had at least a dozen shots of it before you started to get woozy. Raine suggested at that point I should take you home so I did when you proceeded to barf on my clothes." make your favorite meals." Amity said as she had a bite of egg and salami. It was at this moment Luz's cell phone began to ring. " Amity, have you seen my cell phone?" Luz said getting up to find her phone seeing it wedged in between the couch. Grabbing the phone she lit up the screen and saw the notification "Event Reminder, At Gravesfield cemetery." At that moment Luz began to panic " Oh my titan I forgot to get flowers!" Amity, hearing Luz from the Kitchen rushed in saying "what's the matter?" "It's the
anniversary of my Dad passing and I forgot to buy flowers." Luz said, crying. Amity was quick to calm her girlfriend. "Look Luz the day is still young, how about we go into town to get the flowers and I'll join you on your trip to your dads grave." Amity said, calming down a very frustrated Luz. "Oh Amity, I am so lucky to have an awesome girlfriend like you." Luz said, giving Amity a big kiss, causing her to blush. " Well now that's settled, why don't we finish breakfast." Luz Noceda was sitting down on her couch as she turned the news on to see the day's weather. " On our top story the titan 1 probe sent to analyze the planet Venus has made its long awaited return to our planet. The probe launched 5 years ago made a splashdown in the Caribbean yesterday at 5:00 am eastern standard time and will be taken to NASA's Houston facility to be studied. And now for the News 12 weather which normally would be done by our own Jonathan Cubit but John is out with illness so i will
take over. You can expect a High of 82 degrees with a low of 69 clear skies and winds up to 5 mph with a 3% chance of rain." Luz turned off the TV and suddenly remembered" Oh my car is still in the shop." quickly pulling up the mechanic on her phone she dialed when she got the answer" Gravesfield Auto shop this is Tom speaking." the man on the other side replied. " Hi Tom, I dropped my car off a week ago for brake replacement and a new transmission. I would like to know if it's ready." Luz said as she
paced back and forth in her living room. "Okay, what's the car?" Tom replied. "It's a 2016 4 door purple Jeep Wrangler." Luz said."Okay according to my records the transmission has been replaced but the brakes have yet to be done. We had to order them. They arrived this morning but we are a bit short staffed due to illness so the earliest the car can be ready is 7pm." Tom said causing Luz to yell" YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!" The yell was loud enough to send Amity rushing from the bathroom
having just finished her shower. "Luz what's the matter?" Amity said, barely dressed."My car wont be ready till 7 and the cemetery closes at 8." Luz said as she was clearly frustrated. "Well how far is it?" Amity said as she went to sit down. "It's on the outskirts of town too far to walk to and Vee and Masha have the other car." Luz said. "Well we can still make it, we just wont get as much time at the cemetery." Amity said, trying her best to calm down Luz. " I guess you are right." Luz said as she told Tom it was okay and they would pick it up at 7. "Well let's get the bus into town to get the flowers." Amity said and with that the two set off on their day unaware of what dark evil awaited them
