"The Soliloquy Beau"

Sofia Is feeling nervous, anxious and unsettled.

Sofia had just begun dating hugo and her sibling have been glaring at Hugo all day, but that would make sense since Hugo did kind of have a PhD for ticking people off.

But the unnerving part was how silent they were.

It shouldn't even be openly glaring. They're more like analyzing him, scrutinizing all his weaknesses. And nobody seems to notice!

He wants to Ignore It. He really does but he can't! The murderous aura emulating off of the two blondes have been making the very hairs on his skin crawl. Are they wanting for him to tick? Even still, even when he knows they aren't around, he can still feel that same unpleasant glare gazing up on him.

Him and Sofia have only recently Joined Ice-skating classes and when training, he knows exactly who's watching him Intentively. The question Is how and why. Did he make them angry?

Everybody else noticed and had goosebumps on their skin. Asking if their cold is an understatement, a big understatement.

Vivian took notice on how when Hugo was doing nice favors for his girlfriend, they'd get progressively angrier; turning a cold eye to the raven. Even when Sofia offered Hugo her hoodie, he was still cold and couldn't stop shivering.

'Ah, so that's the problem. But how?!'

Hugo dating Sofia may be the reason that justifies their horrific behavior.

They only realized they liked each other after the flying derby race, Hugo realized his true hidden feelings when the girl broke him out of shell of being an Ice-skater since he was Boy.

Hugo may have a little tendency to tease people to throw them off their edge but he knew actually confronting the twins will DEFINITELY show that he's scared without a doubt!

It's a fact In RPA Middle-school that you do NOT mess with the Winslow siblings. With their close bond and radioactive kindness, they don't just stand by and watch people make stuff up about the other; They are extremely protective of each other, the twins moreso than Sofia. Especially Amber, considering they are both her Younger siblings.

Amber have be a little suckler for romance but she didn't really like the Idea of her younger brother and sister dating, but she had to be supportive, but Sofia dating hugo? Yeah, not taking any chances.

Amber gets mad easily If she hears someone badmouthing her baby siblings. She will claim people off with the blunt truths that could have some mental, physical and emotional scarring that won't be healed.

James on the other hand will emotionally, mentally and verbally put a shadow over someone If they put a line out regarding his big sister and younger sister.

They aren't the types of people who'll "physically handle" a person mettling with their family. If they so had to; James would find any excuse but he'll hesitantly do It If there Is so other option. Amber has no such qualms, that girl will easily get her point across.

Amber can easily squish people's self-esteem under her heel as if they are nothing but a bug, adding a grain of sarcasm to It.

So yeah, Hugo Is scared.

He's especially scared since they aren't doing anything.

It's been days, why can't the unnerving feeling just go away Already? Well, everyone has noticed.

The twins have dialed back on their possessive behavior a little more. This is hugo, Afterall. They knew he had a few loose screws here And there; But in the general the guy wasn't even that bad, he treated their sister like a princess and seeing her happy makes them happy.

Even In class currently, the teachers have arranged seatings again so Hugo had gotten the best and worst seat of all time. Beside Sofia…and In front of the twins where, he didn't have to look to know they had utter disdain plastered on their faces.

One day, while everyone was having a small dazzleball practice with lucinda, Ruby and Jade while the twins were on the bleachers, they'd been giving Hugo the most passive-aggressive looks at even Hugo himself couldn't tell If they aren't angry or Just hiding their anger under their usual polite exterior.

He can't even tease and mess with them because he feels himself about to pee his pants as soon as his eyes meet their Amber eyes. The few times he's tried, all they do Is react how they would regularly react to his teasing but with a colder extent. Actually— the twins have relatively sharp teeth that aren't seen but oh, Hugo's eyes were just emblazoned on them.

But even still, Hugo doesn't care! He really, really likes Sofia and as her new boyfriend, his top priority was that he shouldn't try to ruin Sofia's mood because he's seen Hildegard go off on Zandar and man, that girl may be bratty as a baby; but that doesn't mean she doesn't have some scary sass In her step. It has him wondering, how In the Names of Hades did Hildegard even end up dating the Indian boy?

All of this tortuous behavior that he feels like he's going to die to twins with less than good Intentions has been Eating him up Inside deeply. He can't do this anymore.

With what little bravery he had, which mind you wasn't enough seeing as he could feel their eyes blazing daggers on him— he Approached the twins. "Amber, James… do you guys mind If we had a chat?" Hugo asked.

The pair turned around, already feeling angry. "What is it, Calderon?" Amber asked—he knows he's In for a treat considering the blonde girl used his surname which mind you she only uses ONLY If she's deeply, Unforgivably upset at someone.

"I know that you guys may not like the Idea of me dating your sister but—" he's cut short. "Oh it's a WAY bigger deal than "not liking the idea" of you dating her!" James spoke, his pride standing high before Amber chinned In. "Hold on now brother, let's hear what he has to say." Amber spoke In a cold manner, waving her fan In her face.

"I promise you, I wouldn't do a single thing to Intentionally upset Sofia! That was past me, I've grown to like her and I've never truly liked anyone here at RPA until she arrived." Hugo spoke sincerely, bowing his hand In honest respect. "We may be boyfriend and girlfriend but...I wanna know, would you both really be okay with us dating? I swear on my life, I won't harm her."

The twins looked at each other In admirable disbelief, well; They had to let that one slide. They knew they could trust Hugo and they have been just giving him disdainful looks as If he's a supervillain of the sort but he was more than that! He was just a hero with a misunderstood personality, If Anything—no anyone, could relate to that, It was Amber.

"Fine…" Amber spoke the final word of approval.

"Really?!"

"Of course, we're sorry Hugo! We didn't mean to make you uncomfortable, It's just…we've grown such a nice bond with Sofia over the years that the fact that she now has a boyfriend doesn't exactly sit right with us" James spoke with nothing but empathy..

"Yes, you can date Sofia but If you try to physical manhandle her, I have no qualms as to using physical restraints on you. Have I made myself clear, Hugo Calderon?" Amber said.

Hugo gulped nervously. "Yes ma'am…"

The next day at school was legendary, Hugo had a peaceful day and the twins weren't on his back just analyzing him like a textbook. Indifferent; Hugo liked his girlfriend but It still stunned him how she was so oblivious to her siblings protectiveness the entire time they were together.

Since the twins felt bad for their actions the past week, they decided to find a way to make It up to Hugo, they weren't treating him like he was their friend but rather and outlast, just a commoner pervert.

"Sofia, Hugo! Mother is inviting us to go out tonight. Wanna join?" Amber jointed Into the two's conversation, Sofia flashed her a smile and replied "sure! What about you Hugo?"

"Yeah, I'd like that!"
