A Shinobi in Magic High School
Naruto left the Shinobi world and was transported to Japan. Watch as he became a student at First High, even though he was the oldest among them.

Naruto, after defeating Sasuke in their final fight at the valley of the end, destroyed the rinnegan, and once he was at Konoha, he was informed that Uchiha Madara was his grandfather. Naruto felt enraged at that, not because he killed Madara but because Konoha hid another secret from him. Rage and fury are the emotions he felt, which then triggered something that should have been dormant in the first place: he awakened both the Mangekyou sharingan and the Uzumaki Chakra chains. After that, he decided to get out of Konoha before stealing several jutsu scrolls, including the forbidden scroll, which, in turn, declared him a missing nin.
While on his wanders, Naruto also stole any jutsu from any major Shinobi village, where he studied them. He also studied advanced fuuinjutsu in order to free Kurama completely without him dying, as he wanted the beast to be free. After a year and a half of research, practice, and wandering, he came up with a seal formula; he then freed Kurama completely, and he bade farewell. Kurama only nodded at that. Once he freed Kurama, Naruto practiced more to augment his chakra capacity and learn more new things, like the Hiraishin and the jinton of Ohnoki. Another year and a half passed; Naruto was satisfied with his achievement, and he decided to abandon the Shinobi world completely using his Mangekyou sharingan kamui (which can transport him to another world).
He, at the age of 20, was transported to Japan in the year 2086, where he was found by an old farmer couple who asked him where he came from. Naruto decided that he would pretend that he had forgotten where he came from, and the old couple believed in him, and they welcomed him on their farm, which was outside of Kyoto.
He helped the couple with their farm work, and they officially adopted Naruto as a son after two years, while he still retains his whole name as Uzumaki Naruto. The couple urged Naruto to go to school, even though he was too old now since he doesn't have any credentials or diploma, and they wanted him to go to college. Naruto reluctantly agreed, and he was given a special examination to pass primary, middle school, and junior high school, which he did in 5 and a half years. During the 4th year of his restudying, his adopted mother, or what he called grandmother, died first due to a heart attack, which was followed by her husband, who died in grief two months later.
Naruto didn't cry for them, but he gave them the utmost respect that they really deserved, and he was grateful that they adopted and trusted him even though he didn't tell them his origin (even if he told them, they would not believe him anyway; they would probably laugh at him or even send him to a lunatic asylum). Crying will only get him nothing. Naruto then inherited a land of more than 20 hectares, a small automated dairy farm, 20 robot farmers, and a sum of about 1 billion yen. He continued the farming business for a year until he decided to lease most of the land (except a hectare where the farmhouse stood) and sell the dairy farm.
After that, he then decided to go to Tokyo, and if lucky, he would enter the First High School to learn magic, which, fortunately, he was capable of doing. At least he can shoot psions and create ice (like Hyoton, but will be similar to Miyuki). He discovered his magical ability in his fourth year of living in this new world. He was surprised at first since he thought that chakra would be the only dominant power that he could have, but nonetheless, an additional power is good, and he will only use chakra for surprise and as a reserve.
A shinobi, after all, must always surprise his enemies; he was sure that he was the only one here to have chakra. Once in Tokyo, he took an examination (luckily he was accepted even at the age of 29) at the first high school, where he easily answered all of it, while on the practical one, he performed satisfactorily, which he considered himself average. After two weeks, he received his results, where he scored 98 in magic theory and an average at the practical. He was assigned to class 1-E.
March 2095 C.E.
Orientation at the First Magic High School, Tokyo, Japan
Uzumaki Naruto was quite excited on the first day of high school, not to meet other students but to learn something useful to augment his skills in magic, but since he was in class two, it would be hard for him. He guessed that discrimination is an integral part of the universe, and he only sighed at that. Luckily, he has a phone that he can use when he is bored. While walking towards the school, he saw someone sitting, and a group of three girls walking towards him whispered.
"Is that a weed?"
"He is too early for a weed."
"Look! There is another weed in our direction," referring to Naruto. Naruto looked at them and shrugged his shoulders. He really didn't care about the weed or bloom idiocy; he only thought about it in his mind.
'I guess I should have chosen the fourth school instead, but since I am here, I will finish high school here, and that's my nindou! ' After the girls were gone, he saw another girl walking in the direction of the one sitting; he ignored it and proceeded inside the auditorium.
Once inside, he looked at the seats and saw that the'so'-called blooms are at the front, while the 'weeds' like him are at the back seat. He was still amazed by the idiot who made up the weed thing for the second students; they don't have a symbol after all and called it weed?
He then sat on the far right side of the auditorium, where no one could interfere with his cat nap. The man who Naruto saw outside also came to sit near him (actually 3 seats away from Naruto). He saw that blonde student with fading whisker-like scars sleeping. Then someone asked him about a girl with black hair and also wearing glasses; she has a red-haired companion, and both of them have large busts.
"Are these seats taken?" The man shook his head and replied.
"Suit yourself," the girls nodded. The redhead then introduced herself.
"I am Chiba Erika, and you are?"
"Shiba Tatsuya." Erika nodded, and the girl with glasses followed.
"I am Shibata Mizuki; nice to meet you," Tatsuya nodded. Erika then laughed, and she said that their surnames rhyme with each other. After that, she noticed the blonde near her sleeping. The blonde then opened its eyes and saw a red-haired girl staring at him.
'Huh? I took this seat in order to be alone for a while. Well, I guess it's time to wake up, and I am fortunate that a beautiful girl is staring at me! How lucky am I? "Naruto then giggled in his mind, and he dismissed it quickly. He then stared at the girl, who then asked him.
"What is your name? I am Chiba Erika, by the way." Naruto nodded. He was somewhat now staring at this beautiful red head. He quickly shook his head and replied cheerfully (grinning like an idiot).
"Uzumaki Naruto at your service!" Erika nodded, then others followed to introduce themselves.
"Shibata Mizuki, nice to meet you," Mizuki smiled at Naruto, which made him quite blush.
"Shiba Tatsuya," Naruto nodded. Erika then asked
"Naruto-san, what foreign ancestry do you have?" Naruto began to think for a while, and then he remembered that blondes like him can be of Germanic or Slavic origin, but he mostly thought that Germanic ones, especially northern Europeans (Scandinavians), possessed the most number of blonde-haired people.
"I guess I have Scandinavian ancestry, but I am not sure since I was orphaned." Erika nodded sadly and replied.
"I'm sorry"
"No! You don't have to be sorry; it's alright." Naruto smiled at her, and she nodded, and the orientation began. After a few introductions, Shiba Miyuki, the class representative, began her speech. After almost 30 minutes, the speech was finished. To say the least, Naruto was quite amazed by the good speech of Miyuki as well as her beauty, but the red head beside him, in his opinion, was more beautiful. After the speech, all students were advised to proceed to their respective rooms. Erika then asked him
"What class are you in, Naruto-san?"
"1-E!"
"I am in E as well!" Erika said cheerfully. Tatsuya and Mizuki also nodded. Naruto only thought
'Oh! They are my classmates after all'; they walked out of the auditorium and proceeded to their room.
Once in the classroom, Naruto and his classmates are advised to wait for the guidance counselor as well as to register themselves with the school system. Then, the counselor came and advised those who wanted to skip the guidance part to get out for a while, but they should take their registration cards. Tatsuya stood up first, then was followed by Naruto, who doesn't want to listen to those so-called 'guidances; it's boring after all.
Once the guidance counseling was over, which consumed more than two hours, Naruto and Tatsuya entered the classroom and spent their time talking for a while. There, someone, a tall male with black hair, forgot to introduce himself to Naruto as the blonde chose to sit in the last row near the window. He already introduced himself to Tatsuya, Erika, and Mizuki; he then approached Naruto, who was typing at his desk. Naruto looked at his classmate and asked
"Is there something I can do for you?"
"Leo, you can call me Leo, and you are."
"Uzumaki Naruto!" Leo nodded.
"Nice to meet you, Naruto." Naruto nodded, and then the class bell rang. It was a lunch break. Naruto was then asked by Erika to come with them, and he nodded.
'Who am I to deny this beautiful girl? ' Naruto again giggled. Once outside, Tatsuya said that he would go first to his sister, Shiba Miyuki. Mizuki asked if she was his twin, but Tatsuya said no, and then she also mentioned that their auras were similar. Tatsuya's eyes narrowed at that, which was noticed by Naruto.
'Auras? So this girl has a special eye like me, but luckily, I suppressed my chakra thanks to seals and control' Naruto really thanked his Uzumaki ancestors for refining and mastering the art of sealing; it really helped in his many aspects of life.
They went to 1-A, where Miyuki was talking to a male with brown hair, a woman with red eyes and black hair, and a short-haired tall woman, most probably the senpai's. The red-eyed girl noticed Naruto, and she gestured to come near him. She then asked
"You are Uzumaki Naruto, right?" Naruto nodded.
"You look more handsome in person than in the picture; by the way, I'm Saegusa Mayumi, the current president of the Student Council. Naruto nodded and thought
'Saegusa? One of the ten master clans, hmmmmmmmmmmm! ' Naruto bowed and replied
"Nice to meet you, Ms. President!" Mayumi nodded.
"Uzumaki-san, you know, I will not be like you; you got the highest score in magic theory, right? 98%?'' All of the people near them looked at him, especially Miyuki, who thought
'So, this is the one who got a higher score than Onii-sama? '
Naruto scratched his head and replied,
"Theories are only useful in academics and research, but in real-life battles, they're virtually useless." Mayumi frowned at that.
"You also have the same reply as Shiba-kun when I asked him the same question, anyway! (She looked at Miyuki.) Miyuki-chan, we can talk later; your brother is waiting for you. Well, farewell for now, Tatsuya-kun, and Naruto-san." She bowed, then the man who accompanied her protested.
"But president!" Mayumi just looked at the man, who then glared at Tatsuya and then at Naruto (who was just smirking).
'I guess I must teach this one a lesson; I don't care if he is a "senpai."' In an instant, Naruto summoned a black senbon in his hand so thin that it was barely visible. He then threw it to the man, which hit his left leg and numbed him down, making him stumble on the floor with his face hitting the floor first. He was then helped by Mayumi and the short-haired one. Naruto laughed in his mind at that; he still has his pranking skills in him, but enhanced.
Tatsuya looked at that, and he saw Naruto was like throwing something, but he didn't see the object. He then resumed his talk with his sister, who agreed to come with them. They proceeded to the canteen, where they introduced themselves to each other again. Miyuki was then introduced to Naruto.
"Miyuki, this is Uzumaki Naruto, our classmate," Tatsuya said. She nodded and uttered
"Nice to meet you, Uzumaki-san." Naruto smiled at her and nodded. Then a group of males from 1-A asked Miyuki to come with them. Miyuki looked at her brother, and he gave her a nod. The leader of the said group, a tall brown-haired one, glanced at Tatsuya, and then to others, that one noticed the blonde (Naruto) was smirking.
"You! What are you smirking at?" he asked with irritation at Naruto. Naruto narrowed his eyes, and he smirked again, then changed his facial expression to reply in a mocking tone.
"Why should you care? Is smirking a crime now? Is there a fine in it? Flower boy!" The man then looked at Naruto, irritated and reddened, but he waved his hand and walked away. Erika asked Naruto about that, and he replied,
"You know Erika-san, that one is an idiot; he thought that he was in the'so'-called bloom class' made him superior; someone like him will be easily defeated later due to the fact that he will most probably underestimate his opponents, but who cares? Let's eat now!" Erika nodded at that and smiled at him.
Time skip
After the afternoon session, Tatsuya went to the class where Miyuki was, and they proceeded outside of the school. Once at the school yard, they were confronted again by the group of male 1-A, and that one persuaded Miyuki to come at them, not to these so-called weeds. Mizuki, who had had enough, shouted at the group that weeded.
"We are all the same freshmen! You guys are Blooms, but right now, just how are you any better than us?" Of course, shouts were heard after that, and Leo aggressively said
"Let fight now to show who is strong!" The leader of the said blooms, Morisaki Shun (the brown-haired tall one), drew out his pistol-shaped cad and pointed it at Leo, who was then instantly knocked out by his hand when a baton hit his hand, and he saw his attacker; it was none other than Chiba Erika.
Naruto, Tatsuya, and Miyuki, on the other hand, observed the battle, only entering it when it got worse. Tatsuya pior to Erika's attack raised his arm, pointing towards the cad pistol, but due to Erika's speed, he cancelled his spell that he would launch. Naruto was ready to throw magic-absorbing and life-force-absorbing seals in case Morisaki would actually fire the cad.
Morisaki and Erika engaged in a heated argument; suddenly, a female classmate of Miyuki was activating her cad bracelet, ready to fire a spell, but Tatsuya raised his arm and dispelled the magic, which in turn was ultimately suppressed when someone fired psions, and it came from Saegusa Mayumi, who shouted
"It's not allowed to fight here on the school premises." Then another voice spoke; it was deeper but definitely female; it came from the tall, short-haired one.
"All of you come with me! What you have done has an equivalent punishment." Naruto quickly hid the paper seals, slowly walked reversibly, then sideward, and hid himself at Miyuki's back. Naruto was preparing to escape, but the shorthaired girl, whose name was Watanabe Mari, the President of the Public Morals Committee, noticed him.
"You! Blonde one at Shiba-san's back, come here!" Naruto sighed, and he walked towards Mari and asked
"What can I do for you, Senpai?" Mari replied.
"What happened here?" Naruto shrugged.
"I really don't know," Mari said, narrowing her eyes to Naruto, until Tatsuya said that he asked Morisaki to show them his practical ability and that the girl who tried to launch magic at them was just a prank. Naruto nodded his head while Tatsuya tried to explain to Mari an invented story. Mayumi then dismissed the incident as more than a demonstration between first-year
"Mari, since Tatsuya-kun explained the incident, we should not prosecute them, right, Tatsuya-kun, Uzumaki-san?" Naruto and Tatsuya nodded. Mari sighed, and she agreed with Mayumi, but she looked at Tatsuya.
"I will remember you, Shiba Tatsuya, and you, Uzumaki Naruto!" The two went inside the school, while Naruto and others were still outside. Morisaki then narrowed his eyes on Tatsuya and said that Miyuki should come with them, but he did not acknowledge him.
Once Morisaki and his group were walking away, Naruto summoned another senbon and sent it to Morisaki's legs, hitting a spot and making him stumble down on the ground. Morisaki looked at Tatsuya's group and saw Naruto smirking, and he replied mockingly to him.
"Are you really a bloom? Pathetic! Go back to your mother and tell her to teach you how to walk properly!" Erika and others tried not to laugh, but in the end, they released a loud laugh. Tatsuya tried to assess what happened.
'It's like what happened at the vice president; was it Uzumaki-san who did it? ' He will observe Naruto later. Back at Morisaki, he glared at Naruto, but he couldn't do anything for now; he would have his payback time later. He was helped by his group and walked away hastily. Naruto then said
"I guess it's see you tomorrow then?" Tatsuya and others nodded. Erika asked him if he would like to come with them to a cake shop, but he humbly declined.
"Maybe next time, I have something important to do. Sorry," he replied, and Naruto walked away.
On the next day, during lunch break, Naruto noticed that Tatsuya was not with them. Erika replied that he went to the student council room with his sister, and he nodded at that. Mizuki then asked him something.
"Uzumaki-san, you seemed to have an accent—a Kansai accent?" Naruto nodded.
"Yes, I am from the Kansai region, near Kyoto." They all nodded. Erika then inquired.
"Why did you decide to study here?" Naruto touched his chin and replied.
"Well, I want to try something new, so I decided to study here in Tokyo." Erika nodded.
"You know, Naruto-san, I am still shocked that you are the one who got the highest score in theories; I will never achieve that kind of score," Leo said. Erika replied to her.
"Of course you will not get that kind of score, even me!" and they laughed at each other. Naruto and Mizuki followed. Naruto thought optimistically.
'I want this to continue every day; I have never felt such happiness since I left the Elemental Nations'.
