"When did it get so cold?" Marinette's teeth chattered as she and Adrien felt the bakery. Feeling hungry, they had walked over for a snack. It wasn't Marinette's parents bakery, so they were on their way home.
Plagg peeked his head out of Marinette's purse, where he had claimed it was warmer. "I'll need some cheddar to warm me up!"
It was nice to get back to Marinette's warm room, neat and organized, save the sweater sitting on her chaise. "Just a project I was working on," Marinette told Adrien as he looked at it. "But red with pink? Ugh, the colors clash horribly!" "Oh, you'll figure it out…" Adrien's and Marinette's voice floated down the stairs.
Plagg and Nikki flew out the purse, happy to be home. "Let's get down to cheddar!" Plagg cried, following his owner and the Guardian. "Plagg, wait!" Tikki cried. Plagg wheeled around at glared at her. Eating cheese was serious! "Don't you think we should let them enjoy their snack?"
"Oh, they wouldn't mind, Sugar Cube. Besides, I'll be to busy stuffing my face with cheese!" "Plagg, let them have their date. Even if its just for a little while." Plagg opened his mouth to protest, but then thought better of it. Adrien did deserve some alone time with Marinette, and Adrien always took great care of Plagg.
"So, what do we do in the meantime, Tikki?" "Let's color!" Plagg rolled his eyes, but secretly he liked this activity. Marinette had bought them Kwami-sized paper and markers, ever since they had made Christmas cards for their owners at Christmas.
The Kwamis begin to work, and Plagg felt slightly envious as Tikki immediately started to work. Then Plagg grinned. It wouldn't be his traditional cheese art. Humming, he begin his doodle.
"And...done!" Tikki said. "Plagg, that's beautiful!" she gasped, catching sight of Plagg's drawing. Plagg had drawn leaves and acorns and had even written a tiny poem.
Though I think your love for each other is cheesy,
I'm so glad you bave each other.
But now that fall is upon us, and you've fallen for each other,
Please, won't you fill this belly with cheddar?
Plagg
"Oh, Plagg," Nikki sighed. She drawn their owns under a oak tree, with leaves falling around them. Carved into the tree where their owner's initials.
Plagg yawned, all this drawing had made him sleepy. Nikki was feeling a little sleepy herself. "Plagg, Marinette doesn't have a use for that sweater right now, so how about we take a nap in it?"
Plagg was already there, dreaming. Instead of leaves however, it was falling chunks of cheddar!
