Hello all Storm here with a new story! Yes, another new story and it's an idea I'm really excited about, as here we'll be seeing Naruko with the powers of the best Quincy (in my opinion) and one of the strongest of the Sternritter, designation "E" – The Explode, Bambietta Basterbine! But Naruko won't just have Bambietta's powers as you'll see. Also the first five chapters were originally one very long chapter, but were split into five smaller chapters, which is why there's multiple updates at once, it's just one very long prologue. So, without further ado.

I own nothing

'I can't find anything… How hard is it to find a body?!' Thought Naruko Uzumaki as she sat on the ground in the middle of the forest, not even knowing how long she's been out here searching for the corpse.

Naruko is an eight-year-old girl with fair, pale skin, long bright blonde hair tied into pigtails, violet eyes and three whisker-like marks on her cheeks. With her wearing a blue shirt, an orange hooded vest with a red swirl on the back over it, dark green shorts and blue Ninja sandals.

The reason Naruko was even out in the forest looking for a corpse was because one of her classmates, Hibachi, had told her about a battle that happened in the back hills outside of Konoha. And that the bodies hadn't been picked up yet, along with the weapons that had been used.

With Hibachi telling the whiskered blonde that if she went and brought back a belonging from the enemy Ninja's body, then she could be friends with him and his friends. Something Naruko had eagerly agreed to before rushing off to the back hills to find the body.

Though part of her had been suspicious of the sudden offer, given how just a few days ago she pranked Hibachi and his friends, dressing up as a fox demon and scaring them during a "Test of Courage". Making Naruko suspicious of him suddenly offering to be her friend if she did this, wondering if he was trying to get back at her. But a larger part of Naruko, the part of her that was desperate to finally have friends and be acknowledged, to show everyone how brave she was, that part had won out. Leading to her travel to the back hills to locate the enemy Ninja's body and retrieve a belonging from it. But on her way she was stopped by Iruka Umino, her Academy Instructor, much to her annoyance and sadness.

Given how it seemed the only times he acted like a teacher was to scold her, while the other times he simply ignored, even telling the other students not to bother with her. Which had led to Naruko refusing to return to the Academy, seeing no reason to keep going if she's just going to be ignored. Luckily she also managed to take Iruka out with her Sexy Jutsu and a kick to the crotch, refusing to let him try and stop her again.

It wasn't long after that she reached the sight of the battle, finding dozens of weapons on the ground and stabbed into trees, much to her excitement at finding the spot. Only for it to not last when, no matter where she looked, there was no sign of any enemy Ninja corpse or any belongings left behind.

Naruko had been tempted to simply grab one of the weapons laying around, but doubted it would work given the kunai and shuriken looked the same as the ones in Konoha. Knowing if she wanted to prove she came here, then she needed to find something unique.

Before the Uzumaki was pulled from her thoughts when her stomach started growling, making her groan and hold it, feeling how hungry she was.

"I haven't eaten anything today, either. I should get something to eat." Stated Naruko, looking around for anything she'd be able to eat, before spotting a nest up in a tree.

Climbing up, Naruko grinned at seeing the eggs in the nest, knowing she just found her lunch, only to spot something shining in the nest.

"Huh? What's this?" Muttered Naruko, grabbing the object, surprised to see it was a strangely shaped kunai with what looked like a piece of paper tied to it.

"Oh, the enemy Ninja must've used this during the battle, yesterday. That means…I found something to bring back!" Naruko said, excited to have found something, even better that it's a kunai no one else had.

"All right! Time to head back!" Said Naruko, turning around to run back towards the village, eager to show off her new weapon and where she got it.

'Now, I'll finally be able to make some friends!' Naruko thought, happy that soon she won't be alone anymore.

Unfortunately before she could go any further, the Uzumaki stopped when three Ninja suddenly appeared in front of her. Seeing all three were wearing headbands with a symbol she didn't recognize, but saw it looked like part of an arrow pointing down.

"Hey, kid." Said one of the Ninja.

"What? Who the hell are you?" Questioned Naruko, annoyed at being stopped.

"Hand over that kunai, nice and easy." The Ninja demanded, willing to let her live as long as she gave them what they wanted.

With Naruko looking at the kunai before quickly hiding it behind her back.

"No way! I found it, so it's mine now!" Naruko retorted, refusing to handover her key to getting friends and recognition.

"I see, then we'll just have to take it by force." Stated the Ninja as the three drew their swords, making the Uzumaki pale.

"Huh?! What?! W-wait a second! Uh…uh…Sexy Jutsu!" Said Naruko using her Sexy Jutsu, turning into a busty, teenage version of herself in a pink bikini, only to squeak in panic and dodge the Ninja's swords when they tried stabbing her.

"A technique like that won't work on us!" Said the Ninja as they pulled off their masks, revealing all three were Kunoichi.

'…Crapbaskets.' Thought Naruko, knowing her Sexy Jutsu was useless against women, for the most part anyway as she has tried it a few times on women before and it worked, but it seems like these three aren't affected.

"Uh…in that case…Clone Jutsu!" Said Naruko, creating a single clone, which only seemed to annoy the Kunoichi further.

"Even if she's a kid…this is the first time I've seen such a poorly made clone." Said the lead Kunoichi before destroying the clone with her sword, seeing Naruko took the chance to run from them.

"Don't let her get away and don't show any mercy!" The Kunoichi said, now annoyed and wanting to deal with the brat.

'Crap! Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap! My Ninjutsu's useless, but I remember there are some hunting traps up ahead and if I can get to them I can-' Naruko thought, only to cry out when a kunai flew past her, cutting into her arm and knocking her to the ground..

"You can't run you stupid brat! And you had your chance to give us what we wanted, now you're gonna pay!" Said the lead Kunoichi as the three lunged at her.

With Naruko desperately crawling backwards to try and escape them, only for the other two Kunoichi to grab her arms, holding the Uzumaki in place as the lead on loomed over her with her sword.

"No, no, no, no, NO! Let me go!" Naruko screamed thrashing around to try and get out of their hold, before gagging as the wind was knocked out of her when one of the Kunoichi slammed her fist into her stomach.

"Stop moving brat! Be grateful I'm even willing to make this painless, but you keep struggling and we'll make it last a lot longer." The Kunoichi raising her sword to stab it into Naruko's heart, much to her horror that she was actually going to die.

'No, no, no, no! No I can't die, I don't wanna die! Why is this happening?!' Thought Naruko, breathing heavily as she tried thinking of something, anything she could do to survive.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" Yelled Naruko, unconsciously calling on her Chakra as it radiated off of her, much to the shock of the Kunoichi.

Before they cried out as Naruko's Chakra erupted off of her, throwing them away from the whiskered blonde. Much to Naruko's shock and relief at what just happened, but she wasn't going to complain if it meant she wasn't dying.

"You little brat! Now I'm gonna-" Said the lead Kunoichi, glaring murderously at Naruko, only to suddenly freeze along with her allies as they felt something wrong before they began glowing.

Then to Naruko's further shock and now horror, all three Kunoichi suddenly exploded right in front of her, splattering blood everywhere along with body parts, bones and organs. The sight making Naruko freeze, not expecting something like that to happen.

"Wh-wh-wh-wha-what…" Naruko stuttered, looking around shakily while gagging at seeing how everything around her was stained red, feeling light-headed when she looked down at herself.

Falling to her hands at knees to see she was completely covered in blood as well, before Naruko began dry heaving until she threw up whatever she had in her stomach.

'Oh…Oh Kami! What…what happened?! Wh-wh-wha-what…what did I do?!' Naruko thought, not knowing how she did it, only that whatever she did to get the Kunoichi away from her caused them to explode.

Once she emptied her stomach, Naruko didn't hesitate to take off running, not even sure what direction she was going only that she needed to get away from the blood, from what she did. Though she didn't get far when she cried out after tripping over a tree root. Grunting as she rolled down a hill before landing in a river.

Coughing from the water filling her mouth, Naruko crawled onto the riverbank, only to look back at the river and began furiously washing the blood off herself and her clothes.

'Come on! Come off, come off, come off, come off, COME OFF! WHY WON'T IT COME OFF?!' Thought Naruko, feeling tears fall from her eyes as no matter how hard she tried the blood wouldn't come off.

Not even realizing that she already washed it all off, but still believed it was covering her body and was just furiously rubbing her hands.

Looking at her reflection in the water, Naruko recoiled at the sight of her blood-stained face, crawling backwards from the sight and pulled her knees up to her chest. The young girls unable to stop herself as she buried her face into her knees crying loudly.

'Why…why?! Why did this happen?! Why were th-th-th-th-tho-those K-Kunoichi there?! H-Hibachi s-sa-s-said-' Naruko thought, only to freeze at remembering Hibachi's words.

"Yesterday, my Tou-san's patrol unit had a fight with enemy Ninja in the back hills. He said they left the corpses out there. Find the corpses and bring back one of its belonging, if you do, then you can join us."

'He…he knew about the battle…that…that they left the bodies…b-bu-but h-he-he…he didn't…say anything about…there being Ninja.' Thought Naruko, knowing enough that if Hibachi knew his father's patrol unit had a fight with enemy Ninja and that the bodies hadn't been collected, then he must've known there were still enemy Ninja in the area.

This realization only made Naruko cry harder, that her own classmates had sent her here knowing there were enemy Ninja, that she could have been killed, that they wanted her to be killed.

'WHY?! What did I do?! Just because of a prank?! That means I deserve to die?! Why?! Why does everyone hate me?!' Naruko thought, wondering what she did to deserve being hated like this.

"Yeah! But you're not just becoming an annoyance. That's all you've ever been, or will be! No, you're worse than that, you're only a germ just for being alive!"

"Don't bother…with this kid."

"Get this germ! Don't even think of following us or you'll regret it!"

"What are you doing here?! You plague!"

"What are you doing? I told you not to play with that girl."

Remembering everything she's heard people say about her, the looks they give her as if she's some monster they all hate or they're afraid of. Now they were actually trying to kill her over a prank and now she's responsible for killing three people.

'I…I didn't…I didn't mean…I didn't…' Thought Naruko, having not meant to kill the Kunoichi, she just didn't want to die, but instead she ended up being the one who killed someone instead.

Naruko wasn't sure how long she sat there crying or when she even stopped crying but still didn't move, only that when she finally lifted her head she noticed that she was actually clean of any blood. Before she stood up on shaky legs, pulling out the kunai she found before putting it back in her pocket, still wanting to at least show she came here, even knowing it wouldn't get her anything. Given if Hibachi sent her here with the intention of getting her killed, then he probably lied about being her friend if she brought something back.

With the whiskered blonde slowly making her way back to the village, feeling emotionally, mentally and physically drained from what's happened.

*Later*

By the time Naruko made it back to the village the sun had already begun setting and the streets were nearly empty, with only one or two people still being out. The Uzumaki not even glancing at anything, only continuing forward with an empty look on her face.

"Oi germ!"

Stopping midstep at the familiar voice, Naruko turned to see Hibachi and his two friends approaching her with smirks on their faces. With Naruko now really seeing the psychotic gleam in Hibachi's eyes, along with how twisted and cruel his smirk really was. Realizing he really did intend for her to be killed by the Kunoichi.

"You took your time getting back, I guess that means you failed to find something. Too bad, that means we can't be friends." Hibachi said in mock sadness, with the demented gleam in his eyes only growing.

"Yeah, what a shame. Oh well, at least you have all your other friends Naruko." Said one of his friends before they all laughed.

"What friends?! No one would ever want to be friends with such a pathetic loser like her!" The other boy said which only made them laugh louder, while Naruko's eye twitched slightly as she clenched her fists.

"You forgot how stupid she is too! Actually believing we'd want to be friends with a waste of space like her! I bet that's why she doesn't have a family; her parents must've realized how worthless she was and abandoned her!" Said Hibachi cruelly, the three missing Naruko's eyes flashing red for a moment.

The Uzumaki grunted slightly and rubbed her eyes, feeling a strange stinging sensation in them for a moment before it vanished. Before seeing the boys still laughing at her, with Naruko wanting nothing more than to shut them up, only to soon get a dark idea.

"…I actually did find something." Stated Naruko, pulling out the kunai, causing the laughter to stop as the boys looked shocked at the sight before Hibachi sneered at her.

"Yeah right! You probably just stole that from a shop, there's no way you got it from the back hills!" Hibachi said, knowing if she did go there then she'd be dead.

"Why not? Is it because of the Ninja that were still there that were meant to kill me?" Naruko asked, tilting her head.

"Yes! You were supposed to be killed but you're still alive! So there's no way you went there!" Shouted Hibachi, not even caring he admitted the real reason he sent Naruko to the back hills.

"Well someone did die, just not me. The three Kunoichi I met…they're currently staining the ground, the trees, some bushes, probably a lot more. There was a lot of blood afterwards." Said Naruko casually, with Hibachi's friends paling and gaining uneasy expressions, while Hibachi glared at her.

"Nice try trash! There's no way a weakling like you would stand a chance against one Ninja, let alone three!" Hibachi said, refusing to believe she could fight, let alone kill, three Kunoichi.

"You don't believe me? Then would you like to know how they died as proof?" Questioned Naruko with a rather calm smile, which only unnerved Hibachi's friends further.

"H-Hi-Hibachi, maybe we should-" Said one boy, feeling like they should get out of here, only for Hibachi to push him aside.

"How, worthless?!" Demanded Hibachi, as Naruko's smile grew while she channeled Chakra into the kunai.

"Like this." Naruko said before plunging the kunai into Hibachi's stomach, making the boy scream in agony as she shoved him back.

With Naruko then placing her Chakra-covered hands over the two horrified boys faces, shoving them back as well before taking a couple steps back.

"You bitch! I'm gonna-" Hibachi screamed, swearing he's going to make the Uzumaki beg for death.

Only for the kunai, himself and his friends to begin glowing before they all violently exploded spreading blood everywhere across the road and nearby buildings. With Naruko having made sure to step back far enough to avoid getting any on herself, not wanting to get cleaned up again.

"Ta-da~." Naruko said, waving her hands as if she just performed a trick, not feeling the same horror she felt after killing the Kunoichi, instead feeling a strange sense of satisfaction before she looked down at herself in curiosity.

'How did I do that?' Thought Naruko, wondering how she was able to make anything she touches explode like that, only that it seemed to be connected to her Chakra.

But with what she knows about Chakra, then it doesn't just make things explode by touching it, at least she thinks it doesn't since she doesn't know everything Chakra can do.

'Could it be one of those…Kekkei things?' Naruko thought, knowing some clans have special Jutsu only they can use or weird eyes like that Hinata girl from the Academy.

The Uzumaki wondered if that's what she has, a special power only she can use, the thought made her smile at having such a cool power.

Before she looked up at the bloody mess in front of her and quickly made her way back to her apartment. Not wanting to risk anyone showing up to find her surrounded by so much blood and accuse of her something. Which wouldn't be a lie, but Naruko also had no intention of telling anyone what happened or what she can do.

As for the mess…she's sure someone else can worry about cleaning it up.

*Timeskip-One Day*

After getting up, Naruko showered and dressed, putting on a cloak over her clothes and grabbing her fox mask she wore to scare Hibachi. Before exiting her apartment through her window, jumping across the rooftops to avoid being spotted by anyone.

Moving through the village, Naruko soon arrived back in the forest, finding a good open-spaced clearing she could use. Being far enough away from the village that no one would hear the noise, but also so she could make an escape if things got out of hand.

'Okay, so far I know that anything my Chakra touches explodes since if it was anything I just touched, then there would've been a lot more explosions going off. So…my Chakra touches something and then blows up.' Thought Naruko while looking at her hand, watching as a blue glow surrounded it.

Picking up a pebble off the ground, Naruko watched as her Chakra went into it and quickly threw it into the air, watching as it let off an explosion smaller than the ones from yesterday.

'Is that just because it was much smaller than a person or does the amount of Chakra I use help control the size of the explosion?' Naruko thought, picking up another pebble and consciously channeled Chakra into it.

Throwing it into the air again, Naruko watched as it exploded, this time being bigger than the first pebble, but still not as big as before.

'So, the size of the object and the amount of Chakra I use help decide the size of the explosion. That's good to know.' Thought Naruko, pleased at the new information before going over to a tree and tapped it.

With the Uzumaki then quickly jumping back as she watched the tree begin blowing, until it soon exploded. Being much bigger than the previous ones, including the ones from yesterday as it took out a few other trees, leaving behind a sizable crater.

'But it looks like even if I don't consciously channel Chakra into something, it still makes an explosion that goes with its size.' Naruko thought while grabbing another pebble off the ground.

Tossing it towards another tree, Naruko watched as it made contact until soon the tree began glowing before they both exploded.

'And it's not just things I have to touch, anything my Chakra touches explodes, regardless if it's direct or indirect contact. So, if I can find a way to better control my Chakra to have it jump off of me, then I could blow stuff up without having to even touch it.' Naruko thought, really liking the idea of being able to cause explosions without having to do anything.

After all, how could someone block an attack when there would be nothing to block or stop it, and anything they use to try blocking or absorb her Chakra will simply explode.

'But if I want to learn to do something like that, then I'll need to work on my…what was it called at the Academy? Chakra Control! That's what it is, I need to find out how to improve my Chakra Control!' Thought Naruko, pleased at knowing what she needed to do.

Only to realize that she didn't actually know how she's supposed to improve her Chakra Control since she still had no intentions of returning to the Academy. Not only with Iruka being there to either scold her or ignore her, but after Hibachi trying to get her killed, Naruko didn't really trust anyone at the Academy.

'Which leaves…the library. Great.' Naruko thought, not liking the idea of having to read and study to learn about Chakra Control, but if she wanted to learn more about her explosion power and better use it, then she'd have to do it.

Sighing in resignation at what she had to do to learn about her power and grow stronger, Naruko began heading back to go to the library for any books that'd be useful for her training.

*Later*

After heading to the library, Naruko searched for any books involving Chakra Control and Kekkei Genkai, as she learned they're called, involving explosions. Along with any other books she thought might be useful, wanting to make sure she grabs everything she could if it'd help.

Once she had everything, the Uzumaki headed back to her apartment to begin her reading, discarding her cloak and mask once she was inside.

'Okay, let's see what there is about Chakra Control.' Thought Naruko grabbing the first book and opened it.

Reading the book, Naruko learned that Chakra Control is what helps Ninja mold their Chakra, learning to control and conserve it rather than using too much or too little. That if too much Chakra was used for a technique, then it was wasted and would tire the Ninja out. But the opposite could happen, if too little Chakra is used then the technique won't be performed effectively, which would be dangerous in combat.

'Chakra is more easily molded by remaining calm and focused, due to it being made partly of Spiritual Energy… Spiritual Energy?' Naruko thought curiously, feeling something in her resonate with the term.

'Spiritual Energy…Reishi…is what makes up the soul. It's…found in places close to nature…and in the atmosphere which can be…controlled. It's…used to make…weapons?' Thought Naruko before blinking and shaking her head wondering where that came from.

'Let's just…move on to ways I can improve my Chakra Control.' Naruko thought, deciding to just keep reading rather than focus on her strange thoughts.

Only to frown as she read about different Chakra Control Exercises, with a few being called the Leaf Concentration Exercise where a person keep a leaf stuck to their forehead using their Chakra. Another called Surface Walking where by channeling Chakra to your feet you could walk on any surface, whether it's a vertical surface or even standing upside down on something. While the final one was called Water Walking, which was a more advanced form of Surface Walking to stand on water.

'This…might be difficult.' Naruko thought, unsure how she could do these exercises, since if her Chakra comes in contact with a leaf or any surface she walks on, then it'll just blow up.

Before she looked at the books she grabbed on Kekkei Genkai that make things explode and grabbed one of them. Hoping one of the books will tell her how she can control her ability to use her Chakra without it blowing things up.

'Okay let's see, first it's called…Bakuton? And it's a Sub-Element Kekkei Genkai made up of Earth and Lightning Affinities…Affinities? I think I grabbed a book on those, I'll read that next to know what they are. The Bakuton is…found in Iwagakure?!' Naruko thought in shock that her Kekkei Genkai was usually found in Iwagakure.

Learning that Iwa even had a special division called the Explosion Corps for Ninja with the Bakuton Kekkei Genkai. With them having specialized in demolition missions and clearing out battlefields during the Ninja Wars. There were also those that used Bakuton in different ways, one using it to cause explosions with his Taijutsu and those that use mediums to trigger explosions, like clay dolls via a Chakra Kneading Kinjutsu.

'Huh, but there isn't anything about someone who can turn objects into explosions from just their Chakra touching it, they all have some special weapon to trigger explosions. Ugh…it looks I'm just going to have to train to only turn something into a bomb by choice rather than any time my Chakra touches something.' Thought Naruko, sighing since it just means even more training to do.

Before she looked back at the books and saw just how many she actually grabbed, making the whiskered blonde sigh again at how much reading she'll need to do first.

'This is gonna be a long day and night.' Naruko thought, returning to the book to learn all she could about the Bakuton.

So, what did you think, good. Yep we start out with Naruko in the forest looking for the body of an enemy Ninja, after being sent out there by Hibachi to bring something back on the promise of being friends with her. Much to Naruko's excitement at the chance to finally have friends, only to have trouble finding the body of the enemy Ninja, before finding a kunai hidden in a birds nest.

But before she can return to Konoha, Naruko's attacked by three Taki Kunoichi after the kunai, with her trying to escape only to be caught and nearly killed. Thankfully though, Naruko unconsciously activates her Chakra blowing the Kunoichi away, before being shocked and horrified when they all explode. Horrifying Naruko that she killed them, running away and trying to clean the blood off, only to begin crying at everything that's happened.

While realizing Hibachi sent her to die, only hurting her more that she was nearly killed over a prank, wondering what she did to have everyone hate her. Before she returns to the village, where Hibachi and his friends find her, taunting and insulting Naruko, which pushes over the edge as she uses her new power to blow them up as well. And unlike the Kunoichi, Naruko feels satisfaction at getting revenge and intrigue at her abilities.

Finally, we then go to the next day as Naruko goes to train to learn just how her explosion abilities work, making some progress in learning what she can do with them. Before going to the library to get some books that'll help her in her training, learning some Chakra Control Exercises and that she has the Bakuton Kekkei Genkai and that she seems to be the first person who can use it the way she can, realizing she has a lot of work to do. So, for those that like the story, thanks for your support. For those that don't or at least don't like the direction taken, you're more than welcomed to drop the story.
