly a huge high-ball on Noel's part.
Popup: Supernova explosions are occasionally measured in units of "foe", one of which is an explosion worth ten tredecillion joules, or 23.9 decillion tons of TNT.
Sara: And since their regeneration and abilities to move in stopped time more or less matched each other, it was only a matter of time before Kiana's greater adaptable skill and battle control would let her be the first to land a more decisive, deadlier blow.
Shadow: And all of that is without even factoring Kiana's Herrscher of Finality form, which can match, counter and ultimately surpass anything Mu-12 could throw at her. So even if we were to seriously lowball Kiana's power output, she'd still be stronger than Mu-12's full might.
Adam: Both Noel and Kiana are admittedly among the most overpowered characters in their respective worlds, but in the end, this battle mostly came down to who could land their killing blow first. Kiana simply had the tenacity, the reality-altering counters and the power to take the victory.
Vanessa: Anyway how you see it, Kiana sure made a huge Impact on this Phenomena-l fight.
Adam: The winner is Kiana Kaslana.
COMPARISON
Kiana Kaslana
+ Superior power, speed, intelligence, and experience
+ Herrscher physiology resists Phenomena Intervention
+ Imaginary Space gave better form of durability negation
+ Void, Flamescion and Finality abilities controlled the pace of the fight
= Similar speed and regeneration
Noel Vermillion
+ More versatile array of abilities
+ Had infinite power reserves as Mu-12
= Similar speed and regeneration
- Weaker, had little counters to durability negation
- Could not easily get past Kiana's wormhole portals or reality shattering abilities
* The connections between Kiana Kaslana and Noel Vermillion is that both are female video game characters who are artificial human clones of young innocent girls (the real Kiana Kaslana and Saya respectively) with a dark history that belonged to another being (Sirin/Herrscher of the Void and Mu-12 respectively) and have been adopted by surrogate parental figures (Siegfried Kaslana and the Vermillions)
* Both their worlds are filled with radioactive energy (Honkai energy and Seithr respectively) formed by a complex and cosmological space that connects every known world in their respective multiverses together, which supposedly also lacks concept and thus potentially grants them limitless power (the Imaginary Tree and Boundary, respectively) in which they have been parts of previous eras that have met abrupt ends (Kiana unwillingly fused with Sirin to become the Herrscher of the End in Houkai Gakuen 2 before destroying the world herself and causing it to eventually be reborn, while Noel was part of a phase called the Looping World and relived her whole life endlessly until she put an end to it by stopping Ragna from falling into the Cauldron with Nu-13)
* Both are designed to kill the godlike forces that seek to destroy their world (Will of Honkai and Original Units respectively)
* Both enroll in a military academy (St. Freya High and Control Organization respectively) where they meet close friends that they would end up fighting in a bitter struggle in the future (Raiden Mei for Kiana and Tsubaki Yayoi for Noel)
* Both are manipulated by handsome villains (Otto Apocalypse and Hazama respectively) which awakened their suppressed evil persona, who wants to destroy the world. Said rampage is stopped by a sacrifice made from a protagonist in red (Himeko Murata for Kiana and Ragna the Bloodedge for Noel), and they regain control of themselves.
* After confronting their other half, they gain full control of their powers and make up with their closest friends. They would go on to fight apocalyptic beings that exist on and have powers from a higher plane of existence (Otto Apocalypse and Black Beast)
* By the end of their stories, they learn to accept that the person who saved them is truly dead and never coming back, breaking down into tears doing so
* Both fight with a gunkata fighting style initially. When they transform, they can create weapons that they fight with piercing weapons (Herrscher of the Void used lances and Mu-12 used swords) and have spatial manipulation powers
* Both are also a form of successor in a way (Kiana is the Herrscher of Flamescion, "scion" of which stands for successor and is a nod to how she took up Himeko's flames as her own, while Noel is viewed as the Successor of the Azure)
* Both are also known for being terrible cooks (Kiana inheriting it from her Kaslana heritage and Noel's cooking being known as the "Death Dinner")
* Both their series also had crossovers (Honkai Impact 3rd had a crossover event with Genshin Impact, which is also created by miHoYo. BlazBlue had a crossover game called Cross Tag Battle with RWBY, Persona 4 and Under Night In-Birth, with Arcana Heart, Senran Kagura and Akatsuki Blitzkampf being DLCs)
